Abstract

Special Work Unit of the Indonesian Medical Development Centre (UKK PUSBANGKI) has a problem in managing its assets, where 30% of data processing uses a semi-computerised system and the remaining 70% manually, so it has the potential to suffer losses for the loss of its assets. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based asset management information system so that asset management can be integrated properly. The method used in this research uses the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) with a systematic and structured approach in designing the programme. The web-based asset management application is built using Bootstrap 3 on the front-end (HTML, CSS, Javascript) which has advantages in terms of website appearance with responsive design and can be customised according to end-user needs. In addition, the use of XAMPP (Apache, MySQL, PHP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) simultaneously can increase efficiency in the process of developing and producing reliable and secure applications. Based on the results of implementation and evaluation, it can be concluded that the web-based asset management information system has succeeded in increasing 90% time and cost efficiency in tracking assets, as well as 95% effectiveness in reducing incidents of asset loss, so that the work of the asset management unit at UKK PUSBANGKI can be carried out properly, quickly and integrated.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize decision making in selecting KOSEKA (District Census Coordinator) candidates within the scope of the Langkat Regency Central Statistics Agency. The problem found in the KOSEKA selection process was that the selection process still used manual methods so that it was very time inefficient and had an impact on the final selection results not being in accordance with the required qualifications. For this reason, there must be a selection system which, if implemented, will produce effective and efficient decisions, namely utilizing a decision support system using the Entropy method as weighting criteria and Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) as the final calculation method for each alternative. Based on the results of research conducted taking into consideration the criteria used, namely experience, training transport costs, communication skills, honesty, appearance and location of residence, a Utility value for each alternative has been obtained with the highest score, namely Claudia Riswandi (A8) who has a score 100%, followed by Aprida Br Sitepu (A2) in second place with a score of 97.69566969% and so on.

Abstract

The performance analysis of the Gemilang Travel website is a study aimed at evaluating the performance of the Gemilang Travel website, which provides inter-city travel services and holiday packages. The main focus is on improving site access speed and stability. The method used includes performance and load testing with tools such as GTmetrix and LoadFocus. The test results are presented in tables with recommendations for improvement and enhancement. The results show good initial load times, but access speed still needs improvement. Additionally, load testing indicates that the system is capable of handling high loads with fast response times and without errors. Recommended improvements include optimizing images using Lazy Loading techniques and using placeholders to reduce layout shifts, which are expected to improve overall site performance.

Abstract

Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur plays an active role in organizing research and community service activities. One of its main programs is the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Currently, the management of KKN activities lacks a system that supports the business processes involved. The registration and submission of outputs are still done using Google Forms, and there is no system for digitizing certificates. Therefore, the "Sistem Informasi KKN (SISKA)" was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. The goal of developing the Sistem Informasi KKN (SISKA) is to streamline the administrative processes that previously consumed significant time and human resources, allowing a greater focus on the core aspects of the KKN program. This system benefits LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur, field supervisors, and students. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results showed a score of 84.375%, indicating that users strongly agree that the KKN information system meets their needs.

Abstract

As information technology and the internet develop, e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok shophave become an important part of life for Generation Z. Tiktok shopcombines social media with e-commerce, which allows creators and users to promote and sell products directly. via videos, live broadcasts and product catalogues. However, the popularity of Tiktok shophas also caused controversy because it is considered to be damaging market prices. After temporarily closing in October 2023, Tiktok shopreopened two months later in collaboration with PT. GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of satisfaction of Gen-Z consumers with Tiktok shopusing the (EUCS) method. The research results show that the variables of content, format and timeliness have a significant influence on user satisfaction, while the variables of accuracy and ease of use do not have a significant influence.

