Abstract

The majority of the residents in this village, approximately 90%, worked as farmers or farm laborers. Given the economic conditions, social assistance became crucial in reducing social inequality and enhancing the welfare of vulnerable communities. The role of village governance was significant in improving community welfare. The Village Hall served as the center of village administration, managing various activities, including the distribution of social assistance. The Village Hall was responsible for ensuring that social assistance was distributed fairly and effectively to recipients according to prevailing policies. However, the Village Hall faced issues such as inefficiency and inequality in the distribution of social assistance. The process of selecting social assistance recipients was still conducted conventionally, where Village Hall staff collected data on the community based on certain criteria. This method was prone to errors in decision-making and incorrect distribution of assistance, such as recipients who did not actually qualify still receiving aid, while those in need often did not receive appropriate support. These issues were caused by a lack of thorough analysis. The village government needed to establish a decision-making system that was accurate and precise. The operation of this system included all steps of problem identification, selection of relevant information, and determination of the approach used for decision-making through to the resolution of the issues. To achieve accurate results, this research applied the Composite Performance Index method. The aim of this research was to create a decision support system (DSS) for selecting social assistance recipients in the village. This DSS was expected to help staff improve the speed of social assistance classification, avoid errors, and produce accurate decisions.

Abstract

PT. Graha Informatika Nusantara (GRATIKA) is a company engaged in the infocom sector covering the business of Development and Development of Telecommunication Devices and Systems including its support system. Business activities at PT. GRATIKA Coverage includes sales transactions, purchases, and product stock inventory. However, in inventory sales and purchase transactions at PT Graha Informatika Nusantara (GRATIKA) Kisaran, it is difficult to determine how much product inventory to optimize product stock in inventory management and product sales, because there is no prediction system to prevent errors in determining the amount of inventory and product sales. in the future, because the prediction system that is carried out still uses a manual system so it is classified as old and inaccurate. For this reason, a system is needed to predict the inventory and sales of Telkomsel products using the Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) method to facilitate the prediction process so that there are not many errors in the prediction process. This method was chosen because it tends to get a small error value and the process does not require a complex and dynamic learning system of language variables whose linguistic values are fuzzy sets, with the aim of getting maximum profit with the right business strategy plans and techniques. Method This system was developed with the PHP programming language. The results of this study are the application of the FTS method to the system with the Fuzzy calculation process, which results in the prediction of inventory and product sales.

Abstract

Delihomestay adalah penginapan di Kecamatan Medan Deli yang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman menginap menyenangkan dengan fasilitas dan layanan berkualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kepuasan tamu dan menemukan solusi untuk masalah yang dihadapi, seperti ketidakpuasan akibat kurangnya keramahan staf dan kebersihan kamar. Khususnya bagi tamu yang check-in tanpa aplikasi, mereka tidak memiliki tempat untuk menyampaikan keluhan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem penilaian online yang dianalisis menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan tamu secara cepat dan akurat. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode CSI menunjukkan bahwa nilai CSI sebesar 70.22%, yang tergolong dalam kategori puas. Meskipun demikian, hasil ini menunjukkan adanya ruang untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut dalam aspek-aspek tertentu. Dengan adanya sistem penilaian online ini, tamu akan lebih mudah melakukan penilaian secara fleksibel, dan Delihomestay dapat dengan cepat mengetahui tingkat kepuasan tamunya dan mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode CSI sangat membantu dalam memantau dan meningkatkan kepuasan tamu di Delihomestay

