Abstract

Through field research, it is known that the collection and processing of disease index data at Hospital X has been fully computerized and integrated into the hospital information management system. However, the process of entering disease index data for inpatients has not been automated, which slows down the production of disease index reports. The disease index is used to provide statistical reports on morbidity (unhealthy conditions) and summarize data on 10 significant cases of inpatient disease, so that the report is useful for hospitals and reporting to the Health Office, District, Province and the Ministry of Health. Electronic medical records are a key solution in the governance of hospital services. The main focus of this research project is to classify the disease index of patients in the inpatient installation using the agile method so as to produce a more computerized, integrated and automated disease indexing system. The agile method includes four stages including system requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing. The agile method makes system planning more flexible and can be adapted to changes in user needs as they develop over time. As a result, applying the agile method to the design of the system built will increase the accuracy of disease categorization in inpatients and help the medical team provide more optimal care and treatment and medical records officers can be maximized in collecting data and preparing disease index reports.

Abstract

Based on research findings conducted at X Hospital, the problem of reporting traffic accidents is done manually and using Microsoft Excel. As a result, the process of reporting traffic accident data can take a long time because officers need to enter data into Microsoft Excel one by one. This study collects data by observation, interviews, and literature study. Integrated system design is the goal of this research. An agile approach is used in designing the traffic accident reporting system. The application is developed using Microsoft Access database and visual programming language, and the system is tested using black-box testing. The results of this design are able to streamline the performance of medical record officers in making fast and accurate reporting.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic that emerged in early 2020 has affected our activities with various limitations, for this reason the government has implemented several protocols starting from using masks, maintaining cleanliness, and social distancing. It is also undeniable that humans are social creatures, in this context boredom is the main enemy. There are some activities to be able relieve stress such as reading, listening to music, watching, or playing a game. TCG (Trading Card Game) is an artificial game that build in with such various interesting themes. Card games are generally played with other people, but what would happen if the card game was played in the covid-19 pandemic. Of course, the biggest obstacle we will be facing are distance and time. Konami as a card game manufacturer and developer has a brilliant idea by implementing Remote Duel where tournaments and other official matches can be held virtually. Cardfight!Vanguard is no exception, which has a gameplay that really depends on the interaction between players. Remote play requires players to use a camera that will take pictures of the card field while playing. This study uses the Waterfall Model which will be taken from dataset preparation, train the data, perform the Annotate process, and carry out a web-based implementation using the flask framework so that it can be used and tested for its functionality using one of tensorflow's product technologies, Roboflow, which is an application that specifically designed to be able to assist in the process of creating and recognizing objects. The results obtained by using flask as a web base can be seen to perform card object recognition properly so that it can display data from the detected cards.

Abstract

The problem of depression levels among employees in a company can have a negative impact on overall performance. Therefore, the company needs additional information as a tool to detect employees' depression levels early and gain an understanding of their level of depression. Researchers applied fuzzy Sugeno to build a model for detecting employees' depression levels based on their psychological data. A dataset including variables such as weight and height, which generate Body Mass Index (BMI) values, and scores from the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), was used as input for the model. The data was then transformed into fuzzy set concepts, and fuzzy rules were built based on existing domain knowledge. The model was constructed using 60 employee respondents who had completed the questionnaire. The study utilized the Matlab application, which provides accurate results. The research findings indicate that the fuzzy Sugeno logic model is capable of detecting employees' depression levels, with results showing (63.3%) of employees experiencing mild depression, followed by (31.7%) experiencing moderate depression, and a small percentage of employees experiencing severe depression (5%).

Abstract

With the development of information technology, then we should also follow these developments so that we will not miss any information. At this time there are many businesses who market their products and sell them by utilizing information technology as well as by using an information system based on the website. In the utilization of the information system, the quality of the software built or made becomes very important, because by having good software it will also have an impact with the convenience of the user. The higher the quality of the software created, the more convenient the user will use it. And to be able to see how qualified the software is made then we can do a software test. In software testing there are methods that can be used such as Whitebox Testing and Blackbox Testing that have been widely applied. In this study, the method that will be used is Blackbox Testing which will be implemented in the website-based book sales information system, with the aim that we can find out if the functions in the program will be in accordance with what is expected. In Blackbox testing method there are many techniques that can be used, one of which is Equvalent Partitions technique which is a testing technique based on input on the existing form, and here formya refers to the website-based book sales information system. This test will see if the function or form that is the test material will result in a valid or invalid value. If the result is valid then the software is in accordance with what we want and if it is not valid then there is an error and can be fixed, so that later the software to be used has good quality.

