Abstract

Introduction; The rapid adoption of e-wallets among Generation Z in Indonesia presents new challenges in aligning financial behavior with Islamic principles. This study examines the effect of Islamic Financial Literacy and Mob Mentality on Behavioral Intention to use e-wallets, with Perceived Risk as a mediating variable, focusing on Generation Z Muslim users in Bukittinggi City. Method; This quantitative study used a field research design involving 288 Generation Z Muslim respondents in Bukittinggi City. The variables include Islamic Financial Literacy (X1), Mob Mentality (X2), Behavioral Intention (Y), and Perceived Risk (Z). Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, with purposive and convenience sampling. Analysis was conducted using Warp Partial Least Squares (WarpPLS) 7.0. Results: Both Islamic Financial Literacy and Mob Mentality significantly influence the behavioral intention of Generation Z Muslims to use e-wallets. Higher financial literacy and social influence encourage greater intention to transact. Perceived Risk acts as a key mediator that strengthens these relationships, showing that digital financial behavior is shaped by knowledge, social dynamics, and risk perception. Conclusion; Islamic Financial Literacy and Mob Mentality play essential roles in shaping Muslim Generation Z’s intention to use e-wallets, with Perceived Risk serving as a mediating factor. The study contributes to Islamic finance and behavioral research and offers practical insights for promoting financial literacy and ethical digital transactions among young Muslim consumers.

Abstract

Introduction: This study examines how facilities and location influence visitors’ intention to revisit the Bumi Kepanduan Sentul Bogor Unit, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The research is grounded in the understanding that visitor satisfaction is a key determinant of loyalty and revisit intention, particularly in tourism and recreation destinations. Methods: The study involved 100 respondents selected using a non-probability purposive sampling method. The criteria included visitors aged 17 years and above who had visited the site at least once. A descriptive and verification approach was applied using the path analysis method to determine both direct and indirect effects among variables. Results: The findings reveal that facilities and location have a direct and positive influence on satisfaction, while both also directly affect revisit intention. Furthermore, satisfaction itself significantly influences revisit intention and serves as a mediating factor between facilities, location, and the desire to return. These results indicate that improved facilities and strategic location can enhance visitor satisfaction, which ultimately increases the likelihood of revisits. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of maintaining and improving facilities and location quality to enhance visitor satisfaction and loyalty. However, the study is limited by its relatively small sample size and narrow variable scope. Future research is recommended to include additional factors such as lifestyle, social influence, and reference groups, as well as to use a larger and more diverse sample to obtain more representative results.

Abstract

Introduction; This study aims to identify the causes of delays in the distribution of electricity pole shipments in the PT XYZ Bandung Branch project and formulate improvement solutions. Method; This research was conducted through the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) approach to identify the distribution process, measure current performance, classify and analyze the root causes of problems causing delays, and design improvements with the aim of minimizing delivery delays in similar projects. Result; The results showed that there were three main causes of delay with a contribution of 68% to the twelve causes of delay. In this study, a DPMO value of 20,833 was obtained with a sigma level of 3.5. Conclusion; Researchers suggest taking corrective action with 5W + 1H analysis based on the root cause of the problem. The implementation of these improvements is expected to increase the efficiency of the electric pole distribution process and company guidelines supported by continuous supervision.

Abstract

Introduction; This study investigates factors influencing consumers intention to book hotels online using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory. The research is motivated by the growing trend of digital transformation in the hospitality industry, where user trust and convenience play crucial roles in shaping online booking behavior. Methods; A quantitative approach was employed by distributing online questionnaires to individuals who had previously booked hotels online, resulting in 448 valid responses being collected. Data were analyzed with validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis testing was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. Respondents were selected through judgmental sampling to ensure relevance. Results; The findings indicate that perceived trust is the key variable exerting a significant direct influence on booking intention, an effect which is moderated by promotional offers. Notably, external stimuli such as online reviews, convenience quotient, and mobile application quality primarily influence booking intention indirectly, acting through their significant impact on perceived trust, which functions as a key mediator. Conclusion; The study concludes that strengthening users’ trust, satisfaction, and overall digital experience can enhance consumers’ willingness to engage in online hotel booking. These results offer practical insights for application developers and hotel managers to design trustworthy, user-friendly platforms and promotional strategies that align with changing consumer expectations.

Abstract

Introduction; Sustainable Financial Literacy (SFL) is a key 21st-century competency that integrates traditional financial literacy with awareness of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects in economic decision-making. As sustainability challenges become increasingly central to global economic systems, understanding SFL has become essential for promoting responsible and ethical financial behavior. Method; This study employs a bibliometric and systematic literature review (SLR) approach on 357 relevant scholarly articles to map the evolution of the concept, publication trends, and measurement instruments of SFL. The bibliometric analysis was conducted to identify patterns of author collaboration, contributing countries, and dominant research domains. Meanwhile, the systematic analysis examined the conceptual and empirical dimensions of SFL, encompassing the cognitive (knowledge), affective (attitudes and values), and behavioral (sustainable financial actions) domains. Results; The findings indicate that SFL remains a relatively new research field, with major attention directed toward the integration of ESG principles into financial education, green investment, and digital financial inclusion. The measurement of SFL varies across studies, ranging from ordinal to ratio scales, and typically assesses knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors in a quantifiable manner. Conclusion; These findings underscore the strategic role of Sustainable Financial Literacy in enhancing sustainable investment decisions, fostering ethical financial behavior, and serving as a critical foundation in supporting the transition toward a green, inclusive, and ethical economy.

Abstract

Introduction, this study focuses on the important role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia’s economy, particularly in the food and beverage (F&B) sector in Pasuruan Regency. Although digital marketing adoption continues to grow, many MSMEs still face challenges in achieving digital social business sustainability due to limited technological literacy and a lack of adaptive digital mindsets. Methods, this research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis processed through SPSS. The study examines how Technological Literacy affects Digital Social Business Sustainability, with Digital Mindset acting as a mediating variable among F&B MSMEs in Pasuruan Regency. Results, the findings show that Technological Literacy significantly influences both Digital Mindset (β = 0.215) and Digital Social Business Sustainability (β = 0.386). In addition, Digital Mindset has a significant positive impact on sustainability (β = 0.430). The model explains 76% of the variation in sustainability (R² = 0.76), indicating a strong predictive capability. Conclusion, the study concludes that Digital Mindset partially mediates the relationship between Technological Literacy and Digital Social Business Sustainability. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing both digital skills and adaptive thinking to strengthen MSME competitiveness in the digital era.
