Abstract

There are sources which are needed by a nation, we can say human resource and natural resource. Human resources are one of the important sources for a nation for its growth, instead of natural source. But, still, there are people who have gone to different countries to get a better life for their future as they have said or there are still unemployees number stated. This is only the writer's side of view about the human resources which have a high contribution to the growth of a nation. A nation as a great organization needs to handle its human resources to make it great in many ways of life of the global era nowadays. Human resource management will be needed here and will make many policies to handle this source instead of natural sources.  If a nation doesn?t make any policies to handle to empower, to strengthen them to be great manpower who will conquer every competition of this global era. A fact that we have seen much nowadays is being an entrepreneur. Many young generations started to get settled by doing business that brought much youth too to be hired as part-timers or full-timers, that is really great scene of our youth nowadays (www.businessdictionary.com). They tried to be on their own, they opened their mind not always to be an employee who always got monthly income, so they don?t have to think too much about their life. For those youth, being an entrepreneur is a challenge, they will make other people see that they are able to stand on their own feet. Being an entrepreneur would give them a lesson about human resource management too by doing, and it would teach them more about running and manage their own business, instead of knowing that they could get by reading, listen, and watching from their schools, university, and courses

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas  Layanan  dan  Citra Merek secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Centratama Nasional Bank di kota Surabaya serta variabel variabel lain yang mempengaruhinya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi. Hasil dari peneltian ini berdasarkan hasil uji F diketahui bahwa variabel layanan (X1) dan variabel citra merek (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan nasabah (Y), karena nilai  Sig. dibawah 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis determinasi parsial dengan menggunakan uji t, diketahui bahwa kualitas layanan (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, karena nilai Sig nya sebesar 0.082. Hasil analisis determinasi diperoleh bahwa layanan (X1) dan citra merek (X2) mempunyai pengaruh atau kontribusi paling dominan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan tingkat pengaruh masing-masing sebesar 0.577 dan 0.627. Kenyataan ini merupakan masukan bagi perusahaan untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas layanannya. Kepuasan nasabah dalam situasi persaingan yang ketat seperti saat ini memiliki nilai yang strategis bagi perusahaan. Kepuasan nasabah akan sangat menguntungkan karena dapat mengurangi biaya pemasaran, memikat nasabah baru, dan memberi waktu untuk bernafas dalam merespon ancaman persaingan. Karena kepuasan nasabah yang tinggi akan mendukung perusahaan dalam  peningkatan laba. Perusahaan harus menanggapi dengan cepat keluhan yang disampaikan nasabah, juga harus memperhatikan dan memberi dukungan yang memadai kepada karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehingga karyawan dapat memberikan layanan dan kinerja secara maksimal. Menjamin hubungan antar individu, antar perusahaan dengan nasabah secara baik dan terus menerus sehingga nasabah akan selalu menggunakan jasa dan produk Bank CNB.Keywords : Kualitas layanan, Citra merek, Kepuasan nasabah

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of advertising in print media, electronic media, and social media to consumer decisions in choosing Telkomsel cellular operators, the magnitude influence of each independent variable and the most dominant variable influence the consumer decisions. This study explains the relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The data collection method in this research is survey with questionnaire tools. Population in this research is all of the consumer of Telkomsel cellular operator. The quantity of sample used in this research is 40 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in this research indicate that the variables of print media, electronic media, and social media influence to consumer decisions. The magnitude of influence of print media is 7%, electronic media 27.7%, and social media 41.1%. The most dominant influence of the variable is the print media variable.

Abstract

Leche merupakan salah satu usaha minuman yang berbahan dasar susu di Surabaya yang cukup banyak diminati oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa strategi pemasaran dan penjualan yang digunakan dalam produk usaha leche. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan analisis SWOT. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian dari analisis SWOT pada usaha “Leche” menunjukan bahwa usaha ini berada pada kuadran III, dimana hal ini menggambarkan bahwa posisi usaha berada pada kondisi yang memiliki kekuatan internal lemah. Sehingga, para produsen dari udaha tersebut harus melakukan upaya untuk memberikan peluang lebih dan mendapatkan peluang yang lebih baik lagi di pasar dagang. Oleh karena itu, strategi yang harus digunakan Leche yaitu melalui strategi marketing mix strategi dengan mengupayakan antara produk, price, dan juga promotion berjalan dengan baik sehingga konsumen dapat menerima informasi dengan jelas dan mempermudah mereka untuk melakukan pemesanan dengan baik.

