Abstract

The concept of service quality, customer satisfaction and service loyalty are related to one another. The relationship between customer value and loyalty is also influenced by product characteristics and purchasing patterns. If the purchase is a routine activity, it is likely that the customer will be loyal to the brand / company. This study analyzes the pattern of relationships between variable values ​​of product attribute performance, level of satisfaction (adequate and desired) and customer loyalty of the Bank Daerah Lamongan. Insidential randomized data was collected from 1364 savings customers and analyzed using the Lisrel 8.30 program. The results of the analysis show that: The value of the aribut performance of savings services received by customers has a significant and positive effect on the level of adequate satisfaction and the level of satisfaction desired. Adequate satisfaction and desired satisfaction levels have a significant and negative effect on customer loyalty in the Bank Daerah Lamongan. This is because the expectations that customers want cannot be fulfilled by attribute performance, resulting in customer dissatisfaction with the attributes. Which exists. Variable level of satisfaction is a mediator and moderator variable for the relationship between Value and loyalty. Also found was a significant and positive direct relationship between value and customer loyalty. As a result of the dissatisfaction with the performance attributes of customers' savings services, customer loyalty is reduced. Factors that have the greatest influence (dominant) on the level of adequate and satisfactory satisfaction are variable staff professionalism in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

People’s lifestyle in the digital era is very varied, almost all stratum of society use technology to gain information, data, loans, transactions, and others practically and quickly. This study aims to find customer trust on intention to adopt fintect performance, find the effect of fintect promotion on the intention to adopt fintect, find the effect of intention to adopt fintect on financial inclusion. This study used survey methods through questionnaires for respondents who used fintect products (OVO applications) in Surabaya with a total sample of 265 respondents. To find out the responses of the respondents toward fintect products, it uses a Likert scale. The data processing performed by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that there was an influence between customer trust on intention to adopt fintect, there was an influence between fintect promotion on intention to adopt fintect, and there was an influence between intention to adopt fintect on financial inclusion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the arrival of foreign tourists on the island of Bali by using the Exponential Smoothing method. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The data used in the study are data on foreign tourist arrivals from the air and sea routes taken from the Central Statistics Agency. Data is managed through the Microsoft Excel application. In determining the RMSE, the Solver Parameters help listed in Microsoft Excel is used to determine the lowest error rate. The data used in this study indicate that there are trend and seasonal patterns so that the most suitable Exponential Smoothing method is the Triple Exponential Smoothing method. The results of this study indicate that foreign tourist arrivals on the island of Bali are predicted to increase in 2020 although not too significant. The results of this study are expected to help the Bali Island government and related agencies in terms of planning and decision making to overcome the crisis on the island of Bali caused by the tourism sector.

Abstract

This study discusses the direct relationship between job crafting, work engagement and sustainable on employee performance at the Telecommunications Directorate of the Directorate General of Postal and Information Technology in Jakarta. job crafting, work engagement and sustainable can be considered as proactive work from work to change their work and work resources to make their work more useful, satisfying, and interesting. job crafting, work engagement and sustainable will have a positive impact on work in a company, one of the impacts is to improve performance, which is one important part of a company. In this study, there were 60 employees and all employees were used as research samples. By using regression analysis, correlation, F-test and T-test. This study shows that employee research is significant with the level of craft work and work results. And employees will truly succeed or survive in the companies that compose them to ensure the safety, health and welfare of their workers. This is evidenced by the results of SPSS calculations which show that the value of the regression coefficient for job crafting (X1) is 0.553, work engagement (X2) is 0.288 and sustainable (X3) is 0.231 meaning that if there is an increase in employee performance (Y) also will increase for X1 is 0.553, X2 is 0.288 and X3 is 0.231. So it can be concluded that the job crafting, work engagement and sustainable will affect the performance of employees in the Telecommunications Directorate at the Directorate General of Postal and Information in Jakarta.

