Abstract

Methods for improving peat soils to increase soil carrying capacity and reduce environmentally sound soil compressibility, namely stabilization of the peat layer. This method uses additives such as lime, fly ash and husks. This method has been developed based laboratory by civil engineers. However, it takes a relatively long time to find out the laboratory results. Therefore, research in the field of mathematical models for stabilization of peat soil was developed to predict the laboratory results. In this study, a mathematical model was derived one of the physical properties of peat soil, that is the pore number in stabilizing peat soil. The model is derived from fluid equations through porous media based on the principle of continuum and control volume. Furthermore, the model is completed using a finite difference method, the MacCormack scheme which consists of two steps, that are predictor and corrector. After the model is simulated using matlab, it is known that there is a decrease in the soil pore value to a constant condition. This decrease in pore number is due to chemical reactions that occur by additives which make the soil pores smaller. Keywords: pore number, maccormack, stabilization of peat soil

Abstract

Collaborative problem solving mathematics learning model aim for add new variation releated mathematics learning model which has been done by teachers. This learning model is new learning model which comes from a combination collaborative learning model and problem solving learning method. Based on the collaborative learning model supported by cognitive theory, social constructivism theory, and motivation theory. While the problem solving learning method supported by theory that refers to Polya steps. In addition to theories that support this learning model, a learning model includes approach, strategy, method, technique, and learning tactics. Collaborative problem solving learning model includes the following: (1) student centered approach; (2) discovery learning strategy and deductive learning strategy; (3) problem solving learning method; (4) study group technique; and (5) task LKPD tactics. After the collaborative problem solving learning model is formed, then the next step is making learning model syntax. Syntax of collaborative problem solving learning model is: (1) engagement; (2) exploration; (3) transformation; (4) solution; (5) presentation; and (6) reflection.

Abstract

The pharmacy is a place for distributing pharmaceutical supplies (medicines) to the public. As an agency that deals directly with customers and the number of suppliers who want to distribute their goods through the pharmacy, it is necessary to choose suppliers to establish good and profitable cooperation. This research was held at the Sulfa Sulfida Lamongan Pharmacy. The purpose of this study is to design and build a decision support system to select suppliers and their implementation. The method used in supplier selection is a weighted product, where suppliers will be assessed based on price criteria, payment tempo, timeliness of delivery, accuracy in number and service support. The results showed that the weighted product method can be implemented in the decision support system for selecting drug suppliers at the Sulfa Sulfida Lamongan Pharmacy. This is evidenced by the same value between the calculation of the system and manually or in the system. Key Word: decision support system, supplier, weighted product

Abstract

This research to classify the most comparison and described the results of the study grade VII B students SMP Koperasi Pontianak the academic year 2017/2018, based on cognitive Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy. Research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were students of class VII B with high and low ability levels. The instruments in this research were daily test questions and student answer sheets on the subject of comparison and interview guidelines. Based on the results of research, obtained the percentage classifications about 20% for understand (C2) and 80% for apply (C3). Students' mathematics learning outcomes based on cognitive domains Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy is that students are better able to solve problems with an understanding indicator of 60% than the problem with the indicator applying at 19.2%. Students with high ability to achieve indicators understand and apply while students with low abilities do not reach both indicators. Abstract

This research was conducted in class X of IPH 2 High School Surabaya. Researcher looked at several problems in the classroom, namely: the ability of students to understand less quadratic equations, lack of learning tools that are good for use in classrooms, activities in class that seem unattractive to improve learning motivation and the condition of students who are always individual in achieving success. To support this, this research is assisted by kahoot media. This research is a type of experiment that begins with the development of a 4D model device. Based on the problems above, the researcher helps the teacher by developing learning tools that are well validated. After that, the researcher will check the effectiveness of the device and then be implemented in the experimental class in order to obtain good learning outcomes. Descriptive data analysis results, obtained valid learning tools, good teacher ability, positive student response, and student activities that are in a good range. The results of inferential data analysis obtained an average increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class is greater than the average increase in learning outcomes in the control class. Learning tools in the form of RPP, LKS, and THB developed with the 4-D development model are valid tools to support learning effectively so that student learning outcomes are better than student learning outcomes that are taught using conventional learning. Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that teaching in schools is more oriented on the activeness of teachers in the learning process and students who do not like learning that menoton. The main task of education is to improve student learning outcomes in schools. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of learning model of TGT (Teams Games Tournament) to the result of learning of class VII students of SMP Jalan Jawa Surabay. This research is a quasy experiment research using posttest only contril design design. The population used in the study were students of class VII C and VII B junior high school in Java junior year 2017/2018. Samples were obtained randomly, class VII-B as control class and class VII-C as experimental class. The research instrument used is a test of student learning outcomes in the form of posttest. The results showed that in the experimental class the average learning outcome was 85.40 while in the control class the average learning outcome was 79.40. It can be seen that there is a difference of the average of learning outcomes, that in the experimental class the average of learning outcomes is higher than the average of control class learning outcomes. On the test t test tcount > ttable with a value of 2.47 > 1.67. So, it can be concluded that there is influence of learning model TGT Teams Games Tournament) to the results of students studying class VII SMP Jalan Jawa Surabaya. Abstract

The general objective of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on the students' Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) in the material of system of two-variable linear equations in class X of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The specific objectives are (1) to find out the mathematical Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) before and after applied Problem Based Learning in the material of system of two variable linear equations in class X of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. (2) to determine the effect and influence of the Problem Based Learning model on students' Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) in the material of system of two-variable linear equations in class X of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The method used in this study is an experiment, with a Pre-Experimental Design research form. The design in this study is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, which uses only one sample group given the initial test and final test after being given treatment. Based on the results of data analysis conducted on the findings in the field, the results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning model on mathematical students' Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) in the two-variable linear equation system material in class X Pontianak State High School 9. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of a model of learning math realistic against the problem solving math students of the material himpunan seven grade class in Junior High School 1 Driyorejo. The method was used experiment with research design the posttest-only control design. The population of this study were seven grade students at Junior High School 1 Driyorejo, where as the sample was seven grade J as experiment class and seven G as control class. The instrument test which is given in this research consisted of 5 quations of esay typed. Data analysis using t-test of both groups obtained ttest of 2,42, while ttable of 2,0017. Because 2,42 > 2,0017 so > , is appropriate with hypothesis which is submitted in this research H0 is refused that meant there is influence of a model of learning math realistic against the problem solving math students of the material himpunan seven grade class in Junior High School 1 Driyorejo.
