Aceh mulai zaman dahulu telah membuktikan bahwa para ulama mendapatkan tempat yang tinggi di hati masyarakat. Dalam Qanun al Asy lembaga ulama merupakan lembaga tertinggi di Aceh yang dipimpin oleh Qadhi Malikul Adil dan dibantu oleh empat orang Syaikh Islam yaituMufti Mazhab Syafi’iy, Mufti Mazhab Hanafy, Mufti Mazhab Maliky serta Mufti Mazhab Hambaly. MPU Aceh lahir dengan diawali jalan yang terjal dan berliku hingga diadakan musyawarah besar para ulama se Aceh pada akhir Juni 2001.MPU Aceh mempunyai legality yang tidak dapat diintervensi oleh pihak manapun dan sangat independen, dan bermitra dengan Pemerintah Aceh dan DPRA. Salah satu tugas MPU adalah melakukan penelitian atau melakukan penerjemahan dan menerbitkan atau istinbath hukumyang kemudian melakukan dokumentasi terhadap naskah-naskah yang berhubungan dengan syari'at Islam dan memfatwakan permasalahan atau peristiwa yang belum ada ketetapan hukumnya dan fatwa tersebut menjadi pijakan dan dasar bagi pemerintah untuk mentetapkan hukumnya dengan melihat kepada dalil-dalil alqur’an, hadis, ijma’ dan qiyas, selanjutnya merujuk kepada qawaid fiqhiyyah dan pendapat para ulama yang mu’tabarah.

Abstract: Tazkiyah al-Nafs merupakan salah satu metode untuk membersihkan jiwa manusia dari segala penyakit dan kotoran hati. Pembahasan tazkiyah al-Nafs banyak dikupas oleh para ulama-ulama besar terdahulu seperti Imam Ghazali, Ibnu Taimiah dan Ibnu Qayyim dengan berbagai pendekatan dan tipologi meskipun pada hakikatnya semua ulama mengarah pada satu tujuan yaitu membentuk atau melahirkan seseorang berakhlak dengan akhlakul karimah. Konsep tazkiyah menurut mereka sudah banyak dikupas dan diteliti oleh ilmuan dan para sarjana keislaman dalam berbagai pendekatan baik tasawuf, psikologi maupun pendidikan namun demikian akhir-akhir ini ini metode ini jarang dilirik oleh banyak orang khususnya dunia pendidikan tidak mampu mengintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran peseta didik oleh karena itu penulis mencoba mengahadirkan kan kembali metode tazkiyah al-Nafs dengan sudut pandang yang berbeda dari seorang tokoh ulama kontemporer abad ke 20 yang berdomisili di Lucknow India, yaitu Abu Hasan al-Nadwi, ulama rabbani yang banyak melahirkan karya-karyanya dibidang agama Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk megetahui konsep tazkiyah al-Nafs menurut Abu Hasan al-Nadwi. Untuk menganalisa pembentukan pemikiran Abu Hasan al-Nadwi peneliti menggunakan teori paradigma Thomas Kuhn melalui pendekatan kualitatif, suatu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian tokoh. Abstract: The position of the mother who is breastfeeding a baby is the same status as her mother because she is not allowed to marry the woman and her offspring. In Islam, it is called brotherhood. The problem now is milk stored in the ASI Bank which can be used by a baby at any time, how is the law in an Islamic perspective, giving rise to khilafiah among scholars related to the existence of the ASI bank. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, namely document review. Controversial scholars related to the existence of ASI banks. Some scholars allow ASI banks because babies who drink milk from breast milk banks cannot become mahram for women who have breast milk. After all, the prohibited breastfeeding is if they breastfeed directly to suck the nipples of women who have breast milk. Breast milk, like a baby child who suckles his mother directly. Whereas scholars who refuse the existence of ASI bank their reason is that it will cause mixing of nasab, because forbidden milking can occur with the entry of milk into the baby's stomach, even without direct breastfeeding, like a baby who is breastfeeding at his mother directly.

Abstract: Al-Quran is the highest guidance and direction for humans in carrying out life in the world and preparing for the afterlife. There are three basic teachings in the Qur'an, namely I 'iqqadiyah (related to faith), Khuluqiyah (virtue of character) and amaliyah (this relates to what comes from words and deeds). On the other hand, Islam was revealed in the Arabian Peninsula which was bound by mental aridity, spiritual misery, intellectual disturbances, polytheistic worship (watsaniyah) and human castration. Religious teachings before Islam were ignored, but gradually the Kuffar Quraysh finally accepted this new religion (Islam) with full awareness and confidence in a relatively short time. That means that they shouted and made the Qur'an as their guide in their lives. They are the most prominent guardians and spreaders in preserving and expanding Islam.

