Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai dan waktu reaksi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Negeri 2 Banjar berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian tes kekuatan otot tungkai adalah back and leg dynamometer, sedangkan instrumen untuk tes waktu reaksi adalah whole body reaction. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji t-independent pada taraf signifikansi lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-independent didapatkan hasil: (1) variabel kekuatan otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. (2) variabel waktu reaksi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan alternate leg bound berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai” diterima dan “pelatihan alternate leg bound berpengaruh terhadap waktu reaksi” diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan alternate leg bound berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai dan waktu reaksi pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2016. Bagi para guru olahraga, pelatih, pembina serta atlet disarankan untuk menggunakan pelatihan alternate leg bound sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan waktu reaksi.Kata Kunci : alternate leg bound, kekuatan, waktu reaksi. This study aims to determine the effect of alternate training bound leg to leg muscle strength and reaction time. The research is a quasi-experimental design with the non-randomized control group posttest design. Subjects were students in extracurricular participants taekwondo SMP Negeri 2 Banjar numbered 30 people. The instrument used for research testing leg muscle strength is back and leg dynamometer, while the instrument to test the reaction time is a whole body reaction. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of less (α) of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test showed: (1) variable leg muscle strength with significant value 0.001. (2) variable reaction time with a significance value of 0.000. The significance value calculated is less than the value of α (0.05), so the hypothesis research "alternate training leg bound effect on leg muscle strength" accepted and "alternate training leg bound effect on reaction time" be accepted. It can be concluded that the training alternate leg bound significant effect on the increase in leg muscle strength and reaction time on extracurricular participants taekwondo student SMP Negeri 2 Banjar 2016. For sports teachers, trainers, coaches and athletes are advised to use alternate training as one leg bound alternative way to increase leg muscle strength and reaction time. keyword : alternate leg bound, strength, reaction time.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan lompat kijang terhadap peningkatan keceppatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non randomized pretest posttest groups desigen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja dengan jumlah 30 orang. Kecpatan lari diukur dengan lari sprint 60 m dan daya ledak otot tungai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji ¬t independent dengan taraf signifikansi (α) 0.05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan uji t independent pada kecepatan lari diproleh nilai 6.808 dengan nilai signifikansi (α) 0.000 sedangkan pada daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai sebesar 16.667 dengan nilai signifikansi (α) 0.001. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan lompat kijang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa pesrta ekstrakurikuler atletik SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : pelatihan lompat kijang, kecepatan, dan daya ledak otot tungkai. This training aims to determine the effect of deer jump training to increase explosive power keceppatan and leg muscle. This research is a quasi-experimental research design with the non randomized pretest posttest groups desigen. The subjects were students extracurricular athletic participants SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja with the number of 30 people. Kecpatan run was measured at 60 m sprints and explosive power tungai muscle measured by vertical jump test and the data were analyzed by independent ¬t with a significance level (α) 0:05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the independent t test run speed diproleh 6808 values with a significance value (α) of 0.000, while the explosive power leg muscle obtained a value of 16 667 with a significance value (α) 0.001. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Nasional Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 45 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing. Terdapat 15 orang diberikan pelatihan side jump sprint, 15 orang diberikan pelatihan quick leap, dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasil one way anova variable daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung 14,147 dan signifikansi 0,0 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan quick leap terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. . Berdasarkan hasil uji least significant difference (LSD), kelompok pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik pengaruhnya sebesar 2,4 dibandingkan pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan side jump sprint dan quick leap berpengaruh pada peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik dari pada pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: side jump sprint , quick leap, daya ledak otot tungkai. This study was aimed to determine the effect of side jump sprint and quick leap training in increasing the muscle limb power. This research was a quasi experiment with designed the non-randomized control group pretest posttest. The subjects of the study were the students of Badminton extracurricular participants of National Junior High School Denpasar at the academic year 2017/2018, consisting of 45 students, then divided into 3 groups using ordinal pairing technique. Fifteen (15) students were given side jump sprint training, fifteen (15) students were given quick leap training and fifteen (15) students as a control group. Limb muscle explosive power was measured by a vertical jump test. The data were analyzed by F (one way anova) test at the level of significance (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. The result of one way anova variable of explosive muscle limb power between treatment group and control group was obtained by Fhitung 14,147 and significance 0.0 which mean there was a difference of influence of training of side jump sprint and quick leap toward explosive power of leg muscle. Based on the least significant difference (LSD) test result, the side jump sprint training group had a better effect of 2.4 than the quick leap training in increasing the muscle limb power. It was concluded that; (1) side jump sprint and quick leap training have an effect in increasing the muscle limb power. (2) there was a difference in the effect of side jump sprint and quick leap training in increasing muscle limb power. Abstract

The purpose of  this research was to find out the effect of badminton shadow training  toward the  increased agility and  speed of  reaction. The type of  research  was a quasi-experimental and  the design of  research  was  the  non-randomized  pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were  man’s  student badminton extracurricular participants  of SMAN 4 Singaraja.  Agility and speed of  reaction posttest to the treatment group and the control group were analyzed  by  independent  t-test at significance  0,05 with SPSS 16.0.  Based  on independent t-test results were showed : (1) to the agility variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values ​​obtained t = 2,724, with a significance value of 0,011, (2) to the speed of reaction variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values ​​obtained t = 2,524, with a significance value of 0,018. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of 0,05 (Sig < 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "badminton shadow training affect the increased agility and reaction speed in badminton extracurricular participants of SMAN 4 Singaraja " was received. From the analyzed and discussion were concluded that : (1) badminton shadow training effect the increased agility in badminton extracurricular participants of SMAN 4 Singaraja, (2) badminton shadow training effect the increased reaction speed in badminton extracurricular participants of  SMAN 4 Singaraja.

