Abstract

Satudikti is a one-stop application from the many services available at the Directorate General of Higher Education, to make it easier for users to access various higher education services in one application. Before the application can be widely used, a testing step is indispensable. This is due to potential problems in higher education data that can have a fatal impact, considering that this data is closely related to state information. And if there is an error in the software, the Directorate General of Higher Education must restart the development process that can harm the state. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test the readiness of the application when it is widely used and reduce the risk of errors to ensure that the application remains of sufficient quality for users, as well as analyze the effectiveness of the application and then whether automated regression testing using Katalon Studio has more value than manual testing. Testing in this study was carried out manually with the black-box testing method and automated testing using Katalon Studio as an automated testing tool. Testing using Katalon Studio found that the functionality, features, and access to the tested pages worked well according to existing requirements. The implementation of automation testing using Katalon Studio has also proven to be more efficient in reducing test time and providing detailed test results to detect errors with easy-to-understand reporting.

Abstract

Information systems are needed in every company to facilitate fast and accurate data processing. One of them is a sales information system currently used at PT. MARKTEL still has processes that have not been computerized. To meet these information needs, especially to deal with data processing problems, report generation and systems that have not worked as expected, companies need a computer-based information system. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall method which has a systematic and clear flow so that the system development is more detailed. The waterfall method is a structured modeling-based method consisting of Flowmaps, Context Diagrams, Level 0 Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). In designing and implementing the program, the author uses the PHP programming language with MySQL database. The existence of a web-based sales information system at PT.MARKTEL is expected to simplify and speed up data processing and report generation and can minimize errors so that company goals can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Every 1 (one) month SMK Nusantara 1 Tangerang City gives awards to its students. The award was given in the form of student of the month in order to increase the enthusiasm of learning students at SMK Nusantara 1 Tangerang City. The student of the month selection process is initiated by the principal with consideration from the vice principal and also the heads of expertise programs. However, until now the student of the month selection process still has a manual process that does not take into account the characteristics of the assessment criteria. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the use of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Weighted Product (WP) method in the decision support system for the selection of student of the month. This research can help school principals in selecting student of the month more objectively. From this study obtained a final result of 0.994 for the SAW method and 0.050 for the WP method and stated that the student with the largest total score was Arminanda Khansa Sadiya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe several problems related to data processing of the top 10 outpatient diseases. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and a waterfall software development method, while the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews with medical record staff. In the research, problems were found such as diagnoses that were difficult to read by poly officers, the existence of duplicate tasks for medical record officers and recording still using manuals filled in by poly officers which were then inputted into the Microsoft Office Excel program and only made worksheets to then be processed back into the top 10 outpatient disease reports. The suggestions given for problem solving are the coordination between officers and doctors regarding the writing of diagnoses, the addition of medical record officers to reduce the workload and the design of a software that can facilitate the process of processing data on the top 10 outpatient diseases using Visual Studio 2012. So that the final report on the top 10 diseases can be accurate and can improve the quality of service in the hospital.

Abstract

The low interest of students at the Hidayaturrohman Teluknaga Foundation to continue their education from MTs Hidayaturrohman to Hiro High School makes it necessary to look for the factors causing this lack of interest. This study aims to combine the application of advanced study predictions of students using the naïve Bayes method and the application of ranking with the weighted product method. The data for this research object are graduates of MTs Hidayaturohman in 2022. The research sample is 322 data. The data collection method is in the form of secondary data, namely students graduating from MTs Hidayaturrohman in 2022. The attributes used to assess factors for graduates of MTs Hidayaturrohman to continue their studies at Hiro High School consist of 5 attributes, namely hobbies, modes of transportation, parents' income, distance from home to school and school test scores. In the study, 322 data were divided by 85% (273 data) for training data and 15% (49 data) for testing data. The results showed that the Naïve Bayes method could be applied in predicting the further study of students from MTs Hidayaturrohman to Hiro High School. This is evidenced by the accuracy test using the confusion matrix with an accuracy value of 71%. Where from 49 testing data it is predicted that 34 data with advanced results and 15 data with moving results. Furthermore, data ranking using a weighted product was carried out on 316 data, where 50% of the data (158 data) with the highest vector value v entered advanced ranking and the rest entered moving ranking. The 50% figure is in accordance with the expectations of Hiro High School, namely that as many as 50% of MTs Hidayaturrohman graduates continue on to Hiro High School. Then the highest vector v value is 0.005945284 for parent number 19207207 and the lowest vector v value is 0.001552376 for parent number 19207219.

Abstract

Doctor Practice Schedule is one of the important components needed in every health care facility. Scheduling that is fairly conventional by still using Ms.Excel, as well as the lack of accurate information about the schedule of which doctors are practicing or doctors whose services are full become obstacles for patients who will seek treatment. Therefore, it is proposed to design an information system to improve the quality of service more effectively and efficiently. The design of this web-based doctor schedule information system aims to make it easier for patients to see information on doctor practice schedules and appointments digitally. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The development method used is the waterfall model with data collection techniques through observation and literature study, which is designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as a storage database. The results of this study, with a website-based system, patients and prospective patients can see the doctor's practice schedule and appointment online anytime, anywhere and by anyone through a browser such as google chrome connected via the internet network. So that patients do not need to come to the hospital if they only want to see the doctor's schedule.