Abstract

The current problem in the process of reporting Tuberculosis (TB) cases is the lack of effectiveness and efficiency in data collection and processing, which can hamper TB control efforts. In addition, poorly organized reporting also causes difficulties in monitoring the spread of TB disease and taking appropriate preventive action. The proposed method to address these issues is to apply the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method allows customization and refinement of software according to the needs of users, including medical personnel and public health centers. Rapid and iterative software development, involving key stakeholders. Features that can be implemented in the software include electronic forms for patient data collection, real-time notification of TB disease spread, and structured report generation and data analysis. The results of applying the RAD method to the TB case reporting problem showed significant improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection, processing, and reporting. The system assists medical personnel in the management and monitoring of TB cases, and provides necessary information to public health centers and the Tuberculosis Disease Control Agency. With the use of RAD-based software, TB case reporting can be done more quickly, accurately, and structured, which in turn will help reduce the spread of TB disease and improve preventive measures.

Abstract

Medan City is one of the major cities in Indonesia with a dense population. To meet the transportation needs of the population, the Medan City government launched Trans Metro Deli, a convenient and efficient public transportation service. However, in recent times, the Trans Metro Deli bus has experienced a significant decline in passenger numbers. Therefore, the bus transport management needs to do the right strategy to retain their customers. To overcome this problem, this study aims to evaluate and analyze the level of satisfaction of Trans Metro Deli passengers using fuzzy methods. The Mamdani fuzzy method was chosen because it has a flexible tolerance and the results are more in line with human perception. Through the use of questionnaires, passengers' opinions and expectations are evaluated and calculated using the fuzzy method. Previous research using similar methods has provided effective results in determining passenger satisfaction levels in other sectors. The variables used in this study are facilities, price, service quality, and location. The data was collected from a one-month field study. The Mamdani fuzzy process involves four stages, namely fuzzyfication, inference, rule composition, and defuzzyfication. These stages are used to convert input values into fuzzy outputs that represent the membership level of each variable. The result obtained is 74.4. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for improving service quality on Trans Metro Deli buses. Thus, transportation managers can meet passenger expectations and retain their consumers. Through the implementation of Mamdani fuzzy, it is expected to achieve an increase in the satisfaction of Trans Metro Deli passengers in Medan City.

Abstract

The vehicle tracking device employs Global Positioning System (GPS) and MiFi-based Internet of Things (IoT) technology and is supplied with security features by the Kodular-developed GPS Tracker application. The implementation consists of a system that combines GPS, MiFi, and IoT technologies to monitor the vehicle's position using coordinate points on a periodic basis. The incorporation of Internet connectivity into a vehicle ensures optimal system performance, which can be monitored using the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller module. In this research, a tracking device was designed using a microcontroller and a smartphone application. The implementation of IoT facilitates device-to-smartphone application for communication. Consequently, based on the design outcomes, motor vehicles are able to determine their position and regulate the passage of electricity to the engine using a relay. This application enables remote monitoring and control of the vehicle's functions by the smartphone application, providing a practical and effective solution for vehicle tracking. The testing results include various distances used to compare the longitude and latitude of the coordinate points, resulting in accurate monitoring system outcomes and facilitating vehicle inspections if it is stolen or under certain conditions.

Abstract

Electronic medical records are recommended to be implemented in every hospital to facilitate fast data collection and the accuracy of the processed data is correct, but manual data collection still occurs in computerized systems such as entering data into Microsoft excel. The weaknesses in manual medical record data collection are quite a lot even though security is maintained by using a computer such as the length of time for data collection and tends to be incomplete data. The purpose of this research is a practical system in software that can facilitate medical record data collection because manual data entry occurs in the blood availability system at Limijati Mother and Child Hospital. The Agile method is used in this research as a method that involves users into the process of designing information systems that can be tailored to user needs without requiring a long time. Not only the system development method, the black box testing method is used as an application function test. The software used is Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and Microsoft Access 2016 database. It is hoped that the resulting information system on blood availability can help easy data collection without any erroneous data so that data can be accepted.

Abstract

In the business world, creativity is crucial to drive the growth of a business and provide it with a unique value compared to others. One form of creativity is the utilization of a website to expand the reach of product sales. This indirectly affects traditional fruit seedling businesses that rely on conventional methods to promote and sell their products. Moreover, the manual recording of sales and product data poses a risk of losing important information that may be needed at any given time. To address these issues, a website will be developed using the Laravel framework, one of the PHP programming languages. The data retrieval process will employ qualitative methods, while the system development will follow a prototype methodology. By utilizing the prototype methodology, the system development process will run smoothly and achieve the desired outcome, resulting in the creation of the desired application. With this web-based application in place, the fruit seedling business will be able to expand its reach while effectively managing critical data in an organized and secure manner.
