Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the PPK I program in order to identify its effectiveness. The method used in this study was the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model of Stufflebeam. This research was conducted in the Midwifery 3 diploma program. Research subjects included 13 lecturers, and 2 education staff. Data collection was done by filling out questionnaires by the subject, as well as filling out the interview sheet. The data obtained were analyzed by percentile quantitative analysis. The results showed that: 1) 78.21% of the Context dimension supported the PPK I program, 2) 74.8%, the Input dimension supported the PPK I program, 3) 82%, of the Process dimension supported PPK I and 4 programs) 78%. Product dimensions support the PPK program I. From the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the Context dimension of the category of effectiveness is sufficient, the dimensions of the input category of effectiveness are sufficient, the dimensions of the Process category are high, and the dimensions of the category of effectiveness are sufficient. Abstract

Mata Kuliah Asuhan Persalinan merupakan salah satu mata kuliah utama dalam kurikulum pendidikan bidan. Pada mata kuliah ini mahasiswa dituntut dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada ibu bersalin secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan Intelektual, Emosional, dan Spiritual terhadap hasil belajar asuhan persalinan pada mahasiswa semester VI Akademi Kebidanan Provinsi Bali yang berjumlah 95 orang.Hasil penelitian didapatkan; (1) perhitungan regresi sederhana antara X1 dengan Y didapatkan nilai F= 14,458 adalah signifikan dengan kontribusi (R2) = 13.5%; (2) X2 dengan Y didapatkan nilai F= 12,4 adalah signifikan dengan kontribusi (R2) = 11,8 %; (3) X3 dengan Y didapatkan nilai F=11,629 adalah signifikan dengan kontribusi (R2) = 11,1 %; (4) perhitungan regresi ganda X1,X2,X3 dengan Y didapatkan nilai F=10,789 adalah signifikan dengan kontribusi (R2) = 26,2 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kecerdasan Spiritual dengan Hasil Belajar Asuhan Persalinan baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar proses pembelajaran memperhatikan kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual sebagai faktor yang dapat menunjang hasil belajar asuhan persalinan. Kata-kata kunci: kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, spiritual,  asuhan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa menerima pembelajaran Konseling Keluarga Berencana (KB) melalui perkuliahan dalam jaringan khususnya dalam melaksanakan konseling. Selama beberapa perioda masih terdapat mahasiswa  belum bisa mencapai nilai standar lulus dalam melaksankan konseling Keluarga Berencana meskipun kuliah dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, bagaimana halnya jika perkuliahan dilakukan secara daring. Jenis penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif,  subjek penelitian berjumlah 42 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan  observasi menggunakan instrumen Cheklist, melalui evaluasi individu yang dilaksanakan secara daring.  Analisa data dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi keterampilan melakukan konseling Keluarga Berencana berada pada katagori Baik sampai sangat baik, semua mahasiswa yang mengikuti evaluasi individu mendapat skor lulus. Kesimpulannya bahwa keterampilan melakukan konseling mahasiswa D3 Kebidanan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha melalui kuliah daring di masa pandemic Covid-19 Baik dan semua mahasiswa memperoleh skor lulus. Jadi perkuliahan konseling keluarga berencana dapat diterima dengan baik dan tidak menemui hambatan yang berarti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pendokumentasian SOAP pada praktek mandiri bidan (PMB) dalam melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan di Kabupaten Buleleng, Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh PMB di Buleleng yang berjumlah 400 orang. Sampel adalah 43 PMB yang ersertifikasi bidan delima. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Pelaksanaan Pencatatan hasil pelayanan kebidanan dilakukan pada saat pelayanan kurang dari sebagian dengan kategori baik  (33%), Kesimpulan hasil identifikasi pelaksanaan pendokumentasian dengan SOAP  pada PMB di Buleleng  masih  belum optimal.

Abstract

Masa Pandemi COVID-19 menghabat seluruh komponen kehidupan, tidak terkecuali pelayanan kesehatan termasuk pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak di Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB). Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan layanan Maternal, Neonatal, dan Keluarga Berencana pada masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Praktik Mandiri Bidan yang ada berjumlah 52 PMB. Sampel yang digunakan PMB sebanyak 47 orang, data diambil menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert. Analisa data dengan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian bahwa PMB di Kabupaten Buleleng 82,98% melaksanakan layanan kehamilan dengan sangat baik, 100% melakukan layanan Persalinan dengan sangat baik, 97.87% melaksanakan layanan masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir dengan sangat baik, dan 76,59% melaksanakan pelayanan keluarga berencana dengan sangat baik, mengacu kepada standar pelayanan di masa pandemic covid-19. Maka, layanan Maternal, Neonatal, dan Keluarga Berencana dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik, sesuai standar pedoman dari Kemenkes, masyarakat mendapatkan layanan sesuai kebutuhan, klaster baru penyebaran covid-19 dapat dicegah khususnya di Kabupaten Buleleng.

