Abstract

In this statistical analysis, the researcher used the SPSS ver 25.0 For Windows program. Data processing was carried out with the SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) ver 25.0programsm with a population of 50 employees. The technique for determining the sample in this study uses a saturated sampling technique or census sampling, in which all members of the population are sampled. Adjusted R Square with multiple determinations is 61.3% and the remaining 38.7% is the contribution of other factors. For multiple linear regression values, Y = 0.228 + 0.362 X1 + 0.258 X2 + 0.369 X3 and the F test = 5%. The F-count value is 26.826 and F-table is 2.81, meaning the F-count > F-table, it can be said that there is a significant influence between cultures. organization, leadership, and compensation for employee job satisfaction of PT Sarana Scientifa Systemindo

Abstract

The corporate perform IPO to get any additional fund for corporate development. In order to attract the investors, manager can report higher profit that said as earnings management. Earnings management occurs when managers use considerations in financial reporting, and form transactions to change financial statements with the aim of manipulating the amount of profit to some stakeholders about the underlying economic performance of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine earnings management surrounding IPO. The purpose of this research is also to examine the differences in financial performance before and after the IPO. This study uses secondary data of financial statements that did an IPO in 2017-2020, from 180 companies. Based on the testing conducted by wilcoxon signed test, it was found that there were no significant differences between earnings management and financial performance surrounding IPO. The company has great optimism because the company's financial statement information already shows a good financial position without having to do earnings management so that it can attract the attention of investors at the initial public offering to invest their funds by buying the company's shares. The practice of earnings management carried out before conducting an IPO has no effect on the rate of return on assets even though in practice the profit management carried out is an effort to make the company's profits look satisfactory.

Abstract

This study develops the Solow growth model to explore the determinants of GDP. The purpose of this study is to examine which factor has the most influence on GDP. This study uses panel data regression. The variables used include GDP, FDI, productivity, labor, and the inflation rate during the 2012-2017 period obtained from the World Development Indicators, World Bank. The results showed that the labor and productivity variables had a significant positive impact on GDP. Meanwhile, FDI has no significant adverse effect on GDP. Inflation has no significant positive impact on GDP. The government can focus on increasing labor productivity to reap significant returns on economic growth. The recommendation from this research is that the government should formulate policies that can boost productivity to boost economic growth by providing skills training programs for prospective workers, as well as providing incentives so that more jobs can absorb labor and create competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of online lending (pinjol) on generation Z and the millennial generation. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, sample collection using random sampling and snowball sampling techniques. There are 26 informants consisting of 13 women and 13 men, generation Z is the most informants with 17 informants. The results showed that the lack of understanding of financial literacy in generation Z and the millennial generation, this has an impact on the misuse and financial difficulties experienced by generation Z and the millennial generation. The lack of financial literacy and knowledge about legal and illegal pinjol applications has resulted in generation Z and millennials being trapped in terror and illegal data dissemination by DC (debt collectors). Decisive action is needed against illegal online loans by monitoring applications that do not have OJK licenses and blocking them.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengukur tingkat ketergantungan daerah dalam mendukung pelaksanaan pembangunan di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Berdasarkan Rasio Kemandirian rata-rata sebesar 258.4%, tingkat kemandirian daerah berada pada pola konsultatif, yaitu campur tangan Pemerintah Pusat sudah mulai berkurang. Rasio Efektivitas sebesar 405.808, pemanfaatan potensi sumber pendapatan asli daerah tidak efektif. Rasio Keserasian sebesar 440,85%, bahwa rasio keserasian belanja rutin terhadap APBD. Dan pertumbuhan PAD sebesar 6,199%. menunjukan bahawa pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola potensi yang menjadi sumber pendapatan asli daerah cukup optimal. Oleh karena itu pemerintah daerah harus merumuskan konsep manajemen pengelolaan PAD yang baik dalam rangka peningkatan PAD kedepan untuk mendorong percepatan pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact and evolution of the following factors on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG): Fed Rate, Inflation in Indonesia, and the Dow Jones Index. Bank Indonesia, Investing.com, library databases, scholarly publications, and other secondary sources provided the data used in this study. In this study, the data was analyzed using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method of multiple linear regression. The data was processed using software and covers the research period from January 2022 to December 2023. The data was sourced from various sources, including the internet, scientific journals, and books. This study found that although the Federal Funds Rate variable does not affect the IHSG at all, inflation does, and the Dow Jones Index does affect the Dow Jones Index. At the same time, the IHSG is affected by all of the factors at the same time.

Abstract

PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera Jakarta Cabang 3 merupakan perusahaan outsourcing yang bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa security. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran Branch Manager dalam penerapan manajemen kualitas dan manajemen strategi dan strategi untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan di bidang SDM di PT. PKSS Jakarta cabang 3. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang mencari pemahaman atas tindakan dan makna gejala sosial dari sudut pandang objek penelitian serta membahas tujuan teknik yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk memberikan interpretasi terperinci dari suatu fenomena tanpa bergantung pada pengukuran numerik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen kualitas terukur dari enam indikator yaitu kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektifitas, kemandirian dan komitmen kerja. Untuk manajemen strategi menggunaka strategi bersaing meliputi stretegi diferensiasi dan spesialisasi. Positioning berada dikuadran 1 dengan strategi agresif dan menguntungkan serta strategi dari analisis SWOT yang melihat faktor internal dan eksternal meliputi strategi: SO, WO, ST, dan WT. Kesimpulan dari peran branch manager yang baik serta kombinasi manajemen kualitas dan straegi yang unggul serta strategi yang efektif menciptakan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan dalam bidang Sumber Daya Manusia.
