Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan zig-zag run dan lari 60 m terhadap VO2Maks pada peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik SMP Negeri 2 Payangan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik SMP Negeri 2 Payangan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. VO2Maks diukur dengan test bleeps. Data dianalisis dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data pada variabel VO2Maks diperoleh nilai signifikansi Fhitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) sebesar 0,000, sehingga hipotesis terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan zig-zag run dan lari 60 m terhadap peningkatan VO2Maks, diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, maka pelatihan lari 60 m mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan zig-zag run terhadap peningkatan VO2Maks dengan mean difference sebesar 0,12000. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan lari zig-zag berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan VO2Maks, (2) pelatihan lari 60 m berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan VO2Maks, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara zig-zag dan 60 m terhadap peningkatan VO2Maks, (4) Pelatihan lari 60 m lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan zig-zag terhadap peningkatan VO2Maks.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, Volume Oksigen Maksimal This study aims to determine the effect of zigzag training run and ran 60 m to VO2max in extracurricular athletics participants SMP 2 Payangan academic year 2013/2014. This type of research is a quasi experimental desigen with the nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 30 partics extracurricular at SMP N 2 Payangan in the academic year 2013/2014. VO2max was measured by bleeps test (MFT). Data were analyzed by ANOVA test one lane significance level (α) = 0,05 with the help of the computer program SPSS 16.0. . From the result of data analysis using one lane anava test in the variable of maximum oxygen volume, Fhitung significance value were obtained and are smaller than α (Sig< 0,05) at 0,000. This showed the difference of effect between zig-zag run and 60m run in increasing oxygen volume. Based on the results of LSD test, the training run of 60 m has a better effect than training zig-zag run against an increase in VO2 maks with a mean difference 0f 0,12000. From the analysis of data and discussion is concluded that: (1) training run zig-zag effect on the increase in VO2max, (2) training run 60 m affect the increase in VO2max, (3) there is a difference between the effect of zigzag and 60 m to the increase in VO2max , (4) Training 60 m run better influence than the zig-zag to the increase in VO2max.keyword : training, maximum oxygen volume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan knee tuck jump dan barrier hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 51 orang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan knee tuck jump dan barrier hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 dan 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan barrier hops mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan barrier hopsdengan mean difference sebesar 8,43176. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan knee tuck jump dan barrier hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan serta pelatihan barrier hops mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan knee tuck jump.Kata Kunci : pelatihan knee tuck jump, pelatihan barrier hops dan power otot tungkai This research aimed to determine the effect of knee tuck jump and barrier hops training in improving power of leg muscle. The results of using independent t-test showed that barrier hops and knee tuck jump training effective to improve the power of leg muscle with a significance value of 0,001 and 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Based on one way anova and least significant difference (LSD) showed that there was a different effect between the two types of training in which barrier hops training have a better effect than knee tuck jump training with mean difference of 8,43176. Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan therandomized pretest posttest control groups design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jumptest dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalurdan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0.Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan knee tuck jump dan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan 0,043(Sig < 0,05).Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan knee tuck jump mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan double leg bound dengan mean difference sebesar 5,267.Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan knee tuck jump dan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan serta pelatihan knee tuck jump mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan double leg bound. Kata Kunci : pelatihan knee tuck jump, pelatihan double leg bound dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap kecepatan dan kelincahan pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan penelitian “the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design”. Jumlah subjek penelitian 28 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk tes kecepatan adalah tes lari 60 meter. Dan instrumen untuk tes kelincahan adalah illinois agility test. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Deskripsi hasil data pada kelompok perlakuan pelatihan side jump sprint untuk variabel kecepatan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,91, dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0.07. Sedangkan untuk variabel kelincahan kelompok perlakuan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0.88 dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi penurunan sebesar 0.04 karena hanya diberikan latihan konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent untuk variabel kecepatan, antara gain score kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = 5,734 dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < 0,05). Untuk variabel kelincahan, antara gain score kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = 6,139 dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < 0,05) dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan“ diterima.Dari hasil analisis data dan perbedaan disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Kata Kunci : pelatihan side jump sprint, kecepatan, kelincahan This study aimed in investigating the effect of side jump sprint training on students’ speed and agility of martial arts extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal in the academic year 2014/2015. This was a quasi experimental research with the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 28 students. The instrument used was speed test and Illinois agility test. The data were analyzed using independent t test with (a) 0.05 significance. The data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0. The data description showed that the experimental group which was given side jump sprint training, for speed variable from 8.94 became 8.03, had increase by 0.91 and control group from 9.02 became 8.91, had increase by 0.07. Meanwhile for agility variable, the experimental group from 18.62 became 17.75 had increase by 0.88 and control group from 18.48 became 18.51 had decrease by 0.04 because of the conventional practice given. Based on the result of independent t test of speed variable, between gain score of experimental group and control group, it gained tobserve = 5.734 and the value of significance = 0.000 with 0.05 significance, the value of observed significance lower that α (sig < 0,05). For agility variable, between gain score the experimental grop and control group, it was gained the tobserve = 6.139 and the value of significance = 0.000 with 0.05 significance, the value of observed significance lower that α (sig < 0,05) so then the research hypothesis “side jump sprint practce had effect on speed and agility“ accepted. Based on the data analysis and the difference, it concluded that the side jump sprint training had effect on incresion of speed and agility of martial arts extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal in the academic year 2014/2015. keyword : side jump sprint training, speed, agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan Quick Leap dan Side Jump Sprint terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada eksrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “ The Non-rendomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Desigen”. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Insrumen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes vertical jump unuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji one way anova dengan taraf α = 0,05 bantuan computer program SPSS16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji one way anova dengan variable daya ledak otot tungkai menunjukkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 itu berarti hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, pelatihan Quick Leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 28,47, pelatihan Side Jump Sprint berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean differeance 13,33, dan pelatihan Quick Leap mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik dari pada Side Jump Sprint terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean diffreance -15,13.Kata Kunci : platihan quick leap, pelatihan side jump sprint, daya ledak otot tungkai. This research is aimed to knowing the effect of quick leap and side jump sprint to enhancement the explosive power leg muscles of extracurricular badminton at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. This type of research is use quasi-experiment with “ The Non-rendomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Desigen”. The samples of this research is student participant of extracurricular badminton SMP Negeri 6 singaraja years 2015-2016. The instrument that used for this research is vertical jump test to measure the explosive power leg muscles. The data was analyzed by one way anova α=0,05 through SPSS 16.0. The result of the analysis showed that significant value is smaller than α=0,05, its mean the hypothesis is accepted. Based of the result LSD test quick leap training take effect to the explosive power leg muscles with mean difference 28,47, Side Jump Sprint training take effect to the explosive power leg muscles with mean difference 13,33, and quick leap have better influence than side jump sprint to enhancement the explosive power leg muscles with mean difference -15,13.keyword : quick leap training, side jump sprint, explosive leg mascles

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan overhead clear drill terhadap kekuatan otot dan daya ledak otot lengan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Utara yang berjumlah 30 orang. Untuk variabel daya ledak otot lengan dengan menggunakan tes medicine ball dan variabel kekuatan otot dengan tes push-up , selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji t-independent pada taraf signifikasi α = 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0.Hasil analisis kekuatan otot didapatkan nilai thitung = 53.098 dengan signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecl taraf signifikansi 0.05, sehingga hipotesis overhead clear drillberpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot dapat diterima. Untuk hasil analisis daya ledak otot lengan didapat nilai thitung 34.839dengan signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecl taraf signifikansi 0.05, sehingga hipotesis overhead clear drill berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot lengan diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa overhad clear drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot dan daya ledak otot lengan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Dilakukan uji lanjut atau uji pembanding least significant difference (LSD) untuk mengetahui pelatihan mana yang lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kecepatan lari pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 yang dilakukan dengan cara membedakan nilai terkecil pada mean difference. Hasil uji least significant difference (LSD) kekuatan, pelatihan Overhead Clear Drilmempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap peningkatan kekuatanpush-up daripada pelatihan daya ledak otot lengan dengan hasil mean difference. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pelatihan overhead clear drillberpengaruhterhadap kekuatan, (2) Pelatihan daya ledak otot lengan berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan, (3) Adanya perbedaan pengaruh dari pelatihan overhead clear drill dan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap kekuatan, (4) Pelatihan overhead clear drill lebih baik dari pada pelatihan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap kekuatan.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Overhead Clear drill, Daya Ledak Otot Lengan, Kekuatan This experimental study aims to determine the effect of the training drill to clear overhead muscle strength and explosive power arm muscles. The study design used is the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjects in this study were students in extracurricular participants badminton SMP Negeri 1 North Kuta totaling 30 people. For variable explosive power arm muscles by using a medicine ball and a variable test muscle strength with push-up test, then analyzed by independent t-test at significance level α = 0.05 with SPSS 16,0.Hasil muscle strength analysis obtained tcount = 53 098 by 0000 a smaller significance level of significance of 0.05, so the hypothesis overhead drill clear effect on muscle strength can be accepted. For the analysis of explosive power arm muscles obtained tcount 34 839 by 0000 a smaller significance level of significance of 0.05, so the hypothesis overhead drill clear effect on muscle explosive power arm received. It can be concluded that the drill overhad clear effect on the increase in muscle strength and explosive power arm muscles in badminton extracurricular student SMP Negeri 1 North Kuta in the academic year 2016/2017. Further test or benchmark test least significant difference (LSD) to determine which one is better training effect to the increased speed to run at a significance level (α) of 0.05 is done by distinguishing the smallest value in the mean difference. The test results least significant difference (LSD) strength, training Overhead Clear Drill has a better influence to increase the strength of push-ups of the explosive power training arm muscles with the results mean difference. Based on this, we can conclude that (1) Training overhead clear drill effect on strength, (2) Training of explosive power arm muscles affect the strength, (3) The difference in the effect of the training overhead clear drill and explosive power arm muscles to strength, ( 4) training clear overhead drill better than the explosive power training arm muscles to strength.keyword : Training, Overhead Clear drill, Burst Power Arm Muscle, Strength

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of interval training and hollow sprint run to lung vital capacity. This research was quasi-experimental with "The Non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design". The subjects were the  participants of extracurricular student football junior high school of Sila Candra Batubulan amounting 45 people. Lung vital capacity was measured by a spirometer. Data were analyzed by independent t-test, one way anova and further test (LSD) at the 0.05 significance level with SPSS 16.0. Based on independent t-test results of lung vital capacity variable for interval run training group and hollow sprint training group shared the significance of 0.000. one way anova test results of the two data paths from the training group significance value of 0.000 so the comparison test. Based on the test results obtained LSD mean difference of data interval run training group better than hollow sprint training group. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the interval run training and hollow sprint training effect on lung vital capacity, which interval run training is more significant effect on the increase of lung vital capacity of extracurricular football student participants junior high school of Sila Candra Batubulan academic year 2012/2013 .

