Abstract

Gubeng Station is the most populous station of 52 stations that enter the work area of PT KAI Daop 8 Surabaya, with 978,346 train passengers in January 2019, where this number is the highest number of train passengers for 3 years recorded at Gubeng station. Gubeng Station is also very unique, because it is located at a height of 5 meters and has two functionally different sides. The west side building is used for the departure and arrival of economy and express trains, while the east side building is for the departure and arrival of business and executive trains. This functional difference needs to be a study of the provision of infrastructure/facilities available at the Gubeng station whether it meets the minimum train service standards and has provided services/satisfaction and the importance of the existing facilities at the Gubeng station according to the train user perception. The method used is importance performance analysis (IPA) and the conclusion is that satisfaction and importance of the existing facilities at Gubeng station according to the train user perception obtained a satisfaction value of 2.48 which means that they still do not get maximum service and the average value of interest is 4.57 which means that the existing facilities at Gubeng station are needed by train passengers.

Abstract

Pamijahan District has 15 villages with an area of 80.83 km2, Leuwiliang District has 13 villages with an area of 61.51 km2, Leuwisadeng District which has 8 villages with an area of 34 km2. The increase in population growth and development in the region has also increased the movement of traffic flow into and out of the area, causing several problems especially in reducing the performance of road sections that cause traffic congestion on road sections. This study aims to create a model of the generation and attraction generated by land uses such as the Education Building, Industrial Estate, Hospital, Traditional Market and Supermarket. Located in the three districts. Data processing is done by calculating the method of transportation analysis using MKJI 2017. Then using (Trip Generation Manual) and then modeled in (Saturn Software). The number of Stitches and Pulls in the area studied was obtained a figure of 89,109 trips / hour. With the level of road services with a range of B to F. Then the design of transportation modeling equations in Pamijahan, Leuwiliang and Leuwisadeng districts is Y = 486,678 + 0.707. (X). This proves that if there is no improvement and improvement of road network infrastructure, and efforts to procure an adequate road-based mass public transport system, it will add to the decline in performance of road segments in the region in the future.

Abstract

Sindang street, which is located in North Rawabadak Sub-district, Koja District, is one of the areas in North Jakarta Administrative City which is an area that is prone to flooding. Even though a working pump house is available, there are still puddles in several places. One of the problems that occur is the channel that drains water into the storage pool narrowing due to sedimentation in the channel. By analyzing the channel using the Log Pearson III distribution method using data obtained from the STA Tanjung Priok Rainfall Station, the rainfall intensity that occurs in a 5 year cycle is 170.748 mm, the Mononobe equation is used to find the intensity of rain per hour that occurs. Then it can be searched for the planned rain discharge using a Rational Method so that it is known that there are 2 channels, namely (P and Q) unable to accommodate the rainfall that occurs.

Abstract

Passenger public transportation is a means of transportation used to serve the public in DKI Jakarta, along with the increase in private vehicle ownership which is increasing while urban transport has decreased the number of passengers. The decline makes demand not proportional to availability. There are several factors that influence the decline in public interest in using city transportation, one of which is the level of service provided is still inadequate, therefore it is necessary to conduct an evaluation of the performance of urban transport on the Jak 21-30 route. Based on the results of the evaluation using the technical guidelines for organizing public transportation in urban areas on fixed routes and routes, as well as minimum service standard parameters based on the World Bank, the method used is performance evaluation carried out by analyzing public transport performance. For Load Factors there are differences in SPM, the standard issued by the 2002 DRJD Decree is <70%, including Good, while the 21-30 route is still moderate, while the standard issued by the World Bank that is 70% includes compliance, there are 2 routes that do not meet standard. Headway on all routes is good. Travel time on the World Bank, there are 2 routes that do not meet the SPM ideal time of 1-1.5 hours, with the results of the analysis still under 1 hour. So in comparison using the SPM (World Bank) Standard does not meet because the round-trip routes on the Jak 21 and 22 routes are too short and have major centers such as airports and malls.
