Abstract

The rapid development and growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) has improved the quality of life and strengthened various areas of society. Many cities around the world are looking forward to becoming smart. One of the most popular use cases in smart cities is the implementation of smart parking solutions, as it allows people to optimize time, reduce fuel consumption, and carbon dioxide emissions. Smart parking solutions have a defined architecture with specific components (sensors, communication protocols, and software solutions). Although there are only three components that make up a smart parking solution, it is important to mention that each component has many types that can be used in the implementation of this solution. This article identifies the most frequently used types of each component and highlights the usage trends in the established analysis period. This provides a complementary perspective and is a very useful source of information. society can use this information to decide on the selection of the type of component to be used. implementing smart parking solutions. For this purpose, here we review some of the works related to the implementation of smart parking solutions. To achieve this goal, a semi-cyclical adaptation of the Research Methodology action combined with a systematic review was used to select articles related to the research subject. The most relevant of the types of components that should be considered when implementing smart parking solutions. The implementation of smart parking in Indonesia promises many benefits, especially in increasing efficiency and transparency. However, challenges such as high costs, infrastructure readiness, and technological literacy must be overcome so that this system can run optimally and inclusively.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven a significant transformation in the payment system, marked by the increasing use of e-wallets among the public, especially millennials. This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, security, and promotions on the purchasing intentions of millennials using OVO and DANA e-wallets in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique, data was collected from 100 respondents who are active e-wallet users. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that the three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing intentions, with the largest contribution coming from the promotion factor. The R Square value of 0.678 indicates that the model is able to explain 67.8% of the variability in consumer purchasing intentions. These findings reinforce the importance of ease of use, security, and effective promotional strategies in increasing e-wallet usage and user loyalty, especially among the millennial segment.

Abstract

The advancement of computer technology has significantly impacted the education sector, transitioning conventional learning methods into more digital-based approaches. However, many schools still manage academic assessments manually, which often results in inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and limited access to academic information. The implementation of a digital academic system like e-Rapor offers a solution by enabling efficient and accurate data management, while also allowing parents to monitor student progress in real-time. This study focuses on SD Negeri Burangkeng 05 in Bekasi Regency, West Java, which still relies on manual processes using Microsoft Excel for academic reporting. The lack of a digital system has led to delays, limited data transparency, and difficulty in fulfilling administrative and accreditation needs. To address this issue, this research aims to develop an e-Rapor system suited to the school’s needs. The system is expected to improve academic data management, support administrative efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of educational services.

Abstract

Grocery stores like Toko Kasih Ibu face increasing challenges in staying competitive against modern markets offering better convenience, product variety, and services. A notable sales decline in 2024 highlights the need for improved marketing and store layout strategies. This study analyzes purchasing patterns using the FP-Growth algorithm within a Market Basket Analysis (MBA) framework to design product bundling and optimal layout recommendations. Using the CRISP-DM approach, 468,507 transaction records from 2022–2024 were processed, followed by data preparation and transformation. The FP-Growth model was applied with a minimum support of 2% and confidence of 50%, resulting in 11 strong association rules—such as bundling Fom Burger Per 10, Pilus SP 500 RTG BAL, and Indomie Goreng PC. Additionally, category-level analysis using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) with the AEIOUX scale suggested reorganizing the store into four sectors to improve customer convenience and encourage combined purchases. The findings demonstrate that applying the FP-Growth algorithm with appropriate parameters offers valuable insights for effective bundling and layout strategies, supporting promotional efforts and sales goals.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has opened up new opportunities in promoting and marketing local products and tourist destinations. However, there are still many obstacles faced by local businesses, such as limited market access, lack of promotion, and the absence of marketing system integration. This research aims to design and implement a Harau local product e-commerce system with map integration on a Laravel-based web application. This platform is designed to facilitate the sale of local products while providing navigation of store locations through interactive maps. The system development method uses Agile methodology with Laravel framework and MVC architecture. The system successfully integrates role-based authentication features, product management, conventional payment systems, and digital mapping using Google Maps API and Leaflet Maps through the Laraflet plugin. The test results show a system validity rate of 75% based on expert assessment and an effectiveness rate of 80.33% based on user surveys. The system has met good quality standards with all main features functioning according to the black-box testing results. This platform makes a significant contribution to the empowerment of local MSMEs by providing innovative solutions to overcome location problems that have been the main obstacles for local businesses.