Abstract

This study discusses the direct relationship between job crafting, work engagement and sustainable on employee performance at the Telecommunications Directorate of the Directorate General of Postal and Information Technology in Jakarta. job crafting, work engagement and sustainable can be considered as proactive work from work to change their work and work resources to make their work more useful, satisfying, and interesting. job crafting, work engagement and sustainable will have a positive impact on work in a company, one of the impacts is to improve performance, which is one important part of a company. In this study, there were 60 employees and all employees were used as research samples. By using regression analysis, correlation, F-test and T-test. This study shows that employee research is significant with the level of craft work and work results. And employees will truly succeed or survive in the companies that compose them to ensure the safety, health and welfare of their workers. This is evidenced by the results of SPSS calculations which show that the value of the regression coefficient for job crafting (X1) is 0.553, work engagement (X2) is 0.288 and sustainable (X3) is 0.231 meaning that if there is an increase in employee performance (Y) also will increase for X1 is 0.553, X2 is 0.288 and X3 is 0.231. So it can be concluded that the job crafting, work engagement and sustainable will affect the performance of employees in the Telecommunications Directorate at the Directorate General of Postal and Information in Jakarta.

Abstract

Natural wealth is an invaluable resource so it must be preserved. Indonesia as an agrarian, archipelago and maritime country located on the equator is one of the countries in the world that has abundant natural resources compared to other countries. To manage these crops, the community and the government support each other in the process of conservation through a positive management process. Institutions related to the process are expected to be able to join hands with the community, so that the community, government and the state can enjoy the results in the long run. One way to help the community, especially in areas far from the center of government, or the community wherever located. Cooperative allianz is one of the solutions that is considered in accordance with the conditions and culture of the community. Because Cooperatives allianz are a form of business that has long existed and been run by Indonesian people since ancient times. As a supporting effort for the development of cooperatives, the government should provide support in the form of training for human resources manager of cooperatives and communities around cooperatives, so that the initial purpose of forming cooperatives can be achieved well and satisfactorily.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the diverse aspects of Indonesian culture that have received limited attention from the community. Rather than allowing cultural differences to divide us as Indonesians, we should foster a sense of unity and brotherhood. The focus of this cultural research is the Rote tribe, residing in the Rote Ndao archipelago of the East Nusa Tenggara province, around 2020. The Rote tribe is one of several Timorese tribes that have settled on various small islands in East Nusa Tenggara. This tribe possesses unique attributes in terms of accessories, traditional clothing, and weapons. Male members of the Rote tribe typically wear plain white shirts with woven cloth instead of pants, and sometimes they only use a crossed cloth to cover the chest (exposing half of the chest). Female members wear closed woven cloth resembling overalls. Additionally, the Rote tribe has distinctive accessories, including a hat resembling a traditional Mexican hat, and a neck necklace called habas. Their special weapon is an axe, primarily used for cutting wood. Despite being somewhat blunt, this weapon is remarkably sharp, similar to a kris. Most residents of the Rote tribe speak the Austronesian language or Polynesian Malay, and many work as fishermen. This cultural heritage holds great value for the Indonesian people, as it reflects the identity of the Indonesian state. It is crucial for us, as Indonesians, to preserve the authenticity of this culture and its heritage.

Abstract

Coffee has stories that are always interesting to hear from ancient times to the present (Angeloni, G., L. Guerrini, P. Masella, M. Bellumori, S. Daluiso, A. Parenti, and M. Innocenti. 2019a). This drink has fans all over the world with a variety of interesting processing methods and interesting flavors too. Coffee plants are also spread in many countries around the world. In Indonesia, various types of coffee plants are widely planted in several highland areas. A simple processing process in order to maintain the original taste and aroma of coffee is always sought by many farmers and coffee entrepreneurs in many regions. Stories about coffee in the modern era will be presented in qualitative form in this article. Currently, coffee has become a product that is sought after by many fans in places that provide it in different settings. So, if you look closely at this drink, it can also sell the atmosphere of the place that sells it as a companion product. Many shops, cafes and restaurants and even food trucks "carry" coffee as the main product they offer apart from other complementary products, even the atmosphere around the shop, cafe or even restaurant.

Abstract

Kalimantan heritage is one of the many cultural assets owned by the Indonesian nation from hundreds of other cultures. One culture that is highly admired is the typical Kalimantan batik which is liked not only by native people of Kalimantan. However, it seems that these batik motifs have not been attached to the brands of each entrepreneur who produces them, the brands are only pinned by boutiques or small business entities that market them (Kapferer, J.-N., 2004). This needs to get support in the ease of processing and obtaining it for batik cloth production actors from the authorized agency. All of this needs to be done so that the works of local sons and daughters are protected from irresponsible parties. The wealth of Kalimantan batik motifs in general comes from the original motifs of the rich indigenous culture of Kalimantan. Based on several facts, it can be concluded that almost all original batik makers do not have personal brands for the batik works they have made and marketed. For this reason, it is necessary to provide an understanding of the importance of brands on patents for the creative ideas of batik motifs that they make by people who are experts in their fields (Keller, K.L. and Lehmann, DR, 2006).
