Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, where the role of humans has been replaced with many machines or robots in doing a job. In everyday life humans usually always produce waste. Waste is defined as material that is wasted or discarded due to human activities that do not or do not yet have economic value and positive value can even have a negative economic value. the more system requirements within the company's industrial environment are increasingly being used to make it easier and to shorten the time for each activity in the company's industry. The current system is still manual, especially in the process of sorting waste items where there are still errors such as frequent mixing of metal and plastic waste items and employees automatically sort out the waste. Where conditions like that are not very good and spend a lot of time. The aim of this research is to make a waste sorting tool based on metal and plastic materials, this tool uses Arduino as a microcontroller, proximity sensor as a reader of metal waste and uses a servo motor as a separator, and conveyor as a driving force for yield. this research is expected to be able to help users or company owners to simplify the sorting process. Keywords: Arduino, Proximity Sensor, Servo Motor, Conveyor

Abstract

Online learning (Online) during the COVID-19 pandemic has become a must for every university. This is because teaching and learning activities are not allowed to do face-to-face. For this reason, we need a learning media that can be used online so that students can easily find teaching materials provided by lecturers. Lecturers of the Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif, especially lecturers of Pancasila and Citizenship Education Courses, wish to develop a website-based learning media. With the development of a special website for Pancasila and Citizenship Education courses, it is hoped that students who take these courses can easily access learning materials. Keyword : Pancasila, Citizenship

Abstract

In today’s increasingly sophiticated era, the crime of car theft is increasing, this is because the warning system installed on the vehicle is steal weak. Another thing that causes car theft is also due to the negligence of the car owner in leaving his car anywhere. For example, leaving the vechicle in a quiet and crime prone place. This is one of the reasons vehicle owners need additional more sophisticated warning  systems. By using magnets, hall sensors, buzzers as warning alarms sent via module SIM 800L to vehicle users, it is hoped that this will be a solution in improving the warning system. In thus study, if the tire undergoes 3 rounds in less than 5 second, the buzzer will turn on, thus sending an SMS notification to the user via module SIM 800L which indicates an unwanted movement action on the vehicle. The results of the hall sensor test can detect adjacent magnetic fields, even though there are objects attached to the magnets that do not affect the performance of the hall sensors to detect magnets. These results indicate that the application of magnets and hall sensors affixed to vehicle tires and utilizing module SIM 800L programmed with arduino uno can be one of the right solutions to improve vehicle warning  systems. Key words: warning system, hall sensor, arduino

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang bermutu ialah pembelajaran yang dapat memahami dan mengikuti perubahan dan perkembangan zaman. Di zaman pemanfaatan teknologi sekarang ini, tentunya dapat menjadi suatu sumber belajar dalam inovasi pembelajaran dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, dibutuhkan proses belajar mengajar yang inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan efisien. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran adalah sumber belajar. Sumber belajar yang masih umum digunakan saat ini adalah hal-hal yang sifatnya masih konvensional seperti buku. Namun, perkembangan arus teknologi dan informasi sudah semakin canggih dan berkembang. Dalam pembelajaran perlu memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi ini untuk menciptakan sebuah sumber belajar yang praktis. Dengan adanya pemanfaatan internet diharapkan dapat menciptakan e-learning berbasis website sebagai sumber belajar.E-learning membawa perubahan pembelajaran dalam bentuk digital, bahkan saat ini sudah banyak digunakan. Namun, pemanfaatan internet kebanyakan tidak untuk dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran sehingga berdampak negatif pada mahasiswa. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan sebuah penelitian pemanfaatan teknologi berupa website yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar mahasiswa. Mahasiswa bisa belajar kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Pengembangan website sebagai sumber belajar mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan berbasis e-learning ini dilakukan di Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif.Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat produk berupa website sebagai salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi untuk inovasi pembelajaran. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menjadi sumber belajar mahasiswa secara mandiri. Peneliti memodifikasi model pengembangan Waterfall yang mempunyai 5 langkah, diantaranya: (1) Analisa kebutuhan penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi awal; (2) perencanaan produk; (3) pengembangan desain produk awal; (4) validasi ahli media, materi, dan pembelajaran; (5) Pemeliharaan (Maintenance). Produk pengembangan website PPKn berbasis e-learning ini dapat digunakan untuk belajar mandiri mahasiswa karena sangat layak digunakan.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Sumber Belajar, Website, E-learning, Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