Beberapa dekade terakhir PTKI beranjak dari konvensional sistem dan model kepada sistem dan model termasuk pendekatan pembelajaran dan kurikulumnya. PTKI yang khihtahnya adalah sebagai pusat kajian kajian keislaman kini melebarkan fungsinya tidak hanya sebagai sumber imani dan nalar di tengah-tengah hiruk pikuk modrenisasi teknologi dan pengetahuan tetapi juga terus menelusuri Islam sebagai sumber aturan kehidupan (sosial) sekaligus sumber ilmu pengetahuan yang selama ini terpisah dan ditinggalkan oleh ilmuwan muslim. Kini PTKI dengan spirit transformasi tidak hanya sebagai alasan utama menjadikan wordclass university tetapi juga mengemban amanah integrasi ilmu yang sudah lama diyakini kebenarannya oleh para masyarakat PTKI. Tulisan ini memaparkan dua tokoh model integrasi yang sangat dikenal dikalangan dosen-dosen PTKI yaitu Amin Abdullah dan Ian G. Barbour.

Feminism is suspected of being a women’s rebellious movement to deny the nature of being a woman and as a driving force to obtain women rights. Feminist ideology demands gender injustice. In preaching, men dominate the spread of Islam than women. Although the implementation of da’wah is predominantly male, there are also many da'iyah in Indonesia, one of which is Ainun. Gender differences do not make Ainun despair in achieving her dream as a doctor. So that this becomes unique to examine. This research uses qualitative methods with a feminist approach. The result of this study was the determine Ainun da’wah massage in the movie Habibie & Ainun 3, as well as the problems of Ainun as a da’iyah in Indonesia. Ainun can be used as an aspiration and role model for Indonesian people in education, concern, and desire to realize their dreams.

This article discusses Jami 'al-Azhar as a center for the knowledge study and the holistic interaction of teacher-student relationships. On the other hand, the position of teachers continues to be marginalized in the digital era. Hence, it is pivotal to look back at the teacher-student relationship that has prevailed in the history of Islamic education, especially in Jami 'al-Azhar. The research methodology employed literature review with a historical approach through primary and secondary source analysis. This study found that Jami 'al-Azhar was a center for the Islamic studies and study of science, initially aimed as propaganda for the Kingdom of Fathimiyah to perpetuate Shi'i understanding. However, the rank continued to develop to give a role as a center of thought and knowledge that gave birth to scholars from various schools of thought. One of its uniqueness as a center for the study of science is to perpetuate the interaction of teacher-student relationships in various traditions. Among the most prominent traditions are sanad, ijazah, suhbah, and talaqqi. Therefore, it can be concluded that the practice of teaching at Jami 'al-Azhar is manifested through the knowledge geneology and mentor system

Looking from its surface, the highly superior and exceptional works of Nurcholish Madjid seems to invite his readers to argue and converse with him with absolute freedom without giving bother to any accusations or charges of anarchy. His writings that was full with philosophical arguments was constructed to inspired dialectical discussion and reasoning without ascribing to any established school of thought of the past. With his masterful works, it tries to challenges and draws our consciousness of the real force of intellectualism that was derived from scientific reflection and critical philosophical inquiry. It’s strength was derived from the empirical and historic method and framework in his effort to formulate and comprehend classical Islam and its intellectual tradition in term of its contextual and modern understanding and process.

The long journey of madrasas cannot be separated from the long history of this world. Its existence which is full of twists and turns in order to maintain the existence of Islam becomes something unique to him. Since Indonesia's independence even long before that, the madrasa has contributed a lot in educating the lives of Muslim communities. Although in its journey, it always gets a stumbling around the regulations. The dynamics they experience make madrasa always up to date to discuss.

This article discusses the andragogy approach process carried out by the presenter Ustadz when filling out the recitation of socialite mothers who are active in the Taklim Amanah Council and the Taklim Hidayatullah Council, Langsa City, the obstacles when filling out the recitation, and the implications for their social and religious activities in Langsa City. The number of taklim assemblies recorded in the list of recapitulation of the Office of Islamic Shari'a and Dayah Education in Langsa City is 195 taklim assemblies. Officially, these two taklim assemblies have not been included in the list compiled by the Office of the Office of Islamic Shari'a and Dayah Education in Langsa City. However, the recitation activities of the two taklim councils are quite unique. In addition, the congregation is dominated by socialite mothers with a variety of religious materials and full social activities in a week. After carrying out the process of gathering information through in-depth interviews with Ustadz at the Amanah and Hidayatullah Taklim Council and through observation of assistance and participants, this study found that the andragogy approach process in these two taklim assemblies was very special, namely using a dialogical approach, psychological, and religious as contained in the concepts and principles of the andragogy approach. So that the implication in social and religious activities is that the socialites of Langsa City are able to provide positive benefits for people's lives.
