Abstract

Artificial intelligence is computer science that studies how to activate machines (computers) to complete work done by humans, even better than work done by humans. A broken laptop is a common problem, and expert systems are designed to help technicians solve the problem. Therefore, by using the network-based forward link method, an expert system application program was created to identify damaged laptops. The forward link method is a search method based on data or facts, then the collected facts are matched with the IF part of the IF-THEN rule. The expert system can identify damage based on signs of damage determined by the rules and implemented through the forward link method in the process of determining signs of damage. This application is here to make it easier for users to detect damage that occurs so they can solve problems more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

In modern times like now and at this time, motorcycle transportation is a necessity that cannot be avoided because the price of motorbikes is relatively cheap and affordable, including low service fees, making motorbikes used for daily transportation. with affordable prices and relatively cheap vehicle security systems by relying on handlebar locks and or padlocks are still not safe enough because the theft perpetrators can easily break into vehicle keys very quickly. iron-melting chemical liquid to melt the vehicle ignition key cover. With the increase in theft by motorized vehicles from year to year, this research will design a tool using near field communication with the main processor, namely Arduino Nano as the key. addition to vehicle contacts. The way this tool works is when the contact is on, the user will scan/tap the card when it is validated and has been registered, the relay will connect to the motorcycle ignition and if the card is not scanned or the card is not registered and relays will cut off the ignition on the motorbike. The design method applied is the waterfall. With this research, it is able to reduce the occurrence of vehicle theft and motorbikes are difficult to steal when parked.

Abstract

Diabetes is a serious challenge in the world of health, with broad impacts. In an effort to overcome this problem, it is important to analyze the classification of diabetes data to provide valuable insights. This study focuses on the comparison of the two main classification methods, namely Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM), in analyzing diabetes data. We use the Python 3 programming language for implementation. The initial study involved the characterization of the dataset, including parameters such as blood pressure and blood glucose levels, which were important factors in the analysis. The preprocessing process is carried out to ensure data quality by overcoming missing or invalid values. After that, the dataset is divided into training and testing subsets. The Naive Bayes and SVM methods are implemented using the scikit-learn library in Python 3. Both models are trained using a training subset and tested on a test subset. The test results show that both methods have good performance in classifying diabetes data, but SVM stands out with higher accuracy. SVM has the ability to handle complex data and find optimal decision boundaries. The Naive Bayes model achieves the highest accuracy of 78.13% on 70% training data and 30% testing data, while the SVM model achieves 79.63% on 90% training data and 10% testing data. Overall, this study provides an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of both methods in the context of classifying data on diabetics.

Abstract

Information on hospitalized patients with COVID-19-19 is available through the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Reporting Information System. As with the problem in every hospital, the officer in charge of collecting COVID-19 patient data is still not effective, such as recording data and lab reports of suspected COVID-19 cases before entering them into the information system using COVID-19 recording forms and Microsoft Excel. This of course results in late and inaccurate data delivery, resulting in difficulties in monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and COVID-19 mitigation programs in hospitals. In this investigation, the researchers used Rapid Application Development (RAD), a software development technique that prioritizes rapid iterations of the development cycle. Development teams can use the RAD methodology to concentrate on prototyping work and then quickly iterate depending on input from users or related parties. With this method, we have more leeway to adapt to future COVID-19-19 reporting requirements and rules. The creation of an information system that allows medical personnel or field personnel to relay case data directly from the scene is an example of the implementation of RAD in COVID-19-19 reporting This allows for proper data collection. The results obtained from the application of methods with problems that occur in COVID-19 reporting cases The process of collecting and reporting COVID-19 data becomes more effective, this system can also help officers in monitoring COVID-19 cases so that they can provide the necessary information to the COVID-19 response team.

Abstract

Problems faced in the governance of electronic-based medical records in outpatient daily visits include the lack of governance standards, inconsistencies in data collection, and low interoperability between existing systems. These problems can lead to errors in diagnosis, less efficient treatment, and increased patient safety risks. In order to solve these problems, the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method was proposed as a solution. This method involves a needs analysis phase conducted by listening to stakeholders, identifying existing problems, and designing a suitable solution. The use of the RAD method can provide significant results. After the implementation of the RAD method, the results showed significant improvement. Clear and measurable governance standards have been implemented to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection. In addition, faster system development is also possible through the implementation of the RAD method, thus overcoming the technical challenges associated with electronic medical records. Overall, the results of applying the RAD method in the governance of electronic-based medical records on daily outpatient visits have successfully addressed the existing problems. This method can be widely applied in clinical practice to improve efficiency, quality of care and patient safety.

Abstract

Kementerian Perdagangan merupakan salah satu Instansi Pusat pada pemerintahan memiliki banyak sistem informasi pelayanan namun sistem-sistem tersebut masih terpisah-pisah sehingga menyulitkan berbagi pakai data dan informasi. Tidak terintegrasinya sistem informasi pelayanan sangat menyulitkan bagi masyarakat ketika mengakses layanan publik dikarenakan untuk mengakses satu layanan publik, masyarakat harus berpindah ke beberapa sistem informasi pelayanan atau bahkan harus mengunggah dokumen-dokumen yang sama ke beberapa sistem informasi pelayanan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan Sistem Penghubung Layanan (SPL) menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) berbasis Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) untuk menghubungkan layanan dari berbagai sistem informasi pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan SPL yang menjadi solusi manajemen pertukaran data dan informasi antar sistem informasi pelayanan yang dapat mensimplifikasi bisnis proses layanan publik kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of a tourism object is an important sector in the development of an area to support the economic power of the people in the area, this also applies to the East Kalimantan province.  In order to improve the tourist experience, the development of a tourist recommendation information system is a necessity. This research discusses the development of a web-based Tourism Recommendation Information System and Tourism Chatbot specifically for East Kalimantan Province.Item-Based Collaborative Filtering method is implemented in the development of this system. This method utilizes historical data of user preferences to recommend suitable tourist destinations. The data collected includes user preferences for various attractions, such as location, facilities, and types of activities. The development process starts from data collection and processing, building a web information system, to integration with a chatbot.Tourist Recommendation Information System provides recommendations for tourist destinations tailored to user preferences. Through a user-friendly web interface, users can explore interactive maps, find out the details of attractions, and see reviews from previous visitors. In addition, the Tourism Chatbot provides real-time information and recommendation services to users through an instant messaging platform. The trial results show that the Item-Based Collaborative Filtering method is able to provide recommendations that are relevant to user preferences. Users feel more assisted in planning their travel trips. The system also succeeded in increasing user interaction and engagement through the use of a responsive chatbot.In conclusion, the development of a web-based Tourism Recommendation Information System and Tourism Chatbot with the Item-Based Collaborative Filtering method can be an effective solution in improving the tourist experience in East Kalimantan Province. This system provides accurate recommendations and empowers users to plan a better and memorable tour.

Abstract

Campus asset management is the processing of operational supporting infrastructure on campus. So far, the asset management system at the Baubau Polytechnic Campus still uses the conventional method, namely by recording through albums and control cards attached to the walls of each room. This method is prone to loss of assets because it is not controlled. For this reason, software for digitizing asset management information is needed using the Relational Unified Process (RUP) system development method. The approach of this method is iterative and use case driven which focuses on solving asset management problems. This system works to control in real time the process of borrowing or transferring assets. this system is very helpful for the Baubau Polytechnic Campus in managing assets, especially on the problem of losing assets. This system also provides information about the physical condition of assets in each room so that it can assist the Asset Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) to transfer assets so that campus operations can run optimally.
