Abstract

The development of technology in the IT field is currently growing rapidly and has become a benchmark in the development of human life. Technology has made work done by humans more efficient and less harmful to humans, especially in terms of maintaining health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because there are still many people who directly touch the facilities provided in public places, such as hand sanitizers. This tool was built to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at this time and can implement social distancing. In the manufacture of this automatic hand sanitizer, ultrasonic sensors and a mini dc water pump are used. The use of ultrasonic sensors can minimize other people to directly touch the tools provided. The way this tool works is very simple, the first step taken is to bring the hand closer to the sensor with a vulnerable distance of 3cm to 5cm, if the sensor captures the object's signal from a predetermined distance, the pump will automatically pump the hand sanitizer out automatically. Keywords: Hand Sanitizer, Ultrasonic, Mini DC Water Pump, Arduino uno, COVID-19

Abstract

Abstract — Pencak silat is a traditional martial art sport originating from the archipelago. In addition, pencak silat is a game or skill in self-defense by fending off, attacking or defending oneself using or without weapons. In Indonesia itself, there are many pencak silat organizations, one of which is the West Jakarta branch of PSHT. This pencak silat organization has been established since 1903, but unfortunately, even though it has existed for a long time, every time it holds a match the scoring system still uses the conventional method, namely the value of the match results using paper media. With a scoring system that is still very simple, it is felt to be very ineffective and efficient, because sometimes the note paper is lost, or damaged accidentally, it takes a long time to see reports on the results of matches that have taken place and have opportunities for cheating or unfairness in matches. . Judging from these conditions, we are trying to develop an online pencak silat match assessment information system using a prototype software model and MYSQL database, where this information system can facilitate admins, operators and judges on duty in a match to make it easier and more efficient. improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the match assessment process.

Abstract

Tourist and culinary places are a trip or visit to a place with the aim of trying or tasting local specialties to enjoy the food and drinks that exist in the area. There are many tourist and culinary places in Indonesia that can be visited by tourists, one of which is culinary tourism in the city of Siantar. Enjoying culinary is the main goal for tourists in choosing tourist and culinary places. Convenience is a factor that influences tourists when they want to visit tourist and culinary places and sometimes tourists find it difficult to determine which tourist and culinary places to visit with the variety of tourist and culinary attractions available. For this reason, information about tourist and culinary attractions in the city of Siantar is needed by tourists who are visiting the city. Abstract

In this study, the process of determining the type of data was carried out. Bougenville flowers or commonly referred to as paper flowers are ornamental plants whose existence is quite popular among the public and is widespread in various regions in Indonesia. The data collected for this research are image files in Portable Network Graphics (PNG) format which were obtained using a digital camera. The image that becomes the input is the image of Bunga Bougenville. The sample data used are 3 data on each image sample, with each having 3 attributes, namely red, green, blue. The dataset is the result of image extraction which will be a data source for fruit image classification using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. As for the results of testing the K-Nearest Neighbor method in data classification. The author's test uses variations in the K value of K-Nearest Neighbor 3,4,5,6,7,8,9. Has a very good percentage of accuracy compared to only K-NN. The test results show the K-Nearest Neighbor method in data classification has a good percentage accuracy when using random data. The percentage of variation in the value of K K-Nearest Neighbor 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 has a percentage of 100%.  Keywords : K-Nearest Neighbor, Paper Flowers (Bougenville)

Abstract

Technological developments have changed computers so that they can process various kinds of data such as sound, images, and so on. All of these data can only be processed if the data has become data in digital form. The sophistication of computer technology that is growing rapidly can also be used to simplify and save costs. One of the uses of technological developments is the Ultrasonography (USG) process in the health sector. Medical ultrasound (USG) is a diagnostic imaging technique using ultrasound that is used to image internal organs and muscles, their size, structure, and pathological wounds, making this technique useful for examining organs. The problem that often occurs in printed ultrasound images is that they experience blurring due to the presence of a lot of noise in the image. Noise is caused by the imperfect wave capture process, so the resulting image is not optimal. One method in the image smoothing process is the Harmonic Mean Filter method which is a filtering technique that works by replacing the intensity of a pixel with the average pixel value of the neighboring pixels with the aim of reducing noise in the image. Pixels resulting from the image smoothing process are affected by the neighboring pixel values. The system is designed with the MATLAB R2014a programming application, after carrying out the testing process on several Ultrasonography (USG) images, the results show that the average percentage of the image improvement process is above 50% and the smoothing ultrasound image on the system is better than the image inputted to the system. Keywords: Harmonic_Mean_Filter, Image_Smoothing, Ultrasonography.

Abstract

Water as one of the main needs to support human life and is one of the natural resources that has a very important function and is an important component of the environment for the survival of humans and other living things. Along with the increasing rate of population growth, the need for clean water also increases, so the amount of water produced continuously shows an increase in line with the increasing demand for clean water in the community. . Therefore, it is necessary to make adjustments between the supply of clean water production and the demand or need for water to consumers. Based on these conditions, PDAM Tirta Sari Binjai needs to create a system that can predict the amount of clean water needs that will come in the following days or months. The prediction results can be used to anticipate the water needs required by customers. The process of predicting the amount of clean water needed by the customer can be done with a computerized system, one of the processes that can be done is the application of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) using the Backpropagation method. Forecasting results will be very useful for PDAM Tirta Sari Binjai in the future, because the amount of water production is the main factor in water distribution services. The system is designed with the MATLAB R2014a programming application, after carrying out the data training process and data testing on 2016 to 2020 data, the learning rate is 0.2; the maximun epoch is 10000 and the target error is 0.001, the result is that in 2020 the total need for clean water is 342,417,081 liters of water. Keywords: Backpropagation, Artificial_Syaraf_Network, Clean_Air.

Abstract

Ulos atau sering disebut juga kain ulos merupakan salah satu busana khas indonesia, ulos secara umum dikembangkan oleh masyarakat suku batak, sumatera utara. Pada awalnya kain ulos digunakan pada selendang maupun sarung, Akan tetapi sekarang sudah banyak dijumpai di berbagai produk. Abstract

This study aims to design a microcontroller-based tripod movement controller. Lots of people carry a camera when they are traveling or traveling. They brought cameras to make documentation while traveling for collection. While traveling, sometimes many travelers who travel alone or solo travelers have difficulty when they want to take pictures of themselves. Usually we will ask for help from other people who are around the place to take pictures so that the photos we take are good. If you are in a crowded place, of course this will not be a problem. However, if you are really alone, of course it will be difficult to do that. To overcome this, usually people use a tripod so he can take pictures of himself. The author tries to provide a solution to the problems that have been detailed previously by creating a system that can help photographers take pictures more easily. The system that will be made in the design of this microcontroller-based tripod movement controller uses bluetooth as a source of communication between the two Bluetooth pieces in building the system. wireless and to adjust the movement of the tripod in the specified direction using a servo motor, remote control as a remote controller, By connecting Arduino nano with bluetooth and a servo motor, the tripod can be moved remotely via the remote control. Abstract

Management and leadership are two different things that are brought together to achieve the goals of a group of fields. Leadership management is a form of leadership skills as a form of skills to lead, direct and motivate effectively and efficiently. One of them is with a policy that is a method that can be used by almost every group. Electronic Engineering is one of the majors that participate in providing policies on learning schedules in teaching and learning activities. Schedule policies can affect productivity and learning outcomes. The study schedule is still adjusted to any existing conditions. A field survey has been conducted during the learning process carried out by the Department of Electronics Engineering.
