Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dan(3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan call he number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Jenis penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan dribbling melewati cones. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan call the number drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 13,866 > ttab = 2,109, (2) pelatihan three chair drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 12,718 > ttab = 2,109, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 0,152 < ttab = 2,033. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,39%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,44 %, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket dengan selisih 0,05%. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh keterampilan dribbling yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : keterampilan dribbling, pelatihan call the number drill, three chair drill. This This research aimed at knowing (1) the effects of call the number coaching toward dribbling skill, (2) the effects of three chairs coaching toward dribbling skill, and (3) the differences of the effects of call the number and three chairs coaching toward dribbling skill. This type of research uses experimental, the number of research subject was 36 people. This research used the modified pre-test – post-test group design. The test which used was dribbling skill test by passing the cones. Data analysis used statistic calculations of t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis show that (1) the coaching of call the number was affected toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 13.866 > ttab = 2.109, (2) the coaching of three chairs was affected toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 12.716 > ttab = 2.109, (3) there is no differences between the effects of call the number and three chairs coaching toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 0.152 < ttab = 2.003. It can be concluded that (1) there is the effect of call the number coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.39%, (2) there is the effect of three chairs coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.44%, (3) there is no differences between call the number and three chairs coaching toward basketball dribbling skill with a difference of 0.05%. Suggestions for further research is the next researcher to develop research with different training to obtain a better dribbling skills. keyword : dribbling skills, training call the number drill, three drill chair.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling slalom terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling bebas terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara dribbling slalom dengan dribbling bebas terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola bola pada peserta ekstrakulikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre–test–post–test design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dribbling. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikan (a) 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) pelatihan dribbling slalom berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola dengan hasil thit = 15,660 > ttabel = 2,093, (2) pelatihan dribbling bebas berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola dengan hasil thit = 20,746> ttabel = 2,093, dan (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara dribbling slalom dan dribbling bebas terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola dengan hasil thit = 0,955< ttabel = 2,093. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan dribbling slalom dan dribbling bebas terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola sebesar 15,1%, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan dribbling slalom dan dribbling bebas terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola sebesar 13,95%, dan (3) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan dribbling slalom dan dribbling bebas terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola pada peserta ekstrakulikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Sawan Tahun 2016. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan dribbling slalom, pelatihan dribbling bebas, keterampilan dribbling This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training dribbling slalom on dribbling skills, (2) the effect of training dribbling freely against dribbling skills, and (3) the difference effect between dribbling slalom with dribbling freely against skill dribbling the ball on the participants extracurricular SMP Negeri 2 Sawan 2016 which numbered 40 people. This research used a quasi-experimental design with the modified pre-test-post-test design. Collecting data using dribbling test. Analysis of data using statistical calculations t-test at significant level (a) 0.05. The results of this study were (1) training dribbling slalom effect on dribbling skills with the result thit = 15.660> table = 2.093, (2) training of dribbling freely effect on dribbling skills with the result thit = 20.746> table = 2.093, and (3) the difference between the effect of slalom dribbling and dribbling freely against dribbling skills with the result thit = 0.955

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang terhadap teknik spike. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan berpengaruh, dengan hasil thitung = 11,419> ttabel = 2,024, (2) pelatihan spike dari umpanan ke belakang berpengaruh dengan hasil thitung = 14,888 > ttabel = 2,024, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dengan spike dari umpanan ke belakang terhadap teknik spike bolavoli thitung = 2,930 > ttabel = 2,024. Disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang mengalami peingkatan yang signifikan terhadap teknik spike bolavoli. Disarankan untuk pelatih bolavoli dapat menerapkan pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang untuk meningkatkan teknik spike bolavoli.Kata Kunci : spike dari suatu umpanan, spike dari umpanan ke belakang, teknik spike bola voli. Aim of this research is to know the influence of spike training from a feed and spike from back feed to spike technique. Research subjects amounted to 40 people. This study used the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis using t-test at 5% significance level. The result of data analysis (1) spike training from an influential feed, with tcount = 11,419> ttable = 2,024, (2) spike training from backward feeding effect with tcount = 14,888> ttable = 2,024, and (3) Between spike training of a feed with a spike from back feed on spike bolavoli technique thitung = 2,930> ttable = 2.024. It was concluded that the effect of spike training on a feedback and spike from the back feed experienced significant improvements to the bolavoli spike technique. It is advisable for the bolavoli trainer to apply the spike training of a feed and spike from the feed backward to improve the bolavoli spike technique.keyword : spike of a feed, spike from feed backward, spike volleyball technique.