Abstract

The Al-Ghazali Islamic Foundation (YIGA) Krempyang Nganjuk with the deployment of the Darussalam Islamic Institute in da'wah through community service is interesting to evaluate. This study focuses on the evaluation management of da'wah strategies that are carried out in community service involving lecturers, students and graduates. The program evaluation design in this study used a descriptive qualitative evaluation approach using the principles of appropriateness and adequacy by using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis used the CIPP evaluation model developed by Daniel Stufflebeam, consisting of context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. The results of data analysis show that the principles of service that have been successfully developed by students in the implementation of the service program are: the principle of partnership; benefit; and volunteerism. The principles of service that have not yet been fully fulfilled are the principle of participation; empowerment; and the interrelationship of science, charity and social transformation.

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan dapat dilaksanakan melalui program-program pengembangan dan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik, sehingga sumber daya manusia itu dapat bekerja secara profesional dan sejahtera. Pelatihan dan pengembangan merupakan inti dari upaya yang terus menerus dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik baik kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi professional, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi pribadi. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan ini memiliki potensi untuk menyelaraskan kemampuan tenaga pendidik dengan strategi lembaga pendidikannya. Karena pada dasarnya mutu tenaga pendidik yang melaksanakan pengajaran adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan pendidikan. Tenaga pendidik sebagai ujung tombak pelaksanaan tugas fungsi sekolah sebagai seorang yang professional.

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan adalah usaha yang dilakukan manusia dalam membaca dinamika secara global tentang gejala-gejala yang terjadi berdasarkan faktor empirik, proses engkulturasi yang dilakukan secara konseptual radikal, sistematis universal. Sementara teknologi merupakan usaha manusia yang merupakan dampak pemanfaat ilmu pengetahuan yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kesejahteraan hidup manusia. hubungan tersebut ternyata berdampak pada perkembangan dunia Ilmu pengetahuan dan Teknologi, berbicara tentang ilmu pengetahuan selalu berhubungan dengan perkembangan duni teknologi, begitu pula sebaliknya. Realita Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi mempunyai peran ganda yaitu semakin lama semakin memilki pengaruh cepat, yang mampu merubah gaya dan peradaban hidup manusia, karena hasil dari suatu produk tidak terlepas dari peran dan ekistensi lembaga pendidikan yang dimana muatan kurikulum di tiap-tiap satuan pendidikan pun juga ikut mempengaruhi mutu sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar pendidikan. Kepekaan outpun dari tiap-tiap satuan pendidikan akan terefleksi dalam kehidupan dimasyarakat. Keberadaan mereka sebagai dampak dari proses pengembangan kurikulum sekolah yang penerapanya membawa dapak luar biasa dalam merubah tatanan hidup manusia, baik dari aspek sosial dan budaya. Sebagai bentuk implementasi dari konsep atau ide-ide cemerlang dari seorang anak didik yang menjadi dasar dan alasan untuk menuju tahap selanjutnya. Produk teknologi yang mampu dihasilkan, produk yang dihasikan dari tiap satuan pendidikan terkadang tidak dapat sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara relevan terutama untuk proses serta hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal, karena Teknologi dan informasi menitik beratkan pada implentasi dan proses pengolahan data, seperti menerima, mentransmisi, meng aplute data serta menyimpan, mengambil dan memanipulasi dalam bentuk tampilan dataa dengan pemanfaatana perangkat teknologi elektronika seperti komputer.

Abstract

Model pengembangan kurikulum dipengaruhi oleh cara berpikir, sitem nilai (keagamaan, sosial, kebudayaan, moral dan politik), proses pengembangan, kebutuhan peserta didik, kebutuhan masyarakat maupun arah program Pendidikan. Aspek-aspek tersebutlah yang akan menjadi dasar pertimbangan terhadap pengembangan kurikulum. Model pengembangan kurikulum akan menjadi suatu alternatif prosedur untuk mendesain (design), menerapkan (implementation), dan mengevaluasi (evaluation) suatu kurikulum. Dari situ, model pengembangan kurikulum haruslah dapat memberi gambaran pada suatu proses sistem perencanaan pembelajaran yang dapat memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan dan standar keberhasilan pendidikan. Organisasi kurikulum berkaitan dengan pengaturan bahan pelajaran, yang selanjutnya memiliki dampak terhadap masalah administrative pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran. Organisasi kurikulum bukan masalah manajerial lembaga pendidikan. Organisasi kurikulum merupakan pola atau desain bahan/ isi kurikulum yang tujuannnya untuk mempermudah siswa dalam mepelajari bahan pelajaran serta mempermudah siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat dicapai secara efektif.

