Abstract

The character education of the children should be accomplished according to the characteristics of character education in early childhood, the values of the character in early childhood which include divine values, courage, honesty, sympathy, empathy, discipline, a sense of disciplinary nationalism, responsibility, courtesy, and courteous by using thematic approach which model of learning centered on children by using learning through three stages namely planning, implementation, and assessment. In its implementation, it must be supported by adequate facilities, long time, many media, and active children and also support of parents and human resources of educators and qualified personnel (if in non-family organizations).

Abstract

Human Resources have a major role in every organization's activities. Although supported by facilities and infrastructure, as well as promising funding sources, but without reliable HR support, organizational activities will not be resolved properly. This shows that HR is the main key that must be considered with all its needs. To produce maximum goals, it is necessary to know the Basics of HR Training and Development, Analysis of Training Needs, Factors Affecting, Evaluation and Methods of Training and HR Development so that it can be adapted to the strength of an organization. Training is followed by non-managerial in a systematic process to obtain / improve knowledge, skills, and change one's behavior. Stages of training and development: Assessment of training needs, development of training programs, and evaluation of training programs. Analysis of HR training and development needs is needed: Organizational Analysis, Work, Individual Needs and Targeting. The factors that influence training and development: Who participates in the program, who is the trainer / instructor, what media is used, what level of learning, the principles of training needed, the principles of learning used, and where the program will be implemented. The program is evaluated can use survey methods, case studies, experiments, and test methods. HR Training and Development Methods are: On the job (training in the workplace) and off the job (training outside the workplace) including simulation and presentation of information.

Abstract

Education is the process by which people go through educational institutions (schools, colleges, or other institutions), which intentionally transforms their cultural heritage, namely knowledge, values ​​and skills from generation to generation. The more developed human civilization, the more developed the problems faced by education, thus increasingly demanding human progress in systematic thinking in education. Scope is the scope of the overall learning experience that will be given to students who have been in the form of a field of study, for example the field of science study for junior high (biology) which is detailed into the subject and sub-subject matter containing the scope of the material itself. To get clearer material can be obtained from books, textbooks or principal sources of the lesson. Squence means the arrangement or sequence of grouping activities or steps taken in curriculum planning. If the scope refers to "what", then the sequence refers more to "when" and "where" the points are placed and implemented. The compatibility of the lesson material depends on the objectives to be achieved, therefore in learning there must be curriculum development which includes Scope and Squence, so that the teaching and learning process in the school environment becomes better and achieves its educational goals.

Abstract

This study examines the values ​​of education of the Prophet Nuh AS contained in the QS. Abstract

Guru sebagai Pembimbing dalam belajar, sebagai dasar utama dalam belajar kurikulum sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran dalam kelas, Kurikulum dapat dibedakan antara official atau written curriculum yang merupakan kurikulum resmi yang tertulis dan actual curriculum merupakan kurikulum nyata yang dilaksanakan oleh guru-guru. Kurikulum nyata merupakan implementasi dari official curriculum di dalam kelas. Walau bagaimanapun bagusnya suatu kurikulum (official), hasilnya sangat bergantung pada apa yang telah dilakukan oleh guru di dalam kelas (Actual). Dengan demikian seorang guru memegang peran penting baik dalam penyusunan maupun implementai kurikulum.[1] Ada perbedaan kosep tentang peranan dan kedudukan guru, dalam pendidikan klasik, gruu berperan sebagai penerus dan penyampai ilmu, sedang dam konsep pendidikan masakini dalam era teknologi pendidikan guru adalah pelatih kemampuan dalam konsep interaksional guru berperan sebagai mitra belajar, sedang dalam konsep pendidikan pribadi guru lebih berperan sebagai pengarah, member motivasi dan pembimbing. Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure planning is the initial stage and becomes the basic basis in the process of procurement, use, maintenance and elimination of infrastructure facilities in educational institutions. But not infrequently the existing planning in the school is not carried out optimally so that the management of educational facilities does not get effective and efficient results. To get maximum results, the education community should understand what infrastructure facilities are planning, the benefits and objectives, principles, conditions, stages and classification of educational facilities. Good planning that can answer 5W 1H in the design of infrastructure programs that will be implemented so that its existence can help achieve goals and avoid unwanted errors and failures. Where infrastructure planning is an intellectual program, a needs analysis is carried out in a comprehensive, realistic, clear and detailed manner. Educational facilities and infrastructure planning is classified into three, first, based on the depletion or not, which is divided into two wearable and durable parts. Both are based on moving or not moving, the three facilities and infrastructure related to the teaching and learning process. DS PAUD schools have implemented planning in managing educational infrastructure. The step of analyzing needs by accommodating all proposals of the school community and designing needs in accordance with the classification so that they can be integrated with the infrastructure that has been available before and determine how to procure it. The next step is budget analysis. The needs that have been arranged are adjusted to the budget so that the party responsible for infrastructure can determine the priority scale in the procurement of infrastructure

