Abstract

The principle of management is the overall supervision of all members of educational institutions of the Organization's activities. The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) means that all school members are responsible for the quality of education, so all parties involved in the academic process in Islamic educational institutions, ranging from school / madrasah committees, principals / madrasas, heads of administration, teachers, students to with employees must truly understand the nature and purpose of this education. In other words, each individual involved must understand what the goals of education are. Without a thorough understanding of the individuals involved, it is not possible to apply TQM.This management system greatly minimizes the bureaucratic process. A bureaucratic system of Islamic educational institutions will hamper the potential development of the institution itself. The problems that I want to discuss in this Paper are: 1) What is meant by Integrated Quality Management (MMT) ?; 2) What Are the Principles and Advantages of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) in Islamic Education ?; 3) What is the implementation of TQM and indicators of success in Islamic education? So from the problem that the author chose, the purpose of writing this paper is: Explaining the understanding of Integrated Quality Management (TQM), Explaining the Principles and Advantages of TQM in Islamic Education and Identifying indicators - indicators of successful implementation of TQM in the field of Islamic educationKeywords: Total Quality ManagementAbstrak

Abstract

Marriage is something sacred in human life, which aims to form a happy, safe, comfortable and full of harmony family between husband, wife, and children. It has become the nature of man to preserve and preserve something of value he possesses, moreover it is a part of him, namely children. In looking after and choosing children, one of the effective ways is to provide education. Education in the family not only begins when a child is born but since the child is in the womb, even when someone chooses a partner. The family is the first place for children to interact and learn. From the process of interaction, he gained many things that can shape his character and personality. In this case, the first education that must be taught to a child is Islamic religious education. The success or failure of Islamic education in the family has implications for national security. Because of the elements of the forming of the State, one of them is the population (society) consists of families. With the Islamic education that is taught, instilled in a family, it is hoped to be able to form a family that is safe, peaceful, comfortable, and devoted to Allah s.w.t. As contained in the Qur’an about the importance of caring for and family from hellfire by providing education to families in surah at-Tahrim verse 6. This paper will discuss some of the factors that describe and answer issues such as how is the education of Islam in the family perspective of surah at-Tahrim verse 6, how is the contextualization of Islamic religious education in the family, and how national resilience is based on family education. This is important to discuss because a weak child (knowledge and material) will be able to affect the harmony of a family. Then from a weak family can affect national security. Keywords:Islamic Religious Education, Family, National Resilience, Surah At-Tahrim Verse 6

Abstract

Children's education in the perspective of the Qur'an must lead to the formation of pious children. Efforts to form godly children require struggle and patience. One way that God can do is to imitate the Apostles and pious people in educating their children; for example Luqman al-Hakim and Nabiyullah Ibrahim AS. This is done so that children and the next generation as bearers of future life are not in a weak condition, which is low moral and intellectual.Education in Luqman al-Hakim's family emphasizes four aspects of life, namely: aqeedah, worship, morality, and da'wah. Meanwhile, Ibrahim educates his children so that: First, Ibrahim trains and educates their children to give their views and opinions on a problem faced together in the family. Second, Ibrahim educates his son Ismail, his favorite child in a dialogically democratic way. Third, Ibrahim US teaches openness to his child. Fourth, Ibrahim educates his children to have courage. Fifth, Ibrahim educates his child to have a willingness to sacrifice even if the sacrifice is his own soul. Sixth, Ibrahim educates his children to be obedient to Allah SWT by only worshiping Him alone. Seventh, Ibrahim educates his children in addition to being obedient and obedient to God as well as to both parents. Eighth, Ibrahim educates his child to be a child who has self-confidence (self confidence). Ninth, Ibrahim educates his child to be a patient child. There are at least six situations where one must be patient, namely: (1) patience with the disasters of the world, (2) patience with passion, (3) patience in obedience to Allah SWT, (4) patience in the difficulty of preaching in the way of Allah, (5 ) patience on the battlefield, (6) patience in association with humans. It is this patient nature that can make a person steadfast in facing various problems of life, from the mild nature to the very severe and complicated problems.Key Words: Education, Children, Family.

