Al-Irsyad: The Counseling and Education Journal is scientific journal in education and counseling guidance that managed by The Bimbingan Konseling Islam Majors of Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Faculty of UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Al-Irsyad presents topics about development of counseling guidance profession as a teacher based on the four competence of a teacher. They are pedagogic, personal, social, and professional. Besides that, Al-Irsyad is also emphasize to the integration of islamic values. Al-Irsyad is published two times in a year. There are January-June edition and July-December edition. The first edition of Al-Irsyad was Vol.1, No.1, January-June Edition on 2012, but was not yet have p-ISSN and e-ISSN. Then, in Vol.5, No. 1, January-June Edition on 2015 was published in print with p-ISSN: 2088-8341. Further, Vol. 10, No.1, January-June 2020 Edition on 2020 edition publish OJS with e-ISSN: 2686-2859.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran relasional terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam kaitannya dengan penurunan jumlah nasabah dan penerimaan premi asuransi kenderaan AIG Insurance Cabang Medan. Pemasaran relasional yang diteliti mencakup variabel komitmen, empati, timbal balik dan kepercayaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan secara simultan dan parsial dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh nasabah asuransi kenderaan AIG Insurance Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 252 orang dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 155 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari komitmen, empati, timbal balik dan kepercayaan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 31,3 persen dan sisanya 68,7 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar objek penelitian ini. Secara parsial, penelitian menghasilkan bahwa variabel empati dan timbal balik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan AIG Insurance Cabang Medan. Pendekatan afektif dan kognitif dapat menjadi alternatif perbaikan variabel empati dan konsep determinisme dapat menjadi alternatif perbaikan variabel timbal balik dalam kaitannya terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah dan penerimaan premi asuransi kenderaan AIG Insurance Cabang Medan kedepannya.Kata kunci: pemasaran relasional, komitmen, empati, timbal balik, kepercayaan

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the influence of the implementation of the strategy Numbered Head Together to improve motivation and student learning outcomes on the subjects Fikih class VIII in MTs Darul Ihsan Hamparan Perak. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using Quasi Experiment approach which is meant to know the existence or effect of something that is imposed on the sample that is student. Based on the result of data analysis of research about influence of Numbered Head Together strategy toward motivation and result of student learning hence got some conclusion that is: the use of learner strategy Numbered Head Together influence to result learn student, where there are difference of result of student learning shown from result of result hypothesis test postes result Student learning using t test. In addition to influencing the learning outcomes strategy Numbered Head Together also affects the motivation of student learning based on the indicated from the results of t count calculation on student motivation questionnaire after being treated with the acquisition of significance value (Sig.) Of 0.04 and H0 rejected. The difference of students' motivation and student learning result before and after using the strategy of Numbered Head Together on the subject of fasting material of Ramadhan. The Numbered Head Together Strategy also causes a significant increase in students' learning motivation. This can be seen from the quite high difference between the mean score of students' learning motivation before being treated with the students' learning motivation after treatment. Students have a good response to the strategy of Numbered Head Together in improving motivation and student learning outcomes on the subject of material fikih Ramadan fasting. Abstract

This study aims to get a clear picture of improving the way students learn through group guidance services at Madrasah Aliyah UIN-SU Medan Laboratory. As for the informants in this study were tutors, students and subject teachers. This type of research is qualitative, namely research that seeks to find facts and describe the research findings. The results of the study can be stated that the implementation of the Guidance Service Group given to students is to provide knowledge and understanding of good learning methods and ways of learning that are not good. Students reflect actions and do positive learning methods. Guidance Services Groups play a role in providing students with an understanding of how to improve student learning. Guidance Services The group provided helps students understand themselves, students are able to understand actions, including the ability to improve their learning methods well. Then the researchers concluded that after BKp services were conducted, student learning methods became more effective than usual.Keywords: Learning Methods and Guidance Groups