Abstract

Kejayaan sebuah negeri, kota atau daerah bisa diketahui melalui peradabannya. Dalam kurun waktu sejarah peradaban kehidupan manusia di dunia akan terus berkembang dan berkembang. Faktor utama berkembangnya sebuah peradaban adalah pada manusianya, sebagai makhluk sang Pencipta. Akal manusia-lah yang membedakannya dengan makhluk Tuhan lainnya (binatang, tumbuhan dan lain-lain). Akan tetapi, sebuah peradaban yang tidak disertai dengan keimanan dan ketakwaan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa akan menjadikan pembuat peradaban di sebuah Negera musnah. Sejarah sebagai kisah adalah hasil rekonstruksi para sejarawan yang memiliki perberbedaan penafsiran meskipun dalam bahasan masalah yang sama. Sejarah peradaban Islam berkaitan dengan pengetahuan mengenai proses permulaan hingga perkembangan atau kemajuan sebuah negara-kota melalui agama yang dibawa oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW sampai pada tujuan masa berakhirnya suatu peristiwa. Peristiwa yang dimaksud disini adalah akhir zaman, karena setiap peradaban itu memiliki masa akhir sehingga sangat erat kaitannya pentingnya menelaah sejarah peradaban Islam memasuki era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Selanjutya, revolusi Industri 4.0 adalah tren di dunia industri yang menggabungkan teknologi otomatisasi dengan teknologi cyber. Pada era revolusi industri 4.0, teknologi manufaktur sudah masuk pada tren otomatisasi dan pertukaran data. Hal tersebut mencakup sistem cyber-fisik, internet of things (IoT), komputasi awan, dan komputasi kognitif. Tren ini telah mengubah banyak bidang kehidupan manusia, termasuk pendidikan, ekonomi, dunia kerja, bahkan gaya hidup manusia itu sendiri yang tentunya sangat berpengaruh pada peradaban manusia di era tersebut. Singkatnya, Revolusi Industri 4.0 menanamkan teknologi cerdas yang dapat terhubung dengan berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia.

Abstract

The success or failure of an organization to achieve its intended goals is very dependent on the ability of its leaders to establish a climate of cooperation easily and can mobilize existing resources so that they can use them and can run effectively and efficiently. Thus the life of an organization is largely determined by the role of a leader. This study focuses on knowing and describing the basic concepts of leadership, transformational leadership, visionary leadership, situational leadership concepts, and then analyzing the intersection of transformational leadership with visonary and situational leadership. This study uses a type of library research with a qualitative approach, namely research that does not carry out numerical data calculations (quantitative). In this library research, the method of data collection is a method of documentation, which is in the form of books, notes, transcripts, newspapers, magazines, journals, and so on. For the data analysis process, the technique chosen is a descriptive analysis analysis technique using a series of logical thinking systems that can be used to construct a number of concepts into propositions, hypotheses, postulates, axioms, assumptions, or constructs into theories. The results of this study are that transformational leadership, visionary, and situational basically have similarity, namely prioritizing the completion of work and mutual success of subordinates, leadership is accepted by all subordinates and there is a clear division of labor between individuals. The teamwork and success of the team is the main target. Transformational, Visionary, and situational leadership in carrying out their leadership are very innovative, creative and active in carrying out and solving problems faced. On the other hand, Transformational, Visionary, and situational leadership is strongly influenced by the personal abilities of leaders and subordinates of the leader, in the sense that success is strongly influenced by the existence of togetherness in a team. Basically, transformational leadership, with visionary and situational leadership is a leadership model that has three weaknesses and strengths. In carrying out leadership, one can run all three, and / or one of them to achieve goals. However, everything is greatly influenced by the individual abilities of the leader.

Abstract

Keberhasilan sekolah sangat tergantung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang ada. Dengan penerapan manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang maksimal akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja guru dan akan menghasilkan mutu pendidikan yang lebih bagus sehingga menambah kepuasan masyarakat akan out put yang dihasilkan. Manajemen sarana dan prasarana adalah pengelolaan kegiatan dari perencanaan, penggorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengontrolan serta proses pengadaan dan pendayagunaan komponen-komponen yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung menunjang proses pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Kompetensi guru merupakan deskripsi apa yang dapat dilakukan seseorang dalam bekerja, serta apa wujud dari pekerjaan tersebut yang dapat terlihat. Untuk dapat melakukan suatu pekerjaan, seseorang harus memiliki kemampuan dalam bentuk pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan yang relevan dengan bidang pekerjaanya. Seorang baru disebut memiliki kompetensi jika ia dapat melakukan apa yang seharusnya dilakukan dengan baik, begitu juga seorang guru, ia bisa dikatakan memiliki kompetensi mengajar jika guru yang bersangkutan mampu mengajar dengan baik bagi siswa yang diajarinya