Abstract

Breastfeeding is a special and joyful event that most mothers and their babies experience. Exclusive breastfeeding (breastfeeding only for babies until they are six months old) is an activity that is very beneficial for both mother and baby. The low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding often begins with giving prelacteal intake in the first days of the baby's life because of the low understanding of the baby's mother about the importance of breastfeeding. This study links the relationship between breastfeeding self-efficacy and prelacteal feeding in the first week of birth. This type of research is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were breastfeeding mothers in the first week of the baby's birth; the number of samples was 50 people with purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using the BSE-SF questionnaire and observation—data analysis with univariate and bivariate chi-square tests to determine the relationship between the two variables. The study results with a p-value of 0.000 0.05, so it was concluded that there was a relationship between breastfeeding self-efficacy and the provision of prelacteal nutrition in the first week of birth. This research can then be used to reference further breastfeeding guidance strategies.

Abstract

An examination test is one method to assess learning outcomes. Item analysis may be used to assess validity and reliability of the test. However, limited analysis is employed in the current practice. This research aims to analyse midwifery students’ competency test. The analysis of Competency assessment tools includes level of difficulties and level of differences. This study was conducted on midwifery students in their fifth semester. The tools consist of 120 items with multiple choice questions. Students’ response was analysed based on level of differences, biseral point and KR-20. Data was reported descriptively. This study showed that 42% items were at easy level, 38% items had low level of differences, and 71% items were invalid. This meant that many items in the tools need to be amended. Reliability test on valid items shows a very good level of reliability, which is 0.892. By carrying out item analysis the expectation will be able to measure actual student competencies. Abstract

One of the strategic steps in the effort to deal with stunting nutrition is the use of Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu). Posyandu as the front line that can provide information to parents about the nutritional status of children, and Posyandu components that are no less important are cadres. The skills of cadres in determining nutritional status through anthropometric measurements are needed so that they can provide appropriate information for the community, but cadre education activities related to children under five nutrition have not been carried out for a long time. This service is carried out with the aim of providing re-education to cadres on monitoring the nutritional status of children under five through anthropometric measurement methods. The target of this activity is the cadres of the Posyandu in Tegallinggah Village, totaling 15 people. Through counseling and practicing anthropometric measurements, it is hoped that the knowledge and skills of cadres in determining the nutritional status of toddlers will increase. Evaluation of this activity was carried out through pre-test and post-test methods on cadres and the results were obtained after being given refresher on monitoring children under five nutrition, 80% of cadres had knowledge in the good category and 100% of cadres were able to measure Height (TB) and Weight (BB) correctly.

Abstract

Quality in the implementation of e-learning in health universities can be measured both during the learning process and after the learning ends. Measurement can be performed through evaluation activities. The evaluation model needed was an innovative evaluation model that can look for the dominant aspects that determined the quality of e-learning implementation. One breakthrough evaluation model produced in this research to answer this need was the Formative-Summative evaluation model based on the Tri Pramana-Weighted Product. The main objective of this research was to show the quality of the Formative-Summative evaluation model design based on the Tri Pramana-Weighted Product. This research approach was based on the Borg & Gall development model, which focused on the design development stage. The subjects involved in conducting trials of the evaluation model design were 34 respondents. The technique for determining the subject was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. In addition, the tool used to conduct the trial was a questionnaire. The location for filling out the questionnaire was in health universities and colleges in the province of Bali. The technique used to analyze the data from the test results was descriptive quantitative by comparing the average percentage of the quality of the test results with the percentage of quality that refers to the five-scale categorization. The results showed that the percentage of the design quality of the Formative-Summative evaluation model based on the Tri Pramana-Weighted Productof 88.02%. This means that the quality of the evaluation model design was included in the good category. The impact of the results of this research on the field of education was to present an innovation in evaluation activities that made it easier for educational evaluators to measure the quality of e-learning, especially in health universities and colleges. Doi: 10.28991/ESJ-2022-06-06-016 Full Text: PDF
