Abstract

Basic education is education that underlies secondary education. Shaped elementary education elementary school (SD) and High School (SMP) and secondary education is a continuation of primary education, secondary education consists of general and vocational education. Shaped secondary education schools (SMA) and Vocational High School (SMK). Higher education is an education after secondary education includes educational programs diploma, bachelor's, master's, specialist, and doctoral organized by the college. " Does the application of machine learning methods of demonstration of interest in Prime Mover Boat class X in SMK 1 Silk can be improved ..? " Implementation of Class Action Research conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sutera . This research was motivated by the location of the school affordable. This study is a Class Action Research with a total time of study 2 months from the month from September to October in Odd Semester Academic Year 201 5 stars / 201 6 . This study was planned to consist of two cycles, which aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes Prime Mover Engineering Ship class X SMK 1 Sutera in the second semester of the academic year 2015-2016. Subject of research is all class X SMK Negeri 1 Sutera 's 27 people in the first semester of the academic year 201 5 stars / 201 6 . Source Data in the study were students of class X SMK 1 Sutera . As for how to capture data that is done in this study are as follows. Data on students' learning activities implemented actions taken when using the observation sheet. In the charging process observation sheets, all indicators of activity was observed contained therein. The observed circumstances are activities in the learning process. Data on study results taken from tests of learning outcomes at each end of the cycle consists of six items about. Motor 2 TAK; Each piston-step process is required 2x, 1x crankshaft rotation while the piston between two steps, just one step affords effort. In size and the same rotation, the motor 2 TAK can produce more power than the motor 4 TAK. The piston and cylinder wall temperature is rather high. Easy to administer and sound quiet bike. Construction is simple because it does not require the intake valve / exhaust. Filling / flushing and incomplete combustion. Rinse pump usage, add gear motor becomes expensive. Used if required a great power and a simple construction.

Abstract

Based on direct observation and assessment, that IPS education is one of the subjects in elementary school that for some students feels boring, less attractive and tend to monotone. IPS education is a very strict subject and in the form of hapalan-hapalan and the scope of the learning is human as a member of society, the symptoms and social problems and events about human life in society. Therefore, students are required to have more full and serious interest to study it In the evaluation, the teaching of social studies for students of SDN 03 Padang District of Lengayang Marapalam Academic Year 2015/2016 industrious and keen to learn, they will be easier to work on and solve the problems it faces, and they will be fond of social studies for social studies is not an exact lesson or an exact science that requires a definite answer. This study is an action research (PTK) using the model Kemmis and MC. Taggart (1988). Which Kemmis developed a model based on a system of self-reflection spiral starts with a plan, action, observation and reflection, for re-planning is the basis for a square - square troubleshooting . Student achievement SD Negeri 03 Padang District of Lengayang Marapalam Academic Year 2015/2016 class VI is still not satisfactory. This paper has the objective to define and clarify the application of multimedia-based learning media as an attempt to improve learning achievement IPS in SD Negeri 03 Padang Marapalam District of Lengayang in academic year 2015/2016 . This research is a class action ( classroom action research ). In the initial condition (prasiklus) achievement of sixth grade social studies on the competence of the formation of market prices are still low. Of the 27 students who score less than KKM 14 students (53.57%), within the limits of KKM there are 7 students (25%) and exceeded the limits of existing KKM 6 students (21, 43%) with an average grade 66.75.After the action (action) in the first cycle of learning achievement IPS started to increase. The final evaluation of results obtained by the average - average grade 75, 82 with a highest score of 90, the lowest score of 65. Of the 27 students who value under KKM there are 7 students (25%), well above the KKM there are 20 students (71.43%), limit KKM completed there is 1 student (3.57%). Because not meet the minimum of 85% of pupils achieve completeness criteria of at least 72 (seventy-two) it is necessary to follow up with the second cycle. In the second cycle of evaluation results obtained at the end of the lesson learned by the average - average grade 82.11 with a highest score of 100 with the lowest value of 68. This indicates the second cycle of the sixth grade social studies achievement is very satisfactory. During the learning takes place by using multimedia-based learning media, teaching material that students absorb more deeply and fully, in addition, the learning process becomes more interactive, vivid and interesting. Therefore, interactive multimedia-based learning media can be used as an alternative medium of learning to apply in Social Science subjects in schools at both the elementary to university.

Abstract

School education has an important role in improving the quality of human resources. School education is a process that involves educators, teaching materials, and learners. "Educators and education personnel are obliged to create a meaningful, fun, creative, dynamic and dialogical atmosphere of conduct, and professionally committed to improving education" (Sisdiknas 2003: 22). In creating meaningful educational background then in every learning must use appropriate strategies and learning approach so that the outcome of the learning is in accordance with the goals we want. Based on the facts, grade 6 students are very interested in learning in school either Mathematics, Indonesian Science or any other field of study, as evidenced by each student's enthusiastic learning activity is quite high and the ability to do the problem gets pretty good (average 6.4). After students learn more formally, students start learning difficulties either Mathematics, Indonesian or Science so that the higher the class of learning results decreases.

Abstract

Basic education aims to provide basic skills to learners to develop their lives as individuals, community members, citizens and members of the human race and prepare learners to follow the next education. Primary education is organized to develop skills attitudes and provide the basic knowledge and skills necessary to live in communities and prepare learners who are eligible for secondary education (UU Sisdiknas No. 20 Year 2003 article 13). In teaching and learning activities, a teacher would have hope of desire for learners can get the maximum value possible, in accordance with the learning objectives created or desired but what can be in word, reality. For special mathematics subjects, field findings such as EBTANAS, summative test results and daily test scores and report scores indicate that the learners' learning outcomes are still below the numbers that may be unsatisfactory in both low and class high. From some study results and opinions of experts, the low mathematics learning outcomes of students is not because they are not able to perform calculations, but because they do not understand the problems contained in the problem. Hudoyo (in Laily Hasbullah: 2000: 1) states that questions related to numbers are not so difficult for learners, but the problems that use sentences are very difficult for learners who have less or less ability.

With the development of contextual model (contexual teanching and learning), it is expected that the students will be more active and creative in learning Indonesian language especially in writing poetry lesson, and improving the quality of students' learning in terms of finding, finding and solving problems in learning. By actively and creatively breeding in searching for sources and in discussions as problem-solving efforts, students will really understand the learning materials. By mastering the learning materials, it allows them to get the optimal value and in turn the index of his presentation will increase. The change is one of them by using contextual model (contektual teanching and learning) as an effort to improve the ability to write poetry. Contextual modeling (contextual teanching and learning) is a system that stimulates the brain to construct patterns that embody meaning or a learning system that matches the brain that produces meaning by linking the academic content to the context of the student's daily life. In order to optimize the learning of the Indonesian language especially for the subject of writing poetry, it is necessary to conduct a classroom action research on "Poetry Writing Learning Through Application of Contextual Learning Model (Contextual Teaching And Learning) for Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 1 Painan Pesisir Selatan Regency".
