Abstract

Law No. 23 of 2011 provides institutional strengthening in integrated zakat management into an integrated system. The research aims to answer the problem How to manage ZIS, What are the implications of Law No. 23 on the collection and distribution of ZIS and Are there any obstacles encountered in the management of Zakat. This research is a qualitative study using the approach of legal sociology. The results showed; (1) that the Implementation of Management Law No. 23 of 2011 in the management of ZIS management has not been implemented optimally in accordance with the mandate of Law No.23 of 2011; (2) the impact of the implementation of Law No.23 of 2011 has not been maximized, as evidenced by the minimal amount of zakat receipts and its management and allocation are unclear; (3) The constraints in managing ZIS are very influential on the interest to pay ZIS in mosque, ACT and BAZNAS Medan City.

Abstract

The background of this research is the growing business activities of Sharia banking, especially the business activities of Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of third party funds and capital on the amount of financing of Sharia Commercial Bank (BUS) over the last 4 (four) years, starting from January 2015 to December 2018. The study data used there were 48 months of development of third party funds, capital, and the amount of financing of Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) from January 2015 to December 2018. The stages of the method to be used in this study are research flow chart, data collection, library study, problem identification, preprocess, data analysis (data analysis used i.e. multiple linear regression, normality test, classic assumption test (multicolinearity test and autocorrecord test), statistical test (determination coefficient (R2), statistical F test, and statistical t test), data analysis results, final evaluation, and research approach. The result of this study is that third-party fund variables have a significant effect on the variable amount of financing and capital variables have no effect and are not significant to the variable amount of financing. Then third-party fund variables and capital variables simultaneously significantly affect variable amounts of financing

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the number of general public complaining about the decline in ethics and manners of teenagers. The decrease in the ethics of teenagers resulted in frequent juvenile delinquency in Indonesia. The decline of the nation's morale, especially youth due to the weakening of cultural and character education both integrated in formal education and non-formal education. Many factors that can cause the emergence of deviant behavior among students, including the lack of a strong grip on religion, the lack of effective moral or character coaching by families, schools and communities, the rapid flow of materialistic, hedonistic, and sectarian culture, and the lack of a genuine willingness of the government to conduct coaching on the morals of the nation, Through literature studies (library research) the author will present the terms of character in Islamic education , so that problems with children will be found, with it will know the values of character taught in Islamic education and also know the problems of planting character values to students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principles of education in the Quran and the position of humans in the universe. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data were collected using the interview method which was conducted on the students, teachers, principals and education practitioners. The sample used was snowball sampling. The conclusion can be stated that according to the philosophy of Islamic education humans are alternative beings (free) but at the same time bound (not free of value). A principle is based on Islamic education if it has components of integration, balance, equality, lifelong education and virtue. Meanwhile, various educational principles in the Koran include religious, historical, social, philosophical, early childhood education and economic principles. Islam views the existence of the universe or Allah created the universe to fulfill human interests. Therefore, the universe becomes the source, material, method, media and environment in order to realize the purpose of human life through the realization of the goals of Islamic education that are identical to the goals of life. The Koran does not view humans as creatures that were created by chance, or created from a collection of atoms, but they were created after being planned to carry out a task as caliph on this earth. The proper way to develop and maintain human nature as caliph on earth is through education, because education (al-Tarbiyah) includes various dimensions, namely body, mind, feelings, will and all human psychological elements as well as talents and abilities.

Abstract

Capital markets provide opportunities for people to participate in the development of an economy. With the capital market, companies can more easily get capital from the community so as to create broad jobs and increase taxes for the government. The capital market as an instrument is not separated from various influences, especially the economic environment. The influence of the microeconomic environment for example the performance of the company can be seen from the financial ratios of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of return on equity, deb to equity ratio and current ratio on the share price of companies listed in jakarta islamic index with price earning ratio as variable moderating. The population and samples used were jii-registered companies from 2015 to 2019. The results show that by using a significant rate of five percent, roe variables have a significant influence on the share price, DER variables have a significant influence on the share price, CR variables have a significant influence on the share price, PER variables can significantly strengthen the influence of roe variables on the company's share price, PER variables can significantly strengthen the influence of DER variables on the company's share price , and per variables can significantly strengthen cr's influence on the company's share price.

