The purpose of this study was the effect of leadership style, interpersonal communication and work motivation on employee productivity. The research method that will be used in this research is the analysis of statistical data parametric data analysis tools such as multiple linear regression hypothessis testing 5% significance level. The results of the analysis of the variables of leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity, results of analysis variables interpersonal communication has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity , results of the analysis of work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity , and results analysis style variable leadership , interpersonal communication and motivation to work together has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity . In the middle of 2016 tax amnesty began hotly discussed in the wider community, especially the taxpayer, the taxpayer individuals and micro enterprises. Many are questioning the purpose enactment of tax amnesty and anything that can be included in a tax amnesty program and anyone who had follow. For taxpayer whose tax adminstration is not in accordance with the law of taxation, following the tax amnesty will be very beneficial as avoid fines and tax penalties. But not all taxpayer understand the tax amnesty, anything and anyone who can follow the tax amnesty program. Through this article the authors try to explain the tax amnesty, so that the taxpayer can determine the objects that can be included in a tax amnesty program and whether it should follow the tax amnesty or simply report the last year income tax.Keyword:Tax Amnesty, UU No 11 Tahun 2016

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect tax compliance (tax compliance) individual taxpayers This study uses the variable individual behavior, motivation and organizational climate as the independent variable and tax compliance individual taxpayers as the dependent variable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 19.00. The results of this study indicate that individual behavior, motivation and organizational climate have significant effect on tax compliance individual taxpayers . ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality service to customer satisfaction. The design used in this study is customer satisfaction in independent solar car repair business. This study uses quantitative techniques with descriptive methods. The population in this study is the customer self-service solar car in Cilandak Timur Sunday Market which came to menservice vehicle car which in one month amounted to 110 customers. The research sample as many as 25 customers were taken randomly from October 206 s.d November 2016 .. hiptesis testing technique using prerequisite test and homogeneity test. The results of data processing, the Sig. 0028 <0:05 so Ho rejected. These results indicate that the quality of service of service gives a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords : Service quality; Customer satisfactionABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari oleh tidak adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur dan ingin melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif , regresi sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan mobil surya mandiri service di Cilandak Timur Pasar Minggu yang datang untuk memperbaiki kendaraan mobilnya yang dalam satu bulan berjumlah 110 pelanggan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 25 pelanggan yang diambil secara acak dari Oktober 2016 s.d November 2016.. Teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji prasyarat: uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil pengolahan data, nilai Sig. 0.028<0.05 jadi Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan service memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana Pengaruh Displin Kerja, Motivasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka dan survey lapangan dengan pendekatan analisis statistik regersi. Dengan menggunakan metode serta variabel- variabel tersebut diharapkan dapat memecahkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada pegawai dilingkunganpada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur. Responden penelitian ini adalah 75 Pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampel survey.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam kategori pengaruh sedang. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil statistik uji korelasi dan uji hipotesis dimana dari kedua variabel tersebut dengan menggunakan linier berganda uji F dan uji T. Sedangkan uji statistik untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian temuan empiris ini mengindikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memperbaiki tingkat kedisiplinan dan motivasi pegawai.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kinerja Pegawai

Transitional forms of commodities in the international market from the beginning of spice to the sugarcane (sugar), tea, rubber and others responded by the colonial Dutch East Indies with a test and cultivation of plant species of the commodity. Sugarcane is one of the plants which are priorities for the Dutch East Indies colonial government to be managed and produki (although the number is still minimum scale), this attempt to force the colonial government to involve other communities, especially Tioghoa who have skills in managing sugarcane crop. Not only felt the sweet result of the production of sugar cane (sugar) but the journey also gives a lot of negative consequences such as criminal tendency and resistance to the colonial government conducted by the Chinese. This paper tries to explain how the effort to membangu industrialization of the sugar cane plant culminate in a social movement, then the direction of its development would benefit the colonial government. Through this article also hoped we can learn how the logical consequence of industrialization itself, and preparing for its development direction in order not to evolve towards a state that is destructive.Keyword :Sugar Factory, Batavia

Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk PT is a leading producer of flat glass and automotive glass in Indonesia. Modern industry is in a highly competitive global market embracing the concept of production rather than as an activity to transform inputs into outputs. Currently, the production concept is seen as the creation of value-added activities (value added), for each activity in the process must add value. Understanding the added value perceived is very important, it is useful to avoid waste (waste) in any productive activity. Currently, the benchmark used to assess the performance of the company based solely on the amount of output produced. Increasing the amount of output does not necessarily mean the company is also increasing productivity. Based on this conceptual research to measure productivity using value added productivity and value added productivity ratio as a basis for planning for increased productivity. From the results of measurements that have been made of the obtained value of value added productivity for the year 2009 amounted to 1,337,494 (Million) and in 2010 amounted to 1,792,329 (Million). As well as can be determined the ratio of the productivity and value of the Economic Value Added in 2010 amounted to 264,813.16 (Million Euro). Productivity measurement results using the value added productivity then do the evaluation, planning and productivity improvement to improve productivity in the company.

Program Bimbingan dan Konseling Ekologis bagi Anak dengan ADHD (Attention Defisit Hyperactivity Disorder) Melina Lestari

ABSTRACTChildren with ADHD have difficulty focusing attention, they can not sort out what they should pay attention to, hyperactive and perform an impulsive behavior. The aim of this study is: 1)To know the picture of a child with ADHD; 2) Analyze problematics, needs, potentials; and 3) What kind of ecological guidance and counseling programs for children with ADHD. This research was conducted in a kindergarten located in Bandung regency, using case study method with qualitative approach by doing direct observation to children with ADHD and interviewing to teachers and caregivers of ADHD children. Guidelines for observation and interviews are made by the authors themselves. The results show that children with ADHD are not able to talk like children on his age, unable to follow activities in the classroom, he is always on the move, but in this case he has never seen tantrum. Based on the problematic analysis, the needs and potentials of children with ADHD require comprehensive interventions from various stakeholders, Ecological guidance and counseling programs for children with ADHD do not directly provide intervention to children but provide services to teachers and parents so as to be a good environment for Child growth.Keyword: Guidance and Counseling Program, Ecologies, and Children with ADHDABSTRAK Anak dengan ADHD memiliki kesulitan dalam pemusatan perhatian, mereka tidak dapat memilah apa yang harus mereka perhatikan, hiperaktif dan melakukan perilaku yang impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui gambaran anak dengan ADHD, 2) menganalisis problematika, kebutuhan, potensi, dan 3) seperti apa program bimbingan dan konseling ekologis bagi anak dengan ADHD. Penelitain ini dilakukan di sebuah Taman Kanak-kanak yang berada di kabupaten Bandung, menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi langsung terhadap anak dengan ADHD dan melakukan wawancara kepada guru dan pengasuh anak ADHD. Pedoman observasi dan wawancara di buat sendiri oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan anak dengan ADHD adalah belum dapat berbicara seperti anak-anak seusianya, tidak dapat mengikuti kegiatan di kelas ia selalu bergerak, namun pada kasus ini belum pernah terlihat tantrum. Berdasarkan analisis problematika, kebutuhan dan potensi anak dengan ADHD membutuhkan Intervensi yang komprehensif dari berbagai pihak yang terkait, Program bimbingan dan konseling ekologis bagi anak dengan ADHD tidak langsung memberikan intervensi terhadap anak namun memberikan kegiatan layanan terhadap guru dan orang tua sehingga menjadi lingkungan yang baik bagi tumbuh kembang anak.Kata kunci: Program Bimbingan dan Konseling, Ekologis, Anak ADHD

Small Medium Enterprises (SME) activity has the most important role to progress the economy because this sector has been tested which has durability toward the economic crisis. SME provides greater employment opportunities, it can improve the welfare of society. But in reality, it is not easy to imagine. SME has also many problems, where a small business often face the test of nature with various difficulties, such as capital obstacle, human resources, government policy always changes, business location, competition, technology development and others. It is mentioned above as tweedledum and tweedledee. It is the same situation as entrepreneurs. Being a good entrepreneur can not easy to be realized, a lot of things need to be learned so it can open minded, it’s not enough only has well experiences but also has skills. Working hard without perseverance will be void and includes resistance toward the temptation that disturb in business activities. All of the above problems should have tricks so that the goal of entrepreneurship becomes successful.
