Abstract

Limited learning hours during Covid-19 cause students to not be optimal in receiving learning materials at school, so effective teaching materials are needed. The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials for E-module applications, determine the feasibility of E-modules, the practicality of E-modules and determine the effectiveness of E-modules. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The limited experiment was carried out in class X IPS 4 at SMAN 1 Kutorejo. The data collection technique uses a validation questionnaire to determine the feasibility of teaching materials and a questionnaire on the practicality of teaching materials and uses student learning outcomes to determine the effectiveness of E-modules to improve student learning outcomes. Based on the analysis and the results obtained, the average value of total validity is 3,7, the category is very valid. The practicality of teaching materials obtained a total average score of 98.8% in the very practical category. The effectiveness of teaching materials to obtain classical completeness result of 84.8% of the total students who get a score of 75 (KKM), then the teaching materials developed can be said to be effective in improving student learning outcomes

Abstract

This research was conducted because there are limited media on complex material. The urgency of this research is how to develop technology-based modern digital learning media in the era of digitalization, modernization as well as a pandemic with the hope that the developed learning media can have a positive impact on education in the modern era, one of which is providing effective, responsive, and efficient learning media. Power point is applied to all materials that are considered complex. This method is research and development using 4D models i.e defining, designing, developing, distributing. The development of learning media aims to know the feasibility of Google Sites learning media from the aspects of material, media, media practicality, student responses, evaluations. This media is validated by a team of expert validators. This research was tested on twenty students of class 11 IPS SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya. Learning media contains 7 menus, namely instructions for use, attendance, materials, videos, evaluations, biographies. The primary data collection by interviews, questionnaires and documentation which were recapitulated and analyzed through qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The research output is learning media based on google sites website. The results of this media research validation is very feasible, and get positive respons from students

Abstract

Purchase decisions are choices that consumers will take before buying a product or using a service. The success of the promotion strategy in marketing Esqa products using social media can have an impact on purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotional strategies, social media on purchasing decisions on Esqa products. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Respondents in this study were consumers of esqa products in the city of Medan as many as 100 respondents. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 26. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, and descriptive analysis was used to explain the meanings contained in it. The results showed that promotion had a positive and significant effect on decisions. purchase, Social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Purchase decisions are able to mediate the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. Word of Mouth can be a promotion for purchasing decisions

Abstract

The diversity of brands of sanitary napkins in Indonesia makes competition in similar industries tighter, of course, making consumers even more confused about buying a product that can interest them. One of the marketing strategies that companies can implement to attract consumers' buying interest is cooperating with a well-known celebrity. This study analyzes the Laurier product, a well-known brand, by cooperating with Vanesha Prescilla as a celebrity endorser. Laurier brand sanitary napkins belong to the category product Top Brand Index category but has experienced a significant decline yearly. This study aims to analyze the effect of celebrity endorsers, brand image, and product quality on the purchase intention of Laurier brand sanitary napkin products in Surabaya. The study used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study applies accidental sampling with 105 respondents. The results of this study explain that celebrity endorsers, brand image, and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the stock price of the food and beverage business in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2016-2020. The population of this study were 7 companies listed in the Food and Beverage Business Stock in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2016-2020 which consisted of PT. Unilever Indonesia, PT. Kalbe Farma, PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, Indofood Sukses Makmur, PT Siantar Top Tbk, PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk, and PT. Indonesian Mayor. The data were analyzed using the purposive sampling method, while the sample in this study was 35 samples of financial statement data in the 2016-2020 period at food and beverage companies that were members of JII. Data were analyzed by panel data regression and f-test used to determine the reliability of the study with a significance level of 5%. The results show that profitability, leverage and liquidity simultaneously affect stock prices. Partially, profitability, liquidity and leverage have a positive and significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

This research is based on the low interest, involvement and attention of students when hybrid learning takes place. This research was carried out. So that the need for teaching media that is able to attract students' interest in learning. This development has the aim of seeing the feasibility, effectiveness, efficiency, along with student opinions and improving animated video props. This analysis utilizes the Research and Development scheme by going through 4 phases commonly known as      4-D. The subjects of analysis in this study were students from SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya class X IPS 1. The analysis was carried out by utilizing a Likert scale to validate the media, materials and items. The results of the analysis obtained from validation experts prove that the percentage of eligibility for teaching media, materials, effectiveness, and efficiency into groups is very feasible. Student responses obtained a percentage of 89.4% with a very feasible category to be used as teaching materials, especially when hybrid learning takes place and can be used in an effort to grow student ambition and passion for learning

Abstract

The increasing number of viewers for Korean dramas is an opportunity for companies to collaborate and promote and advertise their products. South Korean companies take advantage of the popularity of Korean dramas to advertise their products by including products in dramas. This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of placing Kopiko candy products in Korean dramas on buying interest with brand awareness as a mediating variable. This research is included in the type of quantitative research through a descriptive approach. The population that is the target of this research is the people of Surabaya who have watched or been exposed to the Korean drama “Vincenzo” and or “Hometown Cha-cha-cha”, from that population, 100 samples of respondents were taken. For the sampling technique, the researcher uses a purposive sampling technique which is included in the non-probability sampling method. Meanwhile, in the data analysis technique, the researcher used path analysis techniques, Sobel hypothesis testing techniques and t-test. The research that has been done has concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Product Placement on Kopiko's Purchase Intention in Surabaya through the Brand Awareness variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Inflation, Rupiah exchange rate, and Bank Indonesia interest rate against Infobank15 Index on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016 – 2021. This study uses secondary data in the form of summary of monthly index reports obtained from financial websites. The population in this study is a time series data that amounts to 60 months and starts from August 2016 to July 2021 by determining samples using saturated samples. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis tested using F test and t test. The result showed that simultaneously variable Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rate, and Bank Indonesia Interest Rate had a significant effect on the Infobank15 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partialy Inflation has significant negative effect on Infobank15 Index. Rupiah Exchange Rate has no effect on Infobank15 Index. Bank Indonesia Interest Rate has significant positive effect on Infobank15 Index

Abstract

In entrepreneurship, motivation is non-negotiable. Motivation is very important because not everyone has the courage and ability to decide to become an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurial motivation is closely related to beliefs and expectations, or expectations of income from business activities. Higher income expectations encourage someone to become an entrepreneur. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of self-efficacy expectations and income expectations on entrepreneurship of SMK Kartini Sintang students based on theoretical and empirical research. In this study, the research method used is correlative. The sample size for this study was 60 people. The survey method adopts indirect communication in the form of a questionnaire, and the weight of comments uses a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out by quantitative calculations and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Based on the research conducted, income expectations and income expectations partially affect the entrepreneurial spirit of SMK Kartini Sintang students. Abstract

The convection industry sector in Indonesia is still experiencing a slump due to the pandemic. With uncertain conditions like today, demand fluctuates and changes in conditions from companies affected by the pandemic. Fluctuating demand and changing company conditions make companies must be able to balance to remain competitive. One of the determinants of a company's ability to survive or not is customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the analysis of flexibility measurement in the supply chain system at UD Hasby Ponorogo. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through direct observation, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies. The methods used in this research are Fuzzy-AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and OMAX (Objective Matrix) methods. The results of the analysis found that the level of supply chain flexibility in the company UD Hasby Ponorogo as a whole is flexible (enough), where all the main dimensions reach a percentage between 60-80%. However, it needs to be improved so that the flexibility can be maximized
