AbstractThe success of tourism village development is influenced by many factors. The involvement of the community and all the supporting elements in developing the tourism village becomes the main factor in determining the success of the tourism village itself. Therefore, community empowerment becomes an alternative solution as an effort to develop tourism village. Bendosari village located in Plantungan District, Kendal Regency is a tourist destination that begins ogled by the tourists because this village has an interesting tourism potential named Curug Jeglong. it is surrounded by pine forests around it. The most enabling empowerment for Bendosari Village teenagers to support the success of a tourism village development is a tour guide. However, the knowledge and skills that the teenagers have in terms of guidance and English for tour guide is very limited, so it is necessary to conduct guidance and English training for tour guides. The methods used in this training were lecture, discussion, question and answer, drilling, and role play. The results achieved from this activity are 1) the understanding of training participants on the guided tourism improve and 2) from English-language training for tour guide, simple English expressions have been mastered. Pelibatan masyarakat dan semua elemen pendukung dalam mengembangkan desa wisata menjadi faktor utama penentu kesuksesan desa wisata itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi solusi alternatif sebagai upaya untuk mengembangkan desa wisata. Desa Bendosari yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal merupakan destinasi wisata yang mulai dilirik oleh para wisatawan karena desa ini memiliki potensi wisata yang menarik bernama Curug Jeglong yang dikelilingi hutan pinus di sekelilingnya. Pemberdayaan yang paling memungkinkan bagi remaja Desa Bendosari untuk menunjang keberhasilan pengembangan desa wisata adalah pemandu wisata. Namun, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki remaja dalam hal keepemanduwisataan dan bahasa Inggris bagi pemandu wisata sangat terbatas, sehingga perlu diadakan pelatihan kepemanduwisataan dan bahasa Inggris bagi pemandu wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, drilling, dan role play. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini, yaitu pemahaman peserta pelatihan tentang kepemanduwisataan meningkat. Dari kegiatan pelatihan bahasa Inggris bagi pemandu wisata, kemampuan bahasa Inggris sederhana telah mereka kuasai dengan baik.Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan remaja, desa wisata, pemandu wisata

Village governance based on Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning the Village (Village Act) is needed by the village officials Munding Bergas District of Semarang Regency. This dissemination using interactive discussion techniques to strengthen their understanding of the technical implementation of the Law on the Village contained in various regulation Villages of Rural Development Year 2015. Lessons to be learned from this activity is that the consistency of rural development must be supported by the commitment, awareness and active participation all interested parties on the progress of the village, as a forum for the public welfare . This article shares an alternative management for holding a non-formal education in the grassroot level of community. Such alternative complement education in Indonesia is commonly what so-called Rumah Belajar (House of Learning). This article parses two samples of it in Jepara. They are managed as well so that it does not reduce the learning quality. It does not only teach hard skill but, more of that, also teach soft skill to the students. It is based on societal benefit in its operation. It does not charge the students with any fees. Instead, it often gives such course equipments to the needy students. The villagers of Wonoagung, Sub-district Karangtengah at Demak Regency is the farmer Community, especially in terms of milkfish farming. The problems is inadequate harvest of milkfish farming. This is because the low level of cultivation techniques and an understanding of the threat of disease and pest predators to milkfish. To find the solution of the problems of the milkfish farmers, training and workshops about the concept of Biosecurity for the farmers has been implemented. The enthusiasm of the farmers look very high, many of the problems surrounding the Milkfish cultivation could be answered. The application of Biosecurity are becoming the perfect solution for the Milkfish farmers in the village of Wonoagung Sub-district Karangtengah at Demak Regency in dealing with the threat of either disease and pest predators. The concept of Biosecurity that applied on farmed land must include the territorial of waters, air and land of the milkfish environmental farming. Garbage is defined as a material/ remnant of unwanted things after a final use process. A large number of the garbage heaps which cannot be overcome will cause many problems both directly and indirectly to inhabitants and surroundings. According to the survey, there is a garbage dump near people’s settlement. It makes an unhealthy environment and disturbs people’s health surroundings because of the inappropriate garbage heap, so that the existence of garbage is very fidgety to people. Such a condition causes garbage disposal to become the most difficult problem in Palebon district, Pedurungan subdistrict which should be handled soon. Solutions which are offered focus on the additional infrastructure especially sets of production equipment (compost cultivation container), organic compost production and non-organic garbage utilization into people’s work RW I and RW II which can be implemented well, effective and efficient marketing process, and PKK (home economic) that will be founded to manage non-organic garbage into beneficial handicrafts. Based on the garbage-recycling activity devoted to people, the team has successfully made a compost cultivation container, work of non-organic garbage, as well as garbage cultivation marketing training. Troso tie or Troso cloth is a Jepara weaving craft precisely from the village of Troso. Weaving craft is weaving from strands of threads of yarn or lint threads previously tied to form a particular motif and immersed in a natural dye. Until now weaving ikat troso has grown into a home industry that supports the economy of the troso village with a broader market in various regions in Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam. In running its business the craftsmen pay less attention to management aspect and also consistency aspect of product quality. Problems that exist in partner SMEs, among others; 1) SMEs today have difficulty recruiting employees and technology that still rely on human strength; 2) SMEs do not yet have a good financial administration system. From these problems then the solution offered as follows: 1) Modify Non-Engine Weaving Machine (ATBM) into a semi-machine loom (ATSM); 2) Developing the Financial Administration System. The solutions offered have a purpose: 1) Product Quality Improvement; 2) Minimizing the Dependency of Skilled Weaving and For Increasing Productivity of the Produce Cloth; 3) Facilitating the Craftsman in Preparing and Controlling the Work and Giving Ease In Taking Decision.

AbstractRegional policies on the development of Jetis as "tourism village flower", must continue to be developed because it can provide reciprocal benefits for humans and the environment. Unfortunately, the management concept of "tourist village built environment interest" in ecotourism in Jetis, not to apply the principle of participation-partnership between government and society, as well as the concept of the relationship between society and the environment. This activity is done by assisting the Village with facilitation techniques, so that the public is able to apply management "Tourism Village of Flowers" independently, through the Strategic Plan. As a result, synergy partnership between government and community is key to accelerating the success of ecotourism programs of interest for the welfare of society.Keywords: Strategic Plan for the Village, "Tourism Village of Flowers", Ecotourism, Welfare AbstrakKebijakan pengembangan Desa Jetis sebagai kawasan lingkungan desa wisata bunga, harus terus dikembangkan karena dapat memberikan manfaat timbal balik bagi manusia dan lingkungan. Sayangnya, konsep pengelolaan lingkungan binaan desa wisata bunga pada kawasan ekowisata di Desa Jetis, belum menerapkan prinsip partisipasi-kemitraan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, maupun konsep hubungan antara masyarakat Desa Jetis dengan lingkungannya. Pengabdian ini berupa pendampingan agar masyarakat mampu secara mandiri menerapkan tata kelola Desa Wisata Bunga, melalui penyusunan Renstra Desa. Hasilnya, sinergitas kemitraan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat adalah kunci untuk mempercepat keberhasilan program ekowisata bunga demi kesejahteraan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Renstrades, Desa Wisata Bunga, Ekowisata, Kesejahteraan.
