Abstract

The main goal of this paper is to perform in-depth theoretical review and analysis the fields of knowledge management (KM) and explore development about KM in management literature, including trend in educational context. To address these purposes, first, we analyze and summerize few theoretical basis about KM which include definitions, stages about KM and theoretical foundation, and its evolution as well; second, we conduct a comprehensive review about the major approaches to design the KM system from different perspectives including knowledge representation and organization, knowledge sharing and performance measure for KM; third, we identify KM research trend in management and education studies

Abstract

Educational services products have a very important role in improving education quality. With quality educational service products, of course, it will also produce high quality education as well. To realize this, a creative management strategy for educational service products is needed. This article intends to describe the definition, characteristics and form of educational services products. In addition, this article also discusses the strategy of educational service products to develop the quality of education by taking SD Baturaden as the case study setting. Educational services is an act or activity that does not exist, which contains the process of guiding children to achieve maturity of reason and action in interaction with the environment, which is carried out in meeting the needs of consumers. Educational services have the characteristics of lacking standards and uniformity (less standardized and uniform), production and consumption at the same time (simultananeous production and consumption), and are more intangible than intangible (more intangible thantangible). Forms of educational service products can be grouped into 3 types, namely (1) Reputation which is the ability of an educational institution's output consisting of abilities in the cognitive, psychomotor and attitude fields. (2) Prospect, which is the level of sustainability of the output of the educational institution after leaving the educational institution. (3) Variance, namely the availability of variations or various choices of various fields

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the estuary of the MMT business. The quality of the product / service needs to be improved to meet and even exceed customer satisfaction. Failure to meet customer / client satisfaction means failure to apply MMT. Other than that, educational institutions are part of a process of service to the community in accordance with the needs and challenges of the times. Meeting the needs of the community for the world of education is certainly very closely related to the satisfaction obtained by the community through existing education services. Customer satisfaction and selection of educational services can be described the results of the analysis that in educational institutions, customer satisfaction as in other product marketing activities. Customer satisfaction in education is very influential in the selection of these educational institutions. Although the educational services are not tangible, but customers can see and feel of it through the results of graduates and services provided by these educational institutions. Thus, customer satisfaction in the world of education greatly affects the quantity and selection of these educational institutions. Another thing that influences the selection of educational services, is inseparable from the marketing management of education carried out by the educational institution. Quality products are basically part of the indirect marketing of the educational institution, while indirect marketing is through the process of advertising, promotion and through product introduction activities of the educational institution, either in the form of achievements or activities. The conclusion of this discussion is that satisfaction with education services is closely related to the selection of education services. This is proven and implemented by the quantity and quality available in the educational institution.

Abstract

Youth has a very important role in society. In community activities the role of youth cannot be underestimated in terms of programs, implementation to evaluation, it is youth who play a very important role here. Can be a benchmark of how the role of youth when participating in the implementation of religious activities both in the community or in educational institutions. The dominant role of youth in society is the role in the religious and social fields. In the religious field, youth can carry out learning activities, especially among children who are hungry for knowledge about religion. In the social field, youth can participate and even become an example in carrying out activities held by the local community, such as community service, greening, environmental cleanliness and others. Abstract

Education can be interpreted as a human activity to maintain the continuation of life (survival) as individuals and as members of society, in the form of inheritance of knowledge, values, culture and skills from one generation to another in order to maintain the identity of civilization. There needs to be support from various groups for a student so that he is able to carry out its function as a true learner human being such as the environment, society, government. and also very crucial is the family or parents. The pesantren is also one of the wombs which incites warriors who, besides being militants, are also fully responsible for their duties and environment. Responsible vertically or horizontally in giving birth and raising Indonesia. And the current battleground is the existence of various problems faced by people both internally and internally. From this point on, pesantren must appear as capital and life modules as a solutive step towards the various problems faced by their learners as life skills. Life skills need to be mastered by every citizen in facing the challenges of life change that contains a variety of intense competition in meeting the needs of life. Abstract

Stationery is a very important tool for our existence, both for students and other human professions. Because with the stationery, we can record a knowledge conveyed by the teacher, as well as other moments that we consider important. Talking about writing cannot be separated from reading. Both are interrelated with one another. Abstract

The development of the world of education is hampered by various problems, one of which is student learning outcomes. There is an alternative that can be taken to improve student learning outcomes, especially in mathematics. Abstract

The moral decadence that continues to burn and the values ​​of goodness that actors of religious, national and state life begin to ignore, anyone anywhere and anytime can be hurt by their cruelty. Family, school and community consciously or unconsciously contribute to what happens. Character education is a conscious effort in shaping a person's personality through character education, the results of which can be seen in real action, even though this is not easy because it involves one's habits, but it does not rule out the possibility that this can be done as well as possible. Several character education methods that can be applied in family, school, and community, namely: exemplary, discipline, habituation, creating a conducive atmosphere, integration and internalization. Character education values ​​consist of: religious values, honesty, tolerance, discipline , hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the country, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, love peace, love to read, care about social, care for the environment, and the responsibility, which are those values ​​come from the basics: sources of Religion, Pancasila, Culture, and National Education Objectives.

Abstract

The long journey of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia has obtained regulations in the form of Law Number 18 of 2019 which binds the delivery of education as part of education policy. The formulation of the pesantren law has gone through a policy formulation process involving pesantren stakeholders and has received political support so that pesantren education policies can guarantee the sustainability of pesantren characteristics and traditions, such as the role of Majlis Masyayikh in guaranteeing the quality of education in the development of the pesantren curriculum. After the pesantren law was passed, there were several benefits in implementing the pesantren law, including: 1) state recognition of pesantren graduates; 2) guarantee the uniqueness of the pesantren in developing da'wah to spread Islamic teachings; and 3) opening up wide opportunities for pesantren for community empowerment.

Abstract

Leadership behavior seems to be the basic thing that must be learned, especially for those who hold leadership and or manager roles. Although not dismissing anyone to explore it. Most of us agree that a good organization will not exist without good people. And the central role of "good people" is in the hands of the leader. In this case, as a modern leadership behavior theory, there is a three-dimensional model of leadership, namely task-oriented, relationship-oriented, and change-oriented. The influence of a three-dimensional model of leadership behavior on organizational effectiveness is one example. Ideally, if an organizational leader applies the three-dimensional model of behavior, either singly or as a whole according to their skills and competencies and is supported by the right situations and conditions, it will greatly affect organizational effectiveness. The leader will influence the behavior of his followers, directly or indirectly. And the behavior of followers, both individuals and groups will influence organizational behavior; in this case it can be seen from the work climate. If the working climate is conducive and all qualities of work life can be realized, then the outcome is organizational effectiveness.
