Abstract

Pembelajaran yang baik adalah pembelajaran yang mampu menciptakan situasi belajar aktif sepanjang masa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan buku ajar tenis bagi mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitin pengembangan, yang dilakukan di IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. hasil dari penelitian pengembangan buku ajar tenis meja bagi mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi (PJKR) IKIP Budi Utomo Malang, ini sudah sempurna dengan “kategori baik”, sehingga buku ajar tenis meja tersebut telah dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sehingga mahasiswa memiliki bekal keilmuan yang berkompeten, selain itu keberadaan buku ajar dapat dijadikan bahan kajian dan sumber belajar tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi teman sebaya pada peserta didik mengenai aspek-aspek antara lain: 1) Kelekatan pertemanan; 2) Posisi anak dalam kelompok sebaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengakatakan bahwa ada beberapa indikator interaksi teman sebaya yang masih perlu diperhatikan untuk ditingkatkan antara lain: 1). bercerita kepada teman jika dimarahi orangtua yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 1,5; 2) teman-teman suka mengejek yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 1,8; 3) mempunyai geng di sekolah yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 1,8; 4). tidak takut mengejek orang yang lebih dewasa ketika bersama teman-temanmemperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 1,3; 5) mengikuti ajakan teman-teman karena takut dijauhi yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 1,6; 6) ketika istirahat lebih senang di kelas yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 2; 7) hanya bermain dengan teman yang dekat dengan saja yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 1,8; 8), ketika istirahat saya lebih senang di kelas yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 2; 9) teman-teman memilih menjadi ketua jika mendapatkan tugas kelompok yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 2; 10) suka bermain sendiri di sekolah yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 1,4; 11) teman-teman suka mengejek yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yatu 1,8; 12) teman-teman mengajak menjadi anggota kelompok yang memperoleh poin di bawah rata-rata yaitu 2,7.

Abstract

Kurangnya variasi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani membuat siswa bosan dan tidak semangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Karena itu diperlukan model pembalajaran yang menarik sehingga siswa menjadi lebih semangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Model yang terapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw IIpada siswa kelas V SDN Sambigede 03 Sumberpucung Malang. Hasil penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada kondisi awal atau hasil prasiklus menunjukkan ketidak tuntasan siswa dalam pembelajaran jasmani sebesar 40%, kemudian diberikan treatment pada siklus I dan II dengan menggunakan model jigsaw mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan mencapai 57 %, dan pada siklus II ketuntasan mencapai 77%

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan salah satu komponen dalam mencapai suatu produktivitas yang baik.Kebugaran jasmani yaitu kesanggupan dan kemampuan tubuh melakukan penyesuaian terhadap pembebasan fisik yang diberikan kepadanya tanpa menimbulkan kelelahan yang berlebihan. Setiap orang membutuhkan kebugaran jasmani yang baik, agar dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kebugaran jasmani pada Siswa Putri Kelas VIII MTsSurya Buana Malang Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan ini untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan fenomena, kondisi atau variable tertentu dan tidak dimaksudkan untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Bentuk sederhana dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penelitiansatu variable dananalisisnya menggunakan statistik deskriptif meliputi mean, median, persentase, dan rasio. Hasil Penelitian ini terdapat tingkat kebugaran jasmani Siswa Putri Kelas VIII MTs Surya Buana Malang Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.sebagian besar menunjukan kriteria baik yaitu 0%, kemudian untuk kategori sedang 5 dengan persentase 20%, kategori kurang 16 siswa dengan persentase 64% dan untuk kategori kurang sekali 4 siswa dengan persentase 16%.

Abstract

The use of android-based as teaching material for Myology becomes a fascinating innovation, especially for students in classroom learning, as in Anatomy subject. Mobile-learning based teaching material was supported by features of Android namely the materials, exercises, and the answer key which were interactively packaged. This study aims at investigating the effectiveness on the use of Myology android-based teaching material to enhance Physical Education students’ achievement in Anatomy subject. Quasi experimental research was used as the method by implementing pre and posttests on control and experimental classes with 30 students each class. In giving the treatment, experimental class used android based teaching material while the control class used conventional teaching materials. The data of students’ scores were analyzed using ANCOVA and the results showed that there was significant difference at .004. Therefore, null hypothesis was rejected. By then, it is concluded that Mylogy android-based teaching material was effective to be used in enhancing Physical Education students’ achievements at Anatomy subject (p<0.05).

