Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupan factor penting di dalam sebuah organisasi. Karena dianggap sangat penting peran dari sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam suatu organisasi. Hal ini sangat perlu mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada setiap masing-masing individu pegawai. Ketika manajemen bakat telah terlaksana dengan baik, yang demikian itu tidak lepas dari sebuah kegiatan penilaian kinerja pegawai. Karena bakat di sini dapat dianalogikan dengan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh pegawai selama melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diembannya. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang untuk mengulas secara detail tentang manajemen bakat dan penilaian kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana keterkaitan antara manajemen bakat dengan penilaian kinerja, ruang lingkup sistem penialain kinerja pegawai, elemen pokok sistem penialaian pegawai, dan implikasi penilaian kinerja pegawai. Manajemen bakat dan penilaian kinerja terdapat hubungan timbal balik, di mana ketika penilaian kinerja pegawai telah didapatkan hasilnya maka langkah selanjutnya ialah pemantapan pada manajemen bakat. Kompetensi yang ada dalam diri masing-masing pegawai akan dikelola, dikembangkan, dan pada akhirnya terjadi penilaian kinerja pada tahap akhir periode.Dalam melakukan penilaian pihak yang berhak melakukan penilaian ialah atasan langsung, penilaian oleh diri sendiri, penilaian oleh rekan sejawat atau anggota tim, penilaian ke atas atau penilaian terbalik, penilaian pelanggan, pemantauan komputer. Hal yang dinilai adalah tingkah laku para pegawai saat bekerja dan kepribadian yang ada pada masing-masing pegawai. Lebih luas lagi yang dinilai adalah jenis jabatan yang dinilai, tujuan penilaian, objek penilaian yang mencakup prestasi kerja dan watak pribadi karyawan. Kapan penilaian dilakukan ialah ada dua sistem dan metode yakni anniversary model dan focal point system.

Abstract

Pendidikan terbagi menjadi pendidikan formal, nonformal, dan informal. Pendidikan informal (yang dilakukan oleh keluarga dan lingkungan) telah dirasakan oleh setiap orang sejak usia dini, serta dilakukan setiap hari. Pendidikan informal ini menjadi sangat penting karena di sinilah anak akan belajar untuk pertama kalinya bagaimana mengembangkan sikap-sikap positif. Untuk mendukung pendidikan informal tersebut, diperlukan pendidikan formal dan nonformal. Hal ini dikarenakan pendidikan dari keluarga saja tidak cukup. Pendidikan formal merupakan jalur pendidikan yang terstruktur dan berjenjang yang terdiri atas pendidikan dasar, pendidikan menengah, dan pendidikan tinggi. Madrasah formal di Indonesia muncul sebagai bentuk modifikasi terhadap pesantren tradisional yang hanya mengajarkan ilmu-ilmu agama saja. Munculnya sistem sekolah modern ala pemerintah Belanda membuat kaum cendekiawan muslim mendirikan madrasah formal yang terbuka bagi warga pribumi khususnya muslim. Terbitnya SKB 3 Menteri tahun 1975 telah memberikan kesetaraan madrasah dengan sekolah umum sehingga madrasah mampu meningkatkan kualitasnya. Munculnya madrasah-madrasah unggul di Indonesia telah memberi pembuktian bahwa madrasah tidak kalah jika dibandingkan dengan sekolah umum. Untuk mencapai tujuan menjadi madrasah unggul, diperlukan manajemen yang matang, dukungan berbagai pihak, serta sarana prasarana yang mendukung.

