Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of marketing communications, and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This study was conducted at PT. Medial Synergy. This research uses a quantitative approach by applying a purposive sampling technique in selecting male and female samples and using the Konigsee Implant five times in one month. A total of 50 questionnaires were distributed to respondents. The analysis method used in this research is by using path analysis and assisted by the SPSS analysis application. Research findings show that marketing communication has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty, Apart from that trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, then marketing communication has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, there is a positive effect and significant trust in customer satisfaction, the indirect effect shows that customer satisfaction cannot mediate between marketing communications and customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction is proven to be able to mediate between trust and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of changes in tariffs, calculation methods, tax payment mechanisms and tax sanctions on MSME taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable in Bangkalan City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research, with data collection carried out directly from MSMEs. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires, documentation and observation. In this research, the technique used is the non-probability sampling technique. The sampling technique uses the convenience sampling technique. Simultaneously the results of the independent variables X1, X3, Meanwhile, variable X2 does not have a positive effect on variable Y because the sig value is greater than 0.05, which indicates a value that is not statistically significant.

Abstract

The percentage of the quantity of the poor population in Central Java for the 2017-2021 period tends to still fluctuate even though there has been a low increase. Even though the quantity of the poor population in Central Java province decreased by 0.21 percent, Central Java is the region that experienced the smallest reduction in the quantity of the poor population when compared to West Java province, which decreased by 0.34 percent and East Java, which decreased by 1.02 percent. percent. This research explores the influence of education and consumption levels on the quantity of poor people in Central Java with the total population covering all data in Central Java from 2017 -2021. The saturated sampling technique was applied as a data collection process that investigated the entire population of 35 districts and cities in Central Java. The data taken is secondary data sourced from published data from the Central Java Central Statistics Agency by applying documentary methods and panel data regression as data analysis techniques. Proving the data test using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as a preference which is then followed by classical assumption testing as well as statistical criteria testing using the help of Eviews version 12 software. Based on the results of this study, the findings are that: 1) The level of education has an insignificant positive effect on quantity poor people in Central Java; 2) Consumption has a significant negative effect on the quantity of poor people in Central Java.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and test the truth of the hypothesis regarding the effect of timeliness on PT customer loyalty. Fajar Citra Mandiri. The research was carried out using quantitative methods using simple linear regression calculation techniques. The population in this research is customers of PT. Fajar Citra Mandiri with a sample size of 70 people, with the sampling technique used, namely non-probability sampling. The research instrument used was the results of a questionnaire distributed and filled in by customers with 40 questions. Based on the calculations carried out, the results obtained show that in a simple linear analysis there is a significant relationship between the effect of timeliness on customer loyalty. In this analysis, the constant (a) has a value of 18.73 and the regression coefficient (b) has a value of 0.672. This means that every 1% increase in the effect of timeliness will result in an increase in customer loyalty of 67%. This was obtained based on the results of calculating the regression coefficient (b), which shows a significant level of influence between the variables Influence of Timeliness and Customer Loyalty. In addition, the results of the product moment coefficient analysis show that the coefficient value of 0.809 obtained can be categorized as a very strong level of influence, in accordance with the correlation coefficient interpretation guidelines. This means that there is a very strong relationship between the influence of timeliness (X) and customer loyalty (Y) at PT Fajar Citra Mandiri.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of age and length of service on workforce productivity at PT. Our Galva Industry Cikarang. The total sample was 72 people using research methods: Field research method, namely a field study method using direct observation at the research location and distributing questionnaires to employees, also using the library research method, namely a library study method by reading books, journals, theses and websites, The nature of the research data is qualitative data, the research instrument used is distributing questionnaires, the data processing technique uses SPSS version 26. The data analysis technique is: Classical Test which includes the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test, while the Statistical Test is the Test: Multiple Linear, Multiple Correlation Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Hypothesis Test and F Test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the variables age (X1) and length of service (X2) simultaneously influence labor productivity (Y). The results of this research partially show that the age variable (X1) has a significant effect on work productivity. The length of service variable (X2) has a significant effect on labor productivity (Y).

Abstract

Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Jakarta Cakung adalah salah satu unit vertikal atau unit pelaksana teknis di bidang administrasi perpajakan yang berada di bawah naungan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) sebagai eselon I. Sebagai instansi yang diberi amanah oleh Undang[1]Undang untuk mengumpulkan penerimaan negara tentunya juga harus memiliki pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang bagus dan dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Pengelolaan SDM secara modern tidak dapat lepas dari pengelolaan kinerja yang unsur utamanya adalah tingkat produktivitas pegawai. Perkembangan teknologi digital dan kecanggihannya dianggap mampu meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas pegawai secara signifikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memahami pengaruh transformasi layanan digital terhadap tingkat produktivitas pegawai di KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Dalam rangka mengukur output produktivitas secara objektif, KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung memanfaatkan Dashboard Monitoring Penyelesaian Permohonan Wajib Pajak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, pendekatan penelitian deskriptif, dan pengumpulan data dengan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan atas tingkat produktivitas pegawai sejak KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung melakukan transformasi digital atas seluruh layanan yang dapat digunakan oleh Wajib Pajak secara komprehensif pada tahun 2021 dengan rasio peningkatan sebesar 2,45 kali.

Abstract

Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, Tbk. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan barang dan jasa di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan dan mengevaluasi pengaruh profitabilitas dan struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modal PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Tbk dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan triwulanan PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Tbk tahun 2016-2021. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penulisan ini menemukan bukti bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PT Panin Bank Dubai Syariah, Tbk. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jika profitabilitas meningkat maka struktur modal akan meningkat. Struktur aktiva berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PT Panin Bank Dubai Syariah, Tbk. Hal ini berarti jika struktur aset menurun maka struktur modal akan meningkat. Secara simultan, variabel profitabilitas dan struktur aktiva berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

Murabahah, Mudharabah and Musyarakah are some of the common products offered by Islamic banking. Murabahah income or profit is obtained from the sale of an asset by setting a price higher than the purchase price, while Mudharabah and Musyarakah income or profit is obtained from a cooperative relationship between two or more people as the party who owns the capital and the party who manages the capital by sharing profits and losses. Although they have different working mechanisms, the three aimis to increase revenue and the size of the company. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of the revenues of Murabahah, Mudharabah and Musyarakah on net income (NI) with the size of the company in Indonesian Islamic banks for 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. In this study, five Islamic banks were used as samples. The data are obtained from the financial statements of relevant banks and financial reports issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The purpose-oriented sampling technique and multivariate regression analysis are used as data management methods. With respect to data analysis methods, Pane ldata regression models and moderate regression analysis methods (MRA) are used. The final results of this study show that the incomes of Murabahah and Musyarakah affect net income and the size of the company, while the incomes of Mudharabaha ffect little net income and the size of the company.

Abstract

This study uses a government policy index that is calculated daily based on Covid-19 pandemic data collected by OxCGRT since 2020. The goal is to determine the economic impact of government policies through the stock market using the time series regression analysis method. The availability of JCI data that only exists at the national level is a limitation in research. It is known that one of the reasons for providing assistance to the community during the pandemic is to maintain economic stability, but the results of the study actually found an insignificant impact. Only the social tightening policy has significantly responded positively to the stock market.