Abstract

This research is a study that aims to improve student learning outcomes in anatomy courses at IkIIP in favor of Utomo Malang. class action research (PTK) which involves repeated reflection consisting of four stages (4 D), namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. Each cycle was conducted two meetings. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes with the use of media Lactora in the subject of motion systems in humans in senior high school VI-A 2017/2018 school year. This can be seen from the average value of the test class I cycle (74.48) with learning completeness (83.87%), indicating an increase compared to before the action with the class average value (60.8) and the learning completeness (38, 71%). Then in the second cycle, the average score of the class increased (83.29) with learning completeness (100%) compared to the results of the first cycle test (74.48%). In the results of this second cycle test all students have completed their study by achieving the specified SKM. The learning process has been proven to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Physical condition is a very important component in sports activities while they are achievement or learning. Explosive power leg muscle and speed of motion is the dominant component in sporting activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, martial art. The purpose of this study was to determinate This research is a "Quantitative" research method with quasi-experimental techniques, research conducted rigorously to determine the causes and effects between variables. Data analysis techniques in this study were to test the double normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis can be seen that the mean value of the ladder drill 90 degree rotation for increased explosive power has increased from the pretest (452.507) and posttest (482.220) while the speed of the pretest (4.4) and posttest (4.394). The ladder drill ali shuffle group found that the mean value of leg muscle explosive power had increased from pretest (461,269) and posttest (576,757), while the speed of the pretest (4,364) and posttest (4,360). For the control group, the mean value for leg muscle explosive power from pretest (450,738) and posttest (456,009).

Abstract

This is due to the rehabilitation is not followed by the exercise therapy. effect of exercise therapy using provoking ankle strategy and coordination therapy on the futsal player agility after sprained ankle injury. Study was conducted in Malang City. This research used pre-experimental One group pretest posttest design with the Total sampling technique. Research samples were 4 patients in Physioset Malang City who suffered from sprained ankle. The data were collected using the Illionis Agility Test, and then analyzed by using Paired sample t-test method. The result of statistical analysis (t-Test) on the agility data demonstrated the significance value of 0.016 (< α 0.05). Therefore, it can be stated that the research hypothesis was accepted. In other words, treatment therapy has a significant effect on the agility of futsal players in Physioset Malang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research and development is to develop a learning media for futsal games based on mobile learning (digital books) so that participants learn to acquire new teaching media and be more enthusiastic in learning futsal games. The data analysis technique used in this development research is a descriptive analysis technique with percentages. This technique is used to analyze data obtained from the results of questionnaires / questionnaires. Based on the results of the data analysis of small group trials obtained an average percentage of 85.28% and in the large group trials obtained an average percentage of 91.05% so that it meets the valid criteria with the content of the material which includes basic techniques of futsal games and the rules of official futsal games from FIFA in Indonesian. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to develop a model of passing learning in football games for eighth grade students of Wasilei 7 Middle School, East Halmahera Regency. Based on the results of interviews with the physical education teacher on March 8, 2018 the teacher said that when students received their material they were not serious, what was explained by the physical education teacher was not noticed by the students and they always played. The physical education teacher agrees if I make / develop a passing learning model in class VIII of SMP Negeri 7 Wasilei. East Halmahera Regency. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Wasilei. East Halmahera Regency. The review of the experts consists of 2 experts namely expert football coaches, expert physical education teachers. and the trial subjects consisted of: (1) small group trials using 8 students, and (2) large group trials or field trials consisting of 10 students (the rest of the small group trials). The results of the research based on the expert evaluation of the soccer coach found that the average percentage was 85.68%, and the expert evaluation of the teacher training was known as an average percentage of 90.25% so that this model could be used.