Abstract

The speed of an internet network makes geographic information systems easy to use by all groups, including the process of Instagrammable cafe mapping. With this system, it will help to make it easier for consumers to find cafe locations, help convey detailed cafe information and also become an Instagrammable promotional media for cafes in Binjai City. In the system design process, the method chosen as the development method is waterfall, and uses object-oriented modeling, namely UML and uses the A Star Algorithm to determine the closest distance from the user to the cafe they are going to. With this geographic information system, it will make it easier for consumers to get locations and information about Instagrammable cafes in Binjai City and also save consumers' time and become a promotional medium for the Binjai City Tourism Office and for the cafe owners.

Abstract

Technology in Indonesia has been applied in various fields, both in education, government, health and other community activities. At KPP Madya Palembang, Information Technology has been applied in various activities and services, one of which is on the website of Satu Kemenkeu. On the Satu Kemenkeu website, it is a new system implemented by KPP Madya Palembang. Satu Kemenkeu is a new system that has never been analyzed. In Satu Kemenkeu, various problems were found such as usability, Interface, Home section that cannot be fully functioned, some features cannot be accessed. Based on the problems found, an analysis is needed to measure the quality of Satu Kemenkeu. Measurement of quality in the category of user readiness and acceptance at Satu Kemenkeu to determine the readiness of users to accept the technology. The model used in readiness and acceptance is the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM). This study uses 7 variables in TRAM, namely Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, Insecurity, Perceived Usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use. This study distributed questionnaires to 114 employees of KPP Madya Palembang as users of Satu Kemenkeu. Then, for data analysis used SEM-PLS with SmartPLS Tools. The results of this study from 10 hypotheses there are 4 hypotheses accepted and 6 rejected. The overall results show the quality of one ministry of finance using TRAM of 71.8%, this shows that the quality of the one ministry of finance application can be used and accepted by users.

Abstract

The Integrated Depot Management System is an integrated information system developed at PT. Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia as the primary platform for the company's operational and marketing activities aimed at achieving competitive advantage, adapting to the market, and achieving significant improvement through consistency, creativity, and innovation. This research aims to evaluate the success of the Integrated Depot Management System application using the DeLone & McLean Success Model. This study adapts 6 main variables from D&M: Service Quality, System Quality, Information Quality, User Satisfaction, Intention to Use, and Net Benefits, integrating the external variable User Capability with data processing techniques using SEM-PLS. Fourteen hypotheses were formulated to evaluate the relationships among the developed success dimensions. Of the 14 proposed hypotheses, nine were accepted and five were rejected. The findings indicate that the Integrated Depot Management System requires development in terms of quality, starting from system quality, service, and the quality of information provided. This development is necessary to achieve user desires and satisfaction in using the application to fulfill the company's vision and mission.

Abstract

Informed consent is a very important requirement for patients to guarantee the patient's right to obtain sufficient information before agreeing to medical procedures to be carried out on the patient. In the digital era, implementing electronic-based informed consent has become relevant to support electronic medical records. This research aims to make the informed consent form which was previously manual or paper digital, so that it is hoped that it can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing medical information, speeding up the administration process. , and increase patient involvement in decision making. The research data collection methods used include interviews, literature study, and observation with descriptive analysis. The system development method uses the waterfall method. It is hoped that the results of designing an information system using the selected method will make the performance of doctors and nurses more effective in preparing letters of approval for medical treatment or informed consent so that providing information is more efficient and data security is maintained. Apart from that, this information system is expected to be able to maximize service to patients and the quality of service in hospitals can increase.

Abstract

Maintaining physical health is crucial, and one way to achieve this is through regular exercise. Boxing is a suitable choice as it not only helps maintain fitness but also serves as self-defense, relying on punching skills. Previously, a device was developed to measure kick strength, but its results were only accessible via a localhost web interface, limiting access from other devices. This study aims to design a device for measuring the quantity and strength of punches in boxing, accessible anywhere via the internet. The device utilizes piezoelectric sensors with a web interface for measurement. In addition to piezoelectric sensors, it incorporates Arduino Mega, LCD, and ESP32. Sensor accuracy testing showed an average error rate 5.09% and 0% data transmission failure. Over 60 seconds in 30 trials, an average of 90 punches were recorded with an average punch strength of 800.