Abstract

The lake Ranau is one of the tourist attractions for tourists, sometimes it is difficult to reach information via the web page. Web-based information systems are needed both for citizens and for tourists to know which tourist attraction is on their way. Lake Ranau Tours have recently become one of the most outstanding Tours in south Sumatra because of the annual national events held on lake Ranau. A few articles on these Tours on some local platforms, leaving some visitors with complete information on lake ranau Tours, hence a tourist information system is necessary for one of the tourist media to know information about tourist attractions, lodgings, tourism Tours, and some of the annual events on lake ranau Tours. In this research, Design Thinking is used as a system development method and UML (Unified Modelling Language) is used as a system design. Design Thinking methods help researchers to do systematic research, since structured methods make researchers easier. In addition to some of the features on this website such as fire maps, youtube videos on Tours, accommodating information, and so on will be helpful to tourists on lake Ranau.

Abstract

Social media, especially Twitter, has developed into an important tool for people to share their opinions and feelings widely. Users often use hashtags to share messages related to certain topics. Some of the issues that lead to the need for sentiment analysis of the Draft Criminal Code are social impact, Public disapproval, Potential legal uncertainty, Potential abuse, Support and criticism. By conducting a sentiment analysis of the draft Penal Code, the government and policymakers can better understand the views of the public, identify possible problems and address them, and make necessary improvements or clarifications to the draft law. This can help ensure that the draft Penal Code has greater public support and adheres to good legal principles. The classification of public responses to this hashtag provides a significant snapshot of public attitudes and perspectives. This study aims to classify public sentiment towards the RUUKUHP hashtag on the Twitter platform using the C4.5 algorithm. This study uses a collection of tweets with the hashtag RUUKUHP which are manually categorized into two and three sentiment categories, namely positive, negative and positive, negative and neutral. In this study, data preprocessing is carried out before training the model which includes removing links, special characters, removing stopwords, and word tokenization. Furthermore, this research uses text representation methods such as TF-IDF to extract features from the tweet text and convert them into numerical vectors used by the C4.5 algorithm. After training the classification model using the C4.5 algorithm with the classified dataset, it evaluates the performance of the model with the metrics of accuracy, recall, precision, and F1 score. Experimental results using 2 categories of Negative and Positive show that the model applied with the C4.5 algorithm achieved an accuracy of 96.6% with a recall of 96.6%, a percision of 97.1% and an F1 score of 96.8. And experiments using 3 categories of Negative, Positive and Neutral achieved an accuracy of 67%, a recall of 67%, a precision of 65%, and an F1 score of 66%. Thus it can be concluded that the results of the RUUKUHP hashtag sentiment classification with 2 class predictions are more relevant than 3 sentiment class predictions with a value reaching 96.6%.

Abstract

According to data from the Ministry of Health in 2019, the number of hypertension patients continues to rise and is projected to reach approximately 1.5 billion by 2025. Additionally, an estimated 9.4 million people die each year due to hypertension and its complications. The current challenge is the difficulty faced by the public in understanding the information contained in the data, leading to a decrease in awareness of the importance of maintaining health to prevent and control hypertension. This research proposes the use of the K-Means clustering algorithm with spatial data visualization techniques to communicate information from the data more effectively to the public. The proposed method allows the K-Means clustering algorithm to group regions based on hypertension characteristics such as prevalence and risk factors, while spatial data visualization techniques are used to display the data in the form of a geographic map of hypertension areas. The results of applying this method show that the K-Means clustering algorithm produces five clusters that reflect different characteristics of hypertension, and spatial data visualization techniques generate a geographic map of hypertension areas with five different colors representing the highest to lowest characteristic groups of hypertension. This research provides a clear and easily understandable way to communicate information from the data, thereby assisting the public in efforts to prevent and control hypertension and its risk factors.

Abstract

Ibis Paint X is a drawing application that is quite in demand, because it has been downloaded by more than 100 million users with around 1.9 million reviews on the Google Play Store. Until now, there has been no research on the usability evaluation of  the  Ibis Paint X application, so there may be some unknown usability problems. This study aims to evaluate  the usability of  Ibis Paint X as a digital drawing application that is quite in demand. In evaluating the usability of Ibis Paint X, two usability measurement methods are used, namely the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The purpose of using two methods to evaluate  the usability of the Ibis Paint X application is to obtain more in-depth evaluation results from two points of view of the usability evaluation method of an application. The evaluation process was assessed by 122 respondents using the Ibis Paint X application. Based on the evaluation results of the SUS method getting a score of 68.69, judging from the interpretation of the SUS score which has 4 categories, it can be concluded that Ibis Paint X gets a "C" predicate in the grade scale category, is considered "OK" in the adjectives rating category, including "Marginal" in the category  acceptability ranges, and have users who are "Passive" in the NPS category. For the evaluation results, the UEQ method has positive results as a digital drawing application because each category of UEQ methods, namely attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty, has an average value of more than 0.8.
