Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan permainan pesta passing terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan permainan pesta passing dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 24 orang yaitu siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang. Data di peroleh dengan tes ketepatan shooting sepakbola . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian di peroleh (1) pelatihan permainan pesta passing berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitung 17,046 > 2,179 ttabel (2) pelatihan permainan empat penembak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitun 11,861 > 2,179 ttabel (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan permainan pesta passing dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata 13,58 > 13,25. Simpulan yang di peroleh adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan permainan pesta passing terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang tahun 2015 sebesar 1%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang tahun 2015 sebesar 1%, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan permainan pesta passing dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang tahun 2015. Kata Kunci : Kata kunci : Pelatihan permainan pesta passing, permainan empat penembak, ketepatan shooting sepakbola. This research aimed to determine (1) the effect of party game passing training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, (2) the effect of game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, (3) the difference effect between party game passing training and game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting playing football. The research subjects were 24 male students from football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang. The data was obtained by using shooting playing football accuracy test. This research used an experimental quasi method with the design of the modified group pre-test - post-test design. The data analysis used was statistical calculation t-test at significance level of 5%. The results of this research were (1) the effect of party game passing training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, thitung 17,046 > 2,179 ttabel, (2) the effect of game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, thitung11,861 > 2,179 ttabel , (3) There was no significant difference between party game passing training and game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, seen from the average result 13,58> 13,25. The conclusions obtained were (1) there was an effect of party game passing training to increase shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang 2015, amounting to 1%, (2) there was an effect of game four shooter training to increase shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang 2015, amounting to 1%, (3) there was no significant difference between party game passing training and game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang 2015.keyword : party game passing training, game four shooter training, the accuracy of shooting playing football.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan sepakbola kelereng terhadap keterampilan menggring bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan slalom terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan sepakbola kelereng dan pelatihan slalom terhadap keterampilan keterampilan menggiring bola. Subjek penelitian adalah Atlet Sekolah Sepakbola Semarapura United tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data keterampilan menggiring bola diukur dengan tes menggiring bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan “the modified non-randomized pre-test post test goup design”. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan sepak bola kelereng berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasil thitung = 32,152 >ttabel = 2.048 (2) pelatihan slalom, berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasil thitung = 42,845 > ttabel = 2,048 (3) pelatihan slalom memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan sepakbola kelereng terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 19,08 >18,19. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan sepakbola kelereng terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan slalom terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilang menggiring bola antara pelatihan sepakbola kelereng dengan pelatihan slalom, dimana pelatihan slalom lebih baik dari pada pelatihan sepakbola kelereng terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola. Kata Kunci : pelatihan sepakbola kelereng, slalom dan keterampilan menggiring bola This study aims to know (1) the effect of kelereng football coaching in relation to ball dribble skill, (2) the effect of slalom football coaching in relation to ball dribble skill, (3) the differences of kelereng football coaching and slalom football coaching in relation to ball dribble skills. The subject of this study is football school’s athlete of Semarapura United in the year 2015 which consists of 30 people. This skill of ball dribble data is measured using ball dribble test. This study also uses experimental method and plan “the modified non-randomized pretest posttest group design”. The data analysis uses statistic t-test in the level significance of 5%. The result of data analysis (1) kelereng football coaching influences ball dribble skill, with the result t(arithmetic) = 32,152 > t(table) = 2.048 (2) slalom coaching, influences ball dribble skill, with the result t(arithmetic) =42,845 > t (table) = 2.048 (3) slalom football coaching influences the ball dribble than kelereng football coaching seen from mean which is 18,08 > 18,19. This study can be concluded (1) there are some influences of kelereng football coaching in improving ball dribble skill, (2) there are some influences of slalom football coaching in improving ball dribble skill, (3) there are some ball dribble improvement differences between kelereng football coaching and slalom football coaching, in which slalom football coaching is better than kelereng football coaching in increasing ball dribble skill. keyword : kelereng football coaching, slalom football, ball dribble skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing give and go dengan passing drop pass terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola. Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Tabanan United tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan passing give and go berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 5,551 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan passing drop pass berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 3,756 > ttabel = 2,145, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing give and go dengan passing drop pass terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola thitung = 0,475 < ttabel = 2,145. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing give and go dengan passing drop pass terhadap keterampilan passing sepakbola. