Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konten dan gaya komunikasi dalam social media terhadap brand awareness Ibunda.id. Perkembangan teknologi dan internet memicu berbagai perusahaan menggunakan social media dalam menyapaikan informasi dan meningkatkan brand awareness melalui social media. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Social Information Processing. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden pengguna layanan Ibunda yang mengikuti akun Instagram @Ibunda_id. Berdasarkan penelitian, konten yang disebarkan dan gaya komunikasi yang digunakan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap brand awareness.

Abstract

Abstract

Banyak  orang beranggapan bahwa  public (PR) identik dengan publisitas, propaganda   dan  iklan  gratis.  Anggapan ini muncul karena  biasanya aktivitas  PR,  terutama  di lembaga-lembaga pemerintah, mempublikasikan  kebijakan-kebijakan   pemerintah. PR juga  sering  dipakai  oleh  banyak perusahaan   untuk  memenangkan persaingan baik melalui berita maupun iklan.  Karena iklan harus dibayar, maka berita tentang perusahaan sering   dianggap  iklan   gratis. Abstract

Abstract

Berkembangnya terknologi dan komunikasi, serta teknik penawaran Produk membuat periklanan tidak lagi terbatas hanya menggunakan mass media, membuat periklanan tidak lagi terbatas hanya menggunakan mass , media, diantaranya menggunakan contact point dengan konsumen sebagai media , contact point ini menegaskan peran periklanan sebagai sarana komunikasi bagi produsen dan konsumen contack point ini pula menyebabkan penggunaan media menjadi lebih luas, lebih komleks bahkan banyak diantaranya menggunakan medium yang sangat personal.Perkembangan ini justru mempertegas kehadiran iklan di mana-mana kompleksitas media mengukuhkan esensi dan peran periklanan yang tetap sama. Fungsi periklanan juga tetap sama sebagai sarana untuk mengubah pemahman, sikap dan tingkah laku.Perkembangan ini berdampak pula bagi definisi periklanan, perubahan dalam sarana penyampaian iklan ini tidak lagi dapat diakomodir oleh definisi periklanan yang sekarang ada.  Periklanan sebagai bagian dari komunikasi, periklanan sebagai komunikasi pemasaran dan periklanan sebagai ikon promosi.

Abstract

Surveys indicate  managerial  people  in organizations  spend up to 80 percent  of their workday in toceto   face  conversations,  in meetings,  on the phone,  or writing,  other research has suggested that approximately  60  percent   of  the workday to spent  listening, yet   the   estimates   are   that   less  than  50  percent    of  the   area messaged used in a day are fully understood. A  recent   survey  of  Australia   business executives   showed that  the ability to listen was ranks as the most important communications  skill necessary  for persona/- success in  the organizations. Similar  results   were    obtained   in   a    1982.   Study     after communication  skills Australian  accounting raduates. The purpose  of this writing  is  to increase awareness  of how much  of our day  was  spent listening,  to identify  some  of the major barriers   of   effective   listening,   and    finally    to   learn    how    to concentration,    objectivity,    questioning   and     feedback    can improve  listening behavior. Listening   is    the   communication   channel    we    use  most frequently.  Yet  surveys  show   that   listening   skills are   the   least developed !.

Abstract

Indonesia DKP Arrest by Malaysian Police into a story framed by Kompas and Media Indonesia?”. The paradigm used in this study is konstruktionis. Constructionist paradigm of looking at the reality of social life is not a natural reality, but the result of the construction. Therefore concentrate on the analysis of a constructionist paradigm is to find how the event or the reality constructed by way of what the construction is formed. In this case, the researchers want to uncover how Kompas and Media Indonesia construct a reality in presenting the news. The method used in this study is a model of framing William A. Gamson. In view Gamson, media discourse is an important element to understand and appreciate the growing public opinion on an issue or event. Framing the useof reason as Gamson Gamson and Modiglani focus point his attention to the study of social movements (social movement). In this case, a lot going on demonstrations and debate within the community in assessing the case.The data collected is of Newspapers News Kompas and Media Indonesia on the issue of August 16 to 23 2010. I researched the whole news story amounted to 16 consisting of 9 comes from Compass, and 7 are from Media Indonesia. In addition, there are additional data in the form of interviews with the author Kompas and Media Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, no significant difference of the newspapers in presenting the news. This is mostly caused by the newspaper ideology. Both media also have a framing strategies are different from each other. News framing strategy can be seen from the angel news writing, by the respondents, the choice of words, use of metaphor and so on. So the news can be packaged in such a way and constructed in accordance with the media’s desire. Compass has an ideology that is based on a sense of humanity, always presenting news calm and avoid the use of words and the negative connotations that enhance the reader’s emotions. Meanwhile, Indonesia’s national media gave rise to high subjectivity in reporting on this case. Media Indonesia is quite sharp in criticizing the government’s performance.