Abstract

Photographing activities become the most activities carried out by customers and uploaded to social media in Indonesia and even in the world. Taking pictures of yourself or objects is a part of community life in Sidoarjo. In addition to following the right market trends, for companies to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction of the product will affect the customer in taking the next attitude. The customer is satisfied with a repeat purchase and will say good things about the product. Research conducted in the form of case studies on XIAOMI Smartphone users in Sidoarjo. This research is an in-depth study of one case or one unit and the conclusions in this study only apply to the case in question, so it cannot be used in other cases. The results in this study that there are differences in the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty of XIAOMI smartphone users by sex. Independent Samples t-test showed significant differences in customer satisfaction in males and females and showed significant differences in customer loyalty in males and females. The mean value indicates that female customer satisfaction and loyalty is higher than male customers.

Abstract

Purpose of this research was to forecasting analysis using arima in indonesia's big trade price index group of agricultural commodities in 2000-2019. In this study aims to see the forecast prediction on the Agricultural Commodity Big Price Index in the next 1 years. In Indonesian economy, indicators for looking at economic development in general and as an ingredient in market and monetary analysis are by measuring the average intertemporal price changes of a package of goods in wholesale trade. In Indonesia in the period of 2000 until 2019, agricultural commodities in the index The Big Trade Price is the most dominant commodity among other commodities. This study uses method the Arima model with several stages of identifying, estimating, diagnosing and forecasting. the results of this study have shown that the arima model can forecast in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of forecasting the production of fish sold at TPI in 2018-2020. This is expected to help the government in the formulation of plans and strategies related to the production of marine fish to increase the GRDP of fisheries in Java (regional level) and fisheries GDP in Indonesia (national level) and to contribute in the field of information and macroeconomics. This research used descriptive quantitative research and used data obtained through the official website of the Central Statistics Agency. This study used the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The results of this study have shown that the areas with the lowest sea fish production are in the DI Yogyakarta area, so the government must devise a strategy to maximize fish production in order to increase the PRDB contribution in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The study aims to test the influence between financial literacy and lifestyle on consumptive behaviour among workers, as well as to test the classic assumption in Keynes ' consumption theory, stating that consumption levels are affected by Income levels. This study was conducted using multiple regression tests that show the conclusion that financial literacy negatively affects the consumptive behaviour and lifestyle of positive effect on consumptive behavior, it contradicts With the classical theory of consumption caused this research is consistent with previous research among students (Pulungan and Febriaty, 2018; Lutfi and Herawati, 2015; Fauzia and Nurdin, 2019), consumption was not influenced by the level of income but also the level of financial literacy and lifestyle.

Abstract

In the current era, every company must be able to make changes in the field of existing technology, so that later able to provide opportunities to improve the competitive advantage, further to support the company's business strategy, strive To establish the competency of human resources tailored to the areas in which they are handled, and in addition the training that is attended by employees will also affect the performance of an employee. All three are needed by one company CV. Gema Tama, which is a Distributor in the field of distributors, dealers and suppliers for laboratory needs. This research aims to know and analyze information and competency technology and simultaneous and partial work training on the employee performance of CV. Gema Tama. The phases of the study began from literary studies derived from the study of literature obtained from books, the Internet, and research that had been conducted previously. Followed by identification of questionnaire variables. After obtaining the questionnaire variables followed by designing a questionnaire. Data retrieval is conducted through questionnaires with saturated sample techniques and direct observation in the field. The results of field observations are explained through descriptive analysis, while data obtained from questionnaires is used to determine the influence of information technology, compensation, and job training on employee performance using Multiple linear regression analyses. In multiple regression analyses conducted several trials include: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, T test and test F. The results of the study are information technology, competence, and work training simultaneously positively influence and And able to explain the problems examined by researchers. So all the variables in this study have a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This reseacrh aims to predict the arrival of foreign tourists in Indonesia using the Exponential Smoothing method. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used are data of foreign tourist arrivals according to nationality taken from the Badan Pusat Statistik. Data is managed through the Microsoft Excel application. In determining RMSE, Solver Parameter help is used in Microsoft Excel to determine the lowest error rate. The data used in this research indicate that there are trend and seasonal patterns, so the most suitable Exponential Smoothing method is the Holt's Winter Exponential Smoothing method. The results of this research indicate that foreign tourist arrivals in Indonesia are predicted to increase in 2020. The results of this research are expected to help the government and related agencies in planning and decision making in the tourism industry.
