Abstract

This research aimed to determine the affects of alternate leg bound and skipping training to improvement agility and power of leg muscle. This research was a real experiment by the randomized  pre-test post-tes control group design. The research population to 178 and sample are 45 people. Data of agility measured by shuttle run test and power of leg muscle measured by vertical jump test, further data were analyzed with anava one way test and least significant difference (LSD) test at a significance level (α) 0.05, by SPSS 16.0. The results showed that an improvement in the average value of the variable agility. Group treatment training alternate leg bound of 2.42, skipping training treatment groups of 1.09 and 0.21 in the control group. On the variable power of leg muscle also improvement the average value. Group treatment alternate leg bound training was 6.26, in the group treated by skipping training 9.13, and 1.53 in the control group. The conclusions training alternate leg bound and skipping is affected to improvement agility and power of leg muscle and there is a difference affected of training alternate leg bound and skipping to improvement agility and power of leg muscle.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of jump service training with the prefix and without the prefik of the leg muscle explosive power. This research type is a quasi-experimental research design with nonrandomized control goup the pre-test post-test design. The subjects were men's students volleyball extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 1 Selemadeg Tabanan school year 2012/2013 as many as 30 people. Explosive leg muscle power is measured by using a vertical jump test. Data were analyzed by Anava with SPSS 16.0 the results variable leg muscle explosive power to jump service training group with and without the prefix with a significance of 0.000, significance is smaller than α (Sig <0.05), so the research hypothesis " jump service training with and without prefix effect on the increase in leg muscle explosive power "acceptable. And was followed by a further LSD test for comparison, the results of group jump service training with the prefix (6.80) is better than jump service training without the prefik (2.80) to increase leg muscle explosive power. From these results it can be concluded that: (1) jump service with and without the prefix affect the increase in leg muscle explosive power, (2) there is a difference between the effect of jump service training with the prefix and jump service without the prefik to the explosive power of the leg muscles, which jump service training the prefix is ​​better than jump service training without the prefix to increase leg muscle explosive power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan side hope dan double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 3 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 27 orang. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 yaitu uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelompok perlakuan side hope sebesar 58,33, pada kelompok perlakuan double leg bound sebesar 56,55. Hasil uji one way anova variabel daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 4,408 dan signifikasi 0,023. Hasil uji one way anova yang didapatkan perbedaan pada kedua kelompok pelatihan tersebut terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan side hope dan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan side hope dan double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan side hope lebih baik dari pada double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, daya ledak otot tungkai. This study aimed to know the effect of training and the hope side double leg bound to the explosive power of the leg muscles. This type of research is the design of the experiment with a non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan loncat kelinci terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the modified randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Kelincahan diukur dengan menggunakan tes lari bolak balik (shuttle run) dan kecepatan dengan tes lari 50 m, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t independent dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent data kelincahan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05), sehingga hipotesis pengaruh pelatihan loncat kelinci terhadap kelincahan diterima. Sedangkan hasil uji-t independent data kecepatan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05), sehingga hipotesis pengaruh pelatihan loncat kelinci terhadap kecepatan diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) Pelatihan loncat kelinci berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMP N 3 Bebandem. (2). Pelatihan loncat kelinci berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMP N 3 Bebandem. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, hal-hal yang dapat disarankan yaitu : (1) Bagi pembina olahraga, pelatih olahraga, guru penjasorkes dan atlet serta pelaku olahraga lainya disarankan dapat menggunakan pelatihan loncat kelinci sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kelincahan dan kecepatan. (2) Bagi peneliti lain yang ingin melakukan penelitian sejenis disarankan untuk penggunakan variabel dan sampel penelitian yang berbeda.Kata Kunci : pelatihan loncat kelinci, kelincahan, kecepatan This research was aims to determine the effect of the rabbit jump training agility and speed. This type of research was a true experiment which used the modified randomized pre-test post-test control group design. 36 samples are determined by proportional random sampling technique. Agility was measured by shuttle run and the speed Was measured by sprint test 50 meters, then the data were analyzed using independent t-test with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of the independent t-test agility of data obtained significance value of 0.000 at a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05), so the hypothesis of the influence of a rabbit jumping agility training received. While the results of the independent t-test speed data obtained significance value of 0.000 at a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05), so the hypothesis of the influence of rabbits on speed jump training received. Based on independent t-test results obtained tcount = 16.35 with a significance value of 0.000 at significance level α = 0.05, so the hypothesis of the influence of the rabbit jump training diterima. From the results of the data analysis and explanation above, it could be concluded that; (1) The rabbit jump training has an effect on men's agility in class VIII students of SMP N 3 Bebandem. (2). The rabbit jump training has an effect on men’s speed in class VIII students of SMP N 3 Bebandem. Based on these results, the things that can be suggested, namely: (1) For sports coaches, sports coaches, teachers and athletes and other sports people are advised to use a rabbit jump training as an alternative to improve agility and speed. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan depth jump terhadap kelincahan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modification non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada sebanyak 30 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan menggunakan zig-zag run, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji Anava one way pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut (LSD) untuk memperoleh perbandingan. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Deskripsi data pada kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,68 dari 8,21 (pre-test) menjadi 7,53 (post-test), pada kelompok perlakuan depth jump terhadap kelincahan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,38 dari 8,22 (pre-test) menjadi 7,84 (post-test), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,15 dari 8,20 (pre-test) menjadi 8,05 (post-test). Berdasarkan uji Anava diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 33,474 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai hitung signifikan 0,000< 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Dari uji LSD menunjukkan kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint dengan mean defference 0,24900 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok perlakuan depth jump dengan mean difference -0,24900 terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Dari deskripsi dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa;1) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, 2) pelatihan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan side jump sprint dan depth jump terhadap kelincahan, dimana pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik daripada pelatihan depth jump terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.Kata Kunci : Side jump sprint, depth jump, kelincahan The aims of the study were determined the effect of side jump sprint training and depth jump training exercise to agility. This research method is a quasi experimental method with the modification-randomized control