Abstract

Abstract: Technological developments in the current era of globalization cannot be denied, especially in the business and social fields, technological developments provide enormous benefits and make it easier for people to carry out business transactions and communicate. Technology also plays a role in improving the quality of the community's economy. Competition in the modern world, especially in the digital world, is increasing with its use in community activities, one of which is the marketplace. Its use is quite easy and efficient, causing many people to be interested in it. This research aims to analyze optimal marketplace competition strategies using Game Theory and Markov Chain methods. Game Theory is a theory in operations research that discusses marketing or competition problems for a company or object being studied. In solving Game Theory using pure strategy and mixed strategy. Apart from determining the optimal strategy in competition, it is also necessary to look at market conditions regarding consumer movements in using marketplaces with Markov chains. Markov chain is a method used to predict the market share of a product in the current period as a basis for predicting future market share. The research results obtained show that Shopee produces optimal strategies, namely security and vouchers and cashback, while Tokopedia produces optimal strategies, namely price, security and promotions. Brand switching using Markov Chain produces a probability for Shopee of 0.431 and Tokopedia of 0.569. Keywords: game theory, markov chain, marketplace, competition, optimal strategy, brand switching Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi seperti saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi terutama dibidang bisnis maupun sosial, perkembangan teknologi memberikan manfaat yang begitu besar dan lebih memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi bisnis dan berkomunikasi. Tekonologi juga berperan dalam peningkatan mutu perekonomian masyarakat. Persaingan di dunia modern terutama dalam dunia digital semakin meningkat dengan pemanfaatannya dalam kegiatan masyarakat salah satunya adalah marketplace. Penggunaannya yang cukup mudah dan efisien menyebabkan banyak masyarakat meminatinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi persaingan marketplace yang optimal menggunakan metode Teori Permainan dan Rantai Markov. Dalam penyelesaian Game Theory menggunakan strategi murni dan strategi campuran. Selain menentukan strategi optimal dalam persaingan, dibutuhkan juga untuk melihat kondisi pasar tentang perpindahan konsumen dalam menggunakan marketplace dengan markov chain. Markov chain merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk memprediksi pangsa pasar suatu produk pada periode saat ini sebagai dasar untuk memprediksi pangsa pasar yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pada Shopee menghasilkan strategi optimal yaitu keamanan dan voucher dan cashback, sedangkan pada Tokopedia menghasilkan strategi optimal yaitu harga, keamanan, dan promosi. Perpindahan merek menggunakan Markov Chain menghasilkan probabilitas Shopee 0,431 dan Tokopedia 0,569.Kata kunci: teori permainan, rantai markov, marketplace, persaingan, strategi   optimal, perpindahan merek

Abstract

Gangguan kecemasan adalah salah satu gangguan yang paling umum dalam psikologi. Kecemasan adalah keadaan ketakutan dan kecemasan. Ini adalah respons yang tepat untuk sebuah ancaman, tetapi pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi dan ekstrem, itu bisa menjadi tidak normal (gangguan) dan mengganggu fungsi dan aktivitas sehari-hari. Beberapa orang masih mengabaikan gangguan kecemasan ini karena kurangnya informasi tentang mereka. Gangguan kecemasan memiliki berbagai gejala. Gejala kondisi ini dapat mempengaruhi orang yang terpengaruh secara mental dan fisik. Pengobatan dalam bentuk obat-obatan dan psikologi ini masih relatif terbatas dan kurang berkembang. Sistem pakar ini mendiagnosis gangguan kecemasan dengan menghitung jumlah skor gejala yang dialami. Sistem ini mengimplementasikan backward chaining untuk mencari basis pengetahuan. Penyakit yang diidentifikasi menggunakan metode backward chaining membantu pengguna jalan untuk menangani penyakit tersebut dengan benar. Untuk dapat mengantisipasi, mengoreksi secara psikologis, dan secara umum kembali ke tingkat gangguan kecemasan yang normal yang dialami seseorang. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pakar efektif dalam mendiagnosis gangguan kecemasan.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious condition that affects the growth and development of children due to malnutrition and repeated infections, which results in delayed physical growth, decreased cognitive abilities, and decreased immunity. The problem of stunting is a top priority in the field of public health in Indonesia. This study aims to design an Android-based application that can monitor the nutritional status of toddlers using the Naive Bayes method, which is known to be effective in classifying data based on probability. Monitoring focuses on preventing stunting through analysis of weight, height, age, and gender parameters. The application developed functions as a tool for health workers and integrated health posts in monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers more efficiently and accurately. By using input data such as date of birth, gender, weight, and height, this application is able to identify the nutritional status of children, whether they are normal, malnourished, or overweight. This system functions in real-time and is built with the Java programming language. The data used in this study are gender, age, height, and weight derived from monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Sinunukan, Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. The data obtained from this study amounted to 100 data points. The evaluation results show that the system is able to classify stunting data based on 3 classes, namely "normal nutrition", "undernutrition", and "overnutrition" with an accuracy of 90%.

