Abstract

Selama ini dalam penggunaan alat yang digunakan belum diketahui mesin drill rig mana yang betul-betul cocok untuk lokasi yang digunakan karena sampai saat ini beberapa operator memanfaatkan penggunaan mesin hanya sebatas mesin tertentu saja atau one tim one machine sehingga tidak diketahui secara pasti mesin mana yang bekerja dalam keadaan optimal dan memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Hal inilah yang mendorong penulis untuk melakukan penelitian Efesiensi Pemanfaatan Mesin Puma Top Drive Drill Rig Jacro 2000 dan Jacro 2500 Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengoperasian mesin PUMA Top Drive Drill Rig pada lokasi tambang telah sesuai dengan SOP : SOP-QR-038-PJU / No Revisi : 00 dengan 38 langkah kerja begitupun dengan proses perawatan mesinnya. Mesin PUMA Drill Rig Jacro 2500 lebih unggul untuk produktivitas alat dibandingkan dengan dan Mesin PUMA Drill Rig Jacro 2000 karena mampu melakukan pengeboran sebanyak 40 lubang dengan waktu (W) 7.3 jam dan stop time (S) 0.7 jam.

Abstract

The Palopo Religious Court is one of the agencies located in the city of Palopo that is of a special judicial nature, which is authorized in certain types of islamic civil cases, only for people who are Muslims. The Palopo Religious Court, which is based on Jalan Andi Djemma Palopo, is one of the four judicial bodies of the first instance under the auspices of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia.   However, based on the results of observations and interviews with one of the organizers, especially the library section of the Palopo Religious Court Office, there are still some problems with archiving books or libraries, namely the frequent duplication of data, data processing in this library is still carried out manually, the search for book layouts is very long so that it takes a long time and reports on the number of existing books and books borrowed in the library  the office of the Palopo Religious Court is difficult to obtain, since the calculations are still manual. The purpose of this study was to produce a Desktop-Based Library Circulation Service Application at the Palopo Religious Court Office. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development research while the data collection method uses the observation and interview method approach. For system design using the Unified Modelling Languange (UML) approach version 3.1.9, Java Netbeans programming language version 8.2 and MySql data base 7.2.34. The process of managing circulation service data at the Palopo Religious Court office has not been computerized, which still uses conventional processes in the process. The library circulation service application has been tested using blackbox testing and from the test results it is concluded that all form and button displays have worked properly.

Abstract

A spinner machine is an oil draining machine that works based on centrifugal force, this tool is equipped with appropriate technology that can reduce the oil content contained in food. The machine can drain cooking oil on food products more easily, quickly, and practically, where the ingredients or food products produced are cleaner and drier than oil or water. The working principle of an oil draining machine is almost the same as the working principle of a washing machine when in the drying process so that the shaft becomes an important element in resisting the rotation that occurs in this draining machine. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution of the load on the shaft and find the best safety value of the material to be used. The specifications of the shaft used in the form of a pipe have a length of 630 mm, and a diameter of 15 mm, and the planned materials are st37 and ASTM a36 steel. With the results of the analysis value using the 2019 Solidworks software on testing the oil draining spinner machine shaft, the value on the ASTM A36 material with a load of 3 kg obtained a safety value of 3.3. At a load of 10 kg, the safety value is 1.0. And at a maximum load of 20 kg, a safety value of 0.5 is obtained. So that the strongest material that can withstand a load of up to 20 kg is st37 / AISI 1045 steel with a safety value at a load of 3 kg the safety value is 7.9. At a load of 10 kg, the safety value is 2.2. And at a maximum load of 20 kg, the safety value is 1.1.  Keywords:  axle, spinner machine, design, analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Photoshop tutorial on student learning outcomes in the subject of class XI Design at SMK Negeri 1 Pallangga, Gowa Regency. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, with the type of experimental, and the research design used is the pretest posttest group design, which compares the results of the pretest and posttest in the control class and the experimental class. The population in this study amounted to 58 people, consisting of 28 women and 20 men. The sampling technique used is a random sampling technique, which takes all population groups randomly as a sample. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between after using the photoshop tutorial in the face subject, photoshop editing material in the experimental class compared to the control class. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan merancang dan membangun sebuah alternatif publisitas berbentuk promosi media berbasis Augmented Reality di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lancang Kuning sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi para calon mahasiswa untuk mengenal Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dengan pendekatan digital menggunakan perangkat smartphone berbasi android mengingat keterbatasan media cetak dan media sosial dalam memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga berpengaruh pada potensi ketertarikan calon mahasiswa terhadap Fakultas Ilmu Komputer. Menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dengan metode penelitian Marker Based Tracking , penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi Augmented Realityyang dapat menampilkan objek 3D gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan video di dalam gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komputer untuk promosi secara baik, sehingga dapat mendukung publisitas kepada calon mahasiswa baru khususnya dan perhatian publik pada umumnya.

