Abstract

What is the importance of us knowing Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools? So in fact the Islamic boarding school is the oldest Islamic education institution in Indonesia, currently still making important contributions in the social and religious fields. Islamic boarding school as an educational institution that has strong roots (in digenous) in the Muslim community Islamic Education for the first time in Indonesia. The position of this research is the study of the journey of Islamic boarding school that is able to maintain and also maintain its continuity as the first Islamic educational institution and has various educational models that have multiple aspects. Islam, buildings of Islamic boarding schools or educational facilities owned, Islamic boarding schools have 5 types based on the availability of facilities and infrastructure owned by the pesantren itself. While the next is based on the curriculum, the pesantren is divided into three, namely the first is a traditional pesantren (salafiyah), the second is a modern pesantren (khalaf or asriyah) and third is a comprehensive pesantren (combination). Pesantren has five elements, namely the first is the mosque, the second kyai, the third pondok, the four santri, and the fifth is the recitation using the yellow book (tafaqquh fi al-din). For the main core in the discussion in this article is to further discuss the history, development, and education system of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research in the form of scientific studies covers how the role of PAI teachers in providing classroom learning. This refers to the pattern of leadership that will serve as a concrete example of students. Successful educational institutions, can be seen from how the role of teachers working towards the education process takes place. So that the form of learning outcomes produce characteristics that are brought from the teacher as the educator.

Abstract

As stated in Law number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System, that Lapas fostered children are entitled to education and training while staying in correctional institutions. Islamic Religious Education Learning in Lapas Anak has differences with learning PAI in formal institutions. In formal schools learning emphasizes more on the academic ability of students while learning in Lapas Anak more emphasizes on moral material this is because the background of students in Lapas who need moral material to improve the morals of students. So the learning of Islamic Education in Lapas Anak is more flexible, as the substance of formal education in order to support lifelong education. The impact of Islamic Religious Education on changes in correctional behavior (andikpas) among others can be seen from the speech patterns and the language used by Lapas students is already good, especially facing older people. In terms of worship to Allah there is also progress, especially the prayer activities in congregation. Fluency in reading the Koran is also much improved with the provision of recitation materials.

Abstract

Each pesantren has its own characteristics in the education system that is applied to its students. And as we know, leadership character becomes one of the important things that can be highly suspect in daily life and the implementation of leadership character planting is applied early on in various institutions, as well as in Pondok Darussalam Darussalam Gontor Putri Mantingan. This study focuses on how Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontorr Putri Mantingan instills leadership characteristics in the daily lives of students and their application in society. The results showed that Pondok Gontor Modern Darussalam emphasized on five principles, including: sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance, ukhuwah Islamiyah which fostered a sense of caring and mutual cooperation among Muslims and freedom of thought.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengangkat tentang perbedaanmazhab empat imam besar (Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi’i, dan Hambali) dalam paradigma hukum fikih. Dasar hukum yang diambil untuk menetapkan hukum fikih dari keempat mazhab ini berbeda-beda, sehingga hukum fikih yang dikeluarkan atau ditetapkan juga berbeda meskipun terdapat beberapa kesamaan dalam menetapkan hukum fikih. Perbedaan ini dikarenakan adanya perbedaan zaman para fuqoha, sehingga hukum yang ditetapkanpun berbeda. Selain itu masalah-masalah yang dihadapi tiap fuqoha berbeda-beda. Ini adalah salah satu penyebab timbulnya perbedaan dari setiap ulama fikih. Tulisan ini dikaji menggunakan metode filsafat.Struktur fundamental dijadikan sebagai landasan filosofis,dan teori postmodern dijadikan sebagai rujukan dari tulisan ini. Oleh karena itu perbedaan pendapat dapat dilihat sebagai fitrah, karena adanya perbedaan zaman, primordialitas, dan geografis manusia. Adanya perbedaan pendapat dari mazhab-mazhab fikih menjadi saling melengkapi, jika dilihat dari perpektif teori system. Dengan begitu kita dapat menemukan bahwa kajian ini mengantarkan pada kesadaran hubungan saling melengkapi antara pendapat ulama fikih.Kata kunci: Empat Mazhab, Perbedaan Mazhab, Hukum Fikih

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the Islamic view of women's leadership is. This paper uses the library study method of data gathering and information from various sources, such as books that contain a variety of theories that are needed researchers. The results of the study show that not only men can be leaders, but women can also be leaders. After Islam came the position of women was very glorified, respected, guarded, and guaranteed his life. The position of women according to Islamic legal views can be examined in various areas such as in the household, education field, skills field, political field, in the inheritance and in the field of worship.