group pre-test post-test design research planning. The subject of research is the students of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, the amount are 30 students (boys). The agility is measured by using zig-zag run and then the data is analyzed by ANAVA one way test on 0,05 signification standard and then continue to LSD test to gent comparison. The data is analyzed by SPSS 16,0 program. The description data in side jump sprint group to the agility increase 0,68 from 8,21 (pre-test) to 7,53 (post-test). And in depth jump group to the agility increase 0,38 from 8,22 (pre-test) to 7,84 (post-test), while in control group increase 0,15 from 8,20 (pre-test) to 8,05 (post-test). Based on ANAVA test is got 33,474 Fcount with 0,000 signification on 0,05 signification standard. Significantly the calculated value 0.000 < 0.05, there are differences in the influence of each group. From LSD test showed the treatment group with mean sprint jump side defference 0.24900 better than the group treated with the depth jump mean difference -0.24900 to increased agility .From description and data analyzed the concluded are : 1) side jump sprint exercise influence to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, 2) depth jump exercise influence to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, 3) there is differentiation between side jump sprint and depth jump exercise to agility, side jump sprint exercise is better than depth jump exercise to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra. keyword : Side jump sprint, depth jump, agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap kecepatan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-rendomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo tahun pelajaran 2015/2017 berjumlah 30 orang. Kecepatan diukur dengan tes lari sprint 50 meter dan daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil: (1) variabel kecepatan lari dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. (2) variabel daya ledak otot dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan lari dan daya ledak otot tungkai” diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan lari siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. (2) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap daya daya ledak otot tungkai siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.. Disarankan bagi pelaku olahraga (pembina, pelatih, guru olahraga dan atlet) untuk menggunakan pelatihan double leg speed hop sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan lari dan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : pelatihan double leg speed hop, kecepatan lari, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aims to determine the effect of training double leg hop speed to the speed and explosive power leg muscle. Based on the independent t-test results showed: (1) variable speed with significant value 0.001. (2) variable muscle explosive power with a significance value of 0.001. The significance value calculated is less than the value of α (0.05), so the hypothesis research "training double leg hop speed affect the speed and explosive power leg muscle" acceptable. Can be concluded that; (1) training double leg hop speed affects the speed of student participants extracurricular basketball SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo the school year 2015/2016. (2) training speed double leg hops effect on leg muscle explosive power extracurricular basketball student participants SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo the school year 2015/2016. Suggested for sports people (coaches, trainers, teachers, sports and athletes) to use the training speed double leg hop as an alternative to increasing running speed and explosive power leg muscle.keyword : training double leg hop speed, running speed, explosive power leg muscle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound dan knee tuck jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja berjumlah 36 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 12 orang diberikan pelatihan alternate leg bound, 12 orang diberikan pelatihan knee tuck jump, dan 12 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya Ledak diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0.Hasil analisis menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variable daya ledak. Pada kelompok alternate leg bound terjadi peningkatan, pada kelompok knee tuck jump meningkat dan pada kelompok kontrol tidak terdapat peningkatan daya ledak Hasil uji one way anova variable daya ledak antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 58,920 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan alternate leg bound dan knee tuck jump. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, maka kelompok pelatihan knee tuck jump lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : alternate leg bound, pelatihan knee tuck jump, daya ledak otot tungkai This research is aimed to knowing the effect of alternate leg bound training and knee tuck jump to the enhancement the explosive power leg muscles. This type of research is use quasi-experiment with “the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The subject of this research is student participant of volley ball extracurricular SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja as much 36 people, and then divided into 3 groups with ordinal pairing technique that is 12 people given alternate leg bound, 12 people given knee tuck jump training, and 12 people control groups. Explosive power is measured by vertical jump test. Data was analyzed by F test ( one way anova) with significance level (α)= 0,05, through SPSS 16.0. Analysis result indicate a change in the average value of the variable explosive power. In alternate lef bound groups there is increased, in knee tuck jump groups increase and contril goups there is not increased explosive power. The result of one way anova test, explosive power variables between the treatment groups and control group gained f count 58,920 and significance 0.000 that mean contained different effect between alternate leg bound training and knee tuck jump. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan VO2 Maks pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 3 Singaraja, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan kecepatan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 3 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu test MFT dan Sprint 50 meter. Análisis data yang digunakan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian untuk variabel VO2 Maks yaitu Gaint score kelompok kontrol mean 1,79. Kemudian untuk variabel VO2 Maks kelompok perlakuan yaitu Gaint score mean 5,75. Sedangkan pada variabel kecepatan kelompok kontrol yaitu Gaint score kelompok kontrol mean 0,098. Kemudian untuk variabel kecepatan kelompok perlakuan yaitu Gaint score kelompok perlakuan mean 1,07. nilai mean tertinggi yaitu terdapat pada kelompok perlakuan pada variabel VO2 Maks dan kecepatan, sedangkan nilai terendah yaitu kelompok kontrol, dengan hasil gaint score kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan pada VO2 Maks didapat nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada taraf sig (α) 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, karena nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk variabel kecepatan didapat nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada taraf sig (α) 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, karena nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dan pembahasan disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Metode pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume oksigen maksimal. (2) Metode pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan.Kata Kunci : pelatihan fartlek, volume oksigen maksimal, kecepatan. The purposes of this research are to know: (1) Influence of fartlek training to increase VO2 Max in futsal extracurricular students of SMPN 3 Singaraja, (2) Influence of fartlek training on speed upgrading of students of extracurricular futsal SMPN 3 Singaraja. The type of this research is experimental research. The data were collected using tests and measurements. The instrument which was used is MFT and Sprint test about 50 meters. Analysis of data used inferential statistics (t-test). The result of the research for Max VO2 variable is Gaint score of control group mean 1.79. Then for the variable VO2 Max group treatment is Gaint score mean 5.75. Whereas in control group velocity variable that is Gaint score of control group mean 0,098. Then for treatment group velocity variable that is Gaint score of treatment group mean 1.07. the highest value is found in the treatment group on the variable VO2 Max and velocity, whereas the lowest value is the control group, with the result of gaint score of the control group and the treatment on VO2 Max obtained the significance value 0.000 at the sig (α) 0.05 level, thus the hypothesis accepted, because the significance value is less than α (sig keyword : fartlek training, maximal oxygen volume, speed.