Abstract

The pattern of this policy requires the placement of inventory at each location, and placement of such supplies require a good handling so that supplies can be optimal, meaning that it can meet the demands of existing demand without storage is too great which causes buildup in the warehouse which resulted in high cost savings and possibilities the greater the damage to the product. PT. Sentana Superpower Pratama (PT. SADP) is engaged in the domestic Agrochemical, with products such as fertilizers and pesticides. Products PT. SADP 90% is aimed at consumers of the companies of oil palm plantations. With a distribution system that exists today in the PT. SADP frequent delays in product availability branch warehouse, so sending fertilizer to customers late and cause complaints and claims from customers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of distribution channels and physical distribution which consists of processing reservations, inventory control, handling of goods, warehousing and transportation of the Crown brand NPK fertilizer sales at PT. SADP. In this study, the population in question are all customers of PT. SADP status is still actively buying NPK fertilizer from time to time, these customers consist of oil palm plantation companies large and small plantations, its number is 985 customers. Methods to determine samples with Isaac formula and Michael with a sample of 212 samples. The results of writing is: independent variable that is processing the booking (X1), inventory control (X2), handling of goods (X3), warehousing (X4), and transport (X5) simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, namely the sale of NPK brand crown in PT. SADP. Partial testing of mind that the inventory control, ordering processing, handling of goods and transport significantly influence brand NPK fertilizer sales crown,and warehousing no significant effect on the brand NPK fertilizer sales crown.Keywords: Distribusi Fisik dan Penjualan Pupuk NPK.

Abstract

Learning activity is an interesting because as individual and social creatures, humans always try to know something that is in their environment to show their human existence. Learning means trying to know something, trying to gain knowledge (intelligence, skills). If tension continues to be experienced, then of course the emergence of inner conflict in a person that results in disruption of the person's personal integrity. Abstract

Lertina Pakpahan. The improving of stuents’ competence in asking through group guidence service at VII-3 grade SMP Negeri 29 Medan in 2016/2017 academic year. The aim of this study is to improve stuents’ competence in asking through grouping guidence service at VII-3 grade SMP Negeri 29 Medan in 2016/2017 academic year. The method used in this study is classroom action research with three cycles. The sunjects of this study are 36 students. The technique in collecting data is test, qustioner and observation.The technique of analizing data in this study is descriptive comparation. It is because to compare the score both first and second cycles and to compare the students’ competence in grouping guidence service . In analyzing data gottten in this study, The researcher also conducts descriptive persentation analyzing data. The result of the study shows there is the improving of students’ involving in grouping guidence service, It is seen from new aspect understanding. The improving are in positif feeling, action plan, anthusiasm. These aspsecs can be observeb during the study. The improving can be seen in asking competence, the questiion is in spontanious, atending the situation in asking, atending the way of asking siuitable with the value and norm. There are nine indecators in asking competence which is observeb. The improving can be seen from the cycle I, II and III. In Cycle I, The average percentage is 45,52%, In The second cycle is 60% and the third cycle is 87,77%. The average level of improving in asking in first cycle is 45,51%, in the second cycle is to be 66,99% and the third cycle is improving to be 93, 32%.Key words: Asking competence, grouping guidence service

Abstract

Abstract: Kebahagiaan mahasiswa dalam belajar perlu diperhatikan untuk mendapatkan ahsil belajar yang memuaskan. Masa pandemi Covid-19 telah merubah banyak aktivitas mahasiswa dan mengakibatkan tidak bahagia dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan belajar mahasiswa di masa covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode jejak pendapat yang dilakukan melalui pembagian angket menggunakan google form. Sehingga mahasiswa bebas menyampaikan pendapat dan pengalamannya. Data yang diperoleh ditabulasi dan dikategorikan, kemudian dianalisis dan disajikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar mahasiswa dilakukan melalui media Whatsapp, e-learning, zoom, dan calss room. Sebagian mahasiswa mendapatkan dampak positif karna dapat menyampaikan pendapat lebih percaya diri secara online dibandingkan di depan kelas. Sebagian lainnya merasa tidak nyaman. Faktor yang membuat mahasiswa bahagia belajar adalah kedekatan dengan keluarga, hemat pengeluaran, dan mendapatkan banyak waktu luang.Keywords: Kebahagiaan, belajar, pandemi
