Abstract

Sebagai bagian dari masyarakat dunia,maka Indonesia ikut terlibat dalam membangun tatanan dunia yaitu mem-bangun masyarakat informasi sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang sudah ditetapkan dalam WSIS tahun 2005 di Tu-nisia. Hal itu tidak terlepas dari adanya keinginan dari masyarakat untuk berubah, tidak hanya sekedar melek in-formasi, tetapi juga mampu mendayagnakan informasi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup mereka. Adanya kesenjangan informasi dalam masyarakat di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, menyebabkan masyarakat harus bangkit untuk memberdayakan diri membangun masyarakat informasi.Kemunculan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) menjadi salah satu jawaban dalam rangka membangun masyarakat informasi. Sebagai suatu kelompok KIM diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi kesenjangan informasi yang ada di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.Den-gan demikian maka harapan hidup yang lebih baik dapat terwujud, khususnya kesejahteraan secara ekonomi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran akan peran serta KIM dalam membangun masyarakat in-formasi, khususnya KIM Kraton Kidul Pekalongan Bertolak dari pemahaman tentang masyarakat informasi yang dikemukakan Frank Webster.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus di KIM Kraton Kidul.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KIMKraton Kidul telah mampu membantu mengatasi kesenjangan informasi yang ada. Melalui berbagai aktivitas yang dilakukan, KIM telah mengubah paradigma masyarakat dalam pengelolaan informasi. Masyarakat didorong untuk terlibat aktif dalam memberdayakan diri mereka sendiri khususnya di bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Kesadaran akan pentingnya informasi dalam kehidupan masyarakat menjadi suatu dasar yang sangat penting untuk membangun masyarakat informasi.

Abstract

In -general there are two understand that teaching pedagogy that is valid and andragogy .    Andragogy understand is  the place to study participants as "adult". Students are placed as the subject of the education system. Students as adults assumed to have the  ability to plan wisely,  choose materials that are able to analyze and useful. Function as a teacher is a  facilitator and not dominator. Second is to understand  the current debate that is still experiencing a little difficult  to classified school in Indonesia understand which of the  two.  This causes difficulties classification school is only based on the nature of education in the schools. Abstract

The development of photography in Indonesia has grown and developed into one of the currently popular lifestyle.It can be seen from the emergence of new habits, which always bring and use a camera wherever they go. Inrecent times, the world of photography being back again to repeat the past trend, namely that berjeniskan ancientcamera instant camera, Polaroid. Amid the rise of the digital world, bringing back Polaroid instant camera newaura with her , where it can be seen that the instant camera is a camera that can produce your own company imagedirectly, a few seconds after the shooting. Since this is an old brand which then rise again of course, requiredthe emergence of brand awareness of the community on this product, to be sold and accepted in the market. Themethod used is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained are Tokopolaroid marketing public relationsstrategy to build brand awareness is by publication, doing media identity, conduct and follow the events, makingnews, speech, conduct public service activies, and cooperate with the sponsor. Where to perform these activitieswill arise seven brand awareness of audience and also make it easier for the audience more aware of Polaroidproducts and increase the purchasing power of public relations marketing strategies have been effective in itsimplementation Tokopolaroid

World War ll knilled many more civilians than the soldiers As a Hezbollah freedom fighter point out for example, that the only difference between his bombs and Israelli bombs is that he delivers his by truck or hand, while the Israellis deliver theirs  by bomber or tanks.The Israellis might reply that the onlyreason they (areforced) kill civilians and children is that the Hezbollah people operate among them.Even for the majority who are unlikely to bicome Freedom fighters, the question of justivication is important. We know war is organized killing of other human beings. Virtually everyone is against that. Yet war continous to are binding according to the doctrine of Pacta Sunt Servanda (the treaty must be carried out). The general priciples of law recognized by civilized nations moralty to be considered. As developing International legal system in a now days dynamic wold Political system.International law such as the International Humanitarian law is developing affirmatively in the area of defiling human rights today aggression is outlawed by the U.N Charter and the legimate reason to resort to violence are in self-defencean aspart of a u.n or regional peace keepingefort.