Abstract

The emergence of modernization of Islamic education is inseparable from the awareness of internal renewal as a result of the impact of Ibn Taymiyyah's thoughts. Furthermore, the birth of a new civilization from the West called the Renaissance that gave rise to the central idea of modernization and rational-scientific thought. The condition of Arab countries, such as Egypt and Turkey, is very alarming under the imperialism of European countries, especially France, where Islamic countries are almost entirely controlled by western countries. Finally, at the end of the nineteenth century there was hardly a single Muslim country that had not been touched by Western colonial penetration. Because through Islamic education the formation of Islamic civilization itself. The main purpose of modernization is to build a rational society so that it can face life based on the knowledge and teachings of Islamic values. Based on the perspective of Islamic education, it cannot be denied that the modernization of Islamic education emerged when the Western nations experienced a period of progress. But even so, Islam also experienced a golden age and technological progress. Thus, when the lives of Muslims have experienced the modern period by adopting Western advances, the pattern of modernization experiences differences in building a renewal, both with the concepts of modernization, transformation, reformation, revival, revitalization, actualization, contextualization and westernization. The view of modernization carried out is the knowledge of teachings and science in Islam that can provide solutions to the problems of human life. With a long period of time, modernization in Islamic education does not fully belong to western culture. Keywords:  Review History, Modernization, Islamic Education.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the nature of human beings born on the earth as khalifatu fi al-ard or as a leader. In this case, humans are expected to not only be their own leaders but also be leaders in managing, maintaining and managing the earth properly in all aspects of life. However, in the midst of this distribution era, this did not happen. This happens because the current development is so fast and advanced. The main key in this case is the choice or application of leadership models. Basically, the leadership model is diverse, but there is an interesting leadership model to study, namely prophetic leadership. To get data relevant to this problem the author uses descriptive analysis method, namely by providing a clear picture of the concept of prophetic leadership which includes, definitions, principles, nature and types of prophetic leadership. The results of the study show that this leadership model is ideal for implementation in daily life, because this model, was first applied by the Prophets of his time. In addition, the attributes of the Prophet also inspire leadership. Thus, it is expected that leaders can uphold these traits so that they can become good role models in all aspects of life both in society, nation and country.

Abstract

The Buru Reading Movement is an initiation of service from Iqra Buru University which later became one of the Buru District Government programs that has been running since 2017. This program is intended to improve and create the reading habits of the people in Buru Regency. This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe the implementation of the Buru Reading Movement in Buru Regency. The research location is focused on Namlea District by considering the density and heterogeneity of the community. The number of informants who will be interviewed is 40 people taken purposively. The analysis technique used follows the concept given by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the reading movement received a positive response from the community and village government where an active role was realized with the availability of village libraries, study rooms and learning houses. The availability of traveling cars only serves Namlea Village by prioritizing services in open spaces and public spaces, while for other villages it is still in the form of participation from the village government and the community to provide reading and learning spaces. However, this movement still leaves several obstacles, such as the availability of types of books that are still general in nature, have not been focused based on the target group and there is no assistance in reading and learning houses so that the utilization of these facilities for school-age people is not yet fully productive.

Abstract

The type of leader becomes an important entity in the management of islamic education. Surely, then, ongoing leadership should have a particular type of leadership that is expected to be able to bring wealth to the institutions or organizations it leads. As the educational organizers have already known that good leadership will deliver institutions to good qualities as well. As for this research, it focuses on the existence of authoritarian leadership in islamic education management. The study aims to identify forms of authoritarian leadership and the effect of its application in islamic institutions, and in this study researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach by reviewing the related literature. The results of the study indicate that authoritarian leadership is not appropriate to be adopted within islamic institutions for long periods of time, given that the good effects they have are very small and are more dominated by adverse effects. Researchers have thus revealed that it is necessary to recondition to eliminate and exclude the presence of this type of authoritarian leadership within the islamic institutions of education.
