Al-Irsyad: The Counseling and Education Journal is scientific journal in education and counseling guidance that managed by The Bimbingan Konseling Islam Majors of Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Faculty of UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Al-Irsyad presents topics about development of counseling guidance profession as a teacher based on the four competence of a teacher. They are pedagogic, personal, social, and professional. Besides that, Al-Irsyad is also emphasize to the integration of islamic values. Al-Irsyad is published two times in a year. There are January-June edition and July-December edition. The first edition of Al-Irsyad was Vol.1, No.1, January-June Edition on 2012, but was not yet have p-ISSN and e-ISSN. Then, in Vol.5, No. 1, January-June Edition on 2015 was published in print with p-ISSN: 2088-8341. Further, Vol. 10, No.1, January-June 2020 Edition on 2020 edition publish OJS with e-ISSN: 2686-2859.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Religiosity and Psychological well being in terms of the Big Five Personality in high school students 6 Binjai. There are two hypotheses proposed in this study, namely, there is a relationship between religiosity and Psychological well being in SMA 6 Binjai students and there is a difference between Psychological well being in terms of big five personality in SMA 6 Binjai students. Analysis of the data used in this research is covariance analysis. This research was conducted at the 6th and XI high school 6 Binjai students in the 2013/2014 academic year. This sample was taken by random sampling method, with a total sample of 85 students from the total population. The analysis used is covariance analysis, because it aims to test the hypothesis of one dependent variable (y), one independent variable (x), and one covariable. Based on the analysis of the data above, it was obtained F = 2395,290 with a significance of 0,000 and p <0.05. Based on these results it is said that there is a relationship between religiosity and Psychological well being on the big five personality. Then obtained F = 1.845, sig 0.128 with p> 0.05 which means that there is no difference in Psychological well being among the five personality types of big five personality.Keywords: Psychological well being, Religiosity, Big Five Personality

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many problems students have in terms of self-concept. This study aims to describe students' self-concepts. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. population The study population was 464th grade students of XI and XII Senior High Schools in Padang. A sample of 215 people, selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used is a scale. The results of the validity and reliability test of the self-concept instrument stated that the research instrument was valid and reliable. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The findings of this study indicate that on average the students' self-concept is in the positive category. The implications of the results of the study can be used as input to create a guidance and counseling service program.Keywords: Self-Concept, Guidance and Counseling Implications

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran model guru dalam membentuk. karakter kedisiplinan siswa SDN No.139 / I Sungai Buluh. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian adalah SDN No.139 / I Sungai Buluh, Kecamatan Muara Bulian, Kabupaten Batang hari, Provinsi Jambi dengan sumber data yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Analisis data digunakan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa peran guru juga merupakan panutan yang baik bagi siswa. Abstract

Waqf as one of the charitable cause in the Islamic shariah is very useful for the welfare of society, for example, to the advancement of science and culture as well as other development interests are blessed by Allah SWT. Regarding the waqf property, in principle, which has diwakafkan waqf property can not be changed as stated in the hadith Rasul SAW. that the object should not be in perjualbelikan waqf, assigned or inherited.History Mujahid ulama agreed that the waqf property is not allowed to change it from what it professed the wakif exception in urgency due to the interest of the common goal. State waqf objects can not be used again as the wakif swore. Conditions change waqf objects arranged in KHI in line with what was raised the previous mujtahid Imam. as the sound of KHI Article 225 states are essentially the objects that have diwakafkan can notbe changed or other use and what is meant pledge endowments. Except with the first reason for not complying anymore with the purpose of waqf as professed by wakif, both because of the public interest. Provisions stipulated in article 225 above KHI whose purpose is to give a chance to change things endowments in urgency, in order of importance beneficiaries are greater than ever.Keywords: Fungsi Wakaf, Kompilasi Hukum Islam.