Abstract

PT. Union Confectionery, a long-established company in the confectionery production industry, had encountered significant challenges in managing employee career progression, including transfers, demotions, and promotions. The primary issue faced was the difficulty in conducting objective employee performance assessments and determining the appropriate criteria for career development. These assessments involved various complex factors such as work experience, discipline, education level, age, job performance, attendance, teamwork, and work ethics. To address these challenges, this study proposed the implementation of a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method for criteria weighting and the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method for ranking decisions. The implementation of this system was expected to assist the management of PT. Union Confectionery in making more accurate and transparent decisions, while also improving employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. This research also compared previous studies that used similar methods for performance assessment, albeit with a narrower focus, specifically at the supervisory level. The findings from this study were anticipated to provide a comprehensive and innovative solution for employee career management across all levels of PT. Union Confectionery’s organization, as well as contribute to the development of more effective human resource management practices.

Abstract

The advancement of computer technology has developed rapidly and has been applied in various aspects of life. At that time, computers were considered one of the most efficient tools in supporting technological development. At the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (OI-OIS) in Medan City, the process of applying for Building Permits (BP) was still conducted manually and had not been computerized, resulting in slow and inefficient licensing processes. Applicants were required to fill out forms manually and deliver physical documents to the village and sub-district offices, which extended processing times. Furthermore, application reports were often piled up, hindering prompt and accurate handling. The lack of efficiency in managing applicant data further exacerbated the situation and slowed down the completion of applications. Therefore, an integrated digital system was needed to expedite and facilitate the submission and management of IMB applications. This research aimed to develop an Android-based Information System for Building Permit Applications at DPMPTSP in Medan City using the R&D (Research and Development) method. It was hoped that this application would make it easier for staff to manage IMB application data. The research results indicated that the development of the Android-based Information System for Building Permit Applications successfully addressed the issues encountered in the previously manual IMB application process. This application expedited and simplified the filling out and submission of applications, eliminating the need for applicants to deliver physical documents. Additionally, the management of applicant data became more efficient and computerized, reducing the backlog of reports and speeding up the verification process.

Abstract

Drug abuse among adolescents was difficult to identify early without official examinations, while manual methods were often inaccurate. The process of determining rehabilitation also faced challenges due to the lack of technology-based support systems capable of effectively analyzing the level of addiction and type of drug used, resulting in rehabilitation that was often not well-targeted. To address this issue, the algorithm was utilized to diagnose drug addiction in adolescents by providing scores or rankings indicating addiction levels: scores of 1 and 2 represented mild addiction, 3 and 4 indicated moderate addiction, and 5 or higher represented severe addiction. The FMADM-ELECTRE algorithm recommended various types of rehabilitation actions for recovery. It offered precise evaluation ranges and scores, simplifying the classification and determination of appropriate detoxification measures for each type of drug-addicted adolescent. This system classified three levels of drug addiction among adolescents, corresponding to three stages of rehabilitation for drug addicts: non-medical (social) rehabilitation, medical rehabilitation (detoxification), and aftercare (post-rehabilitation). Additionally, the web-based support system was designed to be accessible across various devices, including laptops, computers, tablets, and smartphones, facilitating quicker and more efficient decision-making for relevant institutions. This approach also integrated multi-criteria methods to ensure fairness and accuracy in analysis, supporting a comprehensive rehabilitation process.

Abstract

In the era of competitive globalization, employee performance evaluation is crucial for ensuring productivity and quality in human resources. This research addresses the challenge of subjectivity in performance evaluation by integrating the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The study identifies relevant evaluation criteria, assigns weights using ANP, and prioritizes employee performance objectively through TOPSIS. Using a Research and Development (RnD) approach, data were collected via observations, interviews, and documentation. Results demonstrate that the combination of ANP and TOPSIS significantly improves the accuracy and fairness of evaluations, reducing bias by 20% and enhancing transparency by 15% compared to traditional methods. Employees with a preference score of 1.00, such as Sumadin, Siti, and Ardianto, were deemed to have optimal performance across the criteria: Responsibility, Attendance, Service, Cleanliness, and Loyalty. The system also categorized employees with medium preference values (0.6–0.9) and low scores (<0.4), providing actionable insights for employee development. This research highlights the efficacy of technology-based evaluation systems in strategic HR decision-making, contributing to increased job satisfaction and productivity. The system developed has proven to be efficient, able to reduce bias, and increase job satisfaction and productivity.
