Abstract

Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is a system of planning and scheduling material requirements for production that requires several process stages or phases. This method is used for needs that are interdependent and reduce savings costs. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method can be used to calculate the amount of raw material in rotor products, anticipating empty inventory, reducing overstock and minimizing expenses that must be incurred at PT. Karawang Voith paper. This study employs descriptive methods for data collection, including interviews and observation. The results show that the net need for raw material inventory is Rp. 203,918 and the quantity results in inventory ordering planning is Rp. 343,800. After taking into account planning plans from time to time in the future during the horizon of the Material Production Schedule, which takes into account the inventory status the result is Rp. 177,518

Abstract

In the process of moving cement products from the packaging department to several trucks, human power is required. Workers who transfer finished cement products from belt conveyors to trucks take a long time to lift heavy workpieces which can cause disturbances in the limbs as a result of repetitive work. Therefore, an analysis is needed that aims to determine the level of safety of work postures as a basis for improving the work posture of workers. In analyzing body posture, the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods are used. The results of the study found that the analysis of worker posture using the RULA method was 7, this indicates that the job requires investigation and changes to SOP. Based on the REBA score of 6, it indicates that the work has a moderate risk level, with an action level of 2 and further action for evaluation of the work system needs to be carried out. Changes to the work system are made in order to minimize the risk of musculoskeletal complaints in workers so that it will affect the level of worker productivity.

Abstract

Procurement management in a state-owned enterprise refers to acquiring goods or services or works from external suppliers. The goal of procurement in a state-owned enterprise is to ensure that the company obtains the goods, services, or works it needs in a cost-effective and efficient manner. By optaining supplies from vendors, many benefit would be received to company. For example, high quality goods or services, growth of efficiency, chance of competitiveness in market and many more. In this research, the main object is to identify flow of direct appointment and direct election and vendor performance evaluation of procurement goods and services in Perum Percetakan Negara RI. As for the flow of these methods are similar which are Request for procurement of goods or services, Preparation for procurement goods or services, Procurement process of goods or services, Determination or proposal, Approval letter, Contract sign, Delivery of goods or services and handover. In the process of procurement, work order is issued, in which issued by department of Procurement.

Abstract

Liquefaction is a decrease in the shear strength of the soil caused by an increase in pore water pressure until it is equal to the strength value of the soil. The Plaxis 2D application with the UBC3D-PLM model is used in this study to analyze the effect of the magnitude moment on soils with liquefaction potential, the effect of the magnitude moment on the increase in pore water pressure ratio, the effect of different soil densities, and the effect of the depth of loose soil on the potential for liquefaction. The effect of moment magnitude on liquefaction potential is obtained from the results of data modeling analysis. The analysis results show that the potential for liquefaction increases with the magnitude of the moment. On the other hand, the liquefaction probability is lower when the moment magnitude is smaller. This study shows that an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.95 (Mw) occurs in loose and medium-dense soils. Meanwhile, an earthquake with a moment magnitude of 5.5 (Mw) only occurs on soils with loose density. Meanwhile, the earthquake with a moment magnitude of 4.27 (Mw) did not experience liquefaction at any soil density.

Abstract

Saat ini material untuk pembuatan paving block dapat bermacam- macam seperti limbah plastik maupun limbah alami. Limbah yang dihasilkan saat ini paling banyak dihasilkan dari pemukiman dengan persentasi 75% Limbah organik dan 25% anorganik, limbah anorganik merupakan limbah yang sulit untuk terurai dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantititaif dengan metode experiment laboratorium yaitu metode penelitian dengan manipulasi (perlakuan) peneliti terhadap subjek penelitian, kemudian efek manipulasi diobservasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Kuat tekan paving block berbahan campuran dari limbah plastik jenis PET 50% dan LDPE  50% memiliki kuat tekan rata rata 18,41 Mpa termasuk kategori paving block mutu B sementara itu kuat dari pada paving block berbahan limbah plastik jenis PET 100%  memiliki kuat tekan rata- rata 6.04 Mpa dan paving block bemutu D untuk yang berbahan limbah plastik jenis LDPE 100% kuat tekan beton rata- rata 11,68 Mpa dari hasil ini termasuk paving block mutu D.

Abstract

Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di kalangan masyarakat sangat membantu memperbaiki ekonomi masyarakat menjadi lebih produktif untuk melakukan suatu usaha produksi. Tetapi kurangnya pengetahuan dalam menentukan solusi layak dan optimal dapat berpengaruh buruk terhadap pendapatan UMKM itu sendiri. Studi kasus yang akan dibahas mengenai UMKM Kerupuk Alfanas yang mempunyai kendala dalam menentukan hasil keuntungan produksinya dan model penugasan karyawan dalam usahanya. Penyelesaian studi kasus ini dapat dilakukan dengan model Integer Linear Programming (ILP) metode Branch and Bound untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan dan model Assignment metode Hungarian untuk penugasan karyawan. Proses perhitungan dibantu dengan menggunakan software LINGO dan POM QM. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan model integer metode branch and bound didapatkan hasil keuntungan maksimum sebesar Rp300.000,- dan biaya distribusi pada penugasan karyawan dengan menggunakan metode hungarian sebesar Rp65.000,-. Hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan secara manual maupun dengan menggunakan software, menunjukkan hasil yang sama.

