Abstract

The Goods Delivery Scheduling System at CV Lestari Mandiri was still carried out conventionally, so the presentation of information regarding goods delivery was still less effective. This research aimed to design and build an information system for scheduling goods deliveries at CV Lestari Mandiri. This information system was expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the goods delivery process by minimizing scheduling errors. The method used in this research was the prototyping method which involves several stages, namely data collection, needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and interviews with parties involved in the goods delivery process at CV Lestari Mandiri. The result of this research was a web-based information system that could be used to manage goods delivery scheduling, including features for entering delivery data, managing schedules, and generating reports. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL Database, and implemented using the XAMPP platform. System testing was carried out using the black box testing method which showed that this system had met user needs and was running as expected.

Abstract

Autism is not difficult to detect, but it takes a lot of learning and training for doctors to detect it. Currently ASD is detected by understanding the behavior and intellectual activity of a child. This diagnosis can be subjective, time consuming, inconclusive, does not provide precise insight into genetics and is not suitable for early detection. Machine Learning Methods can make relevant changes to speed up the process. It is known that early intervention is the key to improving children with autism. Obviously speeding up the diagnosis time is even more important in the case of Autism. Big data and machine learning technologies can make major advances in predicting and accelerating the complex and time-consuming process of diagnosis and treatment. Machine learning systems can be developed to take advantage of the vast amount of health and medical data available for predictive modeling and predictive analysis. In this paper, a comparison of several machine learning techniques and models will be tested and analyzed. In this study, it is proposed to apply the stacking technique to predict the presence of ASD. The results showed that the application of the stacking technique could improve the performance of the predictive model in ASD diagnosis.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Corrections (Ditjenpas) has developed various Information Technology services, one of which is the Correctional Database System (SDP) Application. Until now, the development of the SDP Application has not ensured that the system can provide maximum benefits in managing and improving the effectiveness of the correctional system. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a usability analysis of the SDP application based on user perceptions. In this study, an analysis of the usability of the SDP application was carried out using the USE Questionnaire method. The USE Questionnaire is an instrument commonly used to measure the usability of an application with four parameters, namely usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and user satisfaction. This study involved 100 respondents. The results of the instrument test showed that all questions were valid and reliable, so they could be used in the study. The measurement results of the entire USE Questionnaire variable were obtained from the respondent's score of 9,647 and the maximum score in this aspect was 11,200, so the percentage of feasibility was 86.13%. Thus, it can be concluded that the level of usability of the SDP application is categorized as "Very Feasible" for use in the correctional process.

Abstract

Data mining using machine learning algorithms can be used to help analyze historical data to predict COVID-19. The dataset used for predicting COVID-19 has many features, but those features have the possibility of redundancy or irrelevance that can cause a decrease in classifier performance. This research proposes a model that implements feature selection to select relevant features and can provide improved performance predictions for diagnose COVID-19. Some proposed feature selection techniques are Sequential Forward Selection (SFS), Sequential Backward Selection (SBS), Sequential Forward Floating Selection (SFFS), Sequential Forward Floating Selection ( SBFS), Sequential Backward Floating Selection (SBFS), and selectKBest. The classification algorithm used to classify is Random Forest. The model that gives the best performance value is the model that applies the SFS dan SFFS as feature selection.

Abstract

This research shows that in today's digital era, users of electronic devices such as smartphones often experience difficulties in managing their battery power needs, especially when using power banks. Uncertainty in the availability and maintenance of power bank rentals can cause inconvenience to users. Therefore, a system is needed that can facilitate the process of renting and managing power banks. This research aims to design a website-based power bank rental monitoring system. The methods used in this research include a framework for designing the system and testing using black-box testing to ensure application functionality. System development was conducted through five stages: planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. RFID technology was applied to facilitate the payment process, while Wi-Fi was used for interaction between the user and the application. The features in the system include dashboard, member data, power bank data, and transaction data, which are designed to make it easier for administrators to manage rental data. The research shows that the developed application successfully simplifies the process of purchasing, paying, and returning power banks with easily accessible features and timely notifications. This application not only provides a practical solution for users in managing power bank rentals, but also helps admins in handling transactions and generating reports. Thus, this system is expected to fulfill users' needs for battery power more efficiently.

Abstract

Research that has been conducted at the Mother and Child Hospital X Bandung City aims to create an electronic-based perinatal death reporting form design to facilitate medical recorders in managing perinatal death data effectively, efficiently and accurately. The problems faced are the absence of classification of reports based on perinatal, recording and searching for death data still using manual methods which result in mismatches in data, loss of data and delays in making perinatal death reports. In this research, the method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, and uses observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The Waterfall method is used as a development method that utilizes Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access applications to facilitate system design. The method that has been applied produces a perinatal death reporting system that allows to reduce recording time, search for data and facilitate the work of medical recorders to obtain the reporting.

Abstract

One of the graduation requirements for students at the IPB University Vocational School is to have an Administrative Free Certificate. The letter is a unified approval from all Persons in Charge of the Laboratory and Library of SV IPB which explains that the student does not have a loan and is not receiving disciplinary sanctions from the Discipline, Student Affairs and Alumni Commission. The large number of prospective graduates every year causes a long queue in making the Certificate of Administrative Freedom if the submission is done manually to each Person in Charge of the Lab. The purpose of this research is to develop the IPB Vocational Lab Information System (SILVI) by adding an Administrative Free Module. The methodology used in this study is the Prototype Method. The stages carried out in the prototype method are communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, and deployment delivery & feedback. Based on the feasibility test of the system, 100% of the features run without any errors, so it can be concluded that SILVI can be used properly.

Abstract

Local government websites are increasingly important for distributing information, providing e-services, and facilitating public engagement. However, digitalization brings cybersecurity challenges that jeopardize the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information. Cybersecurity incidents pose a serious threat, with risks of data breaches, unauthorized access, and system downtimes affecting the reliability and trustworthiness of public services. To address this problem, this study employs the NIST SP 800-30 framework for information security risk management, focusing on detecting, handling, and preventing cybersecurity incidents. The study involved assessing the maturity level of information security controls to identify any gaps and areas of vulnerability. To enhance the implementation of information security policies, the study also utilized tools such as RM Studio, Kali Linux, and Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner, which help in identifying and mitigating potential threats more effectively. The results showed that the maturity level of current information security controls is still below the desired target, revealing a significant gap that needs attention. This indicates that while the method provides a structured approach to identifying and addressing security issues, there are still areas for improvement. By emphasizing systematic improvement and focusing on vulnerable points, the study concludes that adopting a combination of the NIST SP 800-30 framework and ISO 27002 standards, along with clear, documented policies, can enhance cybersecurity resilience, reduce risk, and ultimately protect public services. This approach effectively raises the maturity level of information security controls, although continued efforts are needed to fully meet the targeted security standards.
