<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pertama, Sikap Dosen dan Mahasiswa terhadap kebersihan trotoar jalan dan halaman sekitar kampus UIN Sumatera Utara. Kedua, Sikap dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap kebersihan toilet (kamar mandi) di UIN Sumatera Utara. Ketiga, Sikap dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap kebersihan ruangan kelas selama berlangsungnya proses perkuliahan di UIN Sumatera Utara.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan pengkajian dokumen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen dan mahasiswa UIN Sumatera Utara yang diambil melalui tehnik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun langkah-langkah analisis data yaitu: Inductive analysis dan Interim analysis. Selanjutnya, teknik penjaminan keabsahan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah: kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas  dan konfirmabilitas.]]>

<![CDATA[Since the introduction of child-friendly in 1990, the concept has been widespread in some aspects of peopleâs life. The concepts of child-friendly school, child-friendly space, and child-friendly city have been more popular. However, the concept of child-friendly has not much so far related to houses of worship. The present research aims at exploring how the caretakers of mosques perceive the concept of child-friendly mosque. The study suggests that children are subject to physical and verbal violence in the mosque. In addition, many mosques are also not convenient for children due to the policies and physical structures of the mosques which are not child friendly, and the absence of facilities designed for the best interest of the child. The mosque caretakers are aware of the messages in Islamic teaching to protect the children and behave softly to them. However, violence continues.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan Sejarah Abdullah bin Sabaâ Abdullah bin Sabaâ sangat di abadikan oleh para ulama karena perannya yang begitu besar dalam sejarah kelam antar umat dimasa awal Islam, dalam hal ini telah ditulis oleh Ulama klasik baik dalam kitab-kitab Tarikh Sunni, seperti Imam at Thabari di dalam kitab Tarikh-nya dan ulama- ulama lainnya. begitu pula dalam kitab-kitab ulama Syiâah, seperti MaqÄlÄt wa al Firaq yang oleh al Qummi, Firaq as Syiâah yang ditulis oleh an Nubakhti, al Kisyi dalam Rijalal Kisyi-nya, dan beberapa ulama lain dari golombongan Syiâah. Akan tetapi ada yang meragukan jalur periwayatannya karena hanya dari satu jalur maka Abdullah bin Sabaâ diragukan dan menyatakan bahwa Abdullah bin Sabaâ adalah tokoh hayalan. Hal tersebut berawal dari jalur periwayatan yang terdapat dalam kitab Tarikh hanya satu jalur. Maka berawal dari hal tersebutlah timbul. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba untuk mengkaji jalur periwayatan dalam kitab Tarikh tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine Islamic family law in Tunisia, which is considered unique because of the complexity of Tunisia. This study uses the library research and data collection is done by the method of documentation sourced from documents that are relevant to the problem collected. The analysis used is content analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the process of formulating and structuring Islamic family law in Tunisia is not only an attempt to codify the Maliki school of jurisprudence, but also takes progressive and revolutionary steps in an effort to legalize and administer the legal sector, especially Family Law. This is evidenced by the enactment of Tunisia's Code of Personal Status. From the historical point of view, the formation of the CPST was greatly influenced by France. Besides that, the Nationalists also have secular education background. Legal reforms carried out by the Tunisian government, in matters that exist do not intend to make deviations and abandon the principles of Islamic Law, but rather due to the government's desire to guarantee the welfare, peace and benefit of the people and people of Tunisia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain the legal basis for bankruptcy settlement on musyarakah and murabahah financing in the Commercial Court in the decision No.01 / Pdt-Sus-PKPU / 2015 / PN Niaga Mdn, this study aims to explain whether in the decision No.01 / Pdt-Sus-PKPU / 2015 / PN Niaga Mdn is in accordance with sharia principles based on Islamic economic theory. The research method that will be used in this research is qualitative research methods that arefield research, namely detailed research on one particular subject, and one document. This research is a qualitative research obtained by compilers based on data in the field, namely in the Medan District Court, North Sumatra. The research approach used by the compiler is a normative approach, the normative approach is to approach the problem by seeing and seeing a discussion of a problem with emphasis on legal aspects Islam in this study is based on Islamic law which has been interpreted through the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN), KHES, KHAES, andbooks Fiqh. The collection technique used by the author to collect research data is by using the interview method with Mr. Jamaluddin , SH, MH (Public Relations & Judges of the Medan District Court) and using the compiling documentation method to collect documents regarding sharia banking decision letters which were decided at the Medan District Court and other supporting documents.