Abstract

Sunni political doctrine plays an important role in government, sunni doctrine which tends to be an instrument of legitimacy of power, has a great impact with the government in putting relations between the authorities (government) and the people by prioritizing social harmony, of course social and political stability will be well maintained. the majority of which are represented by, Ibn Abi Rabi ', Ibn Taimiyah and al Ghazali and al Mawardi. This thinking is based on the background and tendencies of these Sunni figures in the political problems of the state faced in their time. They base their political theory on reality and the existing socio-political situation.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in distributing Zakat in review according to Law Number 23 of 2011 in Bengkalis Regency. Particularly related to the distribution of Zakat which indicates the distribution of Zakat to the mustahik who are not on target. As well as inhibiting factors in the implementation of the role of the BAZNAS Intitution in the distribution of zakat in Bengkalis Regency. Zakat distribution which is distributed to Mustahik must be in accordance with Islamic shariah, the applicable regulations and also the Operational Standars in BAZNAS Bengkalis Regency. The nature of this study is qualitative with the type of Sociological Juridical. From the results of research on the Role of the Institution of BAZNAS in the Distribution of Zakat in Bengkalis Regency to the mustahik has been carried out optimally in accordance with existing operational standards, and of course in accordance with Islamic sharia and applicable regulations, but still must continue to make improvements, innovations, innovation to continue to improve the performance of Amil BAZNAS Bengkalis Regency. However, there are also several factors that hamper the role of BAZNAS institutions in the implementation of zakat distribution, namely in Human Resources (HR), limited operational funds, low public khowledge about Zakat, and lack of public trust in the goverment in dealing with zakat issues, especially the National Zakat Boards as an official goverment body.

Abstract

The current phenomenon, many Indonesian people, especially in the city of Binjai, ended their household ark with divorce, one of which was drug. Then the mayor issued a regulation that is the mayor regulation number 39 of 2017. One of the contents is a prenuptial urine test as a requirement to get a control card / NA. Every rule / policy issued certainly has a purpose. Then Islam has rules (Shari'at) which aim to produce benefits and reject mafsadat. as for the benefits to safeguard religion, self, reason, descent and wealth. This study aims to determine the purpose of shari'ah (maqāṣid asy-syarī’ah) towards the mayor's regulation number 39 of 2017 concerning premarital urine tests in the city of Binjai. The application of the mayor's regulations has resulted in the benefit of the Binjai community in safeguarding religion, self, reason, descent, and property. Then the general goal of the mayor's regulation is to map which areas are high in drug users. Whereas the review of maqāṣid asy-syarī'ah is to safeguard religion, self, reason, descent and wealth.

Abstract

The performance of the auditor or the quality of work performed by the auditor is the total work that has been received by the auditor in carrying out his duties within the work period of the auditor. Three things that affect the auditor's performance are individual factors contained in the auditor, work environment factors and psychological factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and motivation on auditor performance with emotional intelligence as a moderating variable in the Inspectorate of the Province of North Sumatra. The study was conducted at the Inspectorate of North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were 104 auditors and the sample was obtained using the Slovin formula of 50 respondents. Analysis techniques that use moderated regresion analysis (MRA). The results were obtained: 1) Organizational commitment influences auditor performance, 2) Motivation influences auditor performance, 3) Organizational commitment and motivation influences auditor performance, 4) Emotional intelligence moderates the effect of organizational commitment on auditor performance, 5) Emotional intelligence moderates the effect of motivation on auditor performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini meneliti pandangan Khalid bin Hamid al-Hazimi terkait metode pendidikan Islam dalam karyanya berjudul Ushul al-Tarbiyyah al-Islamiyyah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan gambaran komprehensif pandangan Khalid al-Hazimi tentang metode pendidikan dalam Islam. Jenis penelitian ilmiah ini adalah kajian kepustakaan (library research) dan metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah konten analisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi melalui sumber utama yaitu buku Ushul al-Tarbiyyah al-Islamiyyah karya Khalid al-Hazimi. Adapun data pelengkap yang digunakan berupa buku-buku lain yang relevan dengan judul artikel ini. Pada akhirnya, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa metode pendidikan Islam yang digagas oleh Khalid al-Hazimi merupakan pengembangan dari metode-metode para pakar pendidikan Islam sebelumnya, yaitu metode-metode yang berasaskan pada ajaran al-Qur’an dan Hadis Nabi. Metode-metode tersebut antara lain adalah; metode keteladanan, metode kisah, metode nasehat, metode at-targhib wa at-tarhib, dan metode hukuman.
