Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the Analysis of the Impact of Political Policy on Economic Development in Aceh Post-Conflict. The method of this research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. Therefore, the author can comprehensively describe how the Impact Analysis of Political Policy on Economic Development in Aceh Post-Conflict. In this study, the author optimally uses two types of data sources were used in this study: primary and secondary. This study's findings are that post-conflict political policies in Aceh have had a significant impact on economic development, especially through special autonomy, reintegration programs, infrastructure investment, and natural resource management. Despite progress, challenges such as corruption, inequality, and sustainability still need to be overcome to ensure that Aceh's economic development can survive and provide equitable benefits to the entire community. Aceh's post-conflict economy has shown significant progress, supported by special autonomy policies, post-disaster rehabilitation, and economic diversification efforts. However, challenges such as dependence on natural resources, inequality, and governance issues still need to be overcome to achieve sustainable development. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, analitis, dan kritis. Oleh karena itu, penulis dapat menggambarkan secara komprehensif bagaimana Analisis Dampak Kebijakan Politik terhadap Pembangunan Ekonomi di Aceh Pasca-Konflik. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis secara optimal menggunakan dua jenis sumber data: primer dan sekunder. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan politik pasca-konflik di Aceh telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi, terutama melalui otonomi khusus, program reintegrasi, investasi infrastruktur, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Meskipun ada kemajuan, tantangan seperti korupsi, ketimpangan, dan keberlanjutan masih perlu diatasi untuk memastikan bahwa pembangunan ekonomi Aceh dapat bertahan dan memberikan manfaat yang merata bagi seluruh masyarakat. Ekonomi Aceh pasca-konflik telah menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan, didukung oleh kebijakan otonomi khusus, rehabilitasi pascabencana, dan upaya diversifikasi ekonomi. Namun, tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada sumber daya alam, ketimpangan, dan masalah tata kelola masih perlu diatasi untuk mencapai pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, Aceh memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi provinsi yang makmur dan stabil secara ekonomi di masa depan. Kebijakan politik di Aceh pasca-konflik, terutama yang terkait dengan otonomi khusus, telah menyebabkan perubahan signifikan dalam dinamika sosial, ekonomi, dan politik provinsi tersebut, termasuk perkembangan partai politik lokal, penerapan syariat Islam, dan faktor lainnya.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital on financial performance and market value. The research design employed is explanatory research. Purposive sampling technique was utilized to select the sample. The population of this study comprises energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, from which 9 (nine) companies registered between 2018-2022 were obtained as samples. Data analysis technique employed is SEM PLS. Based on the conducted research, Intellectual Capital Efficiency (ICE) significantly affects both financial performance and market value, while Capital Employed Efficiency does not significantly influence either financial performance or market value. Financial performance significantly affects market value. Moreover, Intellectual Capital Efficiency (ICE) significantly impacts market value through financial performance, whereas Capital Employed Efficiency does not significantly affect market value through financial performance. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai pasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan diperoleh 9 (sembilan) perusahaan yang terdaftar pada tahun 2018-2022 sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, Intellectual Capital Efficiency (ICE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai pasar, Capital Employed Efficiency tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai pasar, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai pasar, Intellectual Capital Efficiency (ICE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai pasar melalui kinerja keuangan, dan Capital Employed Efficiency tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai pasar melalui kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

AbstractTax avoidance is a strategy to reduce the tax burden by utilizing tax regulations but is still in a gray area because on the one hand it is allowed, but not expected because it affects state revenues. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the board of directors, female directors, fixed asset intensity, profitability and leverage on tax avoidance. This study has five independent variables, namely the Board of Directors, Female Directors, Fixed Asset Intensity, Profitability, Leverage, and the dependent variable is Tax Avoidance. There are 18 companies that meet the test from a total of 46 companies that meet the criteria in the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021 to 2023. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method using the classical assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the board of directors has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Female directors have no effect on tax avoidance. Fixed Asset Intensity has a positive effect on tax avoidance. Profitability has a positive effect on tax avoidance. Leverage has no effect on tax avoidance. This research can be used as a consideration for companies in the need to pay attention to fixed asset intensity factors, as well as maintaining board of directors, female directors, profitability and leverage factors so that they do not affect tax avoidance.AbstrakPenghindaran pajak adalah strategi untuk mengurangi beban pajak dengan memanfaatkan peraturan perpajakan namun masih berada di area abu-abu karena di satu sisi diperbolehkan, tetapi tidak diharapkan karena mempengaruhi pendapatan negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dewan direksi, direksi perempuan, intensitas aset tetap, profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap penghindaran pajak. Penelitian ini memiliki lima variabel independen, yaitu Dewan Direksi, Direksi Perempuan, Intensitas Aset Tetap, Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan variabel dependen adalah Penghindaran Pajak. Terdapat 18 perusahaan yang memenuhi uji dari total 46 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pada perusahaan sub-sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021 hingga 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan direksi berpengaruh negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Direksi perempuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Intensitas Aset Tetap berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan bagi perusahaan untuk memperhatikan faktor intensitas aset tetap, serta menjaga faktor dewan direksi, direksi perempuan, profitabilitas, dan leverage agar tidak mempengaruhi penghindaran pajak .

