Abstract

The trend of drinking coffee has resulted in an increase of coffee consumption around the world, including Indonesia. This study investigates the roles of sensory attributes, functional benefit, and brand ambassador towards the intention to repurchase which leads to brand loyalty of Luwak White Coffee. This study uses a quantitative approach by using primary data and distributed questionnaires to 100 employees of various corporations in Jakarta. The data was analyzed through regression analysis. The result of this study shows that functional benefit has a significant influence on both intentions to repurchase and brand loyalty. This benefit factor is the most important precedent to both repurchase intention and brand loyalty.  On the other hand, sensory attributes do not affect repurchase intention. This type of information can be important to predict or to explain the market response to luwak coffee products, and also to select which sensory attribute should be included in a sensory specification or must be considered in product quality control programs. Another important finding is that, contrary to our expectations, we do not find empirical support for the significant influence of brand ambassador on an intention to repurchase and brand loyalty. The explanation may be that customers currently expect the functional benefit in the form of healthier gastric-friendly white coffee. Moreover, the brand ambassador may not be too influential in the high buying decision among luwak coffee consumers. The relevant contributions that emerged from this study include not only bridging the aforementioned gap in the literature but also offering significant managerial implications to assist organizations to understand the importance of functional benefits toward repurchase intention and brand loyalty.

The success and failure of a destination tend to rest on its’ capacity to satisfy the visitors. Listening to visitors’ appraisal and voices is vital in community-based tourism development. This study aims to explore WPP Dalegan visitors’ voices. The data are collected through Dalegan visitors’ online reviews and direct observation. The study finds that Dalegan has a high competitive advantage as family recreational destination as it is cheap, reachable, accessible, has various local-traditional-cheap food, beautiful calm beach and soft white sand as a playing and learning ground for children. Despite its’ comfortable image, some visitors voice unsatisfied services, facilities, nature-caused and human-caused threats. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the experiences of fishermen's wives working in balancing the dual roles of work and family, as well as the factors that can influence it. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) technique. The researcher managed to conclude that there were five main themes including; a picture of life at work, the dynamics of life in the family, a picture of life undergoing multiple roles, the factors that influence the dual role of fishermen's wives and exploration of achieving balance in playing multiple roles. The role of being a housewife in a family and working to help the family economy begins when fishermen's wives choose to work after marriage. The encouragement of fishermen's wives to keep working after marriage is due to uncertain family income. This is also because their husband's catch depends on the season. Erratic season affects the fishermen's catch. One of the encouragement of fishermen's wives to work is to actualize their potential and abilities and to meet family needs

The system design is developed by System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The system is built through 5 stages, namely survey / analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance. Afterwards, the system was successfully designed and built, it is begun to be used by Canggah Coffee. This system can provide information and online product sales so that the customers can order and buy these processed coffee products from their home. Additionally, this system also facilitates periodic transaction reports which is very useful for this Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Investments are made to obtain future benefits. Stocks are one of the most popular investments in the capital market. The advantage that can be obtained from the stock investment is stock returns, where the returns obtained can be positive or negative. This study aims to analyze the influence of fundamental and macroeconomic factors on stock returns of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. This study used secondary data and the sample of this research was 37 manufacturing companies obtained through the purposive sampling method with panel regression as the data analysis. The results showed that the fundamental factors that affect stock returns are Price to Book Value (PBV), while the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price to Earnings Ratio (PER) do not affect manufacturing stock returns. Some macroeconomic factors such as inflation, the BI Rate, and changes in world oil prices proved to not affect the stock returns of manufacturing companies. This research implies that manufacturing companies need to pay attention to Price to Book Value (PBV) in determining stock returns.

Abstract

The financial attitude possessed by individuals can be realized because of literacy or knowledge. Meanwhile, the current level of working-age literacy in Semarang City needs to be improved. This background can be seen in the widespread use of credit cards, excessive consumption activities, and the low level of public knowledge about financial institutions and financial products and services. To inhibit this desire, a high locus of control is needed in the individual. This study aims to analyze the influence and relationship between financial attitudes, financial literacy, and locus of control on financial management behavior at working-age in Semarang City. The research method used is the quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to four hundred productive age groups in the city of Semarang. The results of this study showed that there was an influence between financial attitudes and financial literacy on partial financial behavior management based on hypothesis testing (t-test), but there is no influence between the locus of control on financial management behavior partially.