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dengan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Subjek berjumlah 30 orang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan passing drop pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 6,09 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan passing wall pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 5,29 > ttabel = 2,145, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola dengan hasil thitung = 0,79 < ttabel = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dengan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Disarankan peneliti selanjutnya juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh teknik passing sepakbola yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : drop pass, wall pass, passing This study aims to determine (1) the effect of passing drop pass training on football passing technique, (2) the effect of passing wall pass training on football passing technique, and (3) the difference of influence between passing drop pass training with passing wall pass to football passing technique . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lateral pulldowns terhadap hasil memanah jarak 30 meter, (2) pengaruh pelatihan seated rows terhadap hasil memanah jarak 30 meter, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lateral pulldowns dengan seated rows terhadap hasil memanah jarak 30 meter. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi putri ekstrakurikuler panahan di SMANegeri Balimandara Tahun 2019 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 berbantuan komputer program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan lateral pulldowns berpengaruh terhadap hasil memanah jarak 30 meter, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, (2) pelatihan seated rows berpengaruh terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, dan (3) terdapat perbedan pengaruh antara pelatihan lateral pulldowns dengan seated rows terhadap hasil memanah jarak 30 meter dengan nilai signifikansi 0,026 < 0,05. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan lateral pulldowns terhadap hasil memanah jarak 30 meter, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan seated rows terhadap hasil memanah jarak 30 meter, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lateral pulldowns dengan seated rows terhadap hasil memanah jarak 30 meter.Kata Kunci : hasil memanah jarak 30 meter, pelatihan lateral pulldowns, pelatihan seated rows. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of laterall puldowns training for shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters, (2) the effect of seated rows training for shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters, (3) the difference in influence between lateral pulldowns training and seated rows for shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters . Sample technique used is random sampling. Subjects in this study are students extracurricular archery females in SMA Negeri Balimandara Year 2019 with the sample used this research amounted to 30 peoples. This research uses experimental method with the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis using t-test statistic at significance level (α) 0,05 computer aid program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The result of the research is as follows: (1) lateral pulldowns influence to shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters, with significant level = 0,00 < 0,05, (2) seated rows influence on shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters, with significant level = 0,00 < 0,05, and (3) there is a difference of influence between lateral pulldowns training with seated rows on shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters with significant level 0,026 < 0,05. From the results of the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that (1) there is the influence of the lateral pulldowns training to the shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters, (2) there is the effect seated rows training on shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters, and (3) there is a difference of influence between the lateral pulldowns training with the seated ros of shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters.keyword : shooting archery at a distances of 30 meters, lateral pulldonws training, seated rows training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan shooting dua tangan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangandan pelatihan shooting dua tangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Laboratorium Undiksha tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Data shooting diukur dengan tes tembakan (free throw). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan shooting satu tangan berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 10,06 >ttabel= 2,10 (2) pelatihan shooting dua tanganterhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 9,49 >ttabel= 2,10 (3) pelatihan pelatihan shooting satu tangan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 10,06>9,49. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan antara shooting satu tangan dan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting, dimana pelatihan shooting satu tangan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam bola basket.Kata Kunci : Shooting Satu Tangan Dan Shooting Dua Tangan. This research aim to to know ( 1) influence of training of shooting one hand, ( 2) influence of training of shooting two hand, ( 3) Difference of influence of training of shooting one tangandan training of shooting two hand. Research Subjek [is] extracurricular participant student [of] ball of basket SMP Laboratory of Undiksha year 2014 amounting to 20 people. data of Shooting measured with gunfire tes ( throw free). This research use experiment method with device of the design pre-test-post-test group modified. Data analysis use enumeration of statistic of uji-t ( t-test) [at] level of signifikansi 0,5%. Result of data analysis ( 1) training of shooting one hand have an effect on to accuracy of shooting, with result of thitung= 10,06 > ttabel= 2,10 ( 2) training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, with result of thitung= 9,49 > ttabel= 2,10 ( 3) training of training of shooting one hand give compared to better influence [of] training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, seen with result of mean 10,06>9,49. Please conclude that ( 1) there are influence of training of shooting one hand to make-up of accuracy of shooting, ( 2) there are influence of training of shooting two hand to make-up of accuracy of shooting, ( 3) there are difference of uplifting of skill [among/between] shooting one and hand of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, where training of shooting one better hand from [at] training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting in ball of basketkeyword : shooting one hand and shooting two hand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan loncat tali dua kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) perbedaan kecepatan tendangan depan antara kelompok loncat tali satu kaki dan dua kaki di tempat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kecepatan tendangan depan. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini 1), pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,500, 2) pelatihan loncat tali dua kaki di tempat berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference -1,500, 3) pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat memberikan pengaruh lebih baik daripada loncat tali dua kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,500 Kata Kunci : kecepatan, tendangan, pelatihan, ekstrakurikuler This research have aims to know 1). The effect of skipping rope training one leg in place to speed front kick, 2). The effect of skipping rope training two legs in place to speed front kick, 3). The difference of speed front kick between group of skipping rope use one leg and two legs in the place. The subject of this research are the boy students that get extracurricular pencak silat in SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada 2014 with 24 students.This research use method experiment with program the modified group pre-test post-test designed. The test collection data use test of program speed front kick. The analysis data by anova one lane significance level ɑ = 0,05 with assistance SPSS 16,0. The results of this study are 1). The skipping rope training by one leg in place affected to speed front kick with mean difference 1,500, 2). The skipping rope training by two legs in place affected to speed front kick with mean difference -1,500, 3). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) Pengaruh double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai dan (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet club renang Bali Pari tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 atlet. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) Pelatihan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung 12,357 > ttabel 1,701 dan sig. (0,000) < 0,05, (2) Pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung 7,122 > ttabel 1,701 dan sig. (0,000) < 0,05, (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan double leg bound dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata 47,67 > 46,20. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai pada atlet Club renang Bali Pari Tahun 2015, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada atlet Club renang Bali Pari Tahun 2015 dan (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan double leg bound dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada atlet Club renang Bali Pari tahun 2015. This study aims to determine (1) Effect of training double leg bound to the leg muscle power, (2) The effect double leg speed hop on leg muscle power and (3) The difference in training effect double leg bound and double leg speed hop on leg muscle power. The subjects were athletes Bali Pari swimming club in 2015, amounting to 30 athletes. Data explosive power leg muscle was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical calculation t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. Results of data analysis (1) Training double leg bound effect on limb muscle power, with the result tcount 12.357> ttable 1,701 and sig. (0,000) 1.701 ttable and sig. (0,000) 46.20. It was concluded that (1) There is a double leg training influence bound to the leg muscle power in athletes swimming Club Bali Pari 2015, (2) There is an effect of speed training double leg hop on leg muscle power in athletes swimming Club Bali Pari 2015 and (3) There is no significant difference from training double leg double leg bound and speed hop on leg muscle power in athletes swimming Club Bali Pari 2015. keyword : Limb Muscle Power, Double Leg Bound Training, Training Leg Speed Double Hop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pelatihan lari amplop terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan lari belak-belok terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari amplop dengan lari belak–belok terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 32 siswa. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go, (2) passing pada target yang bergerak dan, (3) perbedaan passing give and go dan passing pada target yang bergerak terhadap ketepatan passing pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Wathan Gerokgak 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “the modified pre-test post-test group design”. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 orang ketepatan passing diukur dengan keterampilan passing. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan passing give and go berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan passing, dengan hasil thit = 4,884 > t tab 2,110, (2) pelatihan passing pada target yang bergerak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan passing, dengan hasil thit =3,828 > t tab 2,110 dan, (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go dan passing pada target yang bergerak terhadap ketepatan passing, dengan hasil thit = 2,068 > t tab 2,032. Pelatihan passing give and go memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing pada target yang bergerak terhadap ketepatan passing, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan passing give and go = 2,11 > pelatihan passing pada target yang bergerak = 1,11. Dari hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go terhadap ketepatan passing sepakbola (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing pada target yang bergerak terhadap ketepatan passing sepakbola (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go dan passing pada target yang bergerak terhadap ketepatan passing pada siswa putra ekstrakulikuler sepakbola Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Wathan 2016. Pelatihan passing give and go lebih baik peningkatannya dibandingkan dengan pelatihan passing pada target yang bergerak. Sedangkan saran dalam penelitian ini atlit memiliki motivasi dalam berlatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar sepakbola khususnya teknik passing, agar tujuan latihan dapat tercapai secara optimal. The results of this study (1) training passing give and go affect the accuracy of passing, with the result thit = 4,884> t tab 2,110, (2) training of passing on a moving target affect the accuracy of passing, with the result thit = 3,828> t tab 2,110 and (3) There are differences in the effect of give and go passing training and passing on the moving target of the accuracy of passing, with the result thit = 2.068> 2.032 t tab. Give and go passing training gives a better effect than training at a moving target passing to the accuracy of passing, seen from the average training give and go passing = 2.11> passing training at a moving target = 1.11. Data analysis concluded that: (1) there are significant training of passing give and go to the accuracy of passing football (2) there are significant training of passing on a moving target for the accuracy of passing football (3) there are differences in the influence of training passing give and go and passing on a moving target for the accuracy of passing on a male student extracurricular Nurul Wathan soccer Government Elementary School, 2016. Training give and go passing better improvement compared with the training of passing on a moving target. While the suggestions in this study in berlatihan athletes motivated to improve the skills of basic techniques of football, especially the technique of passing, for the purpose of exercise can be achieved optimally. keyword : Key words: Passing give and go, passing on a moving target, passing accuracy soccer.
