Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh program UEFA Champions League di Orange TV terhadap minat menonton. Studi ini mengambil sampel pada sebuah komunitas suporter tim sepakbola yang ada di Indonesia, tepatnya komunitas Pena (Penya) Real Madrid de Indonesia Regional Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dimana data penelitian berupa angka yang kemudian disusun menjadi sebuah pernyataan dan kesimpulan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner tertutup yang sebelumnya diuji dengan uji normalitas. Kuisioner diberikan kepada 60 sampel dari populasi yang dipilih. Kemudian respon dari kuesioner diolah dan diuji menggunakan Analisa Korelasi (Pearson Correlation) dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program UEFA Champions League di Orange TV secara keseluruhan berpengaruh secara signifikan sebesar 65,2% terhadap minat menonton komunitas Pena (Penya) Real Madrid de Indonesia Regional Jakarta dan sisanya sebesar 34,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aim to determine the effect of the organization commitment, leadership style and work environment toward the intensity of the employees to stay on PT. Perkebunan Musirawas Citraharpindo office partially and simultaneously. This research is a casual research. The data collection method was using questionaires in the form of a questionaire distributed to 106 respondents. The data analysis method was using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics version 24. Result of the research shows that (1) there is no partial effect between organizional commitment and the intention to stay, (2)  Leadership style has no partial effect toward the intention to stay, (3) Work environment has no effect toward the intention to stay,(4) while the simultaneous way has an effect equal to 1.6% between the organization commitment, leadership style, and work environment variable toward the intention of the employees to stay on PT. Perkebunan Musirawas Citraharpindo office.

Abstract

Jenis penilitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja staff pamong asrama Yayasan Tunas Harapan Salatiga.Metode yang digunakan yaitu saturation sampling.Subjek dalam penilitian ini adalah seluruh staff pamong asrama yang berjumlah 18 orang.Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, catatan lapangan serta data dianalisis denan meggunakan distribusi frekuensi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa staff pamong asrama dalam kategori faktor lingkungan sudah merasa puas dengan lingkungan yang ada di asrama.Untuk kategori ketentraman pamong merasa cukup puas yang artinya ketentraman yang ada sudah membuat mereka nyaman.  Untuk kategori gaji pamong merasa sangat kurang puas karena menurut mereka gaji yang diberikan masih jauh dari UMR kota Salatiga.Dalam kategori fasilitas pamong merasa kurang puas karena ada beberapa fasilitas yang belum memadai. Berdasarkan kategori interaksi sesama rekan kerja pamong mengatakan puas dan cukup puas dengan jumlah yang sama artinya pamong tidak merasa ada masalah dengan rekan kerja mereka. Yang terakhir untuk kategori interaksi dengan atasan pamong merasa cukup puas yang artinya komunikasi antara atasan dan bawahan sudah cukup terjalin dengan baik.

Abstract

Facing changes in business environment, the companies should make adjustments in their operations. The role of information technology encourages everything in the internet (internet of things), which also has an impact on the retail industry. Retail companies improve themselves in facing changes in their industrial environment. The purpose of this article is to examine some retail businesses that have developed online shops in the current era and to formulate the retail company strategies to face the industrial revolution including redesigning business models and dynamic abilities, human resource readiness, developing features and shopping applications at retail shops and attractive promo offers for consumers. It is hoped that this study can provide input for retail shop managers in developing their business strategies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on company value with corporate governance as a moderating variable. This study uses purposive sampling which obtained 31 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 ? 2018. The test results in this study prove that financial performance has a positive effect on company value and corporate governance is able to significantly strengthen the effect of financial performance on company value. Good and increasing corporate finance causes an increase in share prices and the number of shares outstanding so that the value of the company increases as well while managerial ownership as a proxy for moderating variable causes the company management to take appropriate and wise actions for the company?s survival so that the company?s financial performance increases so the value of the company increases too.

Abstract

A B S T R A KTransparansi informasi keuangan merupakan bentuk pertanggungjawaban pemerintah terhadap publik atas pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi transparansi informasi keuangan pemerintah daerah melalui website pemerintah daerah. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat pendidikan, jumlah penduduk, dan opini audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 35  kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel jumlah penduduk memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan, sedangkan variabel tingkat pendidikan dan opini audit memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transparansi informasi keuangan pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Kata Kunci: Transparansi Informasi Keuangan, Tingkat Pendidikan, Jumlah Penduduk, Opini Audit, Pemerintah Daerah. A B S T R A C TTransparency of financial information is a form of government accountability to the public over regional financial management. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the transparency of local government financial information through the local government website. The variables used in this study are education level, number of population, and audit opinion. This study uses a sample of 35 districts / cities in Central Java Province. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable number of population has a non-significant negative effect, while the education level variable and audit opinion have a positive and significant influence on the transparency of financial information of local governments in Central Java Province.Keywords: Transparency Of Financial Information, Education Level, Number Of Population, Audit Opinion, Local Government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek yang diteliti adalah karyawan perusahaan PT PLN (PERSERO) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Tengah Dan D.I Yogyakarta Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan Salatiga. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode puposive sampling, yaitu responden yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dengan instrumen kuesioner. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan tetapi tidak signifikan, serta disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara berasama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction towards the quality of service provided by the Accounting Department, State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema), by comparing the actual service delivered by the institution to the one expected by the students. Respondents as samples were determined proportionally for each study program and class of as many as 100 students. The questionnaire was randomly given to respondents to obtain a response to service quality consisting of 5 (five) dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Data analysis was descriptive analysis prosiding from descriping the data in term of the mean and frequency, and than measuring student satisfaction index and ending up with determining the service quality using importance-performance analysis (IPA). The results showed that  most respondents were DIV Management Accounting study program students, of whom the majority were female. The frequency of the students response for the quality of the received service fell into the catagory of very satisfying, which means that, in general, the quality of service received by students was very satisfying. There were found two dimensions in quadrant A where two forms of service quality must be improved immediately, four dimensions in quadrant B where six forms of service quality must be maintained, and all dimensions in quadrant D where eight forms of service quality in the short term may be ignored.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Situbondo yang bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang penerapan akuntansi aset tetap yang sesuai dengan SAP No.07 tentang aset tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi aset tetap pada dinas PUPR tidak sesuai dengan SAP No.07, dikarenakan penerapan aset tetap pada dinas PUPR yang seharusnya menurut SAP No.07 berbasis akrual, tetapi dinas PUPR berbasis kas.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze cryptocurrency volatility. Gold, Dollar Index, and Composite Stock Prices Index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) variable are used as independent variables. The cryptocurrency objects in this study are Bitcoin and Ethereum which have the largest market capitalization. The data used in this study is from 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2019. This study uses GARCH analysis. The result of this study indicates that the volatility of Bitcoin and Ethereum is not influenced by other variables, but it is influenced by the prices of each Bitcoin and Ethereum at past prices. This shows that the cryptocurrency market is an inefficient market.