Abstract

The purpose of  this research was to find out the effect of badminton shadow training  toward the  increased agility and  speed of  reaction. The type of  research  was a quasi-experimental and  the design of  research  was  the  non-randomized  pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were  man’s  student badminton extracurricular participants  of SMAN 4 Singaraja.  Agility and speed of  reaction posttest to the treatment group and the control group were analyzed  by  independent  t-test at significance  0,05 with SPSS 16.0.  Based  on independent t-test results were showed : (1) to the agility variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values ​​obtained t = 2,724, with a significance value of 0,011, (2) to the speed of reaction variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values ​​obtained t = 2,524, with a significance value of 0,018. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of 0,05 (Sig < 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "badminton shadow training affect the increased agility and reaction speed in badminton extracurricular participants of SMAN 4 Singaraja " was received. From the analyzed and discussion were concluded that : (1) badminton shadow training effect the increased agility in badminton extracurricular participants of SMAN 4 Singaraja, (2) badminton shadow training effect the increased reaction speed in badminton extracurricular participants of  SMAN 4 Singaraja.

Abstract

This study was aimed at proving the influence of training of the Plaiometrik Floor Kip concerning to the improvement of leg muscle explosive power. The subject of this study were the class X of SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura in academic year 2012/2013 that consist of 70 students which divided into 2 groups, there were 35 students in group of treatment and 35 students in group of control. This study used an experimental research by designed the modified randomized the pretest posttest control group design. The instrument of this study was test. The agility was measure by the zig-zag run test and the explosive leg muscle power was measure by standing broad jump test. The data were analized by using Uji-t independent at significance level 0.05. the data were analized using SPSS 16,0. The result of the data showed that there was improvement in students mean score in agility in treatment group that was 1.20 second and in control group the improvement of the mean score was 7,88 cm however the control group improve became 2,2 cm. It can concluded that plaiometrik floor kip training could improve the agility and the explosive leg muscle power. The significance improvement for agility was 0.000 (sig = 0,000), and the explosive leg muscle power was 0,000 (sig = 0,000).