Abstract

Positive behavior is expected to appear in every student activity at school and outside the school. BK lecturers are expected to work together with lecturers of study and all steakholders to shape positive student behavior such as using internet positively. This research uses Quasi experiment type research. The population of the study were students of BKI FITK UIN Sumatera Utara Medan 142, a sample of 32 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, data analysis techniques are data descriptions and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was done with the help of SPSS. The results showed: 1) There was a significant difference of understanding scores on students' understanding of using internet positively on experimental group students between test pree with post test. The difference occurred with the increase of the score of all respondents as many as 20 people. Total score increase of 210 with an average increase of 10.50. 2) There was no significant difference in understanding scores about students' understanding using internet positively on control group students between pree test and post test. From 21 respondents only 7 people who experienced an increase. Total increase of 32.50 with an average of 4.64. 3) There is a significant influence of information services on the understanding of students' understanding of using the internet positively on students BKI FITK Students UIN Sumatera Utara Medan Lesson Year 2017/2018 with Asyim sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Information service, internet use positively

Abstract

Student learning outcomes can be influenced by the ability of students tocomplete lesson assignments. The phenomenon in the field some students are not able to complete the task assignments given by the teacher. The research aims to reveal how the relationship between the ability to complete task assignments with student learning outcomes. Using quantitative methods with the type of correlational research. The study population was 384 middle school students. The  sampling technique is Proportional Random Sampling with a sample of 78 people.Data analysis techniques used the Pearson Product Moment formula with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution for windows release 17.0 program. The research findings show that (1) the ability to complete the task assignments in junior high is in the good category, (2) the learning outcomes of students in junior high are in the good category. (3) There is a significant relationship between the ability to complete lesson tasks with the Pearson correlation student learning outcomes of 0.416 and a significance level of 0.000, with a sufficient level ofrelationship.Keywords: Skills Completing Tasks, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Family or household is a humanitarian system that the urgency based on theIslam. Family has become a necessity of relationship between the elements of the family.Relationship that occur within a family should be a harmonious relationship, cool, andcomfortable, filled with compassion, so that the family get some peace and tranquility. Toachieve calm and serene family can not be separated from the family element itself,which is called by Keluarga Sakinah. Abstract

School is an environment where students get formal education and teaching. When entering school age the child has obtained reading lessons. One of the facilities to help the teaching and learning process in schools is the school library. Through various sources in the library, both students and teachers can interact and be directly involved both physically and mentally in the teaching and learning process. So that the school library is really used efficiently. With these activities it is hoped that reading interest will grow and develop into a reading fondness. The utilization of libraries in Baitul Hikmah Vocational School is good. Seen there is a means to read the Koran provided in the library building. The reading practice of the Qur'an Vocational Baitul Hikmah is accustomed every day from Monday to Saturday before the scheduled school hours start. Teacher guides reading the Koran are usually led by subject teachers who hold the first hour schedule. The impact of reading the Koran is very big felt by the students themselves, for the school, and for parents. The impact on students personally is more fluent and fluent in reading the Koran, and behave politely to parents, and the community. The impact on schools is that students are more easily controlled. The impact on parents is that students are more obedient. The consequence is that the community is very sympathetic to the Baitul Hikmah Vocational School, which is busy entering their children into the school. Abstract

Abstract: Masa pandemi covid-19 merubah banyak aspek kehidupan,termasuk di dalamnya dunia pendidikan. Mahasiswa sebagai pesertadidik di perguruan tinggi mengalami dampak dalam proses pembelajaran.Penelitian ini berupaya mendeskripsikan kebahagiaan belajar mahasiswaBKI masa pandemi covid-19.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 191 orang mahasiswa. Instrumen yangdigunakan agket. Teknik pengambilan data melalui googleform yangdibagikan kepada seluruh responden. Data dianalisis dengan datadeskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) sebanyak 1,05%kebahagiaan belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, 95,29% berada padakebahagiaan belajar sedang, dan sebanyak 3,66% kebahagiaan belajarmahasiswa berada pada kategori rendah; 2) Kebahagiaan belajarmahasiswa semester II 1,49% tinggi, 67,02% sedang, 2,09% rendah.Semester IV, 0,00% tinggi, 95,52% sedang, 2,99% rendah. Semester VI,0,00% tinggi, 94,29% sedang, 5,71% rendah. 3) Kebahagiaan belajarmahasiswa laki-laki 0,00%tinggi, 100% sedang, dan 0,00% rendah.Kebahagiaan belajar mahasiswa perempuan 1,17% tinggi, 94,74%sedang, dan 4,09% rendah.Keywords: Kebahagiaan, belajar, pandemi