Abstract

: Marketing can not be sep arated from management activities, because marketing management is in charge of how a school effort reaches its predetermined objectives in its marketing, such as promoting schools to satisfy consumers and quality services. A school needs to pay attention to its marketing management because that will determine how many learners will enroll in the school. But in marketing education that must be considered not only outside the school just like the installation of banners or the spread of brochures but also must be revamping from within the school, especially in the revamping of its resources. Because with the existence of quality resources, will give birth image or good image in the eyes of society. Most parents choose schools that already have a good image or image in the community. Their main focus is on the educational processes that occur during school, teaching and learning activities, and the quality of school services. By providing excellent service or excellent service is one effort to grow consumer confidence. If the learner is likened to the consumer, then it takes various efforts to provide the best service so that they can learn optimally especially in school. Costumer satisfaction or customer satisfaction is preferred in business activities, as well as in education, although not business, services to learners should always take precedence. Services for learners not only from teachers, but also from the administrative staff. In this case, in the event of things that may reduce the service, the principal must immediately take positive steps to restore confidence to normal. Satisfaction of learners as customers will be able to increase the prestige of the school so it will be liked by the community and eventually become a favorite school. Excellent service is the main purpose and capital to attract learners and potential learners. What is suggested in the business world may be appropriate, that in order to achieve customer satisfaction, it needs to be close to the consumer (close to the costumer) in addition to the strong desire of the principal to make his school a hands-on value driven. Service is also not half-baked, but must be (hands on the knitting) so that learners as the party served feel satisfied (costumer satisfaction), which will increase confidence in the school

Abstract

The era of globalization marked by the rapid progress in the field of information and technology, can enable major changes in various aspects of human life, all of political, economic, social, cultural, and others. Abstract

Organization is a very important element in modern society both in the public sector (State) and in the private sector. Each organization has certain boundaries (boundaries), so that someone who has an interaction with other parties does not of their own volition, they are limited by certain rules. Therefore each organization has a different structure that can influence the attitudes and behavior of its members.Organizational structure is a formal pattern that aims to group people and jobs, formal patterns of activity and relationships between various subunits of the organization, which are often described through charts. Things to note: 1). Basics of Organizational Structure: Work specialization, Depertementalization, Command Chain, Control Chain, Centralization and Decentralization, and Formalization. 2). Organizational Principles: Clear formulation, appreciation, division of labor, delegation of authority, application of hierarchy, unity of direction, unity of command, limit of supervisory ability. 4). Organizational foundations: formulation of objectives, division of tasks, coordination, delegation of authority, range of control, level of organization, flexibility. 5). Abstract

The problem of madrasa management is to become a major concern for the Management of Islamic Education Program in STAI Darussalam Nganjuk. Community Service is used for the practice of service learning in madrasa management courses with the Asset-based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Diniah school at the service location were chosen to be a laboratory for capacity building for lecturers so that they can empower their potential in order to respond to changes in regulations and global challenges. A series of activities carried out to empower teachers and students. The results of the activities show the role of the stakeholders of the Al-Qur'an Education Institution in mobilizing its potential and assets in order to increase its capacity. By practicing madrasah management learning service during the live in period, community service can improve student soft skills

Abstract

As an educational institution, pesantren existed in the community before the formal school system was introduced in Indonesia. The pesantren was once the only educational institution owned by the indigenous community that made a huge contribution in shaping the community. Between pesantren and the surrounding community, especially the village community there has been a harmonious interaction, even their involvement is quite large in establishing pesantren. Madrasah diniyah develops from the traditional pesantren system. In madrasa diniyah, students have been grouped according to their level, so that the material of religious knowledge taught is also different in level. However, in practice, many madrasa diniyah are often found which are still simple, both in terms of organizational structure, teaching, and teaching staff. The application and comprehensive understanding of Information-Communication management in pesantren and madarasah diniyah educational institutions is very urgent and when this is successful, the results of the educational objectives will be realized

Abstract

Education is very important in human life in the current era. However, in implementing education there are certainly a number of challenges both internal and external. This educational challenge consists of the problem of national unity, democratization of education, globalization, modernization, decentralization of education management, and the quality of education. Where Islamic Education that occurred in the past is different from Islamic education in the present. That is because the situation and conditions are also different problems faced.