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to find the method of A. Mukti Ali Interpretation towards Alquran, also the analysis of Alquran exegesis in Nusantara. Alquran and the exegesis of A. Mukti Ali is one of exegesis book in Indonesia which officially by government in decree No. 26 tahun 1967 as a main reference in understanding Alquran. The method used in this study is library research. The finding shows that the importance of deeply learning Alquran from many perspective. In addition to studying Alquran relating to shahabat era and relevant to nowadays life.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem discussed in this paper is how the scholars view the hadith of the Prophet. regarding breastfeeding children, then how much or how many times the child suckles for the emergence of a relationship that will eventually cause the illegitimate marriage of a brother. This study uses the methodology of comparing the opinions of scholars. This study concludes that there are differences of opinion among scholars regarding how much the level of breastfeeding is said to be that the child is a breastfeeding child. First, according to Daud az-Zahiri (fiqh leader of the School of Az-Zahiri) the level of breastfeeding that forbids marriage is at least three times suction, and if it is less than that it is not forbidden for a man to marry the woman where he suckles. According to Syafi'i and Hanbali school scholars, the level of breastfeeding that forbids marriage is five or more times, and carried out separately. Third, according to the Hanafi and Maliki School scholars, the level of abuse that forbids a man from marrying the woman where he is breastfeeding has no strict limits, and what is important is that the sucked milk reaches the stomach of the child, thus providing energy in the growth of the child.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper tries to explain the history of Abdullah bin Saba 'which was perpetuated by the scholars because of its enormous role in the dark history of the people in the early days of Islam, in this case it has been written by classical Ulama in the Chronicles Sunni, such as Imam at Tabari in inbook Tarikhhisscholars, clerics and others. so also in the books of Shiite scholars. However, there are those who doubt the path of the transmission because only from one lane, Abdullah bin Saba is 'doubtful and declares that Abdullah bin Saba' is a prominent figure. It starts from the path of transmission which is in the book of Chronicles, only one path. Therefore, the author tries to examine the path of transmission in the book of the Date. This study uses the content analysis method. As a source of data used in the study of the truth of Abdulllah bin Saba 'figure, namely through the perspective of the Sunni and Shia books. The author tries to explain the results of research that shows that the figure of Abdullah bin Saba 'the fact of his existence and information obtained from Sunni and Shia data sources has similarities about the figure.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out: First, the attitudes of lecturers and students towards the cleanliness of the sidewalks and courtyards around the UIN campus of North Sumatra. Second, the attitude of lecturers and students to the cleanliness of toilets (bathrooms) at UIN North Sumatra. Third, the attitude of lecturers and students to the cleanliness of classrooms during the lecture process at UIN North Sumatra. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study is using observation, interviews and document review. The subjects of this study were lecturers and students of UIN North Sumatra who were taken through a purposive sampling technique. The instrument of data collection uses observation, interview, documentation techniques. The steps of data analysis are: Inductive analysis and Interim analysis. Conclusions obtained by the attitudes of lecturers and students about the cleanliness of the sidewalks and courtyards around the UIN SU campus, first, the uncomfortable attitude was shown in relation to the condition of the campus gate area which was less orderly and comfortable. Second, the happy attitude shown by the lecturers is that the greening program on campus adds to the calm and beautiful atmosphere.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore data and evaluate learning facilities and infrastructure on the campus of UIN North Sumatra. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach in terms of science, this study used a socio-religious approach. The analysis used is data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that learning facilities and infrastructure on the campus of UIN North Sumatra need to get attention and improvement to be used for more conducive learning. Cleanliness and beauty in the facilities and infrastructure of North Sumatra UIN are still fairly minimal, both in terms of maintenance of facilities and infrastructure and preservation. The efforts of the new leadership are limited to the regulation optimization plan that regulates it. In the future efforts will be made to harmonize the rules that provide guidance for campus residents in maintaining learning facilities and infrastructure in order to realize the cleanliness and beauty of the campus]]>
