Abstract

In this study, the process of applying the K-Means method will be carried out in classifying diseases in bahorok health center patients based on age. To simplify the process of managing a lot of data, the Bahorok Health Center needs a system in making decisions to find out the grouping of diseases based on the age of patients who are often affected by the disease at the Bahorok Health Center. The application of the K-Means Clustering method is a method used in data mining which works by finding and classifying data that have similar characteristics between one data and other data that has been obtained. As for the results. The results of the pattern analysis above From 20 data obtained 3 groups, it can be concluded as follows: Group 1 Centroid 1: (2.2 1.4 2.2) there are 5 data. Based on the above calculations, it can be seen that in cluster 1 group 1, the patients are children. Group 2 Centroid 2: (1 1,6 1,6) there are 3 data. Based on the above calculations, it can be concluded that in cluster 2, group 2 is an adult patient. Group 3 Centroid 3: (1,75 1,58 6) there are 12 data. Based on the above calculations, it can be concluded that in cluster 3, group 3 is the patient is the elderly. Keywords : K-Means, Diseases in Patients

Abstract

Di masa  pandemi sekarang anak-anak banyak menghabiskan waktu belajar dengan daring atau online yang lebih banyak menggunakan smartphone. Apalagi pembelajaran online ini anak-anak banyak menggunakan gadget hanya untuk bermain game sampai lupa akan waktu dan lupa untuk belajar. Yang membuat dampak negatif penggunaan teknologi pada anak usia dini ialah timbulnya rasa malas anak untuk belajar. Dari permasalahan yang ditemukan diatas tugas akhir ini membuat suatu aplikasi media pembiasaan menghafal surah-surah pendek Al-Qur’an berbasis Android. Dengan adanya media yang interaktif ini dapat membuat proses belajar menjadi efisien dan efektif . Tujuan membuat media  menghafal surah pendek Al-Qur’an berbasis Android ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi anak usia dini (4-5 tahun) dalam belajar dan menghafal surah pendek lebih mudah. Penulis membuat suatu media dengan tampilan yang menarik sehingga menambah rasa minat dan cinta anak untuk belajar dan menghafal surah-surah pendek Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Disturbance in the image, especially digital images can be caused by noise, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the image. Image restoration is a technique used to recover the original image from a degraded image. Restoration is intended so that the information contained in a digital image becomes better/clear. The restoration process is carried out because the image quality is blurred or because of the noise contained in the image. Noise is the main problem encountered in digital image processing. The digital image restoration process always involves a filtering algorithm that is able to suppress the noise contained in the image. The active contour method is one approach to segmentation, where this method uses a closed curve that can move wide or narrow. The active contour process is a process that takes some of the signals of a certain frequency and discards signals at other frequencies. An initialization curve is placed outside of the object to be segmented, then through the iteration process the curve will move closer to the boundary of the object until finally finding the object boundary. This study aims to design a special system for character restoration in digital images using the active contour method. The implementation results show that the active contour method can be used to restore the image properly, this can be from the restored image, the condition of the image that has been given noise can approach the initial data. Keywords: active contour, digital image, character, restoration

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Kisaran merupakan salah satu sekolah terbaik di Kabupaten Asahan, tentunya sekolah yang baik juga memiliki guru-guru yang baik dan profesional. Untuk membantu produktifitas kinerja guru agar tetap baik sesuai yang diharapkan, pengelolaan data guru-guru harus dikelola secara baik dan tersetruktur,  salah satunya adalah pengelolaan biodata guru, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat guru, dan arsip persyaratan usulan kenaikan pangkat guru harus di kelola dengan benar. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi, oleh karena itu SMK Negeri 2 Kisaran harus mengikuti perkembagnan teknologi informasi yaitu dengan membangun sebuah sistem yang akan membantu para guru untuk pengusulan kenaikan pangkat guru, pengelolaan biodata guru, dan arsip persyaratan kenaikan pangkat guru pada SMK Negeri 2 Kisaran, Sistem informasi ini akan dirancang dengan menggunakan Class Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan dibangun dengan menggunakan beberapa bahasa pemrograman yaitu HTML, PHP, CSS, dengan menggunakan Framerwork Laravel, MySQL sebagai DBMS, dan Sublime Text sebagai text editor. Hasil dari Tugas Akhir  ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi kenaikan pangkat guru yang akan membantu guru pada proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat guru, pengelolaan biodata guru, dan  arsip persyaratan usulan kenaikan pangkat guru.

Abstract

The process of determining the best employees in an organization or company is a very difficult process and takes a long time to support decisions. There are many methods that can be used in determining the best employees in a company, the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method can be applied to Decision Support Systems because it has a high degree of flexibility and accuracy, in solving the problem of determining the best employees.