Abstract

AbstractThis research investigates the impact of price, promotion, and trust on consumer purchasing decisions for Mr. Frozen Food through the Shopee platform. Applying a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents, the study reveals that both price and trust significantly and positively influence purchasing decisions, while promotion has a significant negative effect. The regression analysis shows that all three variables collectively influence purchasing decisions, with an adjusted R square of 98.8%. These results highlight that competitive pricing and consumer trust are key drivers of purchasing behavior, whereas promotional strategies may require reassessment. The study offers valuable insights for shaping marketing strategies within the e-commerce sector. AbstrakStudi ini meneliti dampak harga, promosi, dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Mr. Frozen Food di platform Shopee. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 100 partisipan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa harga dan kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara promosi berdampak negatif signifikan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 98,8%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya harga yang kompetitif dan kepercayaan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen, sementara efektivitas promosi memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran di industri e-commerce.

Abstract

AbstractFinancial independence creates economic independence, however the level of financial independence of women in fishing villages on the North coast of West Java is still low, which causes high numbers of victims of financial crimes which increases the level of poverty. This research wants to examine a model of financial resilience and women's empowerment that creates financial independence. The research method uses quantitative methods, data collection was carried out through surveys of groups of women driving the PKK in 32 fishing villages in 11 sub-districts as well as in-depth observations of the district government apparatus. The data processing method uses SPSS software to obtain the results of t-count and hypothesis testing. The results are the variables that directly affect financial independence are financial literacy and financial resilience have a positive effect while women's empowerment has a negative effect. The results of this study are useful for local governments in preparing policy instruments for women's equality and justice through empowerment that considers all aspects needed to avoid poverty, towards sustainable financial independence. AbstrakKemandirian keuangan menciptakan kemandirian ekonomi, namun tingkat kemandirian keuangan kaum perempuan desa nelayan yang berada di pantai Utara Jawa Barat masih rendah, yang menyebabkan tingginya korban kejahatan keuangan yang menambah tingkat kemiskinan. Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji pengaruh literasi keuangan, ketahanan keuangan dan pemberdayaan keuangan terhadap kemandirian keuangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalu survey kepada kelompok perempuan penggerak PKK pada 32 desa nelayan di 11 Kecamatan serta observasi mendalam terhadap perangkat pemerintahan kabupaten. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS untuk memperoleh hasil perhitungan t-hitung dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasilnya bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi kemandirian keuangan secara langsung adalah literasi keuangan dan ketahanan keuangan berpengaruh positif sedangkan Pemberdayaan perempuan berpengaruh negative. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pemerintah daerah dalam menyiapkan perangkat kebijakan bagi kesetaraan dan keadilan kaum perempuan melalui pemberdayaan yang mempertimbangkan semua aspek yang dibutuhkan agar terhindar dari kemiskinan, menuju kemandirian keuangan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the definition, antecedents, and consequences of social media marketing through a systematic literature review approach. Using the Publish or Perish and Vos Viewer applications, this study collected and analyzed 20 articles indexed in Scopus and Sinta from 2013 to 2024. The results of the analysis show that social media marketing is a promotional tool and a platform for building open communication between businesses and consumers. The identified antecedents include factors that influence the effectiveness of social media marketing, while the consequences include the impact on customer loyalty and user interaction. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis definisi, anteseden, dan konsekuensi pemasaran media sosial melalui pendekatan kajian literatur sistematik. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dan Vos Viewer, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis 20 artikel yang terindeks di Scopus dan Sinta dari tahun 2013 hingga 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran media sosial tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat promosi, tetapi juga sebagai platform untuk membangun komunikasi terbuka antara bisnis dan konsumen. Anteseden yang diidentifikasi mencakup faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pemasaran media sosial, sedangkan konsekuensi mencakup dampak terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan interaksi pengguna.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the impact of digital transformation on businesses, driven by global market and socio-economic changes, such as pandemics and supply chain disruptions. It tests the UTAUT model and the influence of the business environment on MSMEs' adoption of digital technology, using purposive sampling with 319 MSME owners and managers. The research, analyzed via PLS-SEM, finds that effort expectancy and facilitating conditions from UTAUT, along with competitive and trading partner pressure, significantly affect MSMEs' intention to adopt digital technology. The study recommends improving user-friendly features and infrastructure to support digitalization for MSMEs. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji dampak transformasi digital pada bisnis, yang didorong oleh perubahan pasar global dan sosial-ekonomi, seperti pandemi dan disrupsi rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini menguji model UTAUT dan pengaruh lingkungan bisnis terhadap adopsi teknologi digital oleh UMKM, menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 319 pemilik dan manajer UMKM. Penelitian yang dianalisis melalui PLS-SEM ini menemukan bahwa ekspektasi usaha dan kondisi pendukung dari UTAUT, serta tekanan kompetitif dan tekanan mitra dagang, secara signifikan mempengaruhi niat UMKM untuk mengadopsi teknologi digital. Studi ini merekomendasikan peningkatan fitur yang ramah pengguna dan infrastruktur untuk mendukung digitalisasi UMKM.