Abstract

In the development of the times, the industry in Indonesia began to experience rapid development. PT. Masbi Sukses is one of the industrial companies that produces a component in the form of components from four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles. Cross tube is one of the products produced at the company PT. Masbi Sukses. Cross tube is a pipe that is used to unite the swing arm on two-wheeled vehicles. The cross tube has a length of 239 mm with a pipe diameter of 28.6 mm and a pipe thickness of 3.2 mm. In this cross tube production process, using a tool called a press machine, this press machine is given a piercing model of pressing dies in order to make holes in the cross tube product as desired. This study aims to determine the stamping process and also analyze the production process time by calculating strokes per hour on cross tube products, with the results in the form of capacity data, takt time data, and problem solving proposals in the form of fish bone diagrams. With the implementation of this research, researchers hope to provide a detailed reference for PT. Masbi Sukses to make improvements or improvisations related to production productivity in the future.

Abstract

The large number of PDAM Makassar City customers who use drinking water services makes each month have to pay a number of water bills that are the customer's obligation. However, sometimes customers neglect the amount of the bill fee, which will result in swelling of the bill because there is no direct billing information, for example through the SMS Gateway service. This SMS gateway billing application is designed to provide convenience in providing information to customers in the form of the amount of bills each month. This SMS gateway application will process sms with the FIFO (First in First out) method where the first input will be directly processed and sent the first time as well. The sms gateway system is built with three main things, namely Gammu as a server tool, especially SMS Gateway, PHP as programming to create SMS web applications, and MySQL as a database server. The result of this study is an application for water use bills for PDAM Makassar City customers Premises.

Abstract

SMAN 12 Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah di kota Pekanbaru yang saat ini  telah memiliki 2 jurusan yaitu IPA dan IPS. Penjurusan siswa ini dapat mengarahkan peserta didik agar lebih focus dalam mengembangkan kemampuan diri dan minat yang dimiliki. Pemilihan jurusan yang tidak tepat bisa sangat merugikan siswa terhadap minat dan karir mereka di masa mendatang. Dengan penjurusan diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan potensi, bakat,dan nilai akademisnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan menerapakan teknik data mining diharapkan dapat membantu siswa untuk menetukan jurusan yang tepat sesuai kriteria yang ditetapkan. Adapun teknik data mining ini menggunakan 2 buah metode yaitu algoritma C4.5 dan K-Nearest Neighbor. Sedangkan atribut yang digunakan terdiri dari Nilai Matematika, nilai Bahasa Indonesia, nilai Bahasa Inggris, nilai IPA, nilai IPS, Nilai IQ dan pemilihan minat. Analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi RapidMiner untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai perbandingan terhadap metode yang dilakukan. Dari hasil pengujian bahwa hasil dari perbandingan antara algoritma C4.5, K-Nearest Nighbor. Telah didapatkan akurasi tertinggi pada pengujian ketiga adalah algoritma C4.5 dengan accurasy sebesar 84% nilai precision 100%, recall 78%.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu jenis UKM dibidang kuliner, Thai Tea Azka dihadapkan dengan berbagai persoalan optimalisasi manajemen sumber daya. Dalam persoalan penugasan karyawan Thai Tea Azka mengalami kendala dalam penempatan tiap karyawan karena belum memiliki jadwal yang jelas dan hanya didasarkan pada jarak yang ditempuh karyawan. Selain itu, Thai Tea Azka juga dihadapkan dengan berbagai kendala dalam pengiriman bahan baku. Olehnya itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penempatan tugas karyawan dan rute pengiriman bahan baku pada UKM Thai Tea Azka. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara terhadap pemilik dan beberapa karyawan. Data yang terkumpul, hasil penelitian menunjukan dianalisis dengan pendekatan model penugasan (Assignment method) dan model Jaringan (Networking method).  Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa penugasan karyawan dikatakan optimal karena setiap 1 karyawan menempati satu kedai pada tingkat biaya minimum. Kemudian rute pendistribusian bahan baku yang optimal di mulai dari cabang Kantor Kertanegara-Alfamart Sukahati-Pasar Haurgeulis-Alun-alun Haurgeulis-kemudian bisa memilih jalur ke arah Alfamart Nambo atau ke Pasar Wanguk, apabila memilih jalur ke Pasar Wanguk-Alfamart Gabus Pentil-Legok-babakan jaya kemudian kembali sampai cabang Alun-alun Haurgeulis ke arah Alfamart Nambo-Tugu Gantar dengan rute tempuh sebesar 38200meter atau 76400meter untuk pulang pergi

Abstract

Research on the design of an anchovy filter machine was carried out with the aim of designing a fish-size ring machine using a capacity dynamo and a dimmer as a regulator of movement speed and fish. The design is made with specifications for the size of iron as a framework, with a height of 745 mm, a width of 430 mm, and a length of 800 mm. There are two sizes of fish measuring at the top and 1/6 inch at the bottom. The engine uses a 2200 Volt dynamo and a dimmer. From the results of the dynamo rotation speed test, the rotational speed produced by pulley 1 is greater than pulley 2. The difference in rotational speed on pulley one and pulley two is caused by a change in the transmission system with the addition of a fan belt between pulley 1 and pulley 2. The rotation produced by the rotation of pulley 1 is a rotation that is directly connected to the dynamo so that the number of rotations will be greater. While the rotation produced by pulley 2 is the rotation of the transmission system. Puli 2 will rotate to move the axle, which is connected to the Pillow Block. Measurement of dynamo flow and voltage is carried out to see how much rotation mode on the dimmer will be used to speed up or slow down the rotation of the dynamo. The small size of the dynamo that is used causes the dimmer mode that is used to start at mode 7 on a scale of 1-9 modes contained in the dimmer.