Abstract

Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is a company engaged in clean water supply services, one of the goals of the establishment of PDAM is to meet the needs of the community for clean water, including the provision, development of facilities and infrastructure services, as well as clean water distribution. PDAM Tirta Sari Binjai as the person in charge of clean water needs in Binjai City installs water connection installations at customers' homes which usually come from the mountains then flows into rivers and is collected first in reservoirs and then distributed to customers' homes . PDAM Tirta Sari Binjai has experienced problems in handling the large number of applications for new connection installations. And to overcome these problems we need a method that can predict the number of new installations. Based on these conditions, PDAM Tirta Sari Binjai needs to create a system that can predict the number of installations of clean water lines that will come in the following days or months. The process of predicting the number of installations of clean water lines that will be carried out with a computerized system, one of the processes that can be done is the application of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) using the Backpropagation method. The system is designed with the MATLAB R2014a programming application, after carrying out the data training process and data testing on 2016 to 2020 data, the learning rate is 0.2; the maximun epoch is 10000 and the target error is 0.001, the result is that in 2021 the number of installations of clean water channels is 2,238 channels. Keywords: Backpropagation, Artificial_Syaraf_Network, Clean_Air_Channel

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman, Game pada saat ini sangat berkembang dengan cepat. Banyak anak muda sekarang yang sering bermain sampai lupa akan waktu dan lupa untuk belajar sehingga meningkatnya rasa malas pada anak muda sekarang. Game Edukasi Asmaul Husna ini dirancang menggunakan software adobe animate 2019 yang dimulai dengan membuat storyboard untuk mengetahui apakah game sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Game Edukasi Asmaul Husna ini ditujukan kepada pelajar dan anak-anak agar dapat belajar sambil bermain. Hasil dari game  ini berupa materi, dan soal-soal yang dilengkapi dengan music dan suara dari setiap objek. Game Edukasi ini sebagai media pembelajaran untuk pelajar dan anak-anak agar mereka dapat lebih senang dalam menghafal asmaul husna.Kata Kunci : Game, Asmaul Husna, Adobe Animate  Along with the development of the times, the game at this time is growing very quickly. In this era so that Many young people often play until they forgot the time and forgot to study so that young people get feel lazy today. This Asmaul Husna Educational Game was designed using adobe animate 2019 software, which started by creating a storyboard to find out whether the game was as desired. This Asmaul Husna Educational Game is aimed at students and children so they can learn while playing. The results of this game are in the form of materials, and questions that are equipped with music and sounds from each object. Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology and information, especially in the field of education, one of which is by utilizing multimedia as a learning medium. The source of the material for recitation of tajwid which is still presented in conventional form like ordinary textbooks, of course, makes tajwid less interesting to learn and also not all children immediately understand it. It takes teaching staff who can teach recitation material in an interesting way. Of course, this cannot be done anymore due to the current pandemic situation to reduce crowds. An example of technology that can be used is an Android-based Smartphone. One of the lessons that can be developed through Smartphones is an interactive learning media to know the science of recitation based on Android. Interactive learning media that was built with the aim of being able to be implemented for children to recognize the science of recitation in the first 10 verses of Surah Al-Kahf. Abstract

Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang merupakan salah satu fakultas yang berada di Universitas Negeri Padang, khususnya Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Wajib melakasanakan kegiatan Pengalaman Lapangan Industri (PLI) yang mana Pengalaman Lapangan Industri  tersebut Merupakan sebuah jembatan penghubung antara industri dengan lembaga pendidikan. Untuk mendukung kegitan pengalaman lapangan industri agar bisa berjalan dengan baik dan sesui dengan yang di harapkan, maka kegiatan pengalaman lapangan industri harus di kelola dengan baik dan tersruktur. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat maka fakultas teknik universitas negeri padang juga harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yaitu dengan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pengalaman lapangan industri untuk membantu mahasiswa pada  proses pendaftaran coaching, pendaftaran perusahaan, penentuan supervisor, penetapan dosen pembimbing, pengumpulan laporan, dan penilaian. Pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan perancangan Entity Relationship Diagram, Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, dan dibangun menggunakan beberapa bahasa pemrograman yaitu  PHP, HTML, CSS, serta Framerwork Laravel, MySQL sebagai DBMS, dan Sublime Text sebagai text editor. Hasil dari Tugas Akhir  ini yaitu sebuah sistem informasi pengalaman lapangan industri yang akan membantu mahasiswa pada proses pendaftaran coaching, pendaftaran perusahaan, penentuan supervisor, penetapan dosen pembimbing, pengumpulan laporan, dan penilaian.

Abstract

The selection of a proper student thesis title really requires precise accuracy, because there are often similarities with existing thesis or discrepancies with the vision and mission of the study program. The supervising lecturer is the one who selects the feasibility of the student thesis title, where the number of students being mentored is sometimes more than 3 people. Therefore we need a method that can assist in making decisions to determine the feasibility of student thesis titles. The method used in this research is Profile Matching and Topsis. Profile Maching is a method that is often used in decision making where the stages in the method consist of determining criteria, determining the gap value, calculating the core factor value and secondary factor value, the sum of the core factor and secondary factor values and then the final conclusion or final selection. While Topsis is one of the methods in a decision support system where the steps in this method are to normalize the matrix and determine the ideal positive and negative matrix solutions so as to produce values from the largest to the smallest. The criteria used consist of title renewal (K1), suitability of the study program vision (K2), suitability of study program mission (K3), suitability of specialization courses (K4), and similarity of research with previous titles (K5). In this study, it was found that the TOPSIS method produces an accuracy value of 80% and is effectively better than the results of the Profile Matching method with an accuracy of 60% in making decisions about whether the student title is feasible or not. Keywords: TOPSIS, Profile Matching, Eligibility of Thesis Title