Abstract

English Version This study aims to examine the impact of military connections on the risk of publicly traded companies in Indonesia and to assess the role of the risk monitoring committee (KPR) as a moderating variable. Data from 2,177 observations of public companies in Indonesia over the 2019-2022 period were analyzed using a quantitative approach and regression model. The study found that military connections have a negative effect on firm risk, indicating that executives with military experience are able to manage company risks effectively by emphasizing discipline, thereby reducing overall corporate risk. The study also revealed that the risk monitoring committee moderates the relationship between military connections and firm risk. These findings have implications for corporate governance policy development, specifically in mitigating the impact of military connections on corporate risk. The study contributes to evidence that the intersection between business and military connections in Indonesia influences corporate risk, highlighting the future importance of risk management. This research provides a novel perspective by focusing on the unique business and geopolitical context of Indonesia, an area that has not been the primary focus of previous studies. Versi Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dampak adanya koneksi militer (military connection) terhadap risiko perusahaan publik di Indonesia dan menguji peran komite pemantau risiko (KPR) sebagai variabel moderasi. Data dianalisis dari 2177 observasi sampel perusahaan publik di Indonesia selama periode 2019-2022 menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan model regresi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa military connection berpengaruh negatif terhadap firm risk. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa para eksekutif dengan pengalaman militer mampu mengendalikan risiko perusahaan dengan mengedepankan kedisiplinan sehingga mampu menurunkan risiko perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa komite pemantau risiko mampu memoderasi hubungan antara military connection dan firm risk. Penelitian berimplikasi pada pentingnya bagi pengembangan kebijakan tata kelola perusahaan untuk mengurangi dampak military connection pada risiko perusahaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pembuktian bahwa adanya koneksi antara bisnis dan militer di Indonesia akan berdampak pada risiko perusahaan dan pentingnya manajemen risiko di masa depan. Kondisi ini menjadi keterbaharuan riset ini dimana penelitian terdahulu tidak berfokus pada kondisi bisnis dan geopolitik Indonesia

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies implemented by Sekolah Kak Seto in an effort to enhance the institution's brand image. The research is motivated by the growing importance of integrated marketing communication in shaping a positive public perception of educational institutions, particularly amid increasingly competitive conditions. The research question formulated is: "How does Sekolah Kak Seto implement marketing communication strategies to improve its brand image?". Methods: This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. Results: The findings indicate that the strategies applied are based on the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) framework, which includes advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. Conclusion: These strategies have been proven to positively impact the enhancement of the brand image and the overall growth of Sekolah Kak Seto.

Abstract

The purpose of this research Introduction is to identify the extent to which the moderation role of green price influences the relationship between environmental awareness and product uniqueness with purchasing decisions of ecoprint products in Malang Regency. This study employs a quantitative research method, Method; The sampling technique utilizes purposive sampling with a total population of 103 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 25. Results; Based on the research findings, environmental awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product uniqueness does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Additionally, green price is proven to moderate the relationship between environmental awareness and purchasing decisions as well as the relationship between product uniqueness and purchasing decisions. Conclusion; The study concludes that green price plays an important moderating role in strengthening the influence of environmental awareness and product uniqueness on purchasing decisions for ecoprint products in Malang Regency.
