Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kapasitas sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan pengendalian intern terhadap nilai informasi pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Lumajang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif.Responden dalam penelitian ini kepala bagian keuangan, staf akuntansi dan pihak yang terkait dalam pelaporan keuangan pada OPD pemerintah kabupaten Lumajang. Dari 66 kuisoner yang dibagikan diperoleh 64 responden yang dimasukan dalam pengolahan data. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kapasitas sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai informasi pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah sedangkan pengendalian intern berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai informasi pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Lumajang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development variables, work motivation and compensation in PT. Tribun Berita Online partial and simultant on the level of employee loyalty. This research has three hypotheses tested that will be explained, where the three hypotheses will be explained partial tested. This study uses a statistical analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics Application 23. The data of the research respondents were obtained as many as 62 respondents using the characteristics of regular employee with more than 2 years (> 2 years). The results of this study simultant there is an influence between career development, work motivation and compensation for employee loyalty at PT. Tribun Berita Online. However, only partial tested career development variables have a positive effect on employee work loyalty, but work motivation and compensation don?t have a partial tested effect on work loyalty.

Abstract

This study aim to explain managerial ownership and enterprise risk management disclosure for corporate value added. Population of this study are manufacture industry which state on Indonesia Stock Exchange were published annual report between 2016 to 2018. Sample of this study are 57 corporates by purposive sampling technique . The analytical method used Moderated Regression Analysis with panel data regression model. The result show  that  (1) managerial ownership does not affect corporate value. (2) Enterprise risk management disclosure moderation manajerial ownership on corporate value. The result of this study give some implication for corporate managed by owner and disclouse their enterprise risk management has higher value  than other by investor.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the factors that determined the capital structure of the manufacturing companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from the period of 2015 to 2018. The independent variables in this study were profitability, asset structure, company size, and growth opportunity. The samples were taken by using the purposive sampling method and obtained 10 companies as research samples. Data analysis techniques use a regression analysis of data panel. The results of the regression panel in this study showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on capital structure. The asset structure, firm size and growth opportunity variables do not significantly influence the company's capital structure. This research implies that companies need to pay attention to profitability variable in determining capital structure.

Abstract

In this era, globalization as well as the emergence of technology has led to online shopping trend especially among Generation Z who could not be separated from technology. This trend has also created an open market for countries to distribute their products. In any online businesses, e-loyalty and e-trust have been some of the important issues that might create obstacles on having long-term profits because lack of/low customer loyalty. Therefore, this study aimed at analysing and finding the influence of E-Trust, User?s Experiences, and Brand Equity on Gen Z female Customers? E-Loyalty towards imported cosmetics brands through Customers? E-Satisfaction. The population of this study was Gen Z female community in Indonesia with the samples of 200 respondents taken by non-probability sampling technique. The qualitative method used in this study was supported by the data collection through questionnaires spread in three areas; Central Java, West Java and outside Java. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that E-Trust in this study did not have a positive effect on Customers? E-satisfaction while User?s Experiences and Brand Equity had positive effects on Customers? E-Satisfaction. Other than that, Customers? E-Satisfactions did not mediate the influence of E-Trust, User?s Experiences and Brand Equity on Customers? Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial policy consisting of investment policies proxied by Total Asset Growth (TAG) and Market Book to Asset (MBAR), funding policies proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and dividend policies proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on the value of companies proxied by Price to Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV). The research method used in this study is panel regression analysis. Furthermore, the data in this study presented as quantitative data. The data is taken from secondary data in the form of panel data listed from 2015 to 2018 research periods. The findings showed that financial policy has a significant impact on firm value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman, untuk menyusun IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (Eksternal Factor Analysis Summary). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT yaitu analisis yang mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara,kepada Informan Kunci dan Informan Utama Mutiara Mart Rowotengah Jember. Hasil Matrik IE didapatkan posisi Mutiara Mart Rowotengah Jember yaitu berada pada kuadran IV yang bertanda asterisk (3,05:2,6). yang berarti pada strategi stabilitas, strategi yang diterapkan meningkatkan kualitas produk, memepertahankan harga dan ketersediaan produk yang ada, mengembangkan promosi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang lebih canggih. Hasil dari Matrik SWOT Mutiara Mart ini mempunyai strategi pertama yaitu strategi S-O dimana strategi ini memanfaatkan kekuatan perusahaan untuk meraih peluang yang ada pada lingkungan luar, guna memperoleh keuntungan bagi perusahaan, berikut beberapa strateginya, kelengkapan produk tetap dijaga, memanfaatkan lokasi yang strategis untuk membuka cabang serta menarik konsumen, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect given by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Income and Operating Expense Ratio to Return on Asset as Profitability Indicator. Data population are Indonesian Sharia Banks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2013-2017, and obtained 11 sharia banks as the total sample are 55 samples by using purposive sampling method. Multiple regression analysis models is used in this study. The results are as follows: there are no effect given by CAR, NPF, FDR to ROA but there is partial effect given by Operating Income and Operating Expense Ratio.

Abstract

The study of sustainability has attracted the interest of some researchers lately, both at the level of small businesses and corporate. Sustainable growth is one measure of good company performance because it combines operating and financial policies. Companies that have high debts are not always bad, but they need supervision and planning so as to produce optimal decisions for the company. This study aims to analyse the effect of leverage and profitability on sustainable growth in manufacturing sector companies in 2015-2017 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The purposive sampling approach was used in the selection of samples, and obtained as many as 70 companies in accordance with existing criteria. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to process the data. This study proves that leverage has a significant positive effect on sustainable growth, while profitability has a significant positive effect on sustainable growth.

Abstract

The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is one of the flagship programs of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs in an effort to alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the role of social intelligence based on Catur Paramitha and work commitment to the performance of PKH Social Assistants in an effort to alleviate poverty. The number of samples in this study were 64 respondents who were selected using the nonprobability sampling method. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used in this study were variance-based and component-based SEM structural equation models with smart PLS 3.0 analysis tools. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that Catur Paramitha-based Social Intelligence has a positive and significant relationship to the Performance of the Companion. Second, Catur Paramitha based Social Intelligence has a positive and significant relationship to Work Commitment. Third, Work Commitment has a positive and significant relationship to the Companion's Performance.