Abstract

The value of moral education contained in Surah Al-An'am verses 151-153 and Al-Isra' 23-39 The Koran is the word of Allah SWT has instilled character values ​​in Q. S. al-An'am verses 151-153 and Al-Isra 23-39 in the form of an education, namely the value of faith, the value of piety, devotion to parents, the value of responsibility, the value of love for peace, the value of justice, giving rights to relatives, prohibition of extravagant behavior, prohibition of being stingy, and prohibition of arrogance. 2) Application of the value of moral education in Al-An'am verses 151-153 and Al-Isra' 23-39 in life there needs to be a habituation interaction relationship carried out by the family by behaving by giving assistance to relatives, giving sodaqoh, gifts, not to waste wealth in a wasteful manner and then supported by the school in inculcating 18 personality or character values ​​in the form of tolerance, discipline, hard work, religious, love for the homeland, appreciating achievement, communicative, honest, creative, independent, democratic, fond of reading, caring environment, social care, curiosity, national spirit, love of peace, and responsibility.

Abstract

Quality education is also a society's needs and expectations that educational institutions should respond positively to. Quality in the world of education is related to the efforts of an institution in providing satisfactory services for students. The amount of public interest and support for educational institutions must be considered and realized by the institution manager. Therefore, institutional managers are required to continuously improve their ability to compete. Brand image in this case is the image of an educational institution. A good image then an institution will get a positive value in the eyes of the community. Furthermore, from this positive view, the community will automatically think in the public's mind that the institution has good quality. The strategy to build a brand image in increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions is that educational institutions should always develop educational products that are already running well and add superior products that are not easily imitated by competitors because by adding superior products that are unique/not easily imitated by competitors will further enhance the competitiveness of educational institutions. In addition, it can maintain and improve the factors that form a brand image by improving the quality and quality of education so that they can be more competitive.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs have an important role in madrasas, every student should have entrepreneurial skills so that in society or in the future they can develop them. The head of the madrasa has a very heavy task in managing these entrepreneurs, while the strategy that can be used in entrepreneurial education is by learning. With learning students can recognize the basic theories in entrepreneurial education. Next is the entrepreneurial practicum, where students practice directly in the field so that they can experience real entrepreneurial education. In carrying out entrepreneurial education, there are several programs that can support developing entrepreneurial education, namely bazaar programs, buying and selling in schools and also training in entrepreneurial education skills.

Abstract

College is a non-profit organization whose ultimate goal orientation is not to earn and accumulate profits, but college is a servant and community service. Universities are classified into two parts, namely government universities and non-government (private) universities. Strategic management of universities, both government and non-government, goes through the following stages: 1. Strategy analysis known as SWOT analysis. 2. Strategy formulation in general, unit and functional. 3. Strategy implementation. 4. Strategy evaluation. Financial reporting Non-profit organizations are divided into two for accounting non-profit entities, regulated in PSAK No. 45 concerning the financial reporting of non-profit organizations issued by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. Meanwhile, the government's non-profit entity accounting is guided by Law no. 17 of 2003 concerning the management of state finances, Government Regulation No. 6 of 2004, Government Accounting Standards, and of course also on SAK-PSAK No. 45.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed almost all lines of life in the affected communities, including education. The government's efforts to protect citizens from the spread of COVID-19, learning activities are carried out from home. Therefore, the teacher as the main role in the delivery of learning must be able to make a strategy so that the lesson reaches the students. In running the e-learning program, teachers must be able to build good and effective communication to all members who play a role in the implementation of the electronic learning program.The teacher's effective communication strategy is to optimize the teacher's skills in managing learning effectively and efficiently, preparing interesting learning materials and methods, ensuring students' readiness to accept learning, utilizing learning support media and evaluation related to feedback from students after receiving the material. The e-learning program has an impact on changing the learning culture that refers to the concept of student self-learning, so teachers and students can take advantage of digital platforms that provide communication support applications to carry out learning with guaranteed access whenever and wherever teachers and students are.

Abstract

The onslaught of the Covid-19 pandemic has attacked all sectors of people's lives, including the education sector. Therefore, education managers are required to always respond swiftly by always thinking creatively and innovatively both in terms of systems and learning mechanisms in order to survive in the midst of a pandemic, including improving the competence of educators, especially in the field of digital literacy. This study aims to answer the question of how the madrasa principal's strategy is to improve the digital literacy skills of teachers during the covid-19 pandemic, how it is implemented and how to evaluate the madrasa principal's strategy. To achieve these objectives, this study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research subjects were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, and Teachers. The object of this research is at MAN 1 Nganjuk. This study proves that the formulation of the madrasa principal's strategy in improving the digital literacy skills of teachers during the covid-19 pandemic by providing assistance to madrasa e-learning applications and synergizing with fellow teachers, in its implementation, the madrasa head implements government regulations based on circulars by providing assistance and urges to pay close attention to the appropriateness of news or information properly and to provide flexibility for teachers to take part in workshops outside madrasa institutions. Meanwhile, strategy evaluation is carried out by intensifying supervision to determine the realization of behavior in the organization with the desired one through the monitoring menu and teacher performance assessment.
