Abstract

In particular learning in natural science subjects, there are still a number of students who concentrate less on science, even less interested in the learning process, with the problem the researchers conducted research on scrapbook development in science learning. It is expected that with the development of these media students can be motivated and more enthusiastic in learning. The object and subject of this research are third grade students of elementary school. The data of this research are the results of media validation by material experts, media experts, and practitioners and the siwa III response to the developed media. This research uses Research and Development (R & D) research methodology and Borg and Gall development model. Media relevance is obtained from assessment by media experts and material experts. Based on the results of scrapbook media development research in science learning, the media developed proved valid based on the results of media validation by experts and practitioners. Learning media can also be accepted by students as evidenced by student responses taken by questionnaire responses used by researchers. Keywords: Development, Media, Scrapbook

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of SOS media through the STAD model on learning outcomes of objects and the nature of third grade students of Ringin Kidul Elementary School when learning in learning completeness and student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study with a form of design. Pre Experimental Design which is a form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The percentage of classical completeness initially 40% to 85%, the mastery of learning increased by 45%. The results of the analysis using the t test obtained value t = 8,568> t table = 1,725. From the results of the above research it can be concluded that SOS media through the STAD model is effective against the results of learning objects and the nature of third grade students of SDN Ringin Kidul. Abstract

This research is a classroom action research which aims to (1) to increase student activity of class IX.3 SMP Negeri 2 Singarajain even semester of academic year 2017/2018 through implementation of reward-assisted project based learning, and (2) to increase the activity of students of class IX.3 SMP Negeri 2 Singarajain even semester of academic year 2017/2018 in producing graphic arts trough the implementation of Reward-assisted Project Based Learning. The research subjects of this action are the students of class IX.3 SMP Negeri 2 Singarajaat Academic Year 2017/2018 with total number of 36 students. This Class Action Research Design (PTK) follows the model of Stephen Kemmis conducted in two cycles. Each cycle is held in three or two meetings with each meeting 2 X 40 minutes and 1 X 40 minutes. This research data was collected by observation sheet and project test. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The result of the research shows that (1) the Implementation of Reward-assisted Project Based Learning can increase the students 'activity in graphic arts learning. Before the action, the students' activity is quite active, the cycle I is still quite active (52%) and in cycle II is more active (89%), (2) the Implementation of Reward-assisted Project Based Learning can improve the achievement of graphic art work. Before the average score cycle is 69.00 (36% completeness). After the action in the first cycle achievement works graphic arts students average score of 75.36 (mastery 53%), while in the second cycle average score of 84.58 (92% completeness). Abstract

This research was conducted in Class IX-8 of Singaraja 2 Public Middle School in the even semester of the 2017/2018 school year, with the aim of improving student learning achievement in science learning by applying discovery methods. Data was collected through a learning achievement tests. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. Data was presented in the form of average learning achievement and learning completeness process. The results showed that the learning achievement at the beginning of the average student learning achievement was only 73.63 with learning completeness only 40.74%, then after the implementation of the study it turned out that the student's learning achievement in the first cycle became an average of 79.81. With learning completeness reaching 59.26%, and in the second cycle student learning achievement reached an average of 82.61 with 88.89% learning completeness. Thus the conclusion of this study is that the application of the discovery method can improve student learning achievement in class IX-8 Singaraja SMP Negeri 2 semester even academic year 2017/2018 Keywords: discovery learning method, learning achievement