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putri peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo berjumlah 45 orang. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan quick leap terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 27,4 pada kelompok perlakuan double leg speed hop sebesar 11,6 dan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,33. Hasil uji one way anova variabel power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 22,325 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh signifikan antara pelatihan quick leapp dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan quick leap lebih baik dari pada double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Saran; (1) bagi pelatih disarankan dapat menggunakan pelatihan ini dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai. (2) bagi atlet perlu memperhatikan set dan repetisi yang tepat karena setiap individu memiliki kemampuan berbeda. (3) bagi peneliti yang ingin melakukan penelitian sejenis disarankan menggunakan variabel dan sampel penelitian berbeda. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leap quick and double leg speed hop research to increase leg muscle power. The design of this study is the non-randomized control group pretest post-test design. The subjects were female students who join volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo amounted to 45 students. Data were analyzed by F (one way anova) test at significance level (a) = 0.05 with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of data analysis in the quick leap treatment group, an increase on lamb muscle power of 27.4, in the treatment group double leg speed hop of 11.6 and in the control group of 0.33. One way anova variable of limb muscle power variable between treatment group and control group was obtained Fcount 22.225 and significance 0.000, which means difference of influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training toward leg muscle power. It was concluded that; (1) the influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training significantly influenced the increase of leg muscle power, (2) there is significant difference of influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training toward increasing leg muscle power, (3) quick leap training more Both on double leg speed hop against increased leg muscle power. Suggestion: (1) for trainers it is advisable to use this training in improving leg muscle power, (2) for athletes need to care for cells and proper repetition because each individual has different capabilities, (3) for researchers who want to do similar research is suggested using variables and Different research samples. keyword : Key Words: quick leap, double leg speed hop, explosive muscle limb power.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect  of hollow sprint training of the speed and leg muscle strength. This research type is a real experiment research design with randomized control goup pre-test post-test design. The research population was man’s  of seventh grade students in SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang school year 2012/2013 with total 118 people. Sample’s was 30 students who selected  by random sampling technique.  Speed ​​is measured with a 50 meter sprint, while the leg muscle strength was measured with back and leg dynamometer, followed the data were analyzed by independent t-test using SPSS 16.0. The independent t-test results showed: (1) the speed variable value t = 0.503 with significant value of 0.000. (2) the value of the variable leg muscle strength t = 2.398 with significant value of 0.000. The significance value is smaller than the value of α (0.05), thus the research hypothesis "hollow sprint training influence the speed and strength of leg muscle" acceptable. From the results of this study concluded: (1) hollow sprint affect the increase in speed, (2) hollow sprint affect the increase in leg muscle strength.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill terhadap kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan pada anggota club junior menang kalah sehat Singaraja tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “The non-randomized control group pretest posttest design”. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota club junior menang kalah sehat yang berjumlah 24 orang kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tes expanding dynamometer untuk kekuatan otot lengan dan tes push-up semampunya untuk daya tahan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil data penelitian dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kekuatan otot lengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan untuk data daya tahan otot lengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,032. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan pada anggota club junior menang kalah sehat singaraja tahun 2013. Dengan demikian hipotesis pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill terhadap peningkatan kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan dapat diterima.Kata Kunci : overhead clear drill, kekuatan, daya tahan, otot lengan. This study aims to determine the effect of training to play badminton overhead clear drill to strenght and muscular endurance in the arms of junior club members menang kalah sehat singaraja in 2013. Type of quasi-experimental this is research with design “the non-randomized control group pretest psottest design”. This is research subjects the junior club members menang kalah sehat with equally amount 24 then divided into 2 groups. The instrumens used in this research is expanding dynamometer test for muscle strenght and muscular endurance arm sleeve. Based on the results of research data analysis with the independent t-test a significance level () 0,05 with program SPSS 16. Based on data analysis of this research using the indepemdent t-test for arm muscle strenght data obtained by significance count value of is smaller than the value of α (Sig < 0,05) that is equal to 0,001. While for the data obtained by arm muscle endurance of significance count value of is smaller than value of α (Sig < 0,05) that is equals to 0.032. From the results of data analysis and discussion can was concluded that playing badminton training drills overhead clear effect on improving strenght and muscular endurance in the arms of junior club members menang kalah sehat singaraja 2013.
