Abstract

Peningkatan volume kendaraan bermotor sejalan dengan perkembangan jumlah penduduk di suatu kota dimana emisi dari sektor ini dapat berdampak terhadap kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar, upaya pemerintah Kota Bandung dalam mengatasi hal ini adalah dengan menjalankan program Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai studi kelayakan dengan mengestimasi besaran emisi dari sumber bergerak serta dampak penurunan emisi terhadap operasional BRT menggunakan aplikasi model TEEMP. Estimasi beban emisi diperoleh dari metode perhitungan berbasis panjang perjalanan rerata kendaraan per tahun (VKT) dimana total beban emisi yang dihasilkan di Kota Bandung tahun 2020 yaitu parameter CO sebesar 200.085 ton/tahun, NOx sebesar 29.175 ton/tahun, SOx sebesar 680 ton/tahun, dan PM sebesar 7.657 ton/tahun. Pengoperasian model TEEMP dilakukan dalam beberapa skenario yang bervariasi terhadap persentase shifting dan pembagian jenis bahan bakar yang digunakan BRT. Semakin besar persentase shifting dari kendaraan pribadi menjadi pengguna BRT maka semakin besar pula nilai penurunan emisi yang terjadi.

Abstract

The forest provides various medicinal plants, but many plants that come from the forest have been cultivated in the yard to make it easier to take the plants when you want to use them. This research aims to study the types of garden plants used for medicine by the Battra of the Malay tribe in the Samustida village, Sambas Regency. This research was carried out in Samustida village, Teluk Keramat District, Sambas Regency. This research uses the survey method by interviewing the battra, where the battra is determined with the purposive sampling technique. The research results show that the Battra of the Malay tribe in Samustida Village uses 61 medicinal plants in their home grounds, with the highest plant family using Zingiberaceae (8 species). The parts of the plant that are used the most are the leaves (41%) by boiling (28.86%) and drinking (43%).

Abstract

In the current industrial age, Indonesia is making great progress every year. Especially in the development of business competition for goods and services, businessmen compete with each other to dominate the market share on which they are focused.One of the inseparable factors of industry is human resources. It is very important to maintain the quality of human resources in order to continue the production process. So ergonomics is important to keep people healthier, safer, more comfortable and avoid bad parts (bad). PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia is one of the electronic companies of Sharp Corporation engaged in the assembly of electronic products. One of the manufactured products is a refrigerator. There are some quality issues in the production process. This means that defects are often still found on the assembly line. This adds to the cost of poor quality because if a defect occurs, the part must be reworked or the part scrapped. One of the causes is improper posture, which can have a big impact on the operator's body later on. A proposed solution to this problem is to use the RULA and REBA methods to find the worker's posture rating and correct it if the posture is bad.

Abstract

Java Island is traversed by the Pacific Ring of Fire, making Java Island an earthquake-prone area. One of the problems caused by earthquake is the danger of liquefaction. Kulon Progo is in a zone of high liquefaction vulnerability. Liquefaction is the loss of soil shear strength due to changes in soil properties from solid to liquid caused by cyclic loads that occur so that the pore water pressure increases beyond the vertical stress and causes the effective stress to be zero. Liquefaction mostly occurred in sand loose and saturated condition. Peak Ground Acceleration values (PGA) and earthquake magnitude are sourced from Peta Gempa Indonesia 2017 and use soil data from the Standard Penetration Test (SPT) test results. In evaluating the potential for liquefaction at the study site, the analysis method Youd Idriss, Idriss Boulanger, and Tokimatsu Yoshimi was used. The results of the comparison between soil resistance or Cyclic Resistance Ratio (CRR) with cyclic loads that occur or Cyclic Stress Ratio (CSR) show the same results. In part 1 it can be seen that the average depth of liquefied soil starts from a depth of 1.7 – 4 meters or as deep as 2.3 m, while in part 2 it can be seen that the average depth of liquefied soil starts from a depth of 3.3 – 4 meters or as deep as 0.7m.

Abstract

The provision of drinking water is one of the basic needs and socio-economic rights of the community that must be fulfilled by the Government. The rapid development of housing in Taktakan Sub-district, the main and supporting infrastructure needs to be properly prepared. One infrastructure that is prioritised is the drinking water supply system. The research used the observation method to see the condition of the Cikaduen River, and laboratory tests to analyse raw water sources with physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters. This research was conducted from December 2021-March 2022. The purpose of this research is to prepare a drinking water supply system planning in Taktakan District. Based on the results of laboratory tests, physical parameters such as temperature, TDS, and TSS all meet the Class I Water Quality Standards PP 22 of 2021, while for chemical parameters some parameters exceed the quality standard threshold such as BOD5, COD, DO, Fluoride, Copper. Microbiology meets the Water Quality Standard. The instantaneous discharge of Cikaduen River is 518 l/s. From the results of hydrological analysis, it is known that the availability of water to serve the population in Taktakan is 60 ltr/s. Based on the availability of water from the results of the analysis using FJ Mock, the Cikaduen River is suitable to be used as a source of raw water.

