Abstract

There are several alternatives of economic system that can be applied in Indonesia, including three well-known economic system : liberal/capitalism economic system, social economic system and mixed economic system.The monetary/economic crisis which hit Indonesia in 1997, has becomea multidimensional crisis. The major real economic sector which has survived during this time is the middle low sector white the social gap bicome widened. In relation with the application of economic system in Indonesia, the best economic system to be applied in Indonesia in the future is that based on social fairness.

Abstract

The reason for choosing the formation of brand image with user satisfaction Indosat Blackberry is Blackberry users want to know how the University Prof. Dr. Moestopo using Indosat as the operator, which serves as the brand image Indosat in Indonesia to facilitate Blackberry. In this study the authors used information theory to explain how the message can act to connect the participants in the communicative process. Expectancy theory (expectation value) to explain how the behavior is generally more influenced by the hope of achieving something desired results (no positive incentives) rather than by a boost in self-expectation of value is based on the balance of trust and evaluation. Customer satisfaction theory theory that measures the level of satisfaction or level of humane feelings arise, which was appreciated by friendliness, familiarity, polite and appreciative customers by providing services and information in accordance with ones expectations of performance / achievement (outcome).

Abstract

One of the important factors in delivering information transformation is the intensity of the followers. With the intensity of the followers that causes the information reported by an information submitted by the Instagram account of BEMP Communication Science, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to see the information transformation process that occurs on the BEMP Instagram account of the Jakarta State University for communication.  This research uses qualitative research methods with interview and observation data techniques. The results of this study indicate that Instagram of BEMP Communication Science, State University of Jakarta is a place for public spaces in statements of attitudes and arguments. In addition, the information transformation that occurs includes criticism and suggestions from his followers, this can happen because the information conveyed can influence the various opinions and responses of his followers, then what the followers think. The occurrence of this transformation made his followers more generous in visiting the Instagram account of BEMP Communication Science, State University of Jakarta, because they wanted information for themselves that could be obtained by visiting the Instagram account of BEMP Communication Science, State University of Jakarta.

Abstract

Pesan dalam sebuah iklan bukan hanya fasilitas informasi tentang sebuah produk, tetapi merupakan kesatuan antara kepentingan, keberpihakan hingga ideologi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengangkat tentang bagaimana dorninasi pria atas wanita direpresentasikan dalam sebuah iklan. Dalam hal ini peneliti memilih iklan cetak AXE dalam dua versi. Yaitu, versi "Tarzan" dan versi "Lusty Librarian" yang mencoba menawarkan sebuah representasi dominasi pria atas wanita lewat iklan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (i) identify and analyze the effect of the dimensions of service quality that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri and (ii) to identify and analyze Dimensions in service quality the most dominant effect on guest satisfaction satisfaction that come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. The research was conducted at Hotel Borobudur Asri, with a population of 100 with a total sampling technique sampling, which means that all members of the population sampled as many as 100 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive research to explain the data and a description of the study, while for analyzing quantitative data using a multiple linear regression analysis.The research proves that the simultaneous results of this study prove the conjecture H0 is rejected and H1 accepted that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously significantly positive effect on the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. Partially tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has been implemented well in achieving guest satisfaction that come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. Based on the results of the study found that the dimensions of service quality based on the reliability of the dominant influence on the satisfaction of the guests who come and stay at the Hotel Borobudur Asri. This means that guests have been able to understand that the perceived satisfaction is determined by all employees in providing services to work quickly in the service process and provide service with no favoritism (fair and do not discriminate) to give confidence to the guests a quality service.

Abstract

Pada Pilpres 2014 muncul sosok yang berbeda dengan gayanya yang sederhana dan dekat dengan rakyat. Mun-culnya sosok Jokowi pada Pilpres 2014 menambah keragaman karakter calon presiden Indonesia di kancah politik Indonesia. Komunikasi politik pasangan Jokowi-Jk pada Pilpres 2014 berhasil memenangkan Pilpres ini. Salah satu bentuk komunikasi politik adalah melalui debat politik yang ditayangankan secara langsung oleh media mas-sa televisi. Debat politik capres dan cawapres Pilpres 2014 diselenggarakan oleh KPU dengan perbedaan format dari debat capres-cawapres Pilpres 2009 dan 2004. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya komunikasi politik Jokowi pada debat capres Pilpres 2014 yang diselenggarakam oleh KPU. Teori dan konsep yang difgunakan pada penelitian ini : komunikasi politik, interaksi simbolik, dramaturgi/impression man-agement, debat politik, pencitraan, dan gaya komunikasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigm konstruktivisme. Menggunakan data tayangan debat Pilpres 2014. Gaya komunikasi Jokowi pada debat capres Pilpres 2014 menonjolkan karakteristik pribadi Jokowi. Penampilan kedua kandidat dengan pakaian, ekspresi wajah, volume suara, intonasi, bahasa tubuh, gesture. Kandidat capres menjawab permasalahan yang diutaran dalam debat Pilpres 2014 mengguatkan gaya komunikasi politik dari Jokowi. Gaya komunikasi Jokowi yang santai, berbicara dengan volume suara yang tidak lantang dan menjawab pada aspek-aspek yang sejalan dengan programnya.