Abstract

This research was conducted in Class IX-6 of Singaraja 2 Public Middle School in the odd semester of the 2017/2018 school year, with an average condition of only 59.21. This condition did not meet the minimal expected score. The percentage of achievement has only reached 28.95%. The purpose of writing this class action research is to improve Mathematics achievement through the implementation of Problem Based Learning Learning Models. The data was collected through tests, which were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. Data was presented in the form of average learning achievement and completeness learning process. The results obtained from this study were the development of very positive results. Initially on average; 59.21 with learning completeness only; 28.95%, then after the implementation of Cycle I increased to an average of 73.68 with learning completeness reaching 55.26% From Cycle I to Cycle II there was also an increase which reached an average of 76.32 and completeness of learning 86.84 %. The conclusion obtained from this study is the Implementation of Learning Based Learning Model can improve the mathematics achievement of students in class IX-6 of Singaraja 2 Public Middle School in the semester of school year 2017/2018. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the PPK I program in order to identify its effectiveness. The method used in this study was the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model of Stufflebeam. This research was conducted in the Midwifery 3 diploma program. Research subjects included 13 lecturers, and 2 education staff. Data collection was done by filling out questionnaires by the subject, as well as filling out the interview sheet. The data obtained were analyzed by percentile quantitative analysis. The results showed that: 1) 78.21% of the Context dimension supported the PPK I program, 2) 74.8%, the Input dimension supported the PPK I program, 3) 82%, of the Process dimension supported PPK I and 4 programs) 78%. Product dimensions support the PPK program I. From the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the Context dimension of the category of effectiveness is sufficient, the dimensions of the input category of effectiveness are sufficient, the dimensions of the Process category are high, and the dimensions of the category of effectiveness are sufficient. Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve student learning outcomes using student learning cooperative learning. The research was carried out in the State Elementary School 3 Mengwi, Badung with the subject of the action of 1 teacher and the recipient of the action subject were 25 grade VI students. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, each cycle using action procedures, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Based on the results of classroom action research on cooperative learning to improve the understanding of fifth grade students of SD No. 1 in the 2015/2016 school year in PKn learning, it was quite effective, which took place in 3 cycles. In the first cycle of student activity 50% of students did not get used to cooperative learning and there were still less interested in discussing. Teacher activity is classified as low with a score of 51.11% and student learning outcomes of 52%, therefore research was conducted in the second cycle with the acquisition of scores on student activities 70% and teacher activities 68.44%, while student learning outcomes in this cycle increased to 76%. Because researchers are not satisfied, there are still students who have not been optimally involved in the process of interaction with the group, so research was conducted in cycle III, with student activity results increasing to 100%, teacher activities becoming 88.44%, and student learning outcomes becoming 100%. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the use of the Cooperative Learning approach can improve PKn learning outcomes of students of ASEAN teaching material at SD No 3 Mengwi. Abstract

This research was carried out in Class IX-A of Singaraja State Middle School 2 in the even semester of the 2017/2018 school year, with the condition that the average learning achievement was only 63.37, this condition was very low and did not meet the minimal expected score. The percentage of achievement has only reached 50.00%. The purpose of writing this class action research was to improve the learning achievement of Indonesian Language through the implementation of the TGT cooperative learning model. The data was collected assessment of poetry written by students, then analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. Data was presented in the form of average learning achievement and completeness learning process. The results obtained from this study were the development of very positive learning achievements. At first the average student achievement was only; 63,37 with learning completeness only; 50.00%, then after the implementation of Cycle I it increased to an average; 76.42 with learning completeness reaching 72.97%. From cycle I to cycle II there was also an increase which reached an average of 83.26 and learning completeness was 91.89%. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the implementation of the TGT cooperative learning model can improve Indonesian learning achievement in writing poetry for students of class IX-A in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Abstract

The process and student learning outcomes in science learning material properties of light is a problem faced by class IV SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. Student activity and learning outcomes have not been maximized because the teacher delivered science learning materials using the lecture method. This is the background of the researchers to conduct research with the aim of improving the process and learning outcomes of science with material properties of light with learning models Contextual Teaching and Learning. This research is a type of classroom action research conducted in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students, amounting to 27 students consisting of 14 female students and 13 male students. The implementation of this study used 2 cycles. Instruments used to collect data are observation sheets, interviews, documentation and test questions. The results of this study indicate that science learning outcomes with material properties of light using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi have increased in two cycles with quite satisfactory values. There was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle 1 an average value of 68.51 to 75.37 in cycle 2. In addition, there was an increase in the learning process of students in science learning carried out by teachers using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the difference in science learning results between the group of fifth-grade students in Gugus I Elementary Schools, North Kuta District, in the school year of 2017/2018, that take lessons with the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model and the group of students that take lessons with the conventional learning. The design of this research is a quasi-experimental research with the nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research are all the fifth-grade students of Gugus I Elementary Schools in North Kuta District that still implement the KTSP, which consists of 10 classes with a total of 339 students. The sampling is conducted using the random sampling technique. The sample in this research are the students of class VB in SD (Elementary School) No.7 Dalung, with 36 students as the experiment group and the students of class VB in SD No.4 Dalung with 28 students as the control group. The data collection is conducted using the test method in the form of the multiple choice objective test. The science learning results are analyzed using the t-test. Based on the average the experiment groups =80,89 > the control group =72,85, which means that the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model has an influence on the science learning result. Based on the hypothesis test, tvalues =4,517> ttable =2,000, with dk=62 and a significance level of 5%. Based on the test criteria, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be interpreted there is a significant difference the science learning result between the group of students that were taught using the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model and the students that were taught using the conventional learning. It can be concluded that the the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model has an influence on the science learning result of the fifth-grade students in Gugus I Elementary School, North Kuta District, in the school year of 2017/2018.