Abstract

AbstractPT. Victorindo Kimiatama is an industrial company that produces car paints, where the company has been established for a long time but will be use the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). In the company environment of PT. Victorindo Kimiatama there are dangers that lurk in workers such as falling goods, being hit by vehicles, slipping, and others. In this study, we will discuss identifying hazards and assessing the extent to which these hazards can occur and become a threat to employees using the HIRA (Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment) method. The HIRA method is a method to identify potential work accidents in the company and then assess the dangers that can be caused to employees and the company. The purpose of this study is to find out the dangers that lurk in workers and companies that can cause material and non-material losses. This study was conducted in 8 places and found 44 potential hazards that will be identified and assessed based on existing sources of danger. AbstrakPT. Victorindo Kimiatama merupakan sebuah perusahaan industri yang memproduksi cat mobil, dimana perusahaan sudah lama berdiri tetapi baru akan menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3). Pada lingkungan perusahaan PT. Victorindo Kimiatama terdapat bahaya yang mengintai para pekerja seperti kejatuhan barang, tertabrak kendaraan, terpeleset, dan lain-lainnya. Pada penelitian kali ini akan membahas tentang mengindentifikasi bahaya dan menilai sejauh mana bahaya tersebut dapat terjadi dan menjadi ancaman bagi para karyawan dengan menggunakan metode HIRA (Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment). Metode HIRA merupakan sebuah metode untuk mengindenfikasi potensi kecelakaan kerja di perusahaan kemudian menilai bahaya yang dapat ditimbulkan bagi karyawan dan perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahaya yang mengintai para pekerja dan perusahaan yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian material dan non material. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan di 8 tempat dan ditemukan 44 potensi bahaya yang akan di identifikasi dan dinilai berdasarkan sumber bahaya yang ada.

Abstract

PT XYZ is trying to increase its productivity because some of this time it is still considered ineffective. Productivity measurements based on fragrance output and the inputs used are the use of raw materials, the amount of labor, machine hours, and electrical energy used. Based on these problems, Objective Matrix (OMAX) is used as a measurement of productivity on the production line. The data used is data from January 2022 to May 2022. The results of the performance indicators that can be achieved by the company during the period January 2022 to May 2022 experienced productivity fluctuations. The highest productivity increase happened in the April 2022 period, at 146.67, while the lowest decline in productivity occurred in the February 2022 period, at -13.33. The factors that need to be improved are the number of employees, the machine's working hours, and the amount of electrical energy utilized.

Abstract

Soil components consisting of solids, water and air are the main natural resources that greatly affect life. The ability of soil as a growing medium will be optimal if it is supported by physical, chemical and biological properties as an indicator that shows the level of soil fertility. Soil quality is the capacity of a soil in a field to provide the functions needed by humans or natural ecosystems for a long time. Soil quality can be measured based on soil quality indicators. The decrease in the ability of the soil to carry out its various functions indicates that the quality of the soil has been disturbed which has resulted in an increase in critical land, a decrease in soil productivity and environmental pollution. This study aims to analyze the soil quality in the Cianjur Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data from the Environmental Service of Cianjur Regency in 2019. Sampling was carried out in 6 sub-districts, namely Pacet, Sukaresmi, Cipanas, Cianjur, Cugenang and Karangtengah. Based on the results of field data analysis that has been obtained, there are several indicators that are assessed as critical thresholds that have been determined, namely, Fraction Composition, Porosity, Permeability and Redox Value. All sample locations were categorized as Slightly Damaged and there were various scoring scores ranging from 10 (highest score) and 4 (lowest score). Management can be done using several methods, namely mechanical, vegetative and chemical.

Abstract

Organic waste dominates the waste sourced from the market so it needs to be processed before it goes to the TPA. Utilization of BSF larvae is an effort to process organic waste in reducing the volume of waste that will be disposed of in the TPA. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of BSF larvae to reduce organic waste on the market. The composition of the type of waste used consisted of fruit, vegetable, food waste and mixtures (50% fruit waste: 40% vegetable waste: 10% food waste waste) with a variation of feeding rate of 40, 60 and 80 mg/larvae/day. The number of larvae included in each reactor was 4000 individuals (70 grams) using 5-day larvae (5-DOL) with a composting duration of 18 days. The results showed that BSF larvae were able to reduce organic waste under optimum pH conditions ranging from 7.5- 8.3 with an average temperature of around 31⁰C and humidity ranging from 56-88%. The reduction results obtained in this study were 78% for various vegetables with a feeding rate of 60 mg/larvae/day. The best results of laboratory analysis based on SNI 19-7030-2004 are mixed sample variations with a feeding rate of 80 mg/larvae/day which have a C-Organic content of 32.55%, a C/N ratio of 17%, a moisture content of 12.89%, N total 1.88%, P2O5 2.22% and K2O 2.68%.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health is an important factor in the smooth running of production so that the program must be implemented in the company. Work accidents can occur due to unsafe working conditions or due to human error. The purpose of this research is to reduce work accidents by considering the human error that occurs in the company. To solve this problem, the SHERPA and HEART methods are used. The SHERPA method is used to predict errors and analyze potential solutions qualitatively, while the HEART method is used to calculate the probability level of a possibility of an error occurring in a structured manner. Based on the results of work accident data processing using the SHERPA method, it is known that 4 tasks have moderate probability ordinal analysis and 1 task has low probability ordinal analysis. Based on the HEART method, it is known that the largest human error probability with a value of 0.928 is located in task 1 and task 5. Proposed improvements to reduce work accidents by imposing penalties on workers who do not use personal protective equipment while working and providing socialization regarding the importance of work safety.