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama. Selain itu, peneliti selanjutnya juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh keterampilan passing yang lebih baik. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 25 cm terhadap Power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Banjar Tahun 2016, (2) pengaruh pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 30 cm terhadap Power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Banjar Tahun 2016, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 25 cm dengan pengruh pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinngi box 30 cm terhadap Power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Banjar Tahun 2016. Lokasi Penelitian adalah di SMA N 2 Banjar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 28 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis paired sampel t-test dan independent sampel t-test dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 17.00. Hasil analisis data ini adalah (1) pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 25 cm berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dengan nilai thitung = 8.841 > ttabel 2,145 (2) pelatihan quik leap berdasar tinggi box 30 cm berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dengan nilai thitung = 6.072 > ttabel 2,145, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 25 cm dan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 30 cm terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2016. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 25 cm berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2016, sebesar14,929 % (2) pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 30 cm berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2016, sebesar 8,286 % dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan quick leap berdasar tinggi box 30 cm dan quick leap berdasar box 25 cm terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2016. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Effect of training quick leap to the Power of leg muscle on the student participants of extracurricular volleyball SMAN 2 Banjar 2016, (2) Effect of training depth jump leap towards Power limb muscles on the student participants extracurricular volleyball SMA 2 Banjar 2016, and (3) the difference between the effect of the training quick leap and jump leap depth Power limb muscles against the student or extracurricular volleyball SMAN 2 Banjar Year 2016. the location study is at SMA N 2 Banjar with total sample of 28 students , Data were analyzed using analysis of paired samples t-test and independent samples t-test with SPSS version 17.00. The results of the data analysis are (1) Training quick leap to affect the increased muscle power limbs with a value of t = 8,841> t table 2.145 (2) Training skipping affect the increased muscle power limbs with a value of t = 6,072> t table 2,145, (3) There is a difference the effect depth training quick leap and jump leap towards limb muscle power on a male student extracurricular volleyball in SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan four corner drill terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket, (2) pengaruh pelatihan five player star drill terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan four corner drill dengan pelatihan five player star drill terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket. Siswa Ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2017 berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan obstacel run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet putra club prima yang berjumlah 22 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan test suthle run. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent taraf signifikansi α (thitung = 0,05) dengan bantuan computer program SPSS 16,0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test deslign. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent, (1) pelatihan obstacel run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan thitung 6,687 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan thitung 20,58 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent pada variabel kelincahan dari masing-masing kelompok diperoleh nilai thitung yang berbeda dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (thitung = 0,05) sebesar 0,00 sehingga hipotesis dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Kata-kata kunci: pelatihan obstacel run, three corner drill, kelincahan, sepak takraw. Kata Kunci : pelatihan obstacel run, three corner drill, Kelincahan. sepak takraw *ABSTRACK This study aimed to determine (1) the obstacel runtraining affect the increased agility,(2) three-corner drill training affect the increased agility, (3) difference between the effect of the obstacel run training and three corner drill training to increased agility. 22 sepak takraw athlete male who were selected as the sample of this study.Agility was measured by using shutle run test.This research was designed quasi-experimentally in which the nonrandomized control group pretest posttest design was used. The data was analyzed by using uji-t independent in which the significant level is α(thitung =0,05)which then was analyzed by using SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) obstacel run training affect the increased agility of thitung6.687 with the significant 0.000 count smaller than α = 0.05. (2)Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) obstacel run training affect the increased agility of thitung20,58 with the significant 0.000 count smaller than α = 0.05. (3) results of data analysis using independent t-test on agility variables of each group obtained thitung different with significantly smaller than the value of α (thitung= 0.05) of 0.00, so the hypothesis is stated there is a difference between training effect and obstacel run training and three corner drill training to increased agility, accepted. Based on the result of data analysis and the discussion, it can be concluded that obstacel run and three corner drill training affect the improvement of agility. However, there is a different effect between obstacel run and three corner drill training toward the improvement of agility. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelincahan melalui pelatihan footwork dengan pola dan footwork berdasarkan perintah pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 34 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS 17.0 For Windows. Pada kelompok eksperimen I nilai pretest diperoleh dengan rata-rata nilai 19.85, dan nilai posttest eksperimen I 19.66. Sedangkan pretest eksperimen II diperoleh dengan rata-rata nilai 20.24, dan nilai posttest eksperimen II diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 19.77. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pelatihan footwork dengan pola berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, pelatihan footwork berdasarkan perintah berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dan kedua pelatihan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan. Disarankan untuk pelatih ekstrakurikuker bulutangkis agar dapat menerapkan pelatihan footwork dengan pola dan footwork berdasarkan perintah untuk meningkatkan kelincahan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan footwork, dengan pola, berdasarkan perintah *This research aims to increase agility through training with footwork pattern and footwork on the orders on extracurricular student badminton. This research was quasi experimental research with the design of the modified pre test post test-group design. The subject of the study amounted to 34 people. The data were analyzed using t-Test with the help of SPSS 17.0 For Windows. On the experimental group I pretest values obtained with an average value of 19.85, and posttest experimental I 19.66. While the pretest experiments II obtained an average value, and the value of 20.24 posttest experimental II obtained with an average score of 19.77. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that training, footwork pattern effect on agility, footwork training based on the command effect on agility, and both the training effect agility. It is recommended to coach ekstrakurikuker badminton footwork training in order to be able to apply the pattern and footwork on the orders to increase agility.keyword : *Training in footwork, with patterns, based on the command

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan berpasangan terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, (3) perbedaan kecepatan dribbling bola antara kelompok perlakuan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris dan berpasangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 kerambitan berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified Non-randomized pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kecepatan dribbling bola. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dengan hasil thit = 50.473 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dengan hasil thit = 35.225 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan kecepatan dribbling bola antara pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris dan berpasangan, dengan hasil thit = 2,526 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan berpasangan terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris = 15,64 < pelatihan berpasangan = 17,02. This study aimed at investigating (1) the effect of formation dribbling line up players on dribbling speed, (2) the effect of couple dribbling on dribbling speed, (3) the difference of dribbling speed between the group of formation dribbling line up players and couple dribbling. 30 students of SMP Negeri 2 Kerambitan was chosen as the subject of this study. The data was analyzed by using independent sample t-test (α: 0,05), with assissted by SPSS 16,0. The result of this study showed that (1) there was an effect of dribbling formation line up players on dribbling speed, in which thit = 50.473 > ttab = 2,048, (2) there was an effect of couple dribbling on dribbling speed, in which thit = 35.225 > ttab = 2,048, (3) there was a difference on dribbling speed between dribbling formation line up players and couple dribbling, in which thit = 2,526 > ttab = 2,048. Dribbling formation line up players gave a better effect than couple dribbling on the dribbling speed. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap penigkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh incremental vertical hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan incrimental vertical terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMK N 1 Gianyar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Data daya ledak/ power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=14,35 > t_tabel=2,048, (2) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,19 > t_tabel=2,048, (3) pelatihan incremental vertical hop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan Single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 14,35 > 18,19. Kata Kunci : Power otot tungkai, pelatihan single leg speed hop, pelatihan incremental vertical hop. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of speed training single leg hop to progressive increase leg muscle power, (2) the effect of incremental vertical hops to increase leg muscle power. (3) The difference in the effect of training single leg hops and incrimental vertical speed to increase muscle power limbs. Subjects were participants in extracurricular volleyball student of SMK N 1 Gianyar in 2014, amounting to 30 students. Data explosive power / limb muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of the data analysis (1) training speed single leg hop influence on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 14.35> t_tabel = 2.048, (2) double-leg speed hops training effect on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 18, 19> t_tabel = 2.048, (3) incremental training vertical hops give a better effect than the training speed of single-leg hop on leg muscle power, seen with an average yield of 14.35> 18.19. keyword : Power limb muscles, the training speed of single leg hops, hops vertical incremental training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan hexagon drill terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subyek penelitian adalah karateka usia 13-18 tahun Kecamatan Sukasada Buleleng berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two group pretest – posttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan hexagon drill berpengaruh terhadap terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 2,41 > ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan dodge the rope berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 2,19 > ttab = 2,14, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope, dengan hasil thit = 0,43< ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hexagon drill terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope. The subjects of this research were 30 karateka at 13-18 years old from Sukasada Buleleng Karate team. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified group pretest – posttest design. The data collection test was using standing broad jump test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the hexagon drill training affected to increase the limb muscles power, with result thit = 2,41 > ttab = 2,14, (2) the dodge the rope training affected to increase the limb muscles power, with result thit = 12,19 > ttab = 2,14, (3) there was not differences in the increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope training, with result thit = 0,43> ttab = 2,04. training. The giant score of hexagon drill training = 8,13 cm > dodge the rope training= 5,86 cm. The conclution of the study are (1) the hexagon drill training affected to increase the limb muscles power, (2) the dodge the rope training affected to increase the limb muscles power, (3) there was not differences in the increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope trainig. keyword : The hexagon drill training, the dodge the rope training, Karateka limb muscles power.