Family Planning is an action that helps individuals or married couples to get certain objects that are run by the Office of Population Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) of Binjai City. Intervention is an activity that is carried out systematically and planned to change the condition of a person, group of people or society that leads to improvement or preventing the worsening of a situation. To select priority areas of intervention for family planning activities which include problems such as the selection process which takes a long time and allows for human error, a web-based decision support system is needed which is built using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Keywords : Decision Support System (DSS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Family Planning (KB), DPPKB Binjai City.

Abstract

As The development of animation and games in today's world is growing rapidly. 3D animation is widely used for film making, games and advertisements. one of the popular games today is a platform game. The making of this platform game animation is expected to advance and introduce the development of 3D animation and the software it uses. The process of making the animation itself requires a story idea, scenario and storyboard. This animation is made with 3-dimensional modeling. At the stage of animating objects, careful planning is needed by determining the keyframe as the flow of an object from its initial state to its final state. Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the current globalization has been very rapid especially among the general public. One of them is augmented relity  technology that is very developed as an application in the field of promotion and sales. Augmented relity  itself is one of the technologies in object recognition in the field of multimedia. Augmented relity  is a merger between two worlds, namely the virtual world into the real world, in other words objects in the virtual world we can display to the real world. The application of the concept of Augmented relity  can increase the effectiveness and recognition of an object to be interesting. The recognition of an object by means of ordinary 2-dimensional images as a promotional medium, considered unattractive and does not utilize developing technology. In this case, the object introduced by Augmented relity  technology is a typical food area of Sumatra, including North Sumatra, South Sumatra and West Sumatra. Because in this day and age the introduction of regional specialties is less known by the people of Indonesia. Therefore, researchers created "Sumatran Food Introduction Media Using Android-Based Augmented relity  Technology". This introductory media will be designed using 3D Unity Software and the process will run through android smartphones. On the smartphone will be made an application called Regional Special Foods.Keywords: Smartphone; Android; Media.

Abstract

Communication is a very important human need. Communication is needed to obtain or provide information to others. Currently, there are many services available for communicating, one of the most popular telecommunication services is Chat messenger. This research will discuss a security in sending messages with the base 64 algorithm. Base64 is an encryption algorithm that is quite unique and is very helpful in hiding messages in the form of hasting. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based chat messenger software or application that is used to facilitate real-time communication, such as sending and receiving text and image messages. The development of visual communication media at this time helps in supporting information and communication. However, often the visual communication media presented are less effective and efficient. With 3D animation media, 3D animation media is considered effective enough to attract customer interest, because 3D animation is quite popular among all circles. The presentation of attractive and entertaining advertising media will encourage the wider community to shop. This is evidence that the design of a work of art is improving so that it can keep up with the rapid development of technology. UD. Boru Lubis (icha lubis shop) engaged in the trade of basic necessities is considered necessary to have an attractive promotional media and can be a medium of information, especially for consumers. Abstract

Information technology is very influential for the progress of a business. Various ways are done to promote the business owned, one of them by using ecommerce website. E-commerce is a buying and selling activity conducted online through the website or website. In KUN Toko case study case, the problem that often faced is the promotion media using only banners, the sale is still limited to offline, data storage and printing report is still in the form of records in the form of archives. The purpose of the research is to provide solutions to solve existing problems by designing an ecommerce-based sales information system. The results and conclusions of this research is ecommerce-based sales website can be used as a media campaign, simplify the process of selling done online, and can simplify the data processing and printing reports that no longer require recording in the form of archives. Keywords: Information Systems, E-commerce, Website