Abstract

Terminal adalah tempat pemberhentian angkutan umum baik angkutan kota maupun antar kota. Terminal W.A Gara merupakan satu-satunya terminal tipe A yang berada di Kota Palangka Raya dengan luas lahan 5,6 hektar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kondisi Terminal W.A. Gara saat ini tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab ketidakoptimalan terminal dan mencari solusi untuk mengoptimalisasi terminal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan keadaan terminal terhadap Peraturan Menteri Penhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 Tahun 2021 dan mencari solusi optimalisasi terminal dengan melakukan wawancara kepada 9 orang ahli terminal Kota Palangka Raya untuk dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis hierarki proses. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor penyebab tidak optimalnya terminal yaitu faktor lokasi, aksesibilitas, keamanan dan kenyamanan. Menurut para ahli alternatif paling penting untuk mengoptimalisasi terminal adalah membuat peraturan daerah terkait Standar Operasional Terminal dengan bobot 43,3%, melengkap fasilitas dan pelayanan terminal dengan bobot 30,3 % dan peningkatan infrastruktur terminal dengan bobot 26,5%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi direkomendasikan untuk membuat peraturan daerah terkait standar operasional prosedur terminal mencakup aksesibilitas menuju terminal, integrasi moda transportasi dan melakukan penegakan hukum terhadap orang yang melanggar agar tidak ada lagi pengguna terminal yang naik dan turun di luar terminal.

Abstract

Pasar KM 5 Palembang is a retail maket located on the national road and is passed by LRT and Angkot. The limited parking space creates congestion. Problems can be solved by improving the integration between good modes of transportation, This journal will obtain the results of an analysis of the integration between modes of public transportation in Pasar KM 5 Palembang in terms of socio-economic and travel characteristics of market visitors, conditions of physical and operational integration of public transportation and to obtain the results of intermodal integration. Data collection was carried out with questionnaire, which will be analyzed using GAP method to determine the difference between the performance of services in the field with applicable standards and community needs. It was found that the percentage value of motorcycle users was much greater than that of other transportation. In fact, the operational integration condition of the LRT transportation mode is quite good, although the physical integration condition still needs to be improved. The results of analysis of service performance between modes of transportation also show that the connectivity between the physical facilities of the mode to the Pasar KM 5 Palembang has not met expectations and needs to be improved.

Abstract

Pada dunia Industri dikala ini Keselamatan serta Kesehatan Kerja merupakan sesuatu perihal yang dicermati. Setiap orang yang bekerja berhak mendapatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Kesehatan kerja dapat diartikan sebuah kondisi kesehatan dengan memiliki tujuan supaya pegawai mendapatkan tingkatan kesehatan yang sebesar-besarnya secara sosial, rohani, maupun jasmani. Kecelakaan kerja bisa dikarenakan atas 10% unsafe conditions, 88% oleh unsafe actions, Tujuan melalui penelitian ini yakni untuk  mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan mengevaluasi prosedur pelaksanaan dalam upgrade system hydrant. hasil dari analysis pencegahan kecelakaan kerja pada pekerjaan upgrade hydrant system yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Multi Pilar Mandiri dengan metode job safety analysis didapatkan 33 potensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dari 9 aktivitas pekerjaan, dari 33 potensi terjadinya risiko tersebut disederhanakan berdasarkan diskusi dengan pihak perusahaan sehingga diperoleh beberapa potensi kejadian risiko yang memiliki berpeluang tinggi antara lain  (1) tertimpa mesin, alat kerja, maupun material; (2) mendapatkan sengatan arus listrik; (3) jatuh melalui tempat tinggi; (4) terbentur, terjepit, tertusuk, maupun tergores peralatan ataupun material; (5) Tersandung, terperosok, tergelincir, maupun terjatuh; (6) Peralatan rusak tak bisa dipergunakan; (7) Tanah longsor; (8) Peralatan hilang kendali; (9) Terpapar material; (10) material dan peralatan terjatuh. Potensi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja tersebut yang kemudian diatasi dengan berbagai cara diantaranya yaitu Alat Pelindung Diri, administrasi, perancangan, subtitusi, maupun eliminasi.Kata kunci : Analisa keselamatan kerja, bahaya, JSA, fabrikasi

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the companies in Indonesia engaged in providing telecommunications products. There are several interconnected and systematic teams at PT XYZ including the OBL, SM/PRPO, Solution and Reporting Data teams which are related to human resources and have jobs that create their own workload in order to achieve the tasks that have been done. PT XYZ wants to know the value of the large mental workload that the workforce gets on its four teams by applying the NASA TLX method. The aim of this research is to be able to identify events and investigate the risks of mental workload, rating levels and suggestions for improving work systems for employees of the OBL, SM/PRPO, Solution and Reporting Data teams at PT XYZ. Based on the mental workload score using the NASA-TLX method, it was found that 14 employees had a very high mental work load, while 2 employees had a high mental work load. Then, for the most dominant variable, it can affect the final mental work load according to the questionnaire that was given before, namely effort and performance. Proposals for improvements that can be shared in order to reduce the score/rating of employees' mental workload, namely by adding employees according to the needs of the relevant team members and also the company, training activities on anticipating mental workload and sharing sessions among fellow employees regarding hearings about complaints annoyed while working.