Abstract

Educational development always cannges and has now arrieved at an era known as the era 4.0. But  with these developments new callenges arise for Islamic education in this era, namely the moral values of studens and the develovepment of the world of Islamic education wich now seems to be left behind from the west. Then it must be immediately found the right way to deliver teaching Islamic education right now. Namely by using a hadith in wich quality is known , then to be able to maximaze the hadith is by contextualiing it. general religion. So by contextualizing the students will be invited to think actively and have a more real picture and certainly more effective than  ( conventional ) metdhos.

Abstract

Nowadays. The development and improvement of the tourism industry was initiated because of the large market demand so as to create a strong competitiveness in the international world. This is not far from the international tourism industry which is increasingly competitive with a basis in understanding the interests and needs of the community. Furthermore, many non-Muslim countries have sparked halal tourism. This paper was written to examine and assess the development of the tourism industry based on Halal Travel in South Korea, which became an industrial rival in the international world. The data in this article was obtained from a literature review from scientific journals, published manuscripts, the official website of the organization, and news articles in accordance with the study to be made. A tourism industry must pay attention to several aspects of a Muslim's halal lifestyle. Namely food in halal restaurants, halal accommodation which includes halal hotels or resorts. In addition, transportation is halal. Halal facilities with places of worship or prayer rooms in every hotel, airport or other public places. So with this, of course opening a window to be better, namely with the Government a lot of cooperation with Muslim nationalities to launch the development of halal travel.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan and aimed to know: 1) Exemplary behaviour of Islamic studies teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. 2) Exemplary behaviour of Islamic studies teachers in fostering students? discipline in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. 3) Exemplary behaviour of Islamic studies teachers in developing students? interest for studying in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. 4) Students? views and opinions about the exemplary behaviour of the Islamic studies teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan.This research was qualitative research. Qualitative methods were used because the problem was not clear, dynamic, and full of meaning so it was impossible to obtain and process the data on that social situation by applying quantitative research methods. Subjects in this study were four teachers of Islamic studies i.e. Qur?an Hadith (Al-quran Hadits), Islamic Faith and Moral (Akidah Akhlak), Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh), and History of Islam (Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam).Results of the study indicated that exemplary behaviour of teachers as parents in madrasah was very influential in leading the students to be a faithful, moral and educated generation. Islamic studies teachers already have the attitude of manners, discipline, achievement and the values of devotion to Allah. Furthermore, the teachers of Islamic studies in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan also have many good characters such as patient, authoritative, friendly, hard-working and responsible. Teachers? efforts in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan in creating students? interest in studying and discipline were begun from the teachers themselves as role models for students whom they show their patience and sincerety in teaching to.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present the importance of education policy analysis in Islam from the perspective of integrated thematic learning. The methodology or approach used in this method uses library research methods or approaches, while data collection is carried out by examining or exploring several journals, books and documents (both printed and electronic) as well as other sources of data and information. considered relevant to the study. The findings in this study are, thematic / integrated learning offers learning models that make learning activities relevant and meaningful for students, both formal and informal activities, including active inquiry learning through passive absorption of knowledge and facts, by empowering knowledge and student experience to help him understand and comprehend the world of his life. This way of packaging learning experiences designed by the teacher will greatly affect the meaningful experiences of students and make the learning process more effective and interesting. The conceptual links studied with the contents of other relevant fields of study will form a schemata, so that wholeness and unanimity of knowledge will be obtained. The acquisition of wholeness of learning, knowledge, and unanimity of views about life and the real world can only be reflected through integrated learning. Thematic / integrated learning is a learning model that combines several learning materials from various competency standards and basic competencies from one or several subjects. The application of this learning can be done through three approaches namely determination based on the interrelation of competency standards and basic competencies, themes and problems encountered.