Abstract

The demand for transparent and responsive public services drives the adoption of information technology in government administration processes. This research aims to develop a web-based public complaints information system that allows citizens to report environmental issues directly to relevant agencies. The system was designed using a prototype approach involving user needs analysis, interface design, and functionality testing through black box methods and limited trials (beta testing). Key features include real-time report status tracking, a public monitoring dashboard, and citizen service ratings. Test results showed that all features functioned as designed and received positive feedback from users, with an average satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5. These findings indicate that the system is able to increase citizen participation, strengthen agency accountability, and facilitate inter-agency coordination. The development of a community-centered system is considered effective in promoting transparency in public services and expanding the adoption of e-Government systems at the local level.

Abstract

UMKM in the photocopy and printing sector faced several obstacles when managing orders through messaging platforms. Customer messages were often difficult to identify due to the absence of names or profile photos, and lengthy, unclear texts further complicated communication. The use of multiple platforms such as social media and email required manual checking, which delayed response times. This study aimed to design a user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for a printing service marketplace application to improve the service process for UMKM. The design process followed a human-centered design approach, beginning with literature studies, user context identification through interviews with 15 respondents, and user needs analysis using empathy maps, personas, and affinity diagrams. Solutions were developed through user flow mapping, information architecture, and prototyping using Figma. Evaluation was conducted using usability testing via Maze, the System Usability Scale, and heuristic evaluation by five expert evaluators. The findings indicated issues in areas such as consistency and aesthetic minimalism, which received high severity ratings. After iterations, customer usability scores improved from 67.5 to 82.8 and provider scores from 78.5 to 80.5. These results demonstrated that the final "PrintOn!" application design met usability standards and enhanced user experience, making it ready for implementation.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in many sectors, including maritime transportation. One notable result of this transformation is the development of the Ferizy application, an online ticket booking platform introduced by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. Despite its innovation, users continue to encounter technical challenges and insufficient access to information. User feedback has highlighted issues such as incomplete information and booking process errors. This research aims to explore the factors influencing the acceptance of the Ferizy application by applying a modified UTAUT2 model. The study incorporates two additional variables, Trust and Word of Mouth, into the UTAUT2 framework. A quantitative research methodology was employed, using SEM-PLS analysis on initial data collected from 522 Ferizy users, which was later refined to 442 valid responses. The analysis demonstrated that Word of Mouth and Price Value have a significant impact on users' Behavioral Intention, which, in turn, strongly influences actual Use Behavior. On the other hand, variables such as Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Trust were found to have no significant effect on Behavioral Intention. These results offer valuable insights for both users and developers, enhancing the understanding of the factors that influence the acceptance of the Ferizy platform.

Abstract

Digital transformation is increasingly vital for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including those in the printing sector, to enhance their operational effectiveness. Prior to this study, Amanah Advertising managed its orders, transactions, and inventory manually, which frequently resulted in data recording errors and poor coordination. To address these challenges, this research developed a web-based transaction management information system using the Prototype method. The development process involved two iterative stages of user feedback to refine system functionality. Enhancements included the addition of key features, improvements to the user interface, and the implementation of discount management functionality. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter 4 framework to ensure better process integration and operational efficiency. Black-box testing validated that all system components functioned correctly. Furthermore, a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) evaluation using a Likert scale produced a feasibility score of 85.2%, categorized as “Very Good.” These findings indicate that the implemented system significantly improves operational efficiency, increases data accuracy, and successfully supports the digitalization efforts at Amanah Advertising.

Abstract

The popularity of mountain climbing has created a need for an efficient and user-friendly reservation system. However, in December 2024, the Tiket Pencakian application only received a rating of 3.9 on digital platforms, reflecting user dissatisfaction with the application's functionality and user experience. Complaints included unstable connections and login failures. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing user acceptance of the Tiket Pencakian application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. This study applied a quantitative approach through an online questionnaire distribution, which successfully collected 390 respondents from various regions in Indonesia. After the data cleaning process, 371 valid data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square technique through SmartPLS 3 software. The research model includes nine hypotheses that measure the influence between factors on the intention and actual behavior of using the application. The results of the study proved that six hypotheses were significantly accepted, including Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, and Habit having a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention, and Behavioral Intention and Habit having a positive and significant effect on ICT Usage Behavior. Meanwhile, Effort Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions on Behavioral Intention, as well as Facilitating Conditions on ICT Usage Behavior, did not have a significant effect. It can be concluded that perceived usefulness, social influence, enjoyment of use, habits, and intention to use are the main factors that shape user behavior in using the Tiket Pendakian application.