Abstract

This research aimed at knowing the effect of continuous circuit training toward speed and agility of basketball extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja which consisted of 24 students. The subject of the research was divided into two groups by using ordinal pairing technique. The type research used in this study was quasi experimental which used the modification non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design as the design of the study. The speed was measured by using sprint test 60 meters and the agility was measured by using zig-zag run, and then the data was analyzed by using t-independent test at 5% alpha level of significance by the used of SPSS program. The result of the data analysis of the speed showed that the significance value of speed = 0.003 and the significance value of agility = 0.000. Those results showed that the significance values of speed and agility was lower than α = 0,05 so that the hypothesis was accepted. Based on the results of data analysis and the explanation above, it can be concluded that continuous circuit training gave effect on increasing the speed of basketball extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja in which the significance was lower than 0.01 and the continuous circuit training also gave effect on increasing the agility of basketball extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja in which the significance was lower than 0.01. It is suggested to use this training as an alternative in increasing speed and agility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh circuit training terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai dan VO2max pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas VII SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur dengan jumlah 20 orang. Sampel ini dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modification randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Kekuatan otot tungkai diukur dengan back and leg dynamometer dan VO2max diukur dengan tes lari multi tahap/multistage fitness tes (MFT), selanjutnya data dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data kekuatan otot tungkai didapatkan nilai signifikansi = 0,001 dan nilai signifikansi VO2max = 0,000. Dari data tersebut, nilai signifikansi kekuatan otot tungkai dan VO2max lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 sehingga hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa circuit training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur Tabanan dengan nilai sigifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,01 dan circuit training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan VO2max pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur Tabanan dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,01. Disarankan bagi pelaku olahraga untuk menggunakan pelatihan ini sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan VO2max.Kata Kunci : circuit training, kekuatan otot tungkai, VO2max. Based on the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the circuit training effect on the increase in leg muscle strength in men's class VII students of SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur sigifikansi value less than 0.01 and circuit training effect on the increase in VO2max in the men's class VII students of SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur with a significance value less than 0.01. It is recommended for sports people to use this training as an alternative to improve leg muscle strength and VO2max.keyword : circuit training, leg muscle strength, VO2max.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan permainan olahraga tradisional megala-gala terhadap kecepatan dan kelincahan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimental semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek yaitu siswa putra kelas IV, V, dan VI SD Negeri 3 Bukian tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 28 orang. Subjek dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok melalui sistem ordinal pairing, yakni: kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen untuk mengukur kecepatan dilakukan dengan tes lari sprint 30 meter dan untuk mengukur kelincahan dilakukan dengan tes shuttle run. Data dianalisis dengan taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Hasil data menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata untuk kelompok perlakuan variabel kecepatan yaitu meningkat sebesar 0,97 kelompok kontrol untuk variabel kecepatan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,49. Kelompok perlakuan untuk variabel kelincahan mengalami peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 1,11 dan kelompok kontrol mengalami peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 0,3. Dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kecepatan diperoleh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < α) yaitu sebesar 0,003. Sedangkan untuk kelincahan diperolehkan signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < α) yaitu sebesar 0,004. Dari analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan permainan megala-gala dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan. Disarankan bagi pelaku olahraga (pembina, pelatih, guru olahraga dan atlet) untuk menggunakan pelatihan permainan megala-gala sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan.Kata Kunci : megala-gala, kecepatan, kelincahan Aims of study in this research are determine the effect of a traditional sports game Megala-gala training on speed and agility. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 orang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan lateral cone hops dan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 dan 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan lateral cone hops mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan depth jump dengan mean difference sebesar 3,04000. The result of analysis data with UJI-T Independent showed that lateral cone hops and depth jump training take effect to the leg muscle strenght with significant value 0,001 and 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Based on One Way UJI-Anava and UJI Least Significant Different (LSD), showed that there are differences effect between both training and lateral cone hops training have a better result than depth jump training with mean difference 3,04000. Based on the research result, the conclusion is lateral cone hops and depth jump training hava an effect to leg muscle strength escalation and there is a different effect between the two training also lateral cone hops training have a better effect than depth jump training.keyword : This research was done to know the effect of lateral cone hops and depth jump training to the leg muscle strenght escalation. this kind of research is a real experiment research with program the randomized pretest postest control groups design. the research sample used was 36 people which choosen with random sampling technique. the strenght of leg muscle measured by vertical jump test and analysis data with UJI-T Independent, One Way UJI-Anava, and UJI Least Significant Different (LSD). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan lompat katak terhadap kekuatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest postest control group design. Sampel penelitian 40 orang dari populasi 157 yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kekuatan di ukur dengan menggunakan tes Back and Leg Dynamometer dan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan tes Jump DF, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji t-independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kekuatan kelompok perlakuan mengalami peningkatan 10,30 dari hasil pre-test 63,00 menjadi 73,30 pada saat post-test. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengalami penurunan 0,50 dari hasil pre-test 63,20 menjadi 62,70 pada saat post-test. Variabel daya ledak menunjukkan kelompok perlakuan mengalami peningkatan 13,10 dari hasil pre-test 47,55 menjadi 60,65 pada saat post-test. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengalami penurunan 0,85 dari 47,65 pada saat pre-test menjadi 46,80 pada saat post-test. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-independent variabel kekuatan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung sebesar 0,000, sedangkan daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung sebesar 0,000 sehingga hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan lompat katakberpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai” diterima. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis datadisimpulkan bahwa: Pelatihan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMPN 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Oleh sebab itu, disarankan agar guru olahraga, pelatih, atau pembina olahraga, serta atlet agar menggunakan pelatihan lompat katak sebagai salah satu alternatif pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kekuatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : pelatihan lompat katak, kekuatan, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aimed to determine the effect of leapfrog training towards the strength and explosive power of leg muscle. This study was true-experiment in form of the randomized pretest post-test control group design. The research sample was 40 students from 157 of population using simple random sampling. The strength was measured using Back and Leg Dynamometer test and explosive power of leg muscle was measured using Jump DF test, proceeding the data were analyzed using independent t-test at significance level (α) 0,05 with SPPS 16.0. The finding shows that the variable of strength of treatment group increases by 10.30 where the result of pre-test is 63.00 and the result of post-test is 73.30. Meanwhile, control group experiences the decrease by 0.50 where the pre-test is 63.20 and the post-test is 62.70. The variable of explosive power shows that the treatment group experiences the increases by 13.10 where the result of pre-test is 47.55 and the result of post-test is 60.65. Meanwhile, control group experiences the decrease by 0.85 where the result of pre-test is 47.65 and the result of post-test 46.80. Based on the result of independent t-test, variable of strength is obtained that arithmetical significance is 0.000, meanwhile the variable of explosive power is obtained that arithmetical significance is 0.000 thus the research hypothesis“Leapfrog training affects towards the increase of the strength and explosive power of leg muscle” is accepted. From the result of study and data analysis, it can be concluded that leapfrog training affects towards the increase of strength and explosive power of leg muscle on VIII grade male students at SMP N 4 Singaraja in academic year 2014/ 2015. Thus, it is recommended that physical education teachers, trainers, coaches, and athletes to use leapfrog training as one of alternative trainings to improve the strength and explosive power of leg frog. keyword : leap frog training, strength, explosive power of leg muscle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan zig zag run dan side jump sprint terhadap peningkatan kapasitas vital paru. Rancangan penelitian adalah the non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 36 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Kapasitas vital paru diukur dengan alat spirometer. Hasil Uji-t terhadap kapasitas vital paru diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,843 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi hitung < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji anova. Hasil uji anova variabel kapasitas vital paru antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 26,300dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Karena terdapat perbedaan pengaruh maka dilakukan uji Least Significant Difference (LSD) untuk mengetahui pelatihan mana yang lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kapasitas vital paru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan zig zag run dan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kapasitas vital paru, pelatihan zig zag run lebih baik pengaruhnya untuk peningkatan kapasitas vital paru. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah agar penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ataupun penelitian selanjutnyaKata Kunci : pelatihan zig zag run, pelatihan side jump sprint, dan kapasitas vital paru This study was aimed to identify the effect of zig zag run and side jump sprint toward the vital capacity. This study was an experimental study which was designed in the nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. There were 36 samples for this study which were decided by nonrandomized sampling technique. Vital capacity measured by Spirometer. From the result of independent sample t-test toward the lungs vital capacity, there was obtained the score of tmeasure was 4,843with significance 0.000. The significance was < 0.05, meant that there was different effect from each group. Then an anova test was conducted. The result of anova test showed that the variable of vital capacity between the experimental group and control group obtained Fmeasure of 26,300 and significance 0.000.Because there was a different effect, so the researcher conducted Least Significant Different (LSD) test in order to determine which training have better effect toward the improvement of vital capacity. Could be concluded that zig zag run and side jump sprint was affecting improvement of the vital capacity, in which zig zag run training have better effect for the improvement of vital capacity